Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于通过蒸发液态物质构成蒸汽空气混合物或/和凝聚气溶胶并且在一定条件下用于冷凝所构成的蒸汽的吸入器组件,包括:
壳体;
用于蒸发部分液态物质的电加热元件;
具有毛细结构的芯体,该芯体与加热元件一起构成复合件,并且该加热元件自动地供应液态物质;
承载板,优选地是电路板,其承载该复合件并且,在加热元件其上电学地触点接通;
至少部分地通过承载板构成的毛细空隙,其用于通过使芯体的端部段伸入到毛细空隙中来为复合件自动供应液态物质。
背景技术
概念定义:
在具体的专利申请中概念“吸入器”涉及医学和非医学的吸入器。此外此,该概念涉及用于供给药品和不被声明为药品的此类材料的吸入器。此外此概念涉及例如在欧洲专利类别A24F47/00B中所包括的吸烟器和香烟替代品,大体上它们确定用于将蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶传递给使用者。相反地,概念“吸入器”也不应该限制如何向使用者或其身体输送所构成的蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶。蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶可以被吸入肺中,但是或者也可以仅仅向口腔输送-而不吸入肺中。
基于空隙的分界壁的毛细作用单独引起液体运输的每一个空隙都被视为是“毛细空隙”。芯体、被包裹了的芯体或利用芯体材料填充的通道并非这种毛细空隙。
应用单数“复合件”并不排除存在多个复合件的情况。本发明明确地包括具有多个复合件的结构。
WO2010/045671(Helmut Buchberger)说明了一种用于间歇地、吸入或抽吸同步地构成蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶的吸入器组件,其由(图9-12和图17-18)壳体3、布置在壳体3中的腔室21、用于将空气从周围环境输入至腔室21内的进气口26、用于蒸发部分液态物质16的电加热元件构成,其中构所成的蒸汽在腔室21中与通过进气口26输送的空气混合,并且构成蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶。吸入器组件还包括具有毛细结构的芯体,该芯体与加热元件一起构成平面复合件22,并且加热元件在蒸发之后自动地重新供给液态物质16。平面复合件22利用两个端部部段安置在两个导电的、板状接触件23上,加热元件在其表面上同时电学地触点接通。可替换地,也可以由电路板或公用的电路板构成板状接触件23。平面复合件22的至少一个被加热的部段无接触地布置在腔室21中,并且芯体的毛细结构在所述部段中至少在平面复合件的一侧24上尽可能地暴露。平面复合件22或者说它的芯体利用端部伸入到毛细空隙41中,空隙在其自身方面毛细地连接或者可以毛细地连接装有液态物质16的液体容器4。液体容器4具有可打开的闭锁件18,其在使用之前还是封闭的。可打开的闭锁件18可以由使用者手动地开启,随后液态物质涌进储存器45并且浸润毛细空隙41。毛细空隙41从液体容器4或储存器45中抽吸液态物质16,并且将其运输至复合件22中。基本上由两个板状接触件23中的一个和平面置于其上的顶部件42构成毛细空隙41,这通过两个彼此相邻的结构元件或者它们的表面构成毛细空隙42的分界壁来实现。此外将通风通道52添加到板状接触件23中,它使储存器45或液体容器4与腔室21连接。通过使到达毛细空隙41中的每部分液态物质直接被体积相同的空气部分替换,使得通风通道52引起压力平衡。
最后将缓冲存储器53集成到顶部件42中,该缓冲存储器与毛细空隙41联通并且自身由毛细管构成-见图11和图17。缓冲存储器53具有容纳、中间储存来自毛细空隙41的液态物质16的能力,并且具有在需要时将其再次排出至毛细空隙41的能力。由此,至少只要液态物质16还存储在缓冲存储器53中,也可以在翻转的应用状态-咬嘴5指向下-中运行吸入器组件。缓冲存储器53由添加到顶部件42中的彼此平行布置的缝隙54构成。缝隙54一方面经过开口55与毛细空隙41联通,并且另一方面经过通风空隙56与腔室21联通。缝隙54的毛细作用使得液态物质16从储存器45中通过毛细空隙41并通过开口55流入空隙54中,在那里液体物质被中间存储,并且可以根据需求再次被毛细空隙41抽走。
缓冲存储器53的结构证明了它极其需要空间。此外制造添加到顶部件42中的精细缝隙54连同开口55相对耗费成本。最后被评估为不利的是,因为通过开口55取消了毛细空隙41的否则可浸润的壁部段,所以开口55干扰了毛细空隙41的毛细作用。在最差的情况下,对毛细作用的干扰会妨碍为平面复合件22供应液态物质16。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,消除由现有技术已知的结构的前面示出的缺点。本发明的目的特别在于,通过结构简单的方法如下地设计开头所描述类型的吸入器组件,即基本上不需要附加的结构空间就可以缓存足量的液态物质。此外应该提高为复合件供应液态物质的安全性。
通过权利要求1表明的特征来实现该目的。因此提出,承载板的正面和其背面至少逐段地构成毛细空隙的分界壁。即是不只在承载板的一侧上、而是在两侧实现为复合件供应液态物质。在承载板的两侧上设有被承载板限定的毛细空隙或毛细空隙-部段。由此可以通过简单且同时节省结构空间的方式实现附加的毛细空隙-容积,其同时起到缓冲的作用。其他有益地效果体现在液体供应的过剩中:如果在一个毛细空隙-部段中-基于此原因也总是-停止供应,那么至少还可以通过位于承载板的相对侧上的毛细空隙-部段向复合件供应液态物质。
在本发明的改进方案中提出,承载板边缘也至少逐段地构成毛细空隙的分界壁。以这种方式可以继续扩大缓存容积。特别有益的是,毛细空隙至少部分地包围承载板。该包围的效果是,在承载板的正面和背面上的毛细空隙-部段通过承载板边缘彼此联通。即使如果毛细的液体流动在毛细空隙的多个位置处中断,也能找到至少一个替代路径以绕过相关的位置。
根据本发明,百分之50以上的承载板表面构成毛细空隙的分界壁。在计算中不考虑承载板从壳体伸出的部段。通过大面积地使用承载板表面作为毛细空隙的分界壁,可以最大化地构成与前面所列举的效果相关的附加缓存容积,并且最大程度地提高供应安全性。此外可以扩大供应容量,其是在每单位时间中可通过毛细空隙传输的液态物质的最大量。
特别有利的是,毛细空隙至少逐段地通过承载板和壳体的相邻的壁构成。在这种情况下单独通过现有组件至少逐段地构成毛细空隙。总之,壳体的现有壁部段已用作毛细空隙的分界壁。这不需要附加的结构空间。
本发明的优选的实施方式涉及一种具有装有液态物质的液体容器的吸入器组件,毛细空隙从液体容器中获得液态物质,并且提出,毛细空隙至少逐段地通过承载板和壳体的相邻的壁构成。液体容器可以或者设计为独立的构件,或者是壳体的一部分。在后一种情况中,通过壳体的壁构成液体容器。通过液体容器壁在供应口的边缘处构成隆起,获得特别有益的关系,即毛细空隙经由在液体容器的壁中的供应口与液体容器中的液态物质联通,其中承载板利用其边缘与隆起邻接。替代性地也可以提出,承载板利用其正面或背面放置在隆起上。因此对于毛细空隙到液体容器的连接不需要附加的辅助装置。通过隆起,供应口的壁部段向外延长。假如液态物质可以良好地浸润所涉及的表面,则产生如此效应,即通过作用于延长的壁部段的附着力,从供应口中抽出少量的液态物质。该效果足以使液态物质到达并且浸润承载板,其中承载板利用其边缘与隆起邻接或者利用其正面或背面平放在隆起上。由此将毛细空隙与在液体容器中的液态物质连接,并且由在毛细空隙中产生的毛细吸力驱动,毛细空隙可以填充液态物质。
此外本发明涉及一种包括如前面描述的根据本发明的吸入器组件的吸入器。吸入器组件也可以仅仅是一个部件、特别是吸入器的可更换的部件。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的吸入器,如此设计其形状和大小,即使用者可以简单且舒适地操作吸入器。吸入器按体积仅仅大约如烟盒一半那么大。示例性示出的吸入器基本上由两个部分构成,即由吸入器部件1和吸入器组件2构成。
吸入器组件2由壳体3构成,其在正面构成烟斗状的咬嘴4。壳体3优选地由塑料制成。吸入器组件2装有液态物质,其在壳体3之中被电蒸发并且转化为可吸入的蒸汽空气混合物或者/和冷凝气溶胶。通过咬嘴4将所构成的蒸汽空气混合物或者/和冷凝气溶胶提供给使用者。基本上将所有材料和配制品都考虑作为液态物质,其在大气条件下尽可能无残留地蒸发。当稀释相应的材料或相应的配制品时,例如溶解于水中或者/和乙醇中并且该溶液尽可能地无残留地蒸发时,已经满足了该条件。通过足够高地稀释挥发性较弱的溶剂、例如水或/和乙醇,一般难以蒸发的材料也可以满足之前所提到的条件,并且避免了或者显著地减少了液态物质的热分解。通过冷凝产生的气溶胶微粒通常具有小于2μm的质量中值空气动力学直径(MMAD),并且因此也能抵达肺泡。根据本发明的吸入器特别适用于输送系统性作用的材料-特别是这种在中央神经系统中发挥它的主要作用的有效物质。作为实例应提到尼古丁,其沸点是246℃。含有尼古丁的气溶胶颗粒主要沉淀在支气管和肺泡中,在此有效物质闪电式地进入血液循环中。几秒之后尼古丁以结合后的浓度到达大脑并且可以在那里发挥已知的作用。
吸入器部分1由主壳体5构成,其再次优选地由塑料制成。主壳体5至少包括一个电池6和连同开关7a的开关电路7(在图1中虚线示出)。电池6和开关电路7提供了对于蒸发液态物质所必需的电能。电池6优选地由可重复充电的蓄电池构成、例如制造商松下(Panasonic)的CGR18650K型号,www.industrial.panasonic.com。在此涉及的是结构规格为18650的圆柱形锂离子电池,其具有1650mAh的存储容量和直至30A的电流负荷能力。也可比较由其他的制造商索尼(Sony)、三星(Samsung)、LG化学(LG Chem)大量制造的电池。
如图2所示,在具体的实施例中可以彼此分开地设计吸入器部分1和吸入器组件2。这种结构使得吸入器部分1能重复使用,这在考虑以下情况时基本上是有意义的,即首先吸入器部件1不与液态物质接触,也就是不被液态物质污染,并且其次包括了更耐用的作为吸入器组件2的组成部件的组件。在液态物质用完之后,使用者将吸入器组件2作为一个整体恰当地清除,并且用新的吸入器组件2替代。就此而言,吸入器组件2意味着可更换的一次性制品。当液态物质包括药品或者像尼古丁那样的毒品时,则首先指示要恰当地清除。当然原则上也可以考虑的是,一体地、即彼此不可分离地设计吸入器部分1和吸入器组件2。然而该实施方式可能不是较为经济的,因为在这种情况下吸入器的全部部件和组件、即吸入器以整体形式构成用于一次性使用的一次性商品。当然具体的发明也包括该实施方式,其中,在这种情况下将整个吸入器理解为吸入器组件。
可更换的吸入器组件2和能重复使用的吸入器部分1之间的机械连接经由插簧8a并通过壳体3构成的导向触头9a来实现,它们啮合入对应一致的、通过可重复使用的吸入器部件1的主壳体5构成的插孔8b和导向槽9b中。插簧8a和插孔8b同时用于将电能导入可更换的吸入器组件2,以便如以下还更详细地示出地那样蒸发液态物质。
图3a和图3b示出可更换的吸入器组件2的不同视图。图4-11给出关于吸入器组件2的内部结构的另外说明。因此吸入器组件2的壳体3基本上具有方形形状。对于构成蒸汽空气混合物或者/和冷凝气溶胶重要的组件位于方形的壳体3的内部。特别是引起液态物质蒸发的复合件10属于这些组件。在具体的实施例中并排地布置六个复合件10,并且复合件具有平面的形状。平面复合件10分别由芯体和电加热元件构成,其彼此间平面地连接或平面地集成在彼此中。例如可以通过金属薄膜以及在其上烧结的金属线网层构成平坦的复合件10。也可以使用开孔的金属泡沫替代金属线网。在金属薄膜上烧结的线网层的或者金属泡沫的开孔的毛细结构构成了芯体,并且金属的电阻构成加热元件。适合的金属电阻材料例如是如AISI304或AISI316的不锈钢以及热导体合金、特别是镍铬合金。此类平面复合件10的制造属于现有技术,并且例如在已经援引的WO2010/045671(Helmut Buchberger)中详细地公开。要说明的是,平面的复合件10不必强制性地设计为平坦的,而是也可以具有空间的曲率。
如图4b和图7最佳示出的,平面复合件利用两个端部段10a,10b安置在承载板11上。承载板11具有大间隙12,其被复合件10无接触地覆盖。在具体的实施例中将承载板11设计为电路板、特别是多层电路板。所有已知的电路板材料、特别是材料类型FR1至FR5基本上都适用于作为电路板11的材料。平面复合件10在端部段10a,10b的区域中电触点接通在电路板11的印制导线13上。在图7中将印制导线作为黑色的平面示出。在前面描述的金属薄膜-复合件的情况下优选地通过薄膜侧的焊接实现电触点接通,如有可能在预处理之后利用适合的助焊剂来实现焊接。可以例如利用Stannol有限责任公司,www.stannol.de,的商标为“5050S-Nirosta”的浓缩助焊剂毫无困难地焊接材料质量为AISI304和AISI316的不锈钢。电触点接通可以替代性地由借助于导电粘合剂的粘合连接构成,例如借助于环氧化物基的含银的粘合剂。为电路板11装配平面的复合件10以及其触点接通是全自动地实现的,在此可以应用电路板工业的方法,此外该方法也适用于大量生产。
电路板11以前面已经提到的插簧8a形式从壳体3中伸出。这两个插簧8a用于将电能导入到吸入器组件2中。通过印制导线13为复合件10输送电能。根据图7不仅在电路板11的正面11a上而且也在背面11b上布置印制导线13,其中正面11a是装配侧-其是那个在其上电触点接通复合件10的面。其他的印制导线也仍然可以选择性地布置在中间层中。根据现有技术,单独的印制导线层借助于所谓的通孔敷镀技术适当地彼此连接。在图7中还示出了电流流动。因此在具体的实例中,各三个复合件10彼此串联地连接。由此可以在一定界限中对得出的加热电阻以及进而对热功率和蒸发率产生影响。也可以提出,通过例如相应地改变金属箔的厚度,使得六个复合件10的单个电阻大小不同。通过这些措施也可以类似于在香烟中那样取决于位置地进行蒸发过程。
在电路板11的正面11a上放置了基本上是板状的、优选地由塑料构成的顶部件14(见图4和图8-10)。顶部件14具有留空15,留空在其尺寸和布置方面与在电路板11中的间隙12相关。在最简单的情况下,将顶部件14直接放置在平面复合件10的端部段10a,10b上。顶部件14由此与电路板11一起构成第一毛细空隙-部段16a,其浅色的宽度或者说空隙宽度基本上等于平面复合件10的厚度(见图9和图11)。典型地,空隙宽度是0.2mm。在图4f中以黑色面示出第一毛细空隙-部段16a的平面延伸范围。通过粘合连接将顶部件14固定在电路板11上。在图4d中以黑色面示出粘合位置。优选地在壳体3的外部接合电路板11和顶部件14,这样构成了预装配的结构单元。
电路板11利用其背面11b至少逐段地放置在装有液态物质17的、方形的液体容器18上(见图4a/4b,图8-9和图11)。通过壳体3构成液体容器18或者说它的壁18a。然而电路板11不是直接安置在液体容器壁18a上,而是安置在间隔保持件19上。间隔保持件19部分地由液体容器壁18a构成,并且部分地由其余的壳体部分构成;其在图4a中示出为黑色面。通过这种方式构成第二毛细空隙-部段16b。电路板11的背面11b和相邻的液体容器壁18a构成该第二毛细空隙-部段16b的分界壁。在图4c中以黑色面示出第二毛细空隙-部段16b的平面延伸范围。通过间隔保持件19的高度确定空隙宽度并且典型地是0.3mm。优选地借助于粘合连接将电路板11固定在间距保持件19上。在工厂方面在制造流程的最后进行为液体容器18填充液态物质17,优选地通过在容器壁18a中的小孔(未示出)全自动地借助于针头和定量给料单元来实现。在填充之后封闭该孔、例如熔合该孔,并且气密地封装整个吸入器组件2。
液体容器18在其下端部处具有缝隙状的供应口20(见图5-6,图9-10)。第二毛细空隙-部段16b通过这个供应口20获取全部液态物质17。通过由液体容器壁18a构成的隆起21实现了毛细连接。通过隆起21,供应口20的壁部段向外延长(见图9)。作用在延长的壁部段处的附着力导致少量液态物质17从供应口20涌出。这个效应足以使液态物质17也到达电路板11,其利用它的边缘11c与隆起21邻接(见图6和图9)。在一个替代性的设计方案中,电路板11利用其背面11b放置在隆起21上(见图12)。一旦液态物质17浸润电路板11的背面11b,第二毛细空隙-部段16b就可以发挥它的抽吸作用并且容纳液态物质17。为了加固,通过在壳体3处的接片22支撑隆起21。
缝隙状的供应口20大约在中心处具有扩口。该扩口构成通风开口23。通风开口23与在电路板背面11b上嵌入电路板11中的通风槽24联通,通风槽在其自身方面通过间隙12与处于大气压力下的内部空间联通。通过使第二毛细空隙-部段16b容纳的每部分液态物质17直接被体积相同的部分空气替代,通风开口23和通风槽24起到平衡压力的作用。
如图10和11最佳示出地,第一毛细空隙-部段16a和第二毛细空隙-部段16b通过第三毛细空隙-部段16c彼此连接。通过电路板边缘11c和相邻的壳体壁3a构成第三毛细空隙-部段16c。与电路板11相连的板状的顶部件14用于精确固定第三毛细空隙部段16c,该顶部件紧挨着壳体壁3a并且以确切定义的尺寸突出电路板边缘11c。该尺寸等于第三毛细空隙-部段16c的空隙宽度并且典型地是0.3mm。如所述的构成预装配结构单元的电路板11和板状的顶部件14也必须准确地被结合。
三个毛细空隙-部段16a,16b,16c共同构成毛细空隙16。因此,毛细空隙16由一个延伸的彼此相连的毛细空隙-系统构成,该系统包围部分电路板11。如果不考虑电路板11的伸出壳体3的部段、即插簧8a,那么在具体的实施例中明显多于50%的电路板表面构成毛细空隙16的分界壁。在前面已经进行了描述了对液态物质17的与由此得出的有利作用相关的缓存、以及相关地供应安全性和供应能力。对于获得有益作用的基本前提是,液态物质17良好地浸润全部所施加的表面。为了确保上述过程,在装配之前在适当地流程中还使相关结构件-指液体容器18、连同复合件10的电路板11、顶部件14和至少一部分壳体3-亲水。适当的流程是指在氧-等离子体中的亲水处理以及借助于等离子聚合作用的亲水处理。这两个流程由例如Diener electronic有限两合公司,www.plasma.de,在可购买的范围内提供。此外所提到的公司也可以根据客户需求设计和建立相应的、也适于批量生产的设备。
在详细地深入说明根据本发明的吸入器的作用方式之前,下面还要描述吸入器组件2的其他的组成部件。即使当这些组成部分可能不是直接与本发明相关时,那么此类说明也还有助于更好地整体性地理解根据本发明的吸入器组件的功能,并且保证了本发明的更可靠地可执行性:在顶部件14和壳体3之间布置两个开孔的、有抽吸能力的海绵25a,25b(见图4g和图11)。在海绵之间的空间与留空15一起构成腔室26(也参照图8),在腔室中真正地进行构成蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶。海绵25a,25b在其孔中容纳由蒸发阶段构成的冷凝物沉积,并且阻止了在吸入器组件2中构成可自由移动的可能会妨碍吸入器组件功能的冷凝物团。从清洁角度这样的冷凝物团也会有问题,特别是当它经过咬嘴4到达使用者的口腔时。海绵25a,25b优选地由细孔的纤维复合物构成。Filtrona Fibertec有限责任公司,www.filtronafibertec.com,专业制造这样的纤维复合物,其中不但借助于三乙酸甘油酯处理化合的醋酸纤维素-纤维而且也热处理化合的聚烯烃-和聚酯纤维。
海绵25a,25b平放在由U形的载体27构成的角型材27a,27b(见图4g和图11)上。载体27与顶部件14通过粘合连接来接合。载体27连同角型材27a,27b优选地由疏水性的塑料构成。疏水性的材料起到液体屏障的作用,并且确保没有液态物质可以通过毛细作用到达海绵25a,25b。在连接角型材27a,27b的臂27c中,在朝向顶部件14的一侧上添加凹进部28,其与顶部14共同构成空气喷嘴29(见图9和图10)。空气喷嘴29用于将周围空气引入腔室26中,这在后面还会详细地描述。由此冷凝物沉积不会阻塞空气喷嘴29,推荐的是,在空气喷嘴的范围内利用疏水性的薄胶带贴盖(未示出)顶部件14的表面。
通过由壳体3构成的抽吸进气管30(见图3a/3b和图8),实现为吸入器组件2供应周围空气,以用于构成蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶的。抽吸进气管30布置在吸入器组件2的与咬嘴4相对的一侧上。这个位置在第一时间防止了雨水的进入。在连接的状态中吸入器组件2的抽吸进气管30通过由吸入器部分1的主壳体5构成的孔31(见图2)伸出。在抽吸进气管30中有流体节流阀32。流体节流阀32具有产生流阻的作用,其与香烟的流阻类似,因此使用者在抽吸时感觉到与抽烟时类似的抽吸阻力。具体地,流阻在通流量为1.05L/min时应该处于8-16mbar范围中,并且尽可能地具有线性特征。当应与在香烟中一样地输送所构成的蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶时,也就是吸入口腔(吸入体积:大约20-80mL)时,其可能随后被吸入到肺中,那么此时需要流体节流阀32。这种运行方式首先适用于当液态物质17包括尼古丁时。然而,如果吸入器应在惟一步骤中允许直接吸入肺部时,如同在大多数医学吸入器中的情况,则取消流动节流阀32。优选地流体节流阀32由类似香烟过滤嘴的纤维复合物构成,其中材料的密度应适合于前面所述的通流特征。该材料可以再次由Filtrona Fibertec有限责任公司,www.filtronafibertec.com,提供。
下面要详细地描述吸入器的功能:使用者将新的吸入器组件2与可重复使用的吸入器部分1连接。开关电路7记录该连接并且引起实施可能确定的已准备好的操作、例如用于向复合件10供应新鲜液态物质17或/和建立稳定的条件的一个或多个蒸发循环。一旦这些操作结束,开关电路7例如通过发光二极管以信号表示吸入器的准备运行状态。使用者将吸入器的咬嘴4放到嘴上并且操作开关7a。同时他在咬嘴4处开始抽吸。由此产生的低压导致空气从周围环境流到抽吸进气管30中。在空气通过流动节流阀32之后,气流以直角转弯(见在图8和图9中的箭头)并且流入到给气腔室33中,在此聚集空气并且此后为缝隙状的空气喷嘴29均匀地输送空气。气流在空气喷嘴29中加速并且以高通入速度进入到腔室26中。
操作开关7a引入了开关电路7接通加热电流。优选地借助功率-MOSFET来接通加热电流,其中所输送的功率可以通过占空比(占空比Duty Cycle)与相应的需求相匹配。也可以在确定的限度中由使用者通过接口来实现这种匹配,这由此实现对已产生的气溶胶量或烟量施加影响。在典型地是1.0-1.8秒的预设时间周期内(“加热阶段”)接通加热电流。通过插簧8a和电路板11的印制导线13将加热电流输送给复合件10,并且导致对复合件10的和存储在芯体中的液态物质17瞬间加热,紧接着蒸发液态物质17。蒸汽射入到腔室26中,在那里其与通过空气喷嘴29流入的空气混合。
空气喷嘴29的布置和大小使得复合件10的过流均匀和快速。由此确保了由复合件10释放的蒸汽在各个方位遇到几乎相同的混合条件,并且蒸汽和空气的混合是紧密的。空气导致蒸汽冷却,因此只要被蒸发的液态物质17包括具有足够低的蒸汽压力的物质-所谓的构成气溶胶的物质-,此外就可以构成冷凝气溶胶。对于这种构成气溶胶的物质的典型实例是甘油。
在腔室26中构成的蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶,在通过咬嘴4被提供给使用者以吸入之前,在本实施例中最终还流经冷却器34(见图4g和图8)。冷却器34例如可以由多孔的填充材料、羊毛类的纤维材料或者由开放式蜂窝状的泡沫材料构成,所构成的蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶流过它的孔。也可以将冷却器34设计为多级的,其中各个冷却级具有不同的特性。如果待蒸发的材料包括尼古丁,有利的是利用适合的吸收剂、例如利用柠檬酸涂覆至少一个冷却级的冷却材料。吸收剂从流过的冷凝气溶胶中吸取挥发性稍弱的尼古丁馏分,否则其将会沉淀在咬嘴中以及咽喉中,这在药理学上和感官上都是不理想的。此外可以向冷却器材料添加芳香剂、例如薄荷脑。
适合的羊毛类纤维材料可以例如从Freudenberg Vliesstoffe合资公司,www.freudenberg-filter.com,获得。带有(过滤垫)标识销售的并且由聚烯烃纤维构成的材料是根据客户需求而制造的,其中可以如此协调材料特性,即使得终端产品对于所产生的冷凝气溶胶的细微颗粒而言是尽可能穿透的。适合的泡沫材料例如可以从DunlopEquipment公司,www.dunlop-equipment.com,获得。所指出的供应商提供厚度可达到15mm的板形镍和镍铬泡沫,其带有产品标识(Grade80)并且具有90-95%的孔隙度,孔直径为大约300μm。根据公司代表的口头通知,从技术的角度还可以制造孔稍微更细的泡沫。此外经过轧制可以额外地压缩金属泡沫。通过激光切割或线蚀刻可以再加工板件。镍泡沫并且特别是镍铬泡沫的特征在于高稳定性以及耐高温性和耐氧化性。这些特性导致了,相比较更贵的金属泡沫在吸入器组件2的使用期限结束时可以被循环且被再利用。如果液态物质17包括尼古丁,原则上应该仅仅凭适合的抵押物将吸入器组件2交给消耗者。以这种方式确保了,环保地处理大部分被尼古丁残留物污染的冷却器34、海绵25a,25b和液体容器18,并且如果可能的情况下再次净化它们。
在加热阶段结束时,开关电路7使开关7a去激活几秒钟。例如通过发光二极管向使用者示出该去激活,并且为了可以冷却复合件10以及使芯体可以再次吸满液态物质17,去激活是必需的。通过复合件10或者说它的芯体的毛细作用引起液体运输。芯体通过复合件-端部段10a,10b从第一毛细空隙-部段16a(见图4b/4f和图11)中吸取液态物质17。因此芯体也由两侧被渗透。从第一毛细空隙-部段16a中抽取液态物质17使得毛细压力在毛细空隙16中减小,该毛细压力反作用直到液体容器18中。毛细压力导致来自液体容器18中的液态物质17通过缝隙状的供应口20伴流(nachstroemt)到第二毛细空隙-部段16b中(见在图4a中的箭头)。液态物质17从那里通过第三毛细空隙-部段16c到达第一毛细空隙-部段16a中,在那里它最终替代了已提取的液体量。如果在毛细空隙-系统16中的一个或多个位置处-由于此原因也总是-出现毛细流动的干扰,那么在大多数情况下将会找到用于绕过相关位置的可替换的路径。
从液体容器18中提取的液态物质17的量在进行压力平衡时被等量的空气替代。通过通风槽24和通风开口23实现平衡压力。只要液态物质17再次完全地渗透复合件10或芯体,吸入器就已经为新的蒸发周期而做好准备。
在吸入器组件2的翻转的应用状态中-咬嘴4指向下面-因为一直存在于液体容器18中的气垫35由于浮力在每个位置中不断上升,即在翻转的应用状态中其出现在供应口20的区域中,所以失去了在毛细空隙16和在液体容器18中的液态物质17之间的毛细耦合。尽管如此,因为在扩展的毛细空隙系统16中缓存了充足的液态物质17,至少对于一定数量的抽吸或吸入而言,运行吸入器也是可行的。只有当全部毛细空隙-部段16a,16b,16c全空时,芯体才面临着干涸的危险。最晚至这个时刻必需将吸入器组件2再次转入正常的使用状态中,以使得毛细空隙16可以再次充满液态物质17,该过程仅需额外几秒。
最后例如还应该公开液态物质17的含尼古丁的配制,其以原型蒸发(见表格1)。在此所构成的和被给药的冷凝气溶胶在药物学的、药理学的以及感官上的作用非常接近传统的香烟的烟雾。在香烟烟雾中也再次得到全部所提到的内容物。

对此还要表明的是,本发明理所当然地不局限于根据刚才描述的实施例的一个或多个平面的复合件10。复合件也可以替代性地设计为线形或丝形。此外复合件还可以以任意方式彼此电连接。最后本发明也包括其中布置有可与壳体3分离的液体容器18的设备,因此一旦液体容器是空的,就可以由一个新的液体容器来将其替代。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于通过蒸发液态物质(17)构成蒸汽空气混合物或/和冷凝气溶胶并且在一定条件下用于冷凝所构成的蒸汽的吸入器组件,包括:
壳体(3);
用于蒸发部分液态物质的电加热元件;
具有毛细结构的芯体,所述芯体与所述加热元件一起构成复合件(10),并且所述加热元件自动地供应液态物质(17);
承载板(11)、优选地是电路板,所述承载板承载所述复合件(10),并且所述加热元件在所述承载板上电学地触点接通;
至少部分地通过所述承载板(11)构成的毛细空隙(16),所述毛细空隙用于通过使所述芯体的端部段伸入所述毛细空隙(16)中来为所述复合件(10)自动供应所述液态物质(17),
其特征在于,所述承载板(11)的正面(11a)和所述承载板的背面(11b)都至少逐段地构成所述毛细空隙(16)的分界壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸入器组件,其特征在于,承载板边缘(11c)也至少逐段地构成所述毛细空隙(16)的分界壁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸入器组件,其特征在于,所述毛细空隙(16)至少部分地包围所述承载板(11)。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的吸入器组件,其特征在于,百分之50以上的承载板表面构成所述毛细空隙(16)的分界壁。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的吸入器组件,其特征在于,所述毛细空隙(16)至少逐段地通过所述承载板(11)和所述壳体(3)的相邻的壁(3a)构成。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的吸入器组件,具有装有所述液态物质(17)的液体容器(18),所述毛细空隙(16)从所述液体容器中获得所述液态物质(17),其特征在于,所述毛细空隙(16)至少逐段地通过所述承载板(11)和所述液体容器(18)的相邻的壁(18a)构成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的吸入器组件,其特征在于,通过所述液体容器(18)的所述壁(18a)在供应口(20)的边缘处构成隆起(21)来实现所述毛细空隙(16)经由在所述液体容器(18)的所述壁(18a)中的所述供应口(20)与在所述液体容器(18)中的所述液态物质(17)联通,其中所述承载板(11)利用所述承载板边缘(11c)邻接所述隆起(21)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的吸入器组件,其特征在于,通过所述液体容器(18)的所述壁(18a)在供应口(20)的边缘处构成隆起(21)来实现所述毛细空隙(16)经由在所述液体容器(18)的所述壁(18a)中的所述供应口(20)与在所述液体容器(18)中的所述液态物质(17)联通,所述承载板(11)利用所述承载板的正面或背面(11a),(11b)放置在所述隆起(21)上。
9.一种吸入器,包括根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的吸入器组件(2)。
