Abstract

Description

直流电肉胴体刺激组件
本发明的目的是在屠宰之后通过直流电直接对肉胴体进行电刺激的组件。电刺激通常是对肉胴体进行切割之前的屠宰周期中的最后工艺操作。
在屠宰之后直接利用交流电对肉胴体进行处理在肉类加工技术中是已知的。这能够增加肉类的保质期,从而提高其消费质量并减少从屠宰到肉类冷冻的工艺流程的时间。屠宰之后通过电流刺激直接保存肉胴体的方法在美国专利US2544681中是已知的。
美国专利US2544724已经公开了牛肉胴体电刺激装置的构造以及交流电电刺激方法。

Claims (5)
