本发明涉及一种保健香糕,尤其涉及一种啤酒养心糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。如今,糕类食品也层出不穷,但是有的为了降低生产成本,无法满足人们日常对于营养的需求,有的甚至降低了糕原料原本的营养价值,因此生产一种高保健的糕类食品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种啤酒养心糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种啤酒养心糕,由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米粉250-260、香芋粉6-7、营养添加剂7-8、空心菜浆汁4-5、啤酒14-15、干香菇3-4、珍珠菜3-4、金银花粉15-17、核桃露5-6、冬瓜皮4-5、菱角5-10、番茄酱12-14、香瓜果瓤3-5、奶糖2-4、羊肚菌5-7、咖啡粉4-5、降香2-3、柏子仁2.4-3、七爪风1.1-1.5、枇杷花0.8-1.2、枸杞子2.2-2.8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
鸡蛋花2-3、炙龟甲2.8-3.2、黄芪叶2.2-3.4、樱桃叶2.7-3、菱角13-18、果酒2-3、精盐4-5、桂花4-5、鹿角粉7-8、红稀泥适量;
制备方法为:(1)鸡蛋花、炙龟甲、黄芪叶、樱桃叶洗净烘干研磨成粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)菱角兑药汁、果酒混合煎煮20-25分钟,取出晾干,将晾干的菱角拌入红稀泥、桂花、精盐的混合物,置于容器中密封静置1-2天,取出放于烤炉上平铺,加热小火烘烤1-2小时,取出菱角;
(3)将步骤(2)所得菱角去壳烘干磨粉,与鹿角粉合并即得。
一种啤酒养心糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将降香、柏子仁、七爪风、枇杷花、枸杞子用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)咖啡粉用水化开,菱角去壳,取果肉入咖啡汁中小火煮熟,取出菱角肉与珍珠菜、冬瓜皮混合入搅拌机搅成泥状,取出拌入中药粉,丸成丸状,入烤箱烘烤5-8分钟,取出切碎,待用;
(3)核桃露倒入香芋粉中,再加香瓜果瓤混合搅拌均匀,干香菇泡发去缔,填入香芋果瓤的混合物,待用,啤酒中丢入奶糖、羊肚菌,上锅小煮10-15分钟,再将锅上架上笼屉,放入碟子,碟中倒入空心菜浆汁,再均匀放入填有物料的香菇,盖盖熏蒸20-30分钟,取出香菇,去除香菇上物料,将香菇切碎,待用;
(4)将糯米粉、金银花粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(2)(3)所得物料混合,倒入适量水以及除番茄酱以外的剩余各物料,不断搅拌混匀后,置于模具中成型,得成型的糕坯;
(5)将成型的糕坯抹上番茄酱,置于沸水浴中蒸30-40 分钟后,取出,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的糕加入了香芋粉、核桃露、香菇等成分,丰富了糕口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如枇杷花、柏子仁、降香的加入,赋予了本发明很好的养心安神、润肠通便、润喉利肺、行气活血的作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种啤酒养心糕,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
糯米粉250、香芋粉6、营养添加剂7、空心菜浆汁4、啤酒14、干香菇3、珍珠菜3、金银花粉15、核桃露5、冬瓜皮4、菱角8、番茄酱12、香瓜果瓤5、奶糖2、羊肚菌7、咖啡粉5、降香3、柏子仁3、七爪风1.5、枇杷花1.2、枸杞子2.8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
鸡蛋花2、炙龟甲2.8、黄芪叶2.2、樱桃叶2.7、菱角15、果酒2、精盐4、桂花4、鹿角粉7、红稀泥适量;
制备方法为:(1)鸡蛋花、炙龟甲、黄芪叶、樱桃叶洗净烘干研磨成粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)菱角兑药汁、果酒混合煎煮20分钟,取出晾干,将晾干的菱角拌入红稀泥、桂花、精盐的混合物,置于容器中密封静置1天,取出放于烤炉上平铺,加热小火烘烤1小时,取出菱角;
(3)将步骤(2)所得菱角去壳烘干磨粉,与鹿角粉合并即得。
一种啤酒养心糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(3)核桃露倒入香芋粉中,再加香瓜果瓤混合搅拌均匀,干香菇泡发去缔,填入香芋果瓤的混合物,待用,啤酒中丢入奶糖、羊肚菌,上锅小煮15分钟,再将锅上架上笼屉,放入碟子,碟中倒入空心菜浆汁,再均匀放入填有物料的香菇,盖盖熏蒸30分钟,取出香菇,去除香菇上物料,将香菇切碎,待用;
(4)将糯米粉、金银花粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(2)(3)所得物料混合,倒入适量水以及除番茄酱以外的剩余各物料,不断搅拌混匀后,置于模具中成型,得成型的糕坯;
(5)将成型的糕坯抹上番茄酱,置于沸水浴中蒸40 分钟后,取出,即得。

1.一种啤酒养心糕,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米粉250-260、香芋粉6-7、营养添加剂7-8、空心菜浆汁4-5、啤酒14-15、干香菇3-4、珍珠菜3-4、金银花粉15-17、核桃露5-6、冬瓜皮4-5、菱角5-10、番茄酱12-14、香瓜果瓤3-5、奶糖2-4、羊肚菌5-7、咖啡粉4-5、降香2-3、柏子仁2.4-3、七爪风1.1-1.5、枇杷花0.8-1.2、枸杞子2.2-2.8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
鸡蛋花2-3、炙龟甲2.8-3.2、黄芪叶2.2-3.4、樱桃叶2.7-3、菱角13-18、果酒2-3、精盐4-5、桂花4-5、鹿角粉7-8、红稀泥适量;
制备方法为:(1)鸡蛋花、炙龟甲、黄芪叶、樱桃叶洗净烘干研磨成粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)菱角兑药汁、果酒混合煎煮20-25分钟,取出晾干,将晾干的菱角拌入红稀泥、桂花、精盐的混合物,置于容器中密封静置1-2天,取出放于烤炉上平铺,加热小火烘烤1-2小时,取出菱角;
(3)将步骤(2)所得菱角去壳烘干磨粉,与鹿角粉合并即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种啤酒养心糕的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将降香、柏子仁、七爪风、枇杷花、枸杞子用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)咖啡粉用水化开,菱角去壳,取果肉入咖啡汁中小火煮熟,取出菱角肉与珍珠菜、冬瓜皮混合入搅拌机搅成泥状,取出拌入中药粉,丸成丸状,入烤箱烘烤5-8分钟,取出切碎,待用;
(3)核桃露倒入香芋粉中,再加香瓜果瓤混合搅拌均匀,干香菇泡发去缔,填入香芋果瓤的混合物,待用,啤酒中丢入奶糖、羊肚菌,上锅小煮10-15分钟,再将锅上架上笼屉,放入碟子,碟中倒入空心菜浆汁,再均匀放入填有物料的香菇,盖盖熏蒸20-30分钟,取出香菇,去除香菇上物料,将香菇切碎,待用;
(4)将糯米粉、金银花粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(2)(3)所得物料混合,倒入适量水以及除番茄酱以外的剩余各物料,不断搅拌混匀后,置于模具中成型,得成型的糕坯;
(5)将成型的糕坯抹上番茄酱,置于沸水浴中蒸30-40 分钟后,取出,即得。
