本发明涉及一种用于车门的滑动装置。更特别地,本发明涉及一种用于车门的滑动装置,其使得车辆的前车门和后车门能够以滑动的方式沿着车辆的纵向方向平稳地移动。
背景技术
车辆在其中具有供乘客使用的乘客室。用于打开和关闭乘客室的车门安装在车身处。
在轿车中,用于打开和关闭乘客室的车门可以具有沿着车辆的纵向方向设置于前部的前车门以及沿着车辆的纵向方向设置于后部的后车门。通常,前车门和后车门安装于车身处以借助于铰链转动。

根据本发明构思示例性实施方案的用于车门的滑动装置,可以包括笔直地延伸并安装在车辆的外部的下轨道。下滑动件联接至所述下轨道以便沿着下轨道移动。齿轮装置安装在所述下滑动件上以便随着下滑动件移动。联动装置具有连接至齿轮装置以传递扭矩的一端以及能够旋转地与车门的下部接合的另一端。

当使用者抓住并拉动车门把手以便释放车门锁的时候,车门1在车辆的宽度方向朝着外部移动。如果车门1被使用者在车辆的宽度方向朝着外部拉动,那么第二连结件34旋转从而使第一连结件32和第一鼓状物42旋转。第二鼓状物44的旋转通过传动齿轮26使输入齿轮24旋转,并且输入齿轮24的旋转通过齿轮轴22和行星齿轮箱23使输出齿轮25以提高的转数旋转。从而,当输出齿轮25与齿条21接合的时候,输出齿轮25沿着齿条21移动。参考图5,当下滑动件10接合至下轨道5的时候,下滑动件10沿着下轨道5移动,从而使车门1在车辆的宽度方向向外转动。
参考图6,当车门1朝着外部的转动完成时,如果使用者在车辆的纵向方向向前地推动或者拉动车门1(在后车门的情况下在车辆的纵向方向向后),那么下滑动件10沿着下轨道5移动,使得车门1在车辆的纵向方向向前地滑动以便完全地打开。
车门1的完全打开的状态能够由车门锁保持。当使用者解除车门锁时,车门1(在后车门的情况下在车辆的纵向方向向前)滑动从而关闭并密封车门1。
虽然参考目前被视为是实际的示例性实施方案描述本发明,应理解本发明并不限于所描述的实施方案,相反,本发明旨在覆盖包括在所附权利要求的精神和范围之内的各种修改形式和等效形式。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于车门的滑动装置,包括:
下轨道,其笔直延伸并安装在车辆的外部;
下滑动件,其联接至所述下轨道以便沿着下轨道滑动;
齿轮装置,其安装在所述下滑动件上以便随着下滑动件移动;以及
联动装置,其一端连接至齿轮装置以传递扭矩,并且另一端能够旋转地与车门的下部接合;
其中,所述联动装置包括:
第一连结件,其一端具有与传动齿轮接合的“U”形横截面;以及
第二连结件,其一端与第一连结件的另一端接合且第二连结件的另一端与车门的下部接合;
其中第一连结件的另一端和第二连结件的一端的接合部与第一鼓状物整体地接合,
第一连结件的一端和传动齿轮的接合部与第二鼓状物整体地接合,并且
其中,第一鼓状物和第二鼓状物通过带或链条而互相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车门的滑动装置,其中所述下轨道包括:
轨道本体,其具有矩形板的形状;以及
两个导轨,所述导轨沿着所述轨道本体的在宽度方向的两边缘在纵向方向延伸并在垂直于轨道本体的方向突出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车门的滑动装置,其中两个导轨都具有圆形横截面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车门的滑动装置,其中下滑动件的第一对联接至下轨道的上部且下滑动件的第二对联接至下轨道的下部,并且所述第一对和所述第二对安装在下滑动件安装支架上以便整体地移动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车门的滑动装置,其中所述齿轮装置包括:
齿条,其安装于所述下轨道处;
齿轮轴;
行星齿轮箱,所述齿轮轴贯穿并联接至所述行星齿轮箱;
输入齿轮,其联接至所述齿轮轴的上部以便整体地旋转;
输出齿轮,其联接至所述齿轮轴的下部以便整体地旋转并与所述齿条啮合;以及
传动齿轮,其与所述输入齿轮啮合,所述传动齿轮形成为弧形形状并安装于所述联动装置处。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车门的滑动装置,其中第一连结件和第二连结件的每一个包括带有贯穿组装孔的上凸缘和带有贯穿组装孔的下凸缘以及将上凸缘与下凸缘连接的连接凸缘,并且第一连结件和第二连结件都具有“U”形横截面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于车门的滑动装置,其中第二连结件的另一端与在车门的下边缘处突出的接合凸台接合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于车门的滑动装置,其中第一连结件具有能够被旋转支撑的第三鼓状物,所述带或链条经过所述第三鼓状物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于车门的滑动装置,其中第一鼓状物的直径比第二鼓状物的直径更小。
10.根据权利要求5所述的用于车门的滑动装置,其中行星齿轮箱将输入齿轮的输入旋转速度提高到8至12倍以便输出至输出齿轮。
11.根据权利要求4所述的用于车门的滑动装置,其中下滑动件安装支架包括支架本体,下滑动件与所述支架本体接合,所述支架本体具有与其整体地形成的上凸缘和下凸缘,并且上凸缘和下凸缘在垂直于支架本体的方向延伸,并且
其中,上凸缘和下凸缘中都具有贯穿安装孔,支架本体具有长孔。
