本发明涉及吸收性物品。更详细而言，涉及生理用卫生巾等吸收性物品。
背景技术
已知的是，在具有透液性的表面片材、非透液性的背面片材以及设置于两片材之间的吸收体层的吸收性物品中，吸收体层包含在水中不溶胀的合成纤维、纤维素系纤维和吸水性树脂，通过利用热风对吸收体层进行加热处理、使吸收体层通过加热辊来进行加热处理或者对吸收体层照射红外线来进行加热处理，从而使合成纤维彼此热熔接(日本特开平8-289903号公报)。日本特开平8-289903号公报中记载的吸收性物品，即使在湿润下浆粕纤维吸收液体并坍落，通过合成纤维的存在，也容易维持吸收体的形状，并且通过对吸收体进行加热处理，合成纤维彼此结合，即使没有纸巾这种芯部包裹材料，也能够形成牢固的吸收体。

发明要解决的问题
然而，通过热风等的加热处理使合成纤维彼此热熔接虽然能够得到吸收体的耐久性，然而从柔软性这种观点考虑是不充分的。另外，相反地对于没有热熔接的情况而言，虽然能够得到柔软性，然而从耐久性这种观点考虑是不充分的。
本发明的目的在于，提供吸收体兼具耐久性和柔软性这两者的吸收性物品。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人等发现，通过使压接部散布于吸收体、邻接的压接部间距离比合成纤维的长度短，能够得到吸收体兼具耐久性和柔软性这两者的吸收性物品，从而完成了本发明。
本发明为一种纵长的吸收性物品，其特征在于，其包含透液性的表层、非透液性的底层、和设置于表层与底层之间的液体保持性的吸收体，吸收体包含浆粕纤维和合成纤维，压接部散布于吸收体，与压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离中、该距离最大的最大压接部间距离相比，合成纤维的平均长度更长。

具体实施方式
以下，参照附图对本发明进行说明，但本发明不被附图所示的情况所限定。
本发明为一种纵长的吸收性物品，其特征在于，其包含透液性的表层、非透液性的底层、和设置于表层与底层之间的液体保持性的吸收体，吸收体为包含浆粕纤维、合成纤维和吸水性高分子的片材，压接部散布于吸收体，与压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离中、该距离最大的最大压接部间距离相比，合成纤维的平均长度更长。
图1为本发明的吸收性物品的一个实施方式的局部剖开俯视图，图2为图1的I-I’线的剖面示意图。图1所示的吸收性物品1为生理用卫生巾。吸收性物品1具备设置于肌肤侧的透液性的表层2、设置于穿着的衣服侧的非透液性的底层3、和设置于表层与底层之间的液体保持性的吸收体4，实质上纵长地形成。图1所示的吸收性物品1具有一对翼部5、5，但翼部不是必需的。吸收体4为包含浆粕纤维6、合成纤维7和吸水性高分子8的片材。在吸收体4散布有压接部9。与压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离中、该距离最大的最大压接部间距离相比，合成纤维7的平均长度更长。
在吸收体4散布有压接部9。图1所示的例子中，遍布吸收体4的整体而散布有压接部9，但遍布吸收体4的整体散布有压接部9不是必需的，只要存在散布于吸收体4的至少一部分的压接部9即可。压接部9的排列图案没有限定，可例示出例如60度交错排列(骰子的3点)、方形交错排列(股子的5点)、并列排列(骰子的4点或6点)、这些的变形。图1所示的压接部的排列为方形交错排列的例子。图3表示60度交错排列的例子，图4表示方形交错排列的变形例。
本申请中，最大压接部间距离指的是，压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离中、该距离最大的距离。此处，压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离指的是，将压接部的轮廓线上的点和与前述压接部最邻近的压接部的轮廓线上的点连接的线段中最短线段的长度。
图3的60度交错排列中，着眼于压接部9a时，压接部9a的邻近的压接部为压接部9b、9c、9d、9e、9f、9g这6个。该排列中，由于6个邻近的压接部9b、9c、9d、9e、9f、9g均位于与压接部9a等间隔的位置，因此6个邻近的压接部9b、9c、9d、9e、9f、9g均相当于与压接部9a最邻近的压接部。压接部9a和与其最邻近的压接部9b、9c、9d、9e、9f、9g之间的距离为Lb、Lc、Ld、Le、Lf、Lg。该排列中，对于全部压接部，和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离相等。对于全部压接部，和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离相等的情况下，该距离为最大压接部间距离。这种排列时，最大压接部间距离为Lb、Lc、Ld、Le、Lf、Lg的长度。
图4的排列为方形交错排列的变形，上方部分和下方部分中压接部与压接部之间的间隔不同。着眼于压接部9m时，与压接部9m最邻近的压接部为压接部9n、9o、9p、9q这4个，压接部9h和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离为Ln、Lo、Lp、Lq。着眼于压接部9r时，与压接部9r最邻近的压接部为压接部9s、9t这2个，压接部9r和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离为Ls、Lt。Ls、Lt的长度与Ln、Lo、Lp、Lq的长度相等。着眼于压接部9u时，与压接部9u最邻近的压接部为压接部9r、9v、9w、9x这4个，压接部9u和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离为Lr、Lv、Lw、Lx。因此，这种排列的情况下，压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离有Ln、Lo、Lp、Lq、Ls、Lt的长度以及Lr、Lv、Lw、Lx的长度这两种。由于Lr、Lv、Lw、Lx的长度大于Ln、Lo、Lp、Lq、Ls、Lt的长度，因此这种排列时的最大压接部间距离为Lr、Lv、Lw、Lx的长度。
图4的排列的情况下，压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离有两种，而压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离有3种以上的情况下，3种以上的距离中最大的距离成为最大压接部间距离。
本发明的特征在于，合成纤维的平均长度比最大压接部间距离更长。合成纤维在压接部被固定，通过使合成纤维的平均长度比最大压接部间距离更长，从而1根合成纤维能够被固定于2处以上的压接部。被固定于2处以上的压接部的合成纤维在吸收体内作为骨架发挥功能，因此可防止吸收体变形、增加吸收体的耐久性。优选的是，在压接部，合成纤维发生了热熔接。通过热熔接，合成纤维的自由度进一步降低，因此耐久性进一步升高。合成纤维除了压接部以外不会熔接，合成纤维彼此仅在压接部连接而形成骨架，因此可以实现柔软且具有耐久性的吸收体。另外，即使吸水性高分子多，由于压接部不被限定，因此不会变硬。
合成纤维的平均长度优选为最大压接部间距离的1.5～8倍，更优选为2～7倍，进一步优选为3～6倍。合成纤维的平均长度过长时，合成纤维的开纤性显著降低，吸收体包含未被开纤的合成纤维，有吸收体的均匀性降低的倾向。
需要说明的是，合成纤维的平均长度按照JISL1015：2010的附录A中“A7.1纤维长的测定”的“A7.1.1A法(标准法)在带刻度的玻璃板上测定各纤维的长度的方法”进行测定。
优选压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离均等。即，优选的是，压接部与邻近的压接部具有恒定距离地配置。通过产品的柔软性、厚度设计以及被混合的合成纤维的平均长度等设定该距离。该距离优选为5～40mm，更优选为8～20mm。该距离过窄时，压接部的个数和面积变得过多，从而包含吸水性高分子的吸收体的刚性高、吸收体变硬，并且如利用热风接合时那样还损害柔软性。另一方面，该距离过宽时，作为被佩带的吸收性物品，抑制厚度是不充分的，而且作为吸收体的耐久性也不充分。与被混合的合成纤维的平均长度之间的关系是重要的，以少量的合成纤维制作在吸收体内成为骨架的结构时，吸收体内的全部合成纤维通过压接部连接成为赋予耐久性的要点。因此，与压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离相比，合成纤维的平均长度需要设定得长。换而言之，如果合成纤维的平均长度足够长，则压接部的间隔也能够设定得宽，可以实现更柔软的吸收体。
压接部与压接部的间隔优选在长度方向和宽度方向均等，而通过使长度方向的间隔比宽度方向的间隔更宽，在长度方向可以更柔软。
自吸收体的厚度方向观察的压接部的形状没有特别限定，可列举出例如圆形、椭圆形、正方形、长方形、菱形、三角形、星形、心形等，但优选为大致圆形。此处，大致圆形指的是，圆或者长径与短径之比大于1且为1.1以下的椭圆形。若为大致圆形，则在扭转吸收性物品时，在宽度方向、长度方向、倾斜方向的任意方向均柔软。需要说明的是，无需全部压接部为同一形状，也可以混杂不同形状的压接部。
为了在前后左右全部方向形成柔软的吸收体，压接部的形状为在前后左右对称的形状、最优选为圆形，但是依赖于使用的条件，为了接合强度在长度方向或宽度方向的一方向具有强度，在一方向伸长的形状也被考虑以强化纤维的接合强度。例如，为了在长度方向提高强度，可以为在宽度方向伸长的形状以提高纤维在长度方向接合的概率。另一方面，为了在宽度方向提高接合强度，可采用在长度方向伸长的形状。图5表示在压接部9的形状为正方形的情况(a)、吸收体的宽度方向长的长方形的情况(b)、吸收体的长度方向长的长方形的情况(c)下，合成纤维7固定于压接部9的状态的示意图。图6为表示合成纤维介由压接部而连续的状态的示意图。图5中的箭头表示吸收体的长度方向。压接部9的面积在(a)、(b)、(c)均相同。假定合成纤维7在吸收体内于全部方向随机取向时，与(a)相比，(b)、(c)中合成纤维7被固定于压接部9的概率高。对于宽度方向长的长方形的情况(b)，在长度方向取向的合成纤维7被固定于压接部9的概率高(参照图5的(b))，因此，在长度方向通过合成纤维和压接部的骨架连续地形成(参照图6的(b))、在长度方向发挥强度。相反地，对于长度方向长的长方形的情况(c)，在宽度方向取向的合成纤维7被固定于压接部9的概率高(参照图5的(c))，因此，在宽度方向通过合成纤维和压接部的骨架连续地形成(参照图6的(c))、在宽度方向发挥强度。
图7为表示在胯裆部配置在长度方向长的压接部、在腹部和臀部配置在宽度方向长的压接部的吸收体的例子。胯裆部中，重视宽度方向的连接，从而配置有在长度方向长的压接部。配置于胯裆部的在长度方向长的压接部附带地引导在胯裆部受到压缩时的折弯，另外还具有能够实现液体向长度方向扩散的效果。
压接部的面积与吸收体的面积的比率(以下也称为“压接部的面积率”。)优选为1～20％，更优选为2～15％，进一步优选为3～10％。压接部的面积率过小时，存在难以表现出压接部的作用的倾向，压接部的面积率过大时，存在佩带者感觉吸收体硬的倾向。需要说明的是，“吸收体的面积”和“压接部的面积”指的是自吸收体的厚度方向观察时的面积。
一个压接部的面积优选为0.5～10mm2，更优选为0.65～7mm2，进一步优选为0.8～3mm2。各压接部的面积过小时，压花辊的突起变为锐角，吸收体有可能破裂，各压接部的面积过大时，存在吸收体变硬的倾向。
本发明的吸收性物品是为了吸收经血、尿等体液而可以使用的吸收性物品，更具体而言，可列举出生理用卫生巾、吸尿垫等。
本发明的吸收性物品包含透液性的表层、非透液性的底层和液体保持性的吸收体。
表层具有使经血、尿等来自体内的液态排泄物向设置于表层的下层的吸收体通过的功能，并且通过在表层与底层之间夹持吸收体来保持吸收体。表层的全部或一部分具有透液性，透液区域可由形成有许多透液孔的树脂薄膜、具有许多网眼的网状片材、透液性的无纺布、或织布等形成。
底层具有防止被吸收体吸收的经血、尿等液体泄漏到外部的功能，能够使用可以防止这种液体泄漏到外部的材料。另外，通过形成液体不会通过但具有透气性的原材料，可以降低佩带时的闷热感，降低佩带时的不适感成为可能。作为这种材料，可列举出例如以聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)等为主体的非透液性薄膜、透气性薄膜、在纺粘无纺布等无纺布的单面层压非透液性薄膜而成的复合片材等。
吸收体包含浆粕纤维和合成纤维。
纤维随机地配置，纤维的方向在长度方向也在宽度方向延伸出而存在。
作为浆粕纤维有浆粕，可列举出例如以针叶树或阔叶树作为原料得到的木材浆粕、非木材浆粕。特别优选纤维长3mm左右的粉碎浆粕。
作为合成纤维，有含有单一成分的纤维、可列举出例如单一纤维，或者含有多种成分的纤维、可列举出例如芯鞘型纤维等复合纤维。作为上述成分，可列举出聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)等聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺等。
吸收体优选还包含吸水性高分子。
吸水性高分子也被称为高吸收性聚合物(superabsorbentpolymer：SAP)，具有水溶性高分子适度地交联而成的三维网眼结构，因此虽然吸收数百倍～千倍的水，但本质上是水不溶性的，已吸收的水不管施加多少的压力都不会脱水，淀粉系、丙烯酸系、氨基酸系的吸水性高分子已被市售。
吸收体中的合成纤维的含量相对于浆粕纤维100质量份优选为7.5～100质量份，更优选为9～50质量份，进一步优选为10～30质量份。合成纤维的含量过少时，存在不能赋予吸收体充分的耐久性的可能。合成纤维的含量过多时，存在吸收体的吸液性变得不充分的倾向。
吸收体中的吸水性高分子的含量相对于浆粕纤维100质量份优选为5～80质量份，更优选为10～60质量份，进一步优选为20～40质量份。吸水性高分子的含量过少时，存在吸收体的吸液性变得不充分的倾向。吸水性高分子的含量过多时，压接部容易变硬。
合成纤维的平均长度只要比最大压接部间距离更长，则对其绝对值没有限定，但优选为5～60mm、更优选为15～40mm、进一步优选为20～35mm。合成纤维的平均长度越长，则可以将设置吸收体的压接部时的间隙设定得越宽，因此可以减小压接部的面积，能够实现更柔软的吸收体。另一方面，合成纤维的平均长度过长时，在制造时，合成纤维的开纤性显著降低，结果产生难以与浆粕纤维混合这种问题，因此不优选。
浆粕纤维的平均长度优选的是，与压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离中、该距离最小的最小压接部间距离相比更短。浆粕纤维的平均长度比最小压接部间距离更长时，存在难以得到吸收体的柔软性的可能。只要浆粕纤维的平均长度比最小压接部间距离更短，则对其绝对值没有限定，但优选为0.5～7mm、更优选为1～6mm、进一步优选为2～5mm。浆粕纤维的平均长度过短时，存在不能得到吸收体的耐久性、另外成为在制造时自筛网之间脱落等成品率变差的原因的可能。
需要说明的是，浆粕纤维的平均长度指的是重量加权平均长度，指的是通过MetsoAutomation公司制造的kajaaniFiberLabfiberproperties(off-line)测定得到的L(w)值。
合成纤维的纤维径没有限定，但优选为1.5～20dtex(分特)、更优选为1.8～15dtex、进一步优选为2.0～10dtex。纤维径过细时，从耐久性这种观点考虑时刚性的赋予不充分，纤维径过粗时，存在吸收体变得过硬这种问题。
压接部以外部分的吸收体的厚度根据用途不同而异，但优选为0.1～15mm、更优选为1～10mm、进一步优选为2～5mm。
需要说明的是，赋予压接部之前的吸收体的厚度(mm)可以如下测定：使用株式会社大荣科学精器制作所制厚度计FS-60DS(测定面：直径44mm的圆、测定压力：3g/cm2)，在标准状态(温度23±2℃、相对湿度50±5％)下，以3g/cm2对试样的不同的5个部位进行加压，测定加压10秒后的厚度，5个部位的测定值的平均值作为吸收体的厚度。
具有压接部的吸收体的厚度(mm)可以通过用显微镜观察与吸收体的厚度方向平行的剖面来测定。
从吸收体的强度和吸收性的观点考虑，吸收体的基重优选为40～900g/m2、更优选为50～800g/m2、进一步优选为100～500g/m2。
需要说明的是，基重按照JISL1913:2010的6.2每单位面积的质量(ISO法)来测定。
吸收体的表观密度优选为0.06～0.14g/cm3、更优选为0.07～0.12g/cm3、进一步优选为0.08～0.1g/cm3。吸收体通过具有上述的浆粕纤维及合成纤维的比率、以及上述表观密度，吸收体有吸液性优异的倾向。
吸收体的表观密度可以由吸收体的基重和厚度算出。
本发明的吸收性物品中，优选在吸收体的至少单面配置合成纤维片材。配置合成纤维片材的情况下，压接部优选通过将合成纤维片材和吸收体一起压接来形成。通过将合成纤维片材和吸收体一起压接，合成纤维片材和吸收体内的合成纤维通过压接部而被接合，因此不易发生层剥离，可以实现具有耐久性的吸收体。
图8为包含合成纤维片材的吸收性物品的剖面示意图。合成纤维片材10被配置于吸收体的表层侧的面，优选用粘接剂接合。图8的实施方式中，合成纤维片材被配置于吸收体的表层侧的面，然而也可以被配置于吸收体的底层侧的面或配置于吸收体的两面。图8的实施方式中，合成纤维片材10的宽度比吸收体的宽度稍短，但也可以与吸收体的宽度相同。合成纤维片材10的长度方向的长度优选与吸收体的长度方向的长度相同。
合成纤维片材只要为由合成纤维构成的片材则没有特别限定，可例示出由合成纤维形成的无纺布、织布，作为无纺布，可列举出水刺无纺布、透气无纺布等。作为合成纤维，可列举出聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚丁烯等聚烯烃；乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、离聚物树脂；聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二酯(PTT)、聚乳酸等聚酯；尼龙6、尼龙66等聚酰胺等的单一纤维或复合纤维。合成纤维片材被配置于吸收体的表层侧的面的情况下，需要为透液性，但配置于吸收体的底层侧的面的情况下，也可以为非透液性。
接着，对本发明的吸收性物品的制造方法进行说明。
图9为表示本发明的吸收性物品的制造装置的一例的图。
需要说明的是，图9中，浆粕纤维和合成纤维未被区别地表现。
在旋转的吸引鼓101的周面101a，以规定的间距形成自周面101a向吸引鼓的中心延伸的多个凹部102作为装填吸收体材料的模具。若吸引鼓101旋转而凹部102进入到材料供给部103，则通过吸引部104的吸引而自材料供给部103供给的吸收体材料堆积于凹部102。
带罩103a的材料供给部103以覆盖吸引鼓101的方式形成，材料供给部103通过空气搬送将浆粕纤维与合成纤维的混合物105供给到凹部102。另外，材料供给部103具备供给吸水性高分子106的吸水性高分子供给部107，对于凹部102供给吸水性高分子106。将浆粕纤维与合成纤维的混合物105以及吸水性高分子106(以下也称为“吸收体原料”。)以混合状态堆积于凹部102，在凹部102形成吸收体108。
接着，形成于凹部102的吸收体108移动到其上具有由涂布机109涂布的粘接剂的载体片材110上。
载体片材110虽然此后形成在吸收体与非透液性层之间的合成纤维片材，但在体液吸收性物品不具有合成纤维片材的实施方式中，也可以使用透液性层、非透液性层、根据期望的辅助片材等作为载体片材。
接着，被载置于载体片材110的吸收体108通过一对压花辊111、112进行压花加工，形成压接部9。一对压花辊例如可以由具有图案化了的凸部的辊112与平滑辊111构成。具有凸部的辊112优选配置于载体片材(合成纤维片材)侧。
压花加工也可以在室温下进行，但优选在加热状态下进行。在加热状态下进行时，压花辊的表面温度优选为80～160℃、更优选为100～150℃、进一步优选为120～140℃。这是由于，压花辊的表面温度过低时，合成纤维彼此不能充分地接合，压花辊的表面温度过高时，结果压接部以外的合成纤维也熔融，吸收体变硬。压花辊的凸部的前端与平滑辊的间隙优选设定为0～1mm、更优选设定为0.01～0.5mm、进一步优选设定为0.05～0.3mm。压花加工的处理时间优选为0.0001～5秒、更优选为0.005～2秒、进一步优选为0.005～1秒。
然后，通过一对辊113、114使表层115贴合，接着，通过一对辊116、117使底层118贴合，最后，通过切割辊119、120裁切成吸收性物品的形状，从而可得到吸收性物品。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的吸收性物品可以适用于生理用卫生巾、吸尿垫等。

1.一种吸收性物品，其特征在于，其为包含透液性的表层、非透液性的底层、和设置于表层与底层之间的液体保持性的吸收体的纵长的吸收性物品，吸收体包含浆粕纤维和合成纤维，压接部散布于吸收体，与压接部和与其最邻近的压接部之间的距离中、该距离最大的最大压接部间距离相比，合成纤维的平均长度更长。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，合成纤维的平均长度为最大压接部间距离的1.5倍～8倍。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，一个压接部的面积为0.5mm2～10mm2。
4.根据权利要求1～3中任一项所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，在压接部，合成纤维发生了热熔接。
5.根据权利要求1～4中任一项所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，在吸收体的至少单面配置合成纤维片材，压接部通过将合成纤维片材与吸收体一起压接来形成。
6.根据权利要求1～5中任一项所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，自吸收体的厚度方向观察的压接部的形状为大致圆形状。
