Abstract

Description

电动卷帘门机构、具有该机构的车辆组件以及车辆 技术领域
本发明涉及车辆领域,具体涉及用于车辆组件的电动卷帘门机构及具有该机构的车辆组件还有车辆。
背景技术
卷帘门是一种常见的机构,广泛用于日常生活中,包括例如储藏柜门,房屋大门等。但是,卷帘门很少用在车辆中,例如车厢内组件中。
国际专利申请WO2015084976公开了一种车辆扶手组件,其包括卷帘门,用于接近扶手组件的储物空间。然而,该卷帘门是手动打开和关闭的,使用起来不方便。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种用于车辆组件的卷帘门机构,其能够手动和电动操作,或仅能够电动操作。
根据本发明的实施例,本发明的电动卷帘门机构包括门板,电驱动装置,传动装置和引导机构,门板能够通过引导机构在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动,电驱动装置能够驱动传动装置,传动装置与门板相连,以将动力传递到门板,使门板通过引导机构的引导来移动。
本发明的电动卷帘门机构可以不仅通过电驱动装置自动打开和关闭,还可以手动打开和关闭,例如通过提供没有自锁功能的传动装置,例如当没电时手动打开和关闭电动卷帘门机构。这种传动装置例如为齿轮传动装置。在卷帘门机构仅能够电动操作的情况下,传动装置可以具有自锁功能,例如为涡轮蜗杆机构,连杆机构,凸轮滑块机构。
根据实施例,电动卷帘门机构还包括安装于车辆组件内的支架,电驱动装置和传动装置安装于支架。
根据实施例,引导机构包括滑轨机构,该滑轨机构包括上滑轨和下滑轨,其安装于车辆组件中,门板则安装于上滑轨和下滑轨,以便沿之滑动。引导机构也可以包括卷筒,以供门板围着卷绕或弯曲。
根据实施例,电驱动装置为电机,传动装置包括涡轮蜗杆组件和与之传动相连的缆线传动机构。缆线传动机构包括驱动辊轮,从动辊轮和围绕驱动辊轮和从动辊轮的缆线。涡轮蜗杆组件可以用其它类型的动力传递机构代替,甚至可以不具有自锁功能,缆线传动机构可以用皮带传动机构或链条传动机构代替。
根据实施例,门板由多个门片串接而成。
根据实施例,门板连接到缆线,例如通过设置在缆线上的传动装置接头或设置在门板上的门板接头,由此可以通过缆线拖动门板沿滑轨机构滑动。门板接头可以设置在其中一个门片上。
本发明还提供一种车辆组件,其包括上述的电动卷帘门机构,该电动卷帘门机构用作接近车辆组件中的储物空间的门。车辆组件可以位于仪表盘下方。车辆组件还可以从以下中选择:中控台组件、副驾驶手套盒,车辆垃圾箱,后排座椅储物箱,或车辆行李箱内的储物箱。
另外,本发明还提供一种车辆,其包括上述的车辆组件。车辆还包括控制单元,其控制电驱动装置。
根据本发明,电动卷帘门机构可以不需要手动操作,方便操作,而且不需要太大的操作空间,节省了车内空间。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图详细描述本发明的实施例。为了便于描述,以下实施例参照的是车辆中控台1,其中电动卷帘门机构10用作位于仪表盘(未标出)下方的中控台储物箱的门。但是,可以理解的是,本发明的实施例同样可以适用于其它车辆组件,诸如副驾驶手套盒,车辆垃圾箱,后排座椅储物箱,或甚至车辆行李箱内的储物箱。
另外,说明书中使用了方向性术语,其参照的是附图中所示的方向,实际情况可能是不同的。
如图1-图4中所示,电动卷帘门机构10包括门板11,滑轨机构12、支架13、电机14和传动装置15。
门板11由多个门片11a串接而成,其中一个门片11a的靠近顶部的位置设置有门板接头11b,以与传动装置15接合。也可以是传动装置15设置有传动装置接头,以接合门板。滑轨机构12包括上滑轨12a和下滑槽12b,其安装于车辆组件1中。
此外,门板11安装于上滑轨12a和下滑槽12b上,以便沿之在打开位置和关闭位置之间滑动。
电机14和传动装置15则都安装于支架13上。
传动装置15包括涡轮蜗杆组件15a和与之传动相连的缆线传动机构。缆线传动机构包括驱动辊轮15b,从动辊轮15c和围绕驱动辊轮15b和从动辊轮15c的缆线15d。
门板11通过设置在门板11上的门板接头11b与缆线15d接合而连接到缆线15d。接头也可以是设置在缆线上。
这样,当电机14运转时,其驱动传动装置15的涡轮蜗杆组件15a,将动力传递到驱动辊轮15b而使之转动,缆线15d随之转动,从而通过缆线15d拖动门板11沿滑轨机构12滑动,由此使门板11滑动到打开位置。而通过使电机14反转,可以使门板11滑动到关闭位置,以关闭电动卷帘门机构10。
在一些情形中,在本发明中公开的特征可以独立于其它特征使用。另一方面,当有必要时,可以组合在本发明中公开的特征以提供各种组合。因此,本发明不限于本文所示的实施例,而是涵盖符合与本文所公开的原理一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种用于车辆组件的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,电动卷帘门机构能够手动和电动操作,或仅能够电动操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,所述电动卷帘门机构包括门板,电驱动装置,传动装置和引导机构,门板能够通过引导机构在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动,电驱动装置能够驱动传动装置,传动装置与门板相连,以将动力传递到门板,使门板通过引导机构的引导来移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,传动装置没有自锁功能。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,电动卷帘门机构还包括安装于车辆组件内的支架,电驱动装置和传动装置安装于支架。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,引导机构包括滑轨机构,该滑轨机构包括上滑轨和下滑轨,其安装于车辆组件中,门板则安装于上滑轨和下滑轨,以便沿之滑动。
  6. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,引导机构包括卷筒,以供门板绕着卷绕或弯曲。
  7. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,传动装置包括动力传递机构和与之传动相连的缆线传动机构。
  8. 根据权利要求7项所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,缆线传动机构包括驱动辊轮,从动辊轮和围绕驱动辊轮和从动辊轮的缆线。
  9. 根据权利要求7项所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,动力传递机构是涡轮蜗杆组件。
  10. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,传动装置包括动力传递机构和与之传动相连的皮带或链条传动机构。
  11. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,门板由多个门片串接而成。
  12. 根据权利要求7项所述的电动卷帘门机构,其特征在于,门板通过设置在缆线上的传动装置接头或设置在门板上的门板接头而连接到缆线。
  13. 一种车辆组件,其特征在于,其包括根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的电动卷帘门机构,该电动卷帘门机构用作接近车辆组件中的储物空间的门。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的车辆组件,其特征在于,车辆组件位于仪表盘下方。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的车辆组件,其特征在于,车辆组件从以下中选择:中控台组件、副驾驶手套盒,车辆垃圾箱,后排座椅储物箱,或车辆行李箱内的储物箱。
  16. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆包括根据权利要求13或14或15所述的车辆组件。
