现参照图1-3,喷丝头20是适合安装在过滤组件上(未图示)用于提供聚酯以纺成长丝。喷丝头20是由板22所形成,并且设有许多毛细管24,该管分别连接于上下表面26和28。毛细管24分别由所标的40、50、60、70、80和90六个扇形所构成,每个扇形距毛细管中心C都有相等距离d,并且是以角度A等间距角度围绕中心C,每个扇形是同样的尺寸,扇形40将在下面详细描述,特别地是扇形40包括一个外弓形槽42,并由另一个槽43连接于内弓形槽43。
在毛细管24较好的结构中,槽43的宽度48比内弓形槽44的宽度46大,外弓形槽42的宽度49比槽43的宽度48大。
典型的毛细管具有0.062″的外径D,0.012″的长径d,和大约60°角度A。宽度46、48和49的相关尺寸如下:宽度48大约是宽度46的1.1倍,宽度49大约是宽度46的1.2倍。

Claims (3)

1、用于生产基本上圆形横截面的长丝的喷丝头,在沿着长丝方向上至少有7个连续的空隙,一个空隙位于中心,所说的喷丝头是由一个具有上下表面的板组成,该板的上下表面是由一毛细管连接,在所说的下表面上的毛细管是由许多相等间距的扇形所确定,并且在毛细管的中心周围是等空隙角度,每个所说的扇形由一个内弓形槽并由另一槽连接于包弓形槽所构成。
2、根据权利要求1的喷丝头,它具有六个扇形。
3、根据权利要求2的喷丝头,其中所说的连接于内弓形槽和外弓形槽的槽是一矩形,并且具有一宽度,其宽度比内弓形槽宽度大,所说的外弓形槽具有的宽度比连接于内外弓形槽的宽度大。
