本发明涉及食用菌培养基添加技术领域,特别涉及一种袖珍菇培养基专用添加剂。
背景技术
袖珍菇又名秀珍菇、黄白侧耳、环柄斗菇和小平菇等,隶属担子菌纲、伞菌目、侧耳科、侧耳属,其子实体单生或丛生,朵小形美,菇盖直径1~3cm,有浅灰色和乳白色2种。菇柄粗壮,长2~3cm,中实,色匀。袖珍菇属于营养高,热量低的健康食品,含粗蛋白、碳水化合物、纤维、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酸、钙、铁、钾、钠、磷等微量元素,其蛋白质的含量高于一般蔬菜。袖珍菇所含氨基酸种类十分丰富,其中蛋白质的含量,比目前国内栽培的平菇、双孢蘑菇、香菇和草菇都高,而且人体八种必需氨基酸全都具备,其含量占所有氨基酸总量的35%以上。所以经常食用秀珍菇,可以增强人体健康。另据最近研究证实,秀珍菇含有的一些生理活性物质,具有诱发干扰素的合成,提高人体免疫功能,具有防癌、抗癌的作用。秀珍菇含脂肪、淀粉很少,是糖尿病人和肥胖症患者的理想食品,还有降低胆固醇的作用。人们称为“健康食品”、“安全食品”。
袖珍菇菌盖厚实,质地脆嫩,味道鲜美,颇受消费者欢迎,市场需求量越来越大,因此,种植面积越来越大。目前,一般都采用玉米杆、杂木屑或棉籽壳为主要原料培养袖珍菇,但常规的种植原料资源越来越少,且营养成分单一,含量也较低,影响袖珍菇的产量及营养保健价值,寻找新的添加剂补充现有的原料资源,成为迫在眉睫的事情。同时,袖珍菇栽培基容易遭受杂菌感染,产率低,品质受影响,影响经济效益。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种袖珍菇培养基专用添加剂,在促进袖珍菇生长的同时还能够提高袖珍菇的营养和风味。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种袖珍菇培养基专用添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:厚朴20~40份,淫羊藿10~20份,枸杞5~10份,荷叶10~20份,川芎5~10份,黄连5~10份,苦参30~50份,皂角10~20份,甘草5~11份,商陆10~30份,连翘6~16份。
本发明的原料中:
厚朴,为木兰科植物厚朴MagnoliaofficinalisRehd.etWils.或凹叶厚朴MagnoliaofficinalisRehd.etWils.var.bilobaRehd.etWils.的干燥干皮、根皮及枝皮。性味:苦、辛,温。
淫羊藿,为小蘖科多年生草本植物淫羊藿、箭叶淫羊藿心叶淫羊藿的干燥茎叶,少数带有根茎及须根。性味:辛、温。
枸杞,为茄科植物宁夏枸杞LyciumbarbarumL.的干燥成熟果实。性味:甘,平。
荷叶,为睡莲科植物莲NelumbonuciferaGaertn.的干燥叶。性味:苦,平。
川芎,为伞形科植物川芎LigusticumchuanxiongHort.(或LigusticumwallichiiFranch.)的干燥根茎。性味:辛,温。
黄连,为毛茛科植物黄连CoptischinensisFranch.、三角叶黄连CoptisdeltoideaC.Y.ChengetHsiao或云连CoptisteetaWall.的干燥根茎。性味:苦,寒。
苦参,为豆科植物苦参SophoraflavescensAit.的干燥根。性味:苦,寒。
豆皂角,科植物皂荚GleditsiasinensisLam.的成熟果实,性味:性温,味辛、咸。、
甘草,为豆科植物甘草GlycyrrhizauralensisFisch.、胀果甘草GlycyrrhizainflataBat.或光果甘草GlycyrrhizaglabraL.的干燥根。性味:甘,平。
商陆,为商陆科植物商陆PhytolaccaacinosaRoxb.或垂序商陆PhytolaccaamericanaL.的干燥根。性味:苦,寒。
连翘,为木犀科植物连翘Forsythiasuspensa(Thunb.)Vahl的干燥果实。性味:苦,微寒。
优选地,本发明所述的袖珍菇培养基专用添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:厚朴30份,淫羊藿15份,枸杞8份,荷叶15份,川芎7份,黄连8份,苦参40份,皂角15份,甘草8份,商陆20份,连翘11份。
本发明的添加剂在袖珍菇的培养基应用中添加量为3~8%。
本发明的袖珍菇培养基专用添加剂的原料配伍科学合理,协同作用,原料中含有大量的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、纤维素、木质素、矿物质、氨基酸,能够作为袖珍菇的营养成分,减少培养基其它主料的量,降低成本;还含有生物碱、多糖、萜类、皂苷类等生物活性物质和一些未知的促生长物质,其中的生物活性物质具有抑菌和杀菌的作用,如能有效抑制大肠杆菌、沙门氏杆菌、链球菌、变形杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等,对一些霉菌也有抑制作用,如青霉、根霉、黑曲霉、绿霉、黄曲霉等;未知的促生长物质能够促进袖珍菇充分吸收营养成分,提高培养基营养成分的利用率,促进袖珍菇的生长,提高产量,同时提高袖珍菇的营养和风味,经检测,氨基酸含量增加;所用的中药原料在接种前能够吸收培养基中指定的重金属,如铅、镉、砷、汞等,有效解决因袖珍菇属于菌类,具有重金属富集能力,能够将溶解在水里的重金属离子几乎完全吸收,容易造成袖珍菇的重金属含量超标,人体食入,威胁人体健康的问题。
