技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种圆形显示面板及其制作方法、显示装置。
背景技术
智能手表成为一种新型的智能设备广受关注,但是因为在显示面板的一边需要设置控制芯片,同时又要使显示面板同时具备窄边框的特性,因此显示面板不是正圆形。如图1所示,圆形显示面板1上横向为栅线纵向为数据线,两者交叉形成若干亚像素。为了保证窄边框(驱动电路不设置在圆形区域以外),圆形显示面板1的底部的一部分圆弧用来设置驱动电路2,导致显示区域不是正圆。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是:如何在保证窄边框的情况下实现正圆形的显示面板。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种圆形显示面板,包括在圆形衬底的第一面形成的栅线、数据线及两者交叉形成的亚像素,还包括与数据线平行且与栅线数量相等的栅辅助线,每条栅辅助线对应连接一条栅线,所述圆形衬底上对应每条数据线一端和每条栅辅助线一端的区域形成有分别连接数据线的第一过孔和连接栅辅助线的第二过孔;所述圆形衬底的第二面形成有分别与栅线和数据线数量相同的栅极驱动电极线和源极驱动电极线,所述源极驱动电极线通过第一过孔连接所述数据线,所述栅极驱动电极线通过所述第二过孔连接所述栅辅助线。
其中,所有第一过孔分布在对应数据线的同一端所在半圆区域的边缘,所有第二过孔分布在对应栅辅助线的同一端所在半圆区域的边缘。
其中,所述第一过孔和所述第二过孔分布在相对半圆的边缘。
其中,长度越长的栅辅助线与离第二过孔的一端越远的栅线连接。

在圆形衬底上形成包括数据线、栅线、栅辅助线的图形,使栅辅助线平行于数据线且与栅线数量相等,每条栅辅助线对应连接一条栅线;
在所述圆形衬底上每条数据线和栅辅助线的端头的区域制作用于将所述数据线和栅辅助线分别连至所述圆形衬底背面的第一过孔和第二过孔;
蒸镀电致发光材料,制作包括像素电极的图形,并进行封装,且保证露出所述第一过孔和第二过孔;
将所述圆形衬底翻面,在背面形成包括栅极驱动电极线和源极驱动电极线的图形,且使栅极驱动电极线和源极驱动电极线分别通过第二过孔和第一过孔连接所述栅辅助线和数据线。
其中,所述在圆形衬底上形成包括数据线、栅线、栅辅助线的图形,使栅辅助线平行于数据线且与栅线数量相等,每条栅辅助线对应连接一条栅线的步骤包括:
在所述圆形衬底上形成包括数据线和栅辅助线的图形;
形成包括绝缘间隔层的图形,其在所述绝缘间隔层上对应栅辅助线和栅线交叉的区域形成第三过孔;

(三)有益效果
本发明的圆形显示面板中,通过栅辅助线一一对应的连接栅线,栅辅助线和数据线分别通过过孔连接到显示面板的背面,因此,驱动电路可以设置在圆形显示面板的背面,从而既保证了窄边框又使得整个正面是一个正圆形显示区域。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明实施例的圆形显示面板如图2和3所示,包括在圆形衬底110的第一面(正面)上形成的栅线130、数据线120及两者交叉形成的亚像素。还包括与数据线120平行且与栅线130数量相等的栅辅助线140,每条栅辅助线对应连接一条栅线130。圆形衬底110上对应每条数据线120一端和每条栅辅助线140一端的区域形成有分别连接数据线120的第一过孔150和连接栅辅助线140的第二过孔160。如图3所示,圆形衬底110的第二面(背面)形成有分别与栅线130和数据线120数量相同的栅极驱动电极线220和源极驱动电极线210。源极驱动电极线210通过第一过孔150连接数据线120,栅极驱动电极线220通过第二过孔160连接栅辅助线140。
本实施例的圆形显示面板中,通过栅辅助线140一一对应的连接栅线130,数据线120和栅辅助线140分别通过第一过孔150和第二过孔160连接到显示面板的背面。这样,驱动电路可以设置在圆形显示面板110的背面,从而既保证了窄边框又使得整个正面是一个正圆形显示区域。
为了方便制作,第一过孔150分布在对应数据线120的同一端所在半圆区域的边缘,所有第二过孔160分布在对应栅辅助线140的同一端所在半圆区域的边缘。
第一过孔150和第二过孔160可以位于同一半圆的边缘,为了过孔不过于密集,且布局均匀,如图2和3中所示,第一过孔150和第二过孔160分布在相对半圆的边缘。
本实施例中,长度越长的栅辅助线与离第二过孔的一端越远的栅线连接。理想状态下,只要电阻够小,栅辅助线可以随便连接栅线(保证一一对应即可)。若相连的栅线和栅辅助线为一组,优选地,应该使各组的栅线和栅辅助线长度之和相等或者大概相等,这样显示效果会更好。
为了在制作时节省工艺,数据线120和栅辅助线140位于同一层,即可以在同一次工艺中制作(当然根据薄膜晶体管的结构不同,并不限于数据线和栅辅助线在同一层),由于栅线130和栅辅助线140不再同一层,因此栅线130与栅辅助线140通过位于两者交叉处的第三过孔170相连。
本方面还提供了一种显示装置,如图4和5所示,包括上述的圆形显示面板及位于圆形衬底110背面的驱动电路230,栅极驱动电极线220和源极驱动电极线210连接驱动电路230。驱动电路230通常包括驱动芯片和柔性电路板。当然圆形显示面板的正面还包括有机发光层180和封装层190。数据线120所在层与栅线130所在层间隔有绝缘间隔层240。
本发明还提供了一种圆形显示面板制作方法,包括:
步骤一,在圆形衬底上形成包括数据线、栅线、栅辅助线的图形,使栅辅助线平行于数据线且与栅线数量相等,每条栅辅助线对应连接一条栅线。
步骤二,在所述圆形衬底上每条数据线和栅辅助线的端头的区域制作用于将所述数据线和栅辅助线分别连至所述圆形衬底背面的第一过孔和第二过孔。
步骤三,蒸镀电致发光材料,制作包括像素电极的图形,并进行封装,且保证露出所述第一过孔和第二过孔。

在所述圆形衬底上形成包括数据线和栅辅助线的图形,具体通过构图工艺(构图工艺通常包括光刻胶涂敷、曝光、显影、刻蚀、光刻胶剥离等工艺)形成数据线和栅辅助线的图形。数据线和栅辅助线位于同一层,且在同一次工艺中制作。
形成包括绝缘间隔层的图形,其在所述绝缘间隔层上对应栅辅助线和栅线交叉的区域形成第三过孔。
形成包括栅线的图形,栅线通过第三过孔连接所述栅辅助线。
为了方便制作,所有第一过孔分布在对应数据线的同一端所在半圆区域的边缘,所有第二过孔分布在对应栅辅助线的同一端所在半圆区域的边缘。
为了过孔不过于密集,且布局均匀,第一过孔和第二过孔分布在相对半圆的边缘。
上述制作方法中,在具体制作每一层图形及其上过孔时均可采用构图工艺来实现。
以上实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而并非对本发明的限制,有关技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变化和变型,因此所有等同的技术方案也属于本发明的范畴,本发明的专利保护范围应由权利要求限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种圆形显示面板,其特征在于,包括在圆形衬底的第一面形成的栅线、数据线及两者交叉形成的亚像素,还包括与数据线平行且与栅线数量相等的栅辅助线,每条栅辅助线对应连接一条栅线,所述圆形衬底上对应每条数据线一端和每条栅辅助线一端的区域形成有分别连接数据线的第一过孔和连接栅辅助线的第二过孔;所述圆形衬底的第二面形成有分别与栅线和数据线数量相同的栅极驱动电极线和源极驱动电极线,所述源极驱动电极线通过第一过孔连接所述数据线,所述栅极驱动电极线通过所述第二过孔连接所述栅辅助线。
2.如权利要求1所述的圆形显示面板,其特征在于,所有第一过孔分布在对应数据线的同一端所在半圆区域的边缘,所有第二过孔分布在对应栅辅助线的同一端所在半圆区域的边缘。
3.如权利要求2所述的圆形显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一过孔和所述第二过孔分布在相对半圆的边缘。
4.如权利要求1所述的圆形显示面板,其特征在于,长度越长的栅辅助线与离第二过孔的一端越远的栅线连接。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的圆形显示面板,其特征在于,所述数据线和栅辅助线位于同一层,所述栅线与所述栅辅助线通过位于两者交叉处的第三过孔相连。
6.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的圆形显示面板及位于所述圆形衬底背面的驱动电路,所述栅极驱动电极线和源极驱动电极线连接驱动电路。
7.一种圆形显示面板制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
在圆形衬底上形成包括数据线、栅线、栅辅助线的图形,使栅辅助线平行于数据线且与栅线数量相等,每条栅辅助线对应连接一条栅线;
在所述圆形衬底上每条数据线和栅辅助线的端头的区域制作用于将所述数据线和栅辅助线分别连至所述圆形衬底背面的第一过孔和第二过孔;
形成包括电致发光材料、像素电极的图形,并进行封装,且保证露出所述第一过孔和第二过孔;
将所述圆形衬底翻面,在背面形成包括栅极驱动电极线和源极驱动电极线的图形,且使栅极驱动电极线和源极驱动电极线分别通过第二过孔和第一过孔连接所述栅辅助线和数据线。
8.如权利要求7所述的圆形显示面板制作方法,其特征在于,所述在圆形衬底上形成包括数据线、栅线、栅辅助线的图形,使栅辅助线平行于数据线且与栅线数量相等,每条栅辅助线对应连接一条栅线的步骤包括:
在所述圆形衬底上形成包括数据线和栅辅助线的图形;
形成包括绝缘间隔层的图形,其在所述绝缘间隔层上对应栅辅助线和栅线交叉的区域形成第三过孔;
形成包括栅线的图形,所述栅线通过所述第三过孔连接所述栅辅助线。
9.如权利要求7所述的圆形显示面板制作方法,其特征在于,所有第一过孔分布在对应数据线的同一端所在半圆区域的边缘,所有第二过孔分布在对应栅辅助线的同一端所在半圆区域的边缘。
10.如权利要求9所述的圆形显示面板制作方法,其特征在于,所述第一过孔和所述第二过孔分布在相对半圆的边缘。
