本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种理气养血红枣汁,由以下重量份原料制成:红枣80-90、生姜35-40、米汤350-360、钟乳石4-6、粟米20-30、麦仁20-30、香草汁20-30、紫参5-7、桃仁4-6、红花4-6、党参5-7、郁金4-5、络石藤3-4、艾叶3-4、食品添加剂8-10、红糖80-90、粽叶适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:黄瓜籽粉10-15、啤酒酵母粉5-8、可可粉40-50、南瓜花5-7、苹果花4-6、桃仁4-5、花生壳5-6、猴头菇20-30、橄榄果汁30-40、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将南瓜花、苹果花、桃仁、花生壳用5-8倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将猴头菇洗净,置于锅中,加入橄榄果汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料取出,打成浆汁后喷雾干燥,得到橄榄猴头菇粉备用;
(3)将黄瓜籽粉、啤酒酵母粉、可可粉、步骤1的粉末、橄榄猴头菇粉合并,混匀即可。

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:黄瓜籽粉10-15、啤酒酵母粉5-8、可可粉40-50、南瓜花5-7、苹果花4-6、桃仁4-5、花生壳5-6、猴头菇20-30、橄榄果汁30-40、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将南瓜花、苹果花、桃仁、花生壳用5-8倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
