本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种莲藕土豆解郁香蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜“食疗”在我国已有几千年的历史。《神农本草经》中说蜂蜜“安五脏,益气补中,止痛解毒,除百病,和百药,久服轻身延年。”《本草纲目》中说:“和营卫,润脏腑,通三焦,调脾胃。”蜂蜜对神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肝病、便秘等有很好的疗效。但现有蜂蜜存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种莲藕土豆解郁香蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种莲藕土豆解郁香蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
枇杷蜜90-110、干桂花15-20、营养添加剂7-8、土豆10-15、莲蓬5-6、马蹄6-7、鸡尾酒7-8、瘦肉5-6、饼干4-5、西米5-7、金丝枣7-8、莲藕4-5、蔬菜汁8-9、猕猴桃汁10-12、雄黄1.5-2、冰片2.8-3.3、风铃花2.1-2.7、巴戟天2.2-3、橙花2-2.3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
红芪1.2-2.3、枫香脂0.9-1.2、锦灯笼2-2.3、柳枝1.7-3、茶叶蛋黄4-5、甜菜根粉3-4、面粉5-6、仙人掌7-8、蘑菇汤、甜米酒糟适量;
制备方法为:(1)将红芪、枫香脂、锦灯笼、柳枝洗净烘干研磨得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得药汁;
(2)茶叶蛋黄取出碾碎与甜菜根粉以及面粉兑药汁混合揉至团状,得粉团,仙人掌取肉切丁,每个仙人掌丁取少量粉团包裹严实,揉成丸子,待用;将笼屉均匀铺设甜米酒糟,将各个小丸用蘑菇汤熏熟,取出笼屉上物料,烘干研磨成粉,即得;
一种莲藕土豆解郁香蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的雄黄、冰片、风铃花等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后浓缩,得中药汁,冷却待用;
(2)西米洗净,用中药汁、干桂花浸泡3-4小时,瘦肉、金丝枣切丁,与西米混匀,连同中药汁一起上锅煮熟,取出西米并烘干;
(3)土豆与马蹄、饼干混合剁碎,塞入洗净的莲藕孔中,莲藕、莲蓬共同入锅,兑鸡尾酒与猕猴桃汁以及少量水,大火蒸煮20-30分钟,取出莲藕,烘干待用;
(4)将烘干的物料用粉碎机粉碎成20 目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(5)将提取物粉以及剩余物料与枇杷蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,最后倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明工艺简单、生产成本低,不仅具备蜂蜜本身的丰富营养,而且添加的风铃花、橙花、紫苏、莲藕、马蹄等食材、药材,药效高,性味温和,营养丰富,能够增强免疫力,具有宽中解郁、行气散寒、镇静止痛等功效,是老少皆宜的最佳保健食品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种莲藕土豆解郁香蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
枇杷蜜110、干桂花20、营养添加剂8、土豆15、莲蓬6、马蹄7、鸡尾酒7、瘦肉6、饼干5、西米7、金丝枣7、莲藕5、蔬菜汁9、猕猴桃汁12、雄黄1.5、冰片3.3、风铃花2.7、巴戟天2.2、橙花2.3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
红芪1.2、枫香脂1.2、锦灯笼2、柳枝1.7、茶叶蛋黄4、甜菜根粉3、面粉5、仙人掌7、蘑菇汤、甜米酒糟适量;
制备方法为:(1)将红芪、枫香脂、锦灯笼、柳枝洗净烘干研磨得粉,用5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得药汁;
(2)茶叶蛋黄取出碾碎与甜菜根粉以及面粉兑药汁混合揉至团状,得粉团,仙人掌取肉切丁,每个仙人掌丁取少量粉团包裹严实,揉成丸子,待用;将笼屉均匀铺设甜米酒糟,将各个小丸用蘑菇汤熏熟,取出笼屉上物料,烘干研磨成粉,即得;
一种莲藕土豆解郁香蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的雄黄、冰片、风铃花等中草药用5倍水浸提后浓缩,得中药汁,冷却待用;
(2)西米洗净,用中药汁、干桂花浸泡4小时,瘦肉、金丝枣切丁,与西米混匀,连同中药汁一起上锅煮熟,取出西米并烘干;
(3)土豆与马蹄、饼干混合剁碎,塞入洗净的莲藕孔中,莲藕、莲蓬共同入锅,兑鸡尾酒与猕猴桃汁以及少量水,大火蒸煮30分钟,取出莲藕,烘干待用;
(4)将烘干的物料用粉碎机粉碎成20 目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(5)将提取物粉以及剩余物料与枇杷蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌2小时至均匀,最后倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。
Claims (2)
1.一种莲藕土豆解郁香蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
枇杷蜜90-110、干桂花15-20、营养添加剂7-8、土豆10-15、莲蓬5-6、马蹄6-7、鸡尾酒7-8、瘦肉5-6、饼干4-5、西米5-7、金丝枣7-8、莲藕4-5、蔬菜汁8-9、猕猴桃汁10-12、雄黄1.5-2、冰片2.8-3.3、风铃花2.1-2.7、巴戟天2.2-3、橙花2-2.3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
红芪1.2-2.3、枫香脂0.9-1.2、锦灯笼2-2.3、柳枝1.7-3、茶叶蛋黄4-5、甜菜根粉3-4、面粉5-6、仙人掌7-8、蘑菇汤、甜米酒糟适量;
制备方法为:(1)将红芪、枫香脂、锦灯笼、柳枝洗净烘干研磨得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得药汁;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种莲藕土豆解郁香蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的雄黄、冰片、风铃花等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后浓缩,得中药汁,冷却待用;
(2)西米洗净,用中药汁、干桂花浸泡3-4小时,瘦肉、金丝枣切丁,与西米混匀,连同中药汁一起上锅煮熟,取出西米并烘干;
(3)土豆与马蹄、饼干混合剁碎,塞入洗净的莲藕孔中,莲藕、莲蓬共同入锅,兑鸡尾酒与猕猴桃汁以及少量水,大火蒸煮20-30分钟,取出莲藕,烘干待用;
(4)将烘干的物料用粉碎机粉碎成20 目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(5)将提取物粉以及剩余物料与枇杷蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,最后倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。
