背景技术
鲫鱼含有全面而优质的蛋白质,对肌肤的弹力纤维构成能起到很好的强化作用。尤其对压力、睡眠不足 等精神因素导致的早期皱纹,有奇特的缓解功效。
鲫鱼是主要以植物为食的杂食性鱼,喜群居而行,择食而居。肉质细嫩,肉营养价值很高,每百克肉含蛋白质 13克、脂肪 11克,并含有大量的钙、磷、铁等矿物质。鲫鱼药用价值极高,其性平味甘,入胃、肾,具有和中补虚、除羸、温胃进食、补中生气之功效。鲫鱼分布广泛,全国各地水域常年均有生产,以2~4月份和8~12月份的鲫鱼最肥美,为我国重要食用鱼类之一。
发明内容
一种补脑作用的蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜300~320、鲫鱼500~550、人参10~12、茅栗叶3~4、炒核桃粉50~60、生姜4~5、柠檬醋7~8、菠萝汁10~12、荔枝核1~3、鸡精4~5、助剂4~5和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:三七花6~8、岩青兰4~5.5、葡萄酒8~10、大麦芽8~12、啤酒花5~6、关公须2~3、竹叶3~4、疳积草2~3、脱脂牛奶粉15~20、鲜韭菜花10~12、鲜茉莉花12~14和适量的水;制备方法:(1)混合三七花、岩青兰、啤酒花、关公须、竹叶和疳积草,加水至没过物料8~10cm,煎煮60~70min,过滤汤汁;(2)取大麦芽,混合鲜茉莉花和鲜韭菜花,加葡萄酒研磨,挤压出滤汁;(3)混合(1)的汤汁和(2)的滤汁加入至脱脂牛奶粉中,搅拌均匀,烘干并粉碎即得。

(2)取出(1)所述的鲫鱼,剔出鱼肉部分,过滤出鱼汤,混合鱼肉和鱼汤,搅拌成匀浆;
(3)将(2)所述的匀浆拌入蜂蜜,同时加入柠檬醋、菠萝汁、炒核桃粉、助剂及其它剩余成分,于-40℃以下速冻成固体块状;
(4)将(3)所得块状固体于真空干燥机中升华干燥,控制料温-5~5℃,持续8~10h,完成后粉碎成末即可。

岩青兰:唇形科多年生草本,全体具香气味,芳香植物,洗净后晒干可要用,有清热消炎,凉血止血等功效。
疳积草:爵床科明萼草属植物孩儿草的全草,全年可采,洗净,鲜用或晒干,有清热利湿,消积导滞等功效。
