Abstract

本发明涉及一种药膳鲫鱼汤,它由如下原料制成::鲫鱼800~1000g、荜茇10~30g、缩砂仁10~30g、陈皮10~30g、胡椒10~30g、生姜丝5~20g、大蒜末5~10g、葱10~40g。其制作方法特征在于采用如下步骤:(1)将鲫鱼宰杀去鳞去鳃去内脏,洗净(2)荜茇、缩砂仁、陈皮、胡椒切成(碾成)碎状,葱切成小段(3)锅内放入花生油烧热,将鲫鱼放入其中煎至七八分熟,加入水,水开后放入荜茇、缩砂仁、陈皮、胡椒、生姜丝、大蒜末,炖煮成浓汤,然后加入食盐和酱油。该药膳鲫鱼汤具有口味鲜甜,制作简单,极具营养,醒脾暖胃等优点,适用于脾胃虚寒之胃口不开、慢性腹泻、慢性痢疾等症状。

[0003] 鲫鱼的食补食疗作用一直被人们所重视。如中国专利200910051407. 6的发明-- 萝卜丝鲫鱼汤,该发明公开了一种萝卜丝鲫鱼汤的制作方法,所制作出来的萝卜丝鲫鱼汤 具有补脾、养血、益肾等功效,可治疗贫血出血、坐月子期间的贫血等症状。而中国专利 201310510249. 2的发明--一种鲫鱼丸食品,用鲫鱼和夏天无、淡竹根、莲子制作成鱼丸达 到降血脂的目的,适用于防治高血脂疾病的食品辅助保健。但是目前没有将鲫鱼适用于脾 胃虚弱,少食乏力,呕吐或腹泻作用发挥出来的食疗保健的食品。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的,即在于提供一种药膳鲫鱼汤,该药膳鲫鱼汤具有口味鲜甜,极具营 养,醒脾暖胃等优点,适用于脾胃虚寒之胃口不开、慢性腹泻、慢性痢疾等症状。
[0005] 本发明还提供了药膳鲫鱼汤的制作方法,该方法制作简单,容易操作。
[0006] 为了实现上述目的,该药膳鲫鱼汤,它由如下原料制成:鲫鱼800〜1000g、荜茇 10〜30g、缩砂仁10〜30g、陈皮10〜30g、胡椒10〜30g、生姜丝5〜20g、大蒜末5〜 10g、葱 10 〜40g。

1. 一种药膳鲫鱼汤,特征在于它由如下原料制成:鲫鱼800〜lOOOg、荜茇10〜30g、 缩砂仁10〜30g、陈皮10〜30g、胡椒10〜30g、生姜丝5〜20g、大蒜末5〜10g、葱10〜 40g。
2. -种如权利要求书1所述药膳鲫鱼汤的制作方法,其特征在于采用如下步骤: (1) 将鲫鱼宰杀去鳞去鳃去内脏,洗净; (2) 荜茇、缩砂仁、陈皮、胡椒碾碎,葱切成小段; (3) 锅内放入花生油烧热,将鲫鱼放入其中煎至七八分熟,加入水,水开后放入荜茇、缩 砂仁、陈皮、胡椒、生姜丝、大蒜末,炖煮成浓汤,然后加入食盐和酱油,再熬煮一分钟,起锅 放入葱即可。
