本发明涉及一种保健紫薯,尤其涉及一种酪梨紫薯养颜粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。如今,用紫薯制备的各种保健食品也层出不穷,但是有的为了降低生产成本,无法满足人们日常对于营养的需求,有的甚至降低了紫薯原本的营养价值,因此生产一种高保健的紫薯食品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种酪梨紫薯养颜粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种酪梨紫薯养颜粉,由下列重量份的原料制成:
紫薯60-65、营养添加剂5-7、红豆沙8-9、灰豆腐10-14、咸萝卜14-15、金银花5-7、青瓜8-11、黑豆浆29-30、酪梨4-7、羊栖菜15-18、米酒3-6、蕃芋叶2-4、凉皮13-16、枸杞子浆3-4、茶叶蛋黄7-8、拐枣2.2-2.5、炒车前子1.6-1.8、黄瓜香2-1.3、公丁香2.2-3.1、藿香叶2.4-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
1.8-2斤的鲫鱼一只、4-6斤的鸭子一只、当归20-24克、功劳子23-24克、花荵14-16克、益智仁17-18克、腊肉40-50克、蜜枣碎15-20克、枇杷汁70-100克,葱姜碎、五香粉适量;
制备方法为:(1)鲫鱼、鸭子洗净去内脏,腊肉剁碎,当归、功劳子、花荵、益智仁洗净,与腊肉碎、葱姜碎、蜜枣碎混合塞于鲫鱼肚子中,缝合待用;
(2)五香粉兑枇杷汁化开,鸭腹中涂抹枇杷汁与五香粉的混合物,再将鲫鱼置于鸭腹中,缝合,上锅大火蒸熟蒸透,1-2小时后,取出鲫鱼;
(3)将步骤(2)所得鲫鱼,浇烧滚的热油2-3次后,取出沥干,再刮取鱼肉混合剁碎,即得。
一种酪梨紫薯养颜粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将拐枣、炒车前子、黄瓜香、公丁香、藿香叶用6-9 倍量的水浸提后浓缩,得到中药汁;
(2)咸萝卜切碎,紫薯去皮切块,与咸萝卜碎、金银花混合上锅用黑豆浆熏蒸至熟,取出紫薯烘干磨粉,待用;青瓜、酪梨切丁,拌入红豆沙混合上烤炉烘烤至干,取出青瓜酪梨丁,混合磨粉;
(3)枸杞子浆、茶叶蛋黄、凉皮兑米酒混合入搅拌机搅拌成泥状,得蛋黄泥,羊栖菜、蕃芋叶洗净切段,拌入蛋黄泥搓成丸状,入油锅煎炸10-15秒,取出烘干,磨粉待用;
(4)灰豆腐兑中药汁混合入锅,拌入营养添加剂混合搅拌均匀,大火煮沸后取出灰豆腐,烘干磨粉待用;
(5)将上述步骤所得粉料混合搅拌均匀,灭菌封装,即得。

紫薯65、营养添加剂7、红豆沙9、灰豆腐14、咸萝卜15、金银花7、青瓜11、黑豆浆30、酪梨7、羊栖菜18、米酒6、蕃芋叶4、凉皮16、枸杞子浆4、茶叶蛋黄8、拐枣2.5、炒车前子1.8、黄瓜香1.3、公丁香3.1、藿香叶2.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
2斤的鲫鱼一只、6斤的鸭子一只、当归20克、功劳子23克、花荵16克、益智仁18克、腊肉40克、蜜枣碎20克、枇杷汁100克,葱姜碎、五香粉适量;
制备方法为:(1)鲫鱼、鸭子洗净去内脏,腊肉剁碎,当归、功劳子、花荵、益智仁洗净,与腊肉碎、葱姜碎、蜜枣碎混合塞于鲫鱼肚子中,缝合待用;
(2)五香粉兑枇杷汁化开,鸭腹中涂抹枇杷汁与五香粉的混合物,再将鲫鱼置于鸭腹中,缝合,上锅大火蒸熟蒸透,1小时后,取出鲫鱼;
(3)将步骤(2)所得鲫鱼,浇烧滚的热油3次,取出沥干,再刮取鱼肉混合剁碎,即得。
一种酪梨紫薯养颜粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将拐枣、炒车前子、黄瓜香、公丁香、藿香叶用9 倍量的水浸提后浓缩,得到中药汁;
(2)咸萝卜切碎,紫薯去皮切块,与咸萝卜碎、金银花混合上锅用黑豆浆熏蒸至熟,取出紫薯烘干磨粉,待用;青瓜、酪梨切丁,拌入红豆沙混合上烤炉烘烤至干,取出青瓜酪梨丁,混合磨粉;
(3)枸杞子浆、茶叶蛋黄、凉皮兑米酒混合入搅拌机搅拌成泥状,得蛋黄泥,羊栖菜、蕃芋叶洗净切段,拌入蛋黄泥搓成丸状,入油锅煎炸15秒,取出烘干,磨粉待用;
(4)灰豆腐兑中药汁混合入锅,拌入营养添加剂混合搅拌均匀,大火煮沸后取出灰豆腐,烘干磨粉待用;
(5)将上述步骤所得粉料混合搅拌均匀,灭菌封装,即得。

紫薯60-65、营养添加剂5-7、红豆沙8-9、灰豆腐10-14、咸萝卜14-15、金银花5-7、青瓜8-11、黑豆浆29-30、酪梨4-7、羊栖菜15-18、米酒3-6、蕃芋叶2-4、凉皮13-16、枸杞子浆3-4、茶叶蛋黄7-8、拐枣2.2-2.5、炒车前子1.6-1.8、黄瓜香2-1.3、公丁香2.2-3.1、藿香叶2.4-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
1.8-2斤的鲫鱼一只、4-6斤的鸭子一只、当归20-24克、功劳子23-24克、花荵14-16克、益智仁17-18克、腊肉40-50克、蜜枣碎15-20克、枇杷汁70-100克,葱姜碎、五香粉适量;
制备方法为:(1)鲫鱼、鸭子洗净去内脏,腊肉剁碎,当归、功劳子、花荵、益智仁洗净,与腊肉碎、葱姜碎、蜜枣碎混合塞于鲫鱼肚子中,缝合待用;
(2)五香粉兑枇杷汁化开,鸭腹中涂抹枇杷汁与五香粉的混合物,再将鲫鱼置于鸭腹中,缝合,上锅大火蒸熟蒸透,1-2小时后,取出鲫鱼;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酪梨紫薯养颜粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将拐枣、炒车前子、黄瓜香、公丁香、藿香叶用6-9 倍量的水浸提后浓缩,得到中药汁;
(2)咸萝卜切碎,紫薯去皮切块,与咸萝卜碎、金银花混合上锅用黑豆浆熏蒸至熟,取出紫薯烘干磨粉,待用;青瓜、酪梨切丁,拌入红豆沙混合上烤炉烘烤至干,取出青瓜酪梨丁,混合磨粉;
(3)枸杞子浆、茶叶蛋黄、凉皮兑米酒混合入搅拌机搅拌成泥状,得蛋黄泥,羊栖菜、蕃芋叶洗净切段,拌入蛋黄泥搓成丸状,入油锅煎炸10-15秒,取出烘干,磨粉待用;
(4)灰豆腐兑中药汁混合入锅,拌入营养添加剂混合搅拌均匀,大火煮沸后取出灰豆腐,烘干磨粉待用;
(5)将上述步骤所得粉料混合搅拌均匀,灭菌封装,即得。
