本发明涉及一种具有医疗保健功效的柽柳保健茶及其生产方法。所述柽柳保健茶全部由纯天然的柽、柳的叶、柔嫩枝和花按比例配制加工而成。所述的柽柳保健茶的生产方法包括选料、配料、杀青、干燥、去灰、灭菌等工序。本发明提出的柽柳保健茶的蛋白质含量高,富含维生素PP和微量元素Mn、Mg等三十多种对人体有益的成分,可防治痞证、肝病、胃病、消炎、止痛及其他疾病,其生产方法工艺简单,易于操作和控制。

本发明属于具有医疗保健功效的茶叶及其生产方法。
传统的茶叶一般是以木本植物茶树的叶,有的辅以花为原料经加工而成,其加工工序基本上是从选叶、杀青、萎雕、揉捻、做青、渥闷和干燥等七道工序中选出几道组成,这样制成的茶叶主要具有消暑、解渴、兴奋神经等作用。
中国专利局91年公开的“保健茶——黄芪茶生产方法”(公开号CN 1049956A,申请号89103467.6)中介绍,将豆科药用植物黄芪的嫩叶经选叶、杀青、熏制、烘干、粉碎、混匀、分装等工序制成黄芪茶。该生产方法在杀青时采用从高温到低温处理,温度从70-40℃,时间为3-5分钟;熏制阶段加入5%黄芪花,并加明矾水喷洒去除黄芪味;烘干在55-65℃下进行15-20分钟,干燥后含水量在9-8%;混均阶段加入20%五加参叶和30%鲜茶未与之配伍,并红外线消毒。该茶因黄芪的药用价值,而使黄芪茶具有医疗疾患的功效。但因黄芪味浓,故在制作中需加明矾水去味,并需加入20%的五加参叶和30%的鲜茶未与之配伍,这不仅使生产工艺复杂化,也使生产受到一定限制。
据《本草纲目》第三十五卷载:柳花主治风水黄疸,面热黑,痂疥恶疮金疮,止血、治湿痹、四肢挛急,膝痈等;叶主治恶疥痂疮马疥,内腹内血、止痛等;枝主治痰热淋疾,煮酒漱齿痛等。柽枝叶消痞,解酒毒,利小便,酒治多病,还可配以他药治一切诸风。我国民俗也有清明时食用柽、柳叶镶制的面饼以避邪免疫求吉祥的历史。

本发明的目的在于选用纯天然的柽、柳的叶、柔嫩枝和花制茶,不加任何添加剂、色素和保鲜剂及其他成分,让人们借饮茶止渴之机,收到疗疾健身的功效。
本发明的另一个目的是提出一种用于生产这种茶叶的方法,该生产方法生产工艺简单,易于控制和操作。
本发明可以通过以下步骤来实现:
(1)、采集春、夏、秋三季初生鲜嫩的柽、柳的叶、柔嫩枝和花:
(2)、以100份重量计,按柽叶30-60份,柽柔嫩枝2-10份,柽花1-2份,柳叶30-60份,柳柔嫩枝2-10份,柳花1-2份的比例配料;
(3)、杀青温度控制在80-90℃之间,时间为10-15分钟,随即降温至45-50℃;
(4)、在45-50℃温度下匀炒干燥5-10分钟,使含水量控制在7%以下;
(5)、将干燥好的茶料用80目的筛子去除焦灰,取小于80目的即为成品茶;
(6)、将成品茶进行一次红外线杀菌消毒即可。
本发明所述柽柳保健茶泡则为嫩黄淡绿色,煮则为棕黄色,其味甘、咸、温、寒、微苦,淡而有味,冲泡多次其味越甘,迄至无色仍为甘露,一杯茶可喝24小时。该茶特色是蛋白质含量高,且富含维生素PP和微量元素Mn、Mg等三十多种对人体有益的成分,据测定含粗蛋白为30-31%,蛋白质21-22%,水溶蛋白1-2%,咖啡碱2-3%,总糖分7-8%,还原糖6%,果胶质10-20%,粗纤维15-16%,纯纤维10%,茶多酚4-5%,茶氨酸2-2、5%,维生素C为0、1-0、15%,维生素B2为9、0-9、1%,维生素B6为0、4-0、41%,维生素PP为0、15-0、16%,天门冬氨酸为2-2、5%,苏氨酸为1-1、2%,丝氨酸为1-1、23%,谷氨酸为2-2、6%,脯氨酸为1-1、2%,甘氨酸为1-1、1%,丙氨酸为1-1、3%,胱氨酸为0、2-0、27%,缬氨酸为1、2-1、4%,甲硫氨酸为0、4-0、43%,异亮氨酸为1-1、04%,亮氨酸为2-2、2%,酪氨酸为0、7-0、8%,苯丙氨酸为1、2-1、3%,赖氨酸为1、4-1、5%,氨为0、2-0、3%,组氨酸为0、5-0、6%,精氨酸为1、4-1、41%,各种微量元素为Fe354-354、9PPM,Cu6-7PP,Ni3-3、4PPM,Zn91-92PPM,Mn1833PPM,P2278PPM,K7587PPM,Na114、1PPM,Ca13926PPM,Mg3782PPM,Pb1、785PPM,无砷,铅<2、00mg/kg,铜≤7、00mg/kg,六六六<0、2mg/kg,DDT<0、2mg/kg。该茶对防治酒精肝、痞症、牙痛有特殊功效,对胃病、动脉硬化、糙皮病有疗效,可消炎、降低高血脂、强脾胃、健脑、保肝、润肺、通筋络、生津、利血脉、安内脏,并可抗癌。该茶由于选用纯天然原料制成,不加任何添加剂及其他成分,所以使生产工艺简单且易于操作和控制。

采集春季初生鲜嫩的柽、柳的叶、柔嫩枝和花,取柽叶2250克柳叶2250克,柽柔嫩枝200克,柳柔嫩枝200克,柽花50克,柳花50克共计5000克放入85℃的铁锅中杀青,不断匀炒揉搓,时间为12分钟,随即降温到47℃,继续匀炒干燥5-10分钟至有清香,手感柔软,此时含水量在7%以下,然后将该茶用80目筛网去除焦灰,取80目以下茶料入电烤箱进行红外线灭菌1-2分钟即可。
Claims (2)
1、一种柽柳保健茶,是原料经配料、杀青、匀炒、过筛制成,其特征在于:原料以100份重量计,由柽叶30-60份,柽柔嫩枝2-10份,柽花1-2份,柳叶30-60份,柳柔嫩枝2-10份,柳花1-2份组成。
2、一种权利要求1所述的柽柳保健茶的生产方法,包括:
(1)、采集春、夏、秋三季初生鲜嫩的柽、柳的叶、柔嫩枝和花;
(2)、以100份重量计,按柽叶30-60份,柽柔嫩枝2-10份,柽花1-2份,柳叶30-60份,柳柔嫩枝2-10份,柳花1-2份的比例配料;
(3)、将上述原料在80-90℃下杀青10-15分钟,然后降温至45-50℃:
(4)、将上述茶料在45-50℃下匀炒干燥5-10分钟,至含水量在7%以下;
(5)、将干燥好的成茶过筛去焦灰,取80目以下为成品茶;
(6)、将上述成品茶进行一次红外线灭菌。
