Abstract

resumo “conjunto de estímulo elétrico de carcaça de carne por corrente direta”, de acordo com a presente invenção, caracterizado porque consiste de dois pares de relés(1 e 2), bem como(3 e 4), preferencialmente relés semicondutores ssr. os relés de cada par operam com os potenciais de corrente direta oposta. corrente direta com tensão de 220 v a 400 v e as linhas de controle(un1 e un2) são conectadas aos grampos dos relés controlados. a operação dos relés é controlada por meio do controlador(5), preferencialmente um controlador programável plc. os relés(1 e 3) são conectados ao primeiro grampo de eletrodo(un4) e os relés(2 e 4) ao segundo grampo de eletrodo(un5). o conjunto opera de forma que o controlador plc ativa os relés(1 e 2) da linha(un2), que simultaneamente ativa o fluxo da corrente direta com a tensão de 220 v a 400 v e polaridade mutuamente oposta. como resultado, uma diferença de potenciais aparece nos grampos de eletrodo(un4 e un5).
