本发明公开了一种清肝明目蓝藻糕,由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米粉200-220、米粉80-100、营养添加剂7-8、菠菜5-6、山药4-5、血糯米7-8、葱姜末2-3、洋葱3-4、葡萄籽油4-5、香蕉皮8-10、白酒5-7、冬瓜皮7-8、木瓜3-4、蓝藻粉3-4、茶叶4-5、芝麻酱5-6、阳雀花1-1.8、大青叶1.8-2.2、鼠尾草1.3-2、孩儿草0.9-1.7、扶桑根1.8-2.1;本发明方法生产的糕采用多种蔬果做为原料,增加了糕的口味及营养价值,同时由于原料中增加了大青叶、鼠尾草、孩儿草等多种中药成分,使得本发明糕产品具有清肝明目、清热利湿、消积活血的保健作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健香糕,尤其涉及一种清肝明目蓝藻糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。如今,糕类食品也层出不穷,但是有的为了降低生产成本,无法满足人们日常对于营养的需求,有的甚至降低了糕原料原本的营养价值,因此生产一种高保健的糕类食品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种清肝明目蓝藻糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种清肝明目蓝藻糕,由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米粉200-220、米粉80-100、营养添加剂7-8、菠菜5-6、山药4-5、血糯米7-8、葱姜末2-3、洋葱3-4、葡萄籽油4-5、香蕉皮8-10、白酒5-7、冬瓜皮7-8、木瓜3-4、蓝藻粉3-4、茶叶4-5、芝麻酱5-6、阳雀花1-1.8、大青叶1.8-2.2、鼠尾草1.3-2、孩儿草0.9-1.7、扶桑根1.8-2.1;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
鸡蛋花2-3、炙龟甲2.8-3.2、黄芪叶2.2-3.4、樱桃叶2.7-3、菱角13-18、果酒2-3、精盐4-5、桂花4-5、鹿角粉7-8、红稀泥适量;
制备方法为:(1)鸡蛋花、炙龟甲、黄芪叶、樱桃叶洗净烘干研磨成粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)菱角兑药汁、果酒混合煎煮20-25分钟,取出晾干,将晾干的菱角拌入红稀泥、桂花、精盐的混合物,置于容器中密封静置1-2天,取出放于烤炉上平铺,加热小火烘烤1-2小时,取出菱角;
(3)将步骤(2)所得菱角去壳烘干磨粉,与鹿角粉合并即得。
一种清肝明目瓜香蓝藻糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将阳雀花、大青叶、鼠尾草、孩儿草、扶桑根用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2) 菠菜、洋葱洗净,与香蕉皮混合切碎,撒上葱姜末,置于大网勺中,葡萄籽油烧滚,浇在果皮菠菜洋葱碎上,沥干油,冷却待用;
(3)山药、木瓜去皮切片,血糯米洗净,与山药木瓜片混合入锅兑白酒煮熟,取出煮熟物料入搅拌机混合搅得熟泥,取出晾凉,茶叶用凉水泡开,拌入中药粉,混合搅拌均匀做馅料,熟泥包裹馅料做成多个小丸,滚蓝藻粉,上锅隔水熏蒸20-25分钟,取出切碎粒状,待用;冬瓜皮入热水焯熟,切碎待用;
(4)将糯米粉、米粉、营养添加剂混合,倒入适量水以及除芝麻酱以外的剩余各物料,不断搅拌混匀后,置于模具中成型,得成型的糕坯;
(5)将成型的糕坯抹上芝麻酱,置于沸水浴中蒸30-40 分钟后,取出,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明方法生产的糕采用多种蔬果做为原料,增加了糕的口味及营养价值,同时由于原料中增加了大青叶、鼠尾草、孩儿草等多种中药成分,使得本发明糕产品具有清肝明目、清热利湿、消积活血的保健作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种清肝明目蓝藻糕,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
糯米粉200、米粉80、营养添加剂8、菠菜6、山药5、血糯米8、葱姜末3、洋葱4、葡萄籽油5、香蕉皮10、白酒7、冬瓜皮8、木瓜4、蓝藻粉4、茶叶5、芝麻酱6、阳雀花1.8、大青叶2.2、鼠尾草2、孩儿草1.7、扶桑根2.1;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
鸡蛋花2、炙龟甲2.8、黄芪叶2.2、樱桃叶2.7、菱角15、果酒2、精盐4、桂花4、鹿角粉7、红稀泥适量;
制备方法为:(1)鸡蛋花、炙龟甲、黄芪叶、樱桃叶洗净烘干研磨成粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)菱角兑药汁、果酒混合煎煮20分钟,取出晾干,将晾干的菱角拌入红稀泥、桂花、精盐的混合物,置于容器中密封静置1天,取出放于烤炉上平铺,加热小火烘烤1小时,取出菱角;
(3)将步骤(2)所得菱角去壳烘干磨粉,与鹿角粉合并即得。
一种清肝明目蓝藻糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(3)山药、木瓜去皮切片,血糯米洗净,与山药木瓜片混合入锅兑白酒煮熟,取出煮熟物料入搅拌机混合搅得熟泥,取出晾凉,茶叶用凉水泡开,拌入中药粉,混合搅拌均匀做馅料,熟泥包裹馅料做成多个小丸,滚蓝藻粉,上锅隔水熏蒸20分钟,取出切碎粒状,待用;冬瓜皮入热水焯熟,切碎待用;
(4)将糯米粉、米粉、营养添加剂混合,倒入适量水以及除芝麻酱以外的剩余各物料,不断搅拌混匀后,置于模具中成型,得成型的糕坯;
(5)将成型的糕坯抹上芝麻酱,置于沸水浴中蒸30分钟后,取出,即得。

1.一种清肝明目蓝藻糕,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米粉200-220、米粉80-100、营养添加剂7-8、菠菜5-6、山药4-5、血糯米7-8、葱姜末2-3、洋葱3-4、葡萄籽油4-5、香蕉皮8-10、白酒5-7、冬瓜皮7-8、木瓜3-4、蓝藻粉3-4、茶叶4-5、芝麻酱5-6、阳雀花1-1.8、大青叶1.8-2.2、鼠尾草1.3-2、孩儿草0.9-1.7、扶桑根1.8-2.1;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
鸡蛋花2-3、炙龟甲2.8-3.2、黄芪叶2.2-3.4、樱桃叶2.7-3、菱角13-18、果酒2-3、精盐4-5、桂花4-5、鹿角粉7-8、红稀泥适量;
制备方法为:(1)鸡蛋花、炙龟甲、黄芪叶、樱桃叶洗净烘干研磨成粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)菱角兑药汁、果酒混合煎煮20-25分钟,取出晾干,将晾干的菱角拌入红稀泥、桂花、精盐的混合物,置于容器中密封静置1-2天,取出放于烤炉上平铺,加热小火烘烤1-2小时,取出菱角;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清肝明目瓜香蓝藻糕的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将阳雀花、大青叶、鼠尾草、孩儿草、扶桑根用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2) 菠菜、洋葱洗净,与香蕉皮混合切碎,撒上葱姜末,置于大网勺中,葡萄籽油烧滚,浇在果皮菠菜洋葱碎上,沥干油,冷却待用;
(3)山药、木瓜去皮切片,血糯米洗净,与山药木瓜片混合入锅兑白酒煮熟,取出煮熟物料入搅拌机混合搅得熟泥,取出晾凉,茶叶用凉水泡开,拌入中药粉,混合搅拌均匀做馅料,熟泥包裹馅料做成多个小丸,滚蓝藻粉,上锅隔水熏蒸20-25分钟,取出切碎粒状,待用;冬瓜皮入热水焯熟,切碎待用;
(4)将糯米粉、米粉、营养添加剂混合,倒入适量水以及除芝麻酱以外的剩余各物料,不断搅拌混匀后,置于模具中成型,得成型的糕坯;
(5)将成型的糕坯抹上芝麻酱,置于沸水浴中蒸30-40 分钟后,取出,即得。
