[0047] 本实施例中, 所述电源杆 91 的插入端内部的电极件作为第一电极与所述第一电极件 78的电极抵接片 783弹性抵接而电连接, 电源杆 91插入端端面作为第二电极与所述第二电 极件 79的电极抵接片 793相弹性抵接而电连接 (如图 6、 图 7所示); 触发件 77的焊盘抵 接片 772、 第一电极件 78的焊盘抵接片 782及第二电极件 79的焊盘抵接片 792分别与控制 电路板 74 上各自相应的焊盘直接相互抵接而实现电连接。 这种采用弹片式连接的线路连接 方式, 不需用焊接, 工艺简化、 安装方便, 且其线路连接稳定可靠。 采用触发件 77 作为开 关, 给电源杆 91充电的触发信号方式是弹片接触触发方式, 其连接可靠。
[0048] 本实施例中, 所述充电插座 72包括所述电极件支座 76、 第一电极件 78、 第二电极 件 79和触发件 77, 所述触发件 77与所述第二电极片 79相当于电源开关, 当电源杆 91插 入所述充电插座 72内时, 电源杆 91抵接于第二电极片 79的电极抵接片 793上, 电极抵接 片 793发生弹性形变而与所述触发件 77的电极抵接片 773相抵接而使电路导通。 触发件 77 与充电电池 71导通, 由充电电池 71为电源杆 91 自动充电, 充满时会自动断电。 由于电源 杆 91与充电插座 72的充电连接方式为插拔式连接, 其安装和使用方便。 相比现有技术中的 金属铜套的充电插座, 本实施例的充电插座 72采用金属薄片制成, 能节约生产成本。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟盒, 包括:
用于存放电子烟的盒体;
设于盒体内的用于给电子烟充电的充电组件;
其中, 所述充电组件包括充电插座、 充电电池和集成于控制电路板上的电路处理单元; 所述 充电插座包括电极件支座, 设于电极件支座上的第一电极件、 第二电极片和与第二电极片相 距预定距离的触发件; 所述第一电极件的两端分别与所述电子烟的第一电极和充电电池的第 一电极电连接; 所述第二电极件的两端分别与所述电子烟的第二电极和充电电池的第二电极 电连接; 所述电子烟插入充电插座内与所述第二电极件相抵接; 第二电极件发生弹性形变而 抵接于触发件上使得充电电路形成回路; 由电路处理单元自动控制充电电池为电子烟充电和 充满电后自动断电。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述电极件支座由绝缘材质制成, 所述触发件、 第一电极件和第二电极件均为由金属导电薄片折弯成型的具有弹性形变的导电片。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述触发件、 第一电极件和第二电极件均与所述 控制电路板上相应的焊盘直接抵接, 通过控制电路板与所述充电电池电连接。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述电极件支座包括由上壁、 下壁、 左壁、 右壁 及后壁限定的方形槽体; 所述触发件固定于左壁上, 其一端贴合于上壁上, 另一端伸出方形 槽体外与所述控制所述电路板相抵接; 所述第二电极件固定于右壁上, 其一端位于上壁上方 并与所述触发件位于上壁上的一端相距预定距离, 另一端伸出方形槽体外与所述控制电路板 相抵接; 所述第一电极片固定于所述后壁上, 第一电极片的一端分别穿过电极件支座的上壁 和所述第二电极件, 第一电极片的另一端伸出方形槽内外与所述控制电路板相抵接。
5. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述触发件包括主体、 设于主体上的固定孔、 用 于与所述与控制电路板上的相应焊盘相抵接的具有弹性形变的焊盘抵接片及用于与所述第二 电极件相抵接的电极抵接片; 触发件的主体利用所述固定孔固定于所述电极件支座的左壁 上; 对应地, 左壁上设有与该固定孔相适配的定位柱; 触发件的电极抵接片贴合于所述上壁 上。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述触发件的主体和电极抵接片形成 "L"形; 而 触发件的焊盘抵接片为 U字形、 V字形或弧形的弹性薄片。
7. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述第一电极件包括主体、 设于主体上的固定 孔、 用于与所述与控制电路板上的相应焊盘相抵接的具有弹性形变的焊盘抵接片及用于与所 述电源杆的第一电极相抵接的电极抵接片; 第一电极件的主体利用所述固定孔固定于所述电 极件支座的后壁上, 对应地, 后壁上设有与该固定孔相适配的定位柱; 第一电极件的电极抵 接片分别穿过电极件支座的上壁和所述第二电极件。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述第一电极件的主体和电极抵接片大致呈 "Z" 字形; 而第一电极件的焊盘抵接片为 U字形、 V字形或弧形的弹性薄片。
9. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述第二电极件包括主体、 设于主体上的固定 孔、 用于与所述与控制电路板上的相应焊盘相抵接的具有弹性形变的焊盘抵接片及用于与所 述电源杆的第二电极和所述触发件相抵接的电极抵接片; 第二电极件的主体利用所述固定孔 固定于所述电极件支座的右壁上, 对应地, 右壁上设有与该固定孔相适配的定位柱; 第二电 极件的电极抵接片位于上壁上方并与所述触发件相距预定距离。
10. 如权利要求 9 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述第二电极件的主体和电极抵接片大致呈 "L "形; 而第二电极件的焊盘抵接片为 U字形、 V字形或弧形的弹性薄片。
11. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述第二电极件的电极抵接片上设有供所述第一 电极件穿出的通孔。
12. 如权利要求 2所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盒体包括底盒、 盒盖和使盒盖枢设于底盒上 的盒盖开闭装置, 所述充电组件设于底盒内; 所述盒盖开闭装置包括一按键和卡扣件; 所述 按键安装于所述底盒上开设的一按键开孔内并与所述卡扣件抵接而控制卡扣件; 所述卡扣件 固定于底盒内且末端与盒盖的卡槽配合以将盒盖锁紧或松开于底盒。
13. 如权利要求 2所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述底盒内设有用于容置和固定所述充电组件的 第一支架及用于引导所述电子烟插入所述第一支架内的第二支架。
14. 如权利要求 13 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述第一支架内设有用于引导电子烟插入所述 充电插座内的引导槽; 所述引导槽内设有与所电子烟相适配的涨紧圈。
