Abstract

一种电子烟装置包括电子烟(200)和用于存放该电子烟(200)的电子烟盒(100),所述电子烟盒(100)上在与电子烟对接的位置设有第一磁吸部,而电子烟对应设有与第一磁吸部相互磁性吸附以使电子烟和电子烟盒(100)稳固对接的第二磁吸部;所述电子烟盒(100)上在与电子烟(200)对接的位置处设有第一连接器(72),所述第一连接器(72)包括第一座体(721)、设于第一座体(721)中部的第一极柱(722)及设于所述第一座体(721)和第一极柱(722)之间以隔离第一座体(721)和第一极柱(722)的第一绝缘套(723)。所述电子烟(200)包括吸杆(20)和电源杆(26),所述电源杆(26)整体呈筒状,电源杆(26)内部设有第二电池(28),电源杆(26)的一端还设有与所述第二电池(28)相连并与电子烟盒上的第一连接器(72)对接的第二连接器(27)。这种电子烟装置能方便地将电子烟装入电子烟盒及从电子烟盒中取出。

电子烟装置 技术领域
[0001] 本发明创造涉及电子模拟烟领域, 尤其涉及一种电子烟装置。
背景技术
[0002] 电子烟装置通常包括电子烟及用于存放电子烟并为电子烟充电的电子烟盒。 现有的 电子烟包括吸杆和电源杆, 吸杆和电源杆通常是通过螺纹连接成一体的, 在不使用电子烟 时, 通常将吸杆和电源杆拆开分别存放在电子烟盒的对应插槽中。 现有的电子烟盒包括: 盒 体、 设于盒体内的用于存放电子烟的电源杆和吸杆的支架、 用于给电源杆充电的电源组件; 电源组件包括电池、 PCB板及第一连接器, 第一连接器为具有内螺纹的铜质套筒件, 电源杆 对应设有第二连接器, 当电源杆存放于电子烟盒的对应插槽中时, 第二连接器与第一连接器 对应插接而实现充电。 现有的电子烟盒中, 第二连接器与第一连接器之间采用螺纹连接, 这 种连接方式导致在将电源杆放入对应插槽中以及从插槽中取出的操作多有不便。
发明创造内容
[0003] 本发明创造的目的在于提供一种电子烟装置, 能方便地将电子烟装入电子烟盒及从 电子烟盒中取出。
[0004] 为达到上述目的, 本发明创造提供一种电子烟装置, 包括电子烟和用于存放该电子 烟的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟盒上在与电子烟对接的位置设有第一磁吸部, 而电 子烟对应设有与第一磁吸部相互磁性吸附以使电子烟和电子烟盒稳固对接的的第二磁吸部。

具体实施方式
[0032] 如图 1至 11所示, 本发明创造实施例提供一种电子烟装置, 其包括电子烟 200和用 于存放该电子烟 200及为其充电的电子烟盒 100。
[0033] 如图 1至 4所示, 所述电子烟盒 100包括在顶端设有开口 10的盒体 1、 设于盒体 1 内部的支架 3、 活动设于盒体 1开口处以遮盖所述开口 10的盒盖 5、 以及设置于盒体 1内的 支架 3上的电源组件 7。 所述电子烟 200包括相互可拆式对接的吸杆 20和电源杆 26, 在不 使用电子烟时, 吸杆 20和电源杆 26可拆开并分别存放于盒体 1内的支架 3上, 而当需要使 用电子烟时, 再分别从支架 3上取出吸杆 20和电源杆 26对接成一体即可供使用。 所述电源 杆 26存放于支架 3上时, 可与电源组件 7电连接而实现充电。
[0034] 所述盒体 1 呈烟盒常见的长方体外形, 当然, 也可设计成诸如圆柱形、 椭圆柱形、 多棱柱形等各种外观造型。 所述支架 3顶部设有第一插槽 30和第二插槽 31以供分别存放电 子烟的吸杆 20和电源杆 26, 如图 2〜图 4所示的实施例, 在电子烟盒 100内同时设有三根吸 杆 20以及一根电源杆 26, 对应地在支架 3上设有三个第一插槽 30和一个第二插槽 31。 所 述支架 3嵌于盒体 1内, 如图 2及图 4所示, 支架 3的顶缘还可自盒体 1的开口 10伸出并 设有压于开口 10顶缘上的凸边 32, 支架 3上还分别设有电池槽 34和对应位于存放电源杆 26的第二插槽 31底端处的嵌槽 35。 所述支架 3在第一插槽 30的中部还设有贯穿第一插槽 30的涨紧槽 36, 在涨紧槽 36内设有由弹性材料制成的涨紧器 38, 涨紧器 38上设有与第一 插槽 30对正且孔径略小于吸杆 20外径的过孔 39, 吸杆 20 穿过过孔 39 时即可被弹性夹 紧。
[0035] 所述盒盖 5与盒体 1相适配, 在如图 2及图 3所示的实施例中, 盒盖 5的一端与嵌 于盒体 1内的支架 3的顶部一端枢接, 所述盒盖 5另一端和支架 3对应端之间设置有卡扣结 构来实现锁定, 具体地, 在盒盖 5上设有卡槽 50, 支架 3上设有与卡槽 50卡扣配合的卡块 33, 通过卡块 33卡扣于卡槽 50内实现快速锁定, 而卡块 33与卡槽 50脱离时即解除锁定, 不仅结构简单而且操作方便, 可以理解地, 所述盒盖 5 也可直接与盒体 1 枢接; 所述卡块 33还可设于盒体 1开口的顶缘处; 此外, 所述卡块 33和卡槽 50的位置也还可互换。 所述 盒体 1、 支架 3以及盒盖 5均优选由塑料注塑制成, 当然, 也可考虑采用金属材料制成。
[0036] 如图 3及图 4所示, 所述电源组件 7包括设置于支架 3底部开设的电池槽 34内的第 一电池 70、 与第一电池 70相连并供电源杆 26的第二连接器 27插接的第一连接器 72、 设于 盒体 1外壁上并与第一电池 70相连的电源接口 74以及带有充电控制电路并与第一电池 70 相连的 PCB板 76。 优选地, 在盒体 1底面上设有插孔 12供电源接口 74外露以便电源接口 74与外部电源对接从而为第一电池 70补充电量, 所述电源接口 74优选为 USB接口。 所述 第一电池 70、 第一连接器 72以及电源接口 74均可集成于 PCB板 76上, 从而便于模块化生 产、 组装。
[0037] 如图 4〜图 8所示, 所述第一连接器 72对应设置于第二插槽 31 的底端, 其包括作为 第一电极的第一座体 721、 设于第一座体 721中部并作为第二电极的第一极柱 722及设于所 述第一座体 721和第一极柱 722之间的第一绝缘套 723, 所述第一座体 721和第一极柱 722 通过第一绝缘套 723实现电绝缘, 且第一座体 721和第一极柱 722均通过导线与所述 PCB 板 76电连接。 所述第一座体 721大致呈圆筒体结构, 第一座体 721 内部设有贯通孔 7211, 贯通孔 7211 内壁上设有卡环 7213。 所述第一座体 721卡嵌于所述支架 3上的嵌槽 35内, 为将第一座体 721有效定位于嵌槽 35内, 所述第一座体 721的外壁上设有凸环 7215, 由所 述凸环 7215卡嵌于嵌槽 35中 (如图 3所示)。 第一绝缘套 723呈套筒状, 其中心设有内套 孔, 第一绝缘套 723外壁上设有卡槽 7230, 通过卡槽 7230对应卡设于座体 721贯通孔 7211 的卡环 7213 处而将第一绝缘套 723 固定于座体 721 上。 所述第一极柱 722大致呈柱体结 构, 其外侧壁上设有定位槽 7220, 用于与第一绝缘套 723 的内套孔配合而将第一极柱 722 固定于所述第一绝缘套 723中。
[0038] 如图 7〜图 11所示, 所述电源杆 26整体呈筒状, 其内部设有第二电池 28、 控制电路 板 29等部件。 电源杆 26的一端还设有可与电源组件 7的第一连接器连接配合的第二连接器 27, 所述第二连接器 27包括第二座体 270、 设于第二座体 270中部的第二极柱 272以及设 于所述第二座体 270和第二极柱 272之间的第二绝缘套 274。 第二座体 270和第二极柱 272 通过第二绝缘套 274实现电绝缘, 且所述第二座体 270和第二极柱 272分别与电源杆 26内 部的第二电池 28的正负极对应连接。 所述第二极柱 272是穿设于第二绝缘套 274中, 其一 端伸出用于与外部连接器上对应极柱相抵接, 第二极柱 272靠第二座体 270内部的一端还设 有挡圈 2720, 且在的第二极柱 272靠第二座体 270内部的一端还套有弹簧 276, 弹簧 276的 两端分别抵于挡圈 2720和第二座体 270内端壁上, 由弹簧 276将第二极柱 272保持于伸出 状态。 在电源杆 26设有第二连接器 27的一端还设有如图 9所示的连接套 260, 所述第二连 接器 26 设置于连接套 260 靠内一端, 而连接套 260 靠外一端设置有外端大内端小的锥孔 262, 相应地, 所述第一连接器 72的第一座体 720的前端对应设计为前端小后端大的锥体, 从而有利于与锥孔 262配合而插入连接套 260中。
[0039] 为便于在电源杆 26上的第二连接器 27与所述电源组件 7的第一连接器 72对接时更 好地定位和固定, 第一连接器 72的座体 721可采用可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成, 所述磁 性材料可采用铁质材料, 从而由座体 721 整体构成一第一磁吸部, 也可以是在第一连接器 72 上设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成的独立结构件来构成所述第一磁吸部。 而相应 地, 第二连接器 27 的第二座体 270可以采用可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成, 从而由第二座 体 270整体构成可与第一连接器 72上的第一磁吸部对应磁性吸附的第二磁吸部, 也可以是 在第二连接器 27 上设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成的独立的结构件来构成所述第二磁 吸部。 在如图 6及图 7所示的实施例中, 即采用了独立设计的磁铁或磁性材料制成的磁体环 8 (如图 9所示) 来作为第二磁吸部,, 该磁环体 8内设有中通孔 81供所述第二极柱 272穿 过。 因此, 第一磁吸部与第二磁吸部的匹配关系可以是磁铁与磁铁、 磁铁与磁性材料或磁性 材料与磁铁。
[0040] 如图 7及图 8所示, 当电源杆 26插入支架 3上的第二插槽 31 中并插入到位后, 其 第二连接器 27即与第二插槽 31底端的第一连接器 72对接, 此时, 第二连接器 27的第二座 体 270与第一连接器 72的第一座体 720相抵接, 而第二连接器 27的第二极柱 272受第一连 接器 72的第一极柱 722的端面的抵顶而克服弹簧 276的弹力稍微回縮并在弹簧 276的作用 下紧抵于第一极柱 722上, 确保第一极柱 722和第二极柱 272接触良好, 由此即实现电源组 件 7 的电路与电源杆 26 内部电路的对应连通, 从而对电源杆 26 内的第二电池 28进行充 电。 同时, 第一磁吸部和第二磁吸部相互磁性吸附而稳固地对接电源杆 26 和第一连接器 72, 保证了在充电过程中电路能始终稳定连接。 而且通过磁吸原理来定位, 插入和拔出电源 杆 26的操作均得到极大的简化。
[0041] 如图 11所示, 所述吸杆 20包括吸筒 21、 设于吸筒内部的雾化器 22和烟液杯 23、 设 于吸筒一端的吸嘴盖 24以及设于吸筒另一端用于与电源杆 26的第二连接器 27对接的第三 连接器 25。 所述第三连接器 25 的结构与前述的电源组件 7 的第一连接器 72 结构大体相 同, 包括第三座体 250、 第三极柱 252以及第三绝缘套 254, 第三座体 250和第三极柱 252 之间通过第三绝缘套 254实现电绝缘, 且所述第三座体 250和第三极柱 272分别与吸杆 20 内部的雾化器 22的两极对应连接以供在吸杆 20与电源杆 26对接时, 将第二电池 28的电力 输送给雾化器 22。
[0042] 与第一连接器 72类似地, 所述第三连接器 25 的第三座体 250可以通过采用可导电 的磁铁或磁性材料制成, 从而由第三座体 250整体构成第三磁吸部, 也可以是在第三连接器 25 上设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成的独立的结构件来构成所述第三磁吸部。 通过如 此设计, 当吸杆 20与电源杆 26对接时, 第二连接器 27的第二座体 270与第三连接器 25的 第三座体 250相抵接, 而第二连接器 27的第二极柱 22受第三连接器 25的第三极柱 252的 端面的抵顶而克服弹簧 276的弹力稍微回縮并在弹簧 276的作用下紧抵于第三极柱 252上, 由此即实现电源杆 26内部电路与吸杆 20内部电路的对应连通, 从而由电源杆 26内的第二 电池 28 为吸杆内的雾化器等耗电部件供电。 同时, 第二磁吸部和第三磁吸部也相互磁性吸 附而稳固地对接吸杆 20和电源杆 26, 保证了在使用过程中电路能始终稳定连接。 而且通过 磁吸原理来定位, 对接和分拆吸杆 20和电源杆 26的操作均得到极大的简化。
[0043] 本发明创造在上述实施方式基础上做适当改进和修改, 例如: 第一连接器 72和第二 连接器 27的位置可以互换; 吸杆 20和电源杆 26采用一体式设计, 此时吸杆 20上无需再设 第三连接器 25, 电源杆 26上的第二连接器 27 的位置也做适当调整以便于在将电子烟 200 插入电子烟盒 100中时第二连接器 27仍可与第一连接器 72对接。

5. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述电源组件包括所述第一连接器、 设 置于支架底部开设的电池槽内的第一电池、 设于盒体外壁上并与第一电池相连的电源接口以 及带有充电控制电路并与第一电池相连的 PCB 板, 所述第一连接器的第一座体和第一极柱 均通过导线与所述 PCB 板电连接; 所述第一连接器、 第一电池和电源接口均集成设置于 PCB板上。
6. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包括吸杆和电源杆, 所述电 源杆整体呈筒状, 电源杆内部设有第二电池, 电源杆的一端还设有与所述第二电池相连并与 电子烟盒上的第一连接器对接的第二连接器。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接器包括第二座体、 设于第 二座体中部的第二极柱以及设于所述第二座体和第二极柱之间以隔离第二座体和第二极柱的 第二绝缘套, 且所述第二座体和第二极柱分别与电源杆内部的第二电池的正负极对应连接。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二座体采用可导电的磁铁或磁性 材料制成而构成所述第二磁吸部, 或者在第二连接器上设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成 的独立结构件构成所述第二磁吸部。
9 .如权利要求 7所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二极柱穿设于第二绝缘套中, 第二 极柱靠第二座体内部的一端设有挡圈, 且第二极柱的靠第二座体内部的一端上套有弹簧, 所 述弹簧的两端分别抵于挡圈和第二座体内端壁上而将第二极柱保持于伸出状态。。
10 .如权利要求 6所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 电源杆设有第二连接器的一端还设有连 接套, 所述第二连接器设置于连接套靠内一端, 而连接套靠外一端设置有外端大内端小的锥 孔, 所述第一连接器的第一座体的前端对应为前端小后端大的锥体。
11. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述吸杆和电源杆可拆式地连接, 所述 吸杆包括吸筒、 设于吸筒内部的雾化器和烟液杯、 设于吸筒一端的吸嘴盖以及设于吸筒另一 端用于与电源杆的第二连接器对接的第三连接器, 所述第三连接器包括第三座体、 第三极柱 以及设于所述第三座体和第三极柱之间以隔离第三座体和第三极柱的第三绝缘套, 且所述第 三座体和第三极柱分别与吸杆内部的雾化器的两极对应连接。。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述第三连接器的第三座体采用可导 电的磁铁或磁性材料制成而构成一第三磁吸部, 或者在第三连接器上设置由可导电的磁铁或 磁性材料制成的独立结构件构成一第三磁吸部, 所述第三磁吸部与电源杆上的第二磁吸部对 应磁性吸附。
13. 如权利要求 4所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述吸杆和电源杆可拆式地连接, 所述 支架顶部设有以供分别存放电子烟的吸杆和电源杆的第一插槽和第二插槽。

15. 如权利要求 13 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述支架在第一插槽的中部还设有贯 穿第一插槽的涨紧槽, 在涨紧槽内设有由弹性材料制成的涨紧器, 涨紧器上设有与第一插槽 对正且孔径略小于吸杆外径的过孔以夹紧穿于其中的吸杆。
