Abstract
一种多功能吸烟器，由集灰器和烟丝缸等构成，
集灰器上固定有柄，柄内中空，另一端活动连接烟嘴，
同集灰器匹配的烟丝缸底部开有一个或若干个孔眼，
此外还有一个起紧固作用的压盖活动连接在集灰器
上，定盖上开有孔，该孔可由动盖封闭。本实用新型
结构简单，既可抽烟丝，又可抽烟卷，而且使用安全卫
生。
Description
本实用新型属于日常生活用品，确切地说是一种多功能吸烟用具。
目前，市场上所售的吸烟器有烟斗和烟嘴。它们功能单一。或抽烟丝，或抽卷烟，也不能装吸附烟草中有害成份的填料或保健用药物。使用烟嘴时，散落的火星有时会灼伤人体，烧坏衣服甚至引起火灾事故等。而且，这两种吸烟器都只能自己使用，同他人共用不卫生。
专利公报上所公布的吸烟器虽对上述缺点进行了改进，但仍显不足，如CN86202387U所公布的能贮存烟灰的吸烟器，只是在烟嘴的基础上增加了一个防烟灰落地的功能，由于烟嘴与壳体相连，不便取下，不好供他人使用，也只能抽卷烟。再如CN2059792U所公布的保健烟斗，在抽烟时虽起保健作用，但不便抽卷烟，不能防烟灰落地，也不能同他人共用。
本实用新型的目的是要设计一种多功能的吸烟器，既能抽烟丝又能抽卷烟。抽烟丝时既能装吸附烟草中有害成份用的填料如海棉体等，又能装保健、治病药物使抽烟者在抽烟时兼起保健、治病作用。抽卷烟时既能防止引起火星散落，又能收集烟蒂、烟灰、火柴梗。除自己使用外，更换烟嘴后还可供他人使用。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一只集灰器用来存放烟灰、烟蒂和火柴梗，其上固定有柄，柄内中空，同集灰器相通。当抽卷烟时，可置放烟卷；当抽烟丝时，可装填吸附剂或保健药物，柄的一端活动连接可以更换的烟嘴，或插接或螺纹连接。当抽烟丝时，如图1所示集灰器上匹配一只烟丝缸和一只压盖，烟丝缸底部开有一个或若干个孔眼，压盖用来压紧烟丝缸，以便保证周边接触面基本密封，其上开有孔，用来装填烟丝，压盖同集灰器活动连接。烟丝抽完后，卸下压盖取出烟丝缸，将烟灰倒入集灰器内。当抽烟卷时，如图2所示则集灰器匹配一只定盖和一只动盖。定盖边缘附近有小凸起通过在集灰器台阶上凹槽或小孔而固定，也可直接放在集灰器台阶上利用定盖和集灰器间的摩擦力来固定。定盖中央或开安装孔或加工安装柄，扣住此孔或捏紧安装柄即可装、卸定盖，安装孔或安装柄周围还分布至少一个通气孔，用来掐灭烟头。动盖上若开孔则只开通气孔，其位置、数量、大小同定盖上通气对应并活动连接在集灰器上，适当旋转动盖时，两盖上的孔即可互相遮蔽，以防集灰器内的烟灰等外泄。
当压盖加工成其它形状时，动盖上可不开孔，并匹配在压盖上，如图3、图4所示。图3是压盖和动盖分别加工成四分之一球面状，图4是压盖加工成球台状。动盖活动连接在压盖上。
压盖、定盖和动盖上所开的孔可以是园孔或其它形状的孔。
本实用新型的优点是：
1.可以抽烟丝或卷烟；
2.抽卷烟时，集灰器起烟灰缸作用，火星、烟灰不会散落出来灼伤人体、烧毁衣物，减少对环境的污染，不易引起火灾，稍小心睡在床上也可抽烟；
3.除自己使用外还可供他人使用；
4.抽烟丝时可以装填过滤烟草中有害成份的吸附剂或其它保健、治病药物；
5.该吸烟器小巧、美观形如烟斗，携带方便，制造容易。
该多功能吸烟器是抽烟者生活用品，完全克服了目前吸烟器单功能、少功能的缺点；
6.该实用新型结构简单、合理，材料来源广泛，烟丝缸可用金属经冲压加工制造，集灰器、烟咀、压盖等零件，可以用塑料、玻璃、玉等材料，经压、注、雕等方法制造，也可用金属经冲、压等方法制造。该实用新型模具结构简单，易于生产。

1.集灰器，2.柄，3.烟嘴，4.烟丝缸，5.压盖，6.动盖，7、定盖。
实施例一，如图1、图2所示。
集灰器1上沿口为圆形，内侧加工有台阶，用来置放烟丝缸4或定盖7，外侧加工外螺纹，压盖5和动盖6周边加工内螺纹与之匹配。定盖7置放在台阶上时，通过定盖7边缘上的小凸起匹配台阶上的凹槽而固定，定盖7中央有一个圆形安装孔，此外还有三个圆形通气孔，动盖6上也开三个同样大小的圆形通气孔，其分布位置也同定盖7相同。柄2上插接烟嘴3。
实施例二，如图3所示。
压盖5和动盖6分别加工成四分之一球面状，动盖6活动连接在压盖5底面直径的两端，通过在压盖5上滑动来开启或闭合集灰器1，其它同实施例一。
实施例三，如图4所示。
压盖5呈球台状，其上活动连接与之匹配的动盖6，用来开启或闭合集灰器1，其它同实施例一。
Claims (3)
1、一种多功能吸烟器，由集灰器、柄、烟丝缸、烟嘴、压盖、动盖和定盖所构成，其特征在于：
(1)集灰器上固定有柄，柄内中空，其一端活动连接烟嘴，或插接或螺纹连接；
(2)匹配在集灰器上的烟丝缸底部开有一个或若干个孔眼，通过压盖固定，压盖活动连接在集灰器上，其上开有孔，压盖可以是平面状或其它形状；
(3)固定在集灰器台阶上的定盖中央开有安装孔或加工安装柄，此外还至少有一个通气孔；
(4)动盖当活动连接在集灰器上则开通气孔，其大小、数量和位置同定盖上的通气孔对应，当活动连接在压盖上时，可不开孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能吸烟器，其特征在于：压盖和动盖同集灰器是螺纹连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能吸烟器，其特征在于：压盖、定盖和动盖上所开的孔为圆孔。
