本发明公开了一种保健粥及其制备方法,保健粥由以下重量原料制成:红豆20-25份,薏米10-12份,芡实5-10份,红糖3.5-4.5份,水150-200份。保健粥的制备方法如下:将红豆置于0~-5℃的温度下冷冻8~12小时,然后与红糖加水混合,加热至沸腾并保持沸腾状态20~35分钟,再加入粉碎后的薏米和芡实,继续保持沸腾状态15~20分钟,冷却后即得所述保健粥。本发明提供的保健粥口感极佳,经济实惠,健脾养胃,除湿效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域,特别是涉及一种保健粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
保健品,又称膳食补充剂、营养补充剂、营养补充品、营养剂、饮食补充剂等,是作为饮食的辅助手段,用来补充人体所需的氨基酸、微量元素、维生素、矿物质等。目前,药草类保健品是市场上最常见的保健品品种之一,多是以各种中药草为原料精制而得或是在其它食品中添加中药草成分制得,往往具有各种各样的保健效果。例如,CN200810238224.0公开了一种降血压的保健粥,是由生地、丹参、草决明、何首乌、枸杞、山楂、马蹄、猪瘦肉、地瓜和薏仁制成,具有清热解毒、生津止渴、降低血压的作用。但该保健粥添加了过多的中草药,不仅增加了成本,而且使得保健粥带有浓烈的中草药味,影响了口感。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种口感极佳,食用方便,经济实惠,健脾养胃,除湿效果显著的保健粥及其制备方法。
本发明的各原料中:
红豆,为豆科蝶形花亚科豇豆属植物红豆的种子,富含蛋白质、糖类、脂肪、膳食纤维、维生素B群、维生素E、钾、钙、铁、磷、锌等营养素。红豆有丰富的铁质,可以使人气色红润,可以补血、促进血液循环、强化体力、增强抵抗力。
芡实,为睡莲科芡属的水生植物芡的种子,有固肾涩精、补脾止泄之效,主湿痹腰脊膝痛,补中除暴疾,益精气,强志,令耳目聪明。
薏米,又名薏苡仁、苡仁、六谷子,为禾本科植物薏苡的种仁。其性凉,味甘、淡,入脾、肺、肾经,具有利水、健脾、除痹、清热排脓的功效。
一种保健粥,是由下述重量份原料制成:
红豆20-25份,薏米10-12份,芡实5-10份,红糖3.5-4.5份,水150-200份。
各原料的重量份优选为:
红豆23份,薏米11份,芡实8份,红糖4份,水180份。
所述保健粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按原料重量份称取红豆、薏米、芡实、红糖、水,然后将薏米和芡实碎成细粉,将红豆置于0~-5℃的温度下冷冻8~12小时;
(2)将冷冻的红豆与红糖加水混合,加热至沸腾并保持沸腾状态20~35分钟,再加入粉碎后的薏米和芡实,继续保持沸腾状态15~20分钟,冷却后即得所述保健粥。
上述保健粥的制备方法中:
优选地,所述冷冻温度为0℃,时间为12h;
所述所述薏米和芡实粉碎至100-300目。
本发明的优点:将原料熬至粥状,食用方便,入口顺滑,口感极佳;加入中药,增强保健效果;原料组成简单,价格便宜,制成的粥经济实惠。

下面结合实施例作进一步说明,但是本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
原料按以下重量份称取:红豆23份,薏米11份,芡实8份,红糖4份,水180份;
原料处理:将红豆置于0℃的温度下冷冻12小时,将薏米和芡实粉碎至300目。
保健粥的制备:将速冻红豆与红糖加水混合,加热至沸腾并保持沸腾状态20分钟,再加入粉碎后的薏米和芡实,继续保持沸腾状态20分钟,冷却后即得所述保健粥。
实施例2
原料按以下重量份称取:红豆20份,薏米10份,芡实5份,红糖3.5份,水150份;
原料处理:将红豆置于-4℃的温度下冷冻9小时,将薏米和芡实粉碎至250目。
保健粥的制备:将速冻红豆与红糖加水混合,加热至沸腾并保持沸腾状态20分钟,再加入粉碎后的薏米和芡实,继续保持沸腾状态18分钟,冷却后即得所述保健粥。
实施例3
原料按以下重量份称取:红豆22份,薏米11份,芡实7份,红糖4份,水170份;
原料处理:将红豆置于-3℃的温度下冷冻10小时,将薏米和芡实粉碎至200目。
保健粥的制备:将速冻红豆与红糖加水混合,加热至沸腾并保持沸腾状态25分钟,再加入粉碎后的薏米和芡实,继续保持沸腾状态15分钟,冷却后即得所述保健粥。
实施例4
原料按以下重量份称取:红豆23份,薏米12份,芡实9份,红糖4.5份,水180份;
原料处理:将红豆置于-2℃的温度下冷冻11小时,将薏米和芡实粉碎至150目。
保健粥的制备:将速冻红豆与红糖加水混合,加热至沸腾并保持沸腾状态30分钟,再加入粉碎后的薏米和芡实,继续保持沸腾状态15分钟,冷却后即得所述保健粥。
实施例5
原料按以下重量份称取:红豆24份,薏米12份,芡实10份,红糖4.5份,水190份;
原料处理:将红豆置于-1℃的温度下冷冻12小时,将薏米和芡实粉碎至100目。
保健粥的制备:将速冻红豆与红糖加水混合,加热至沸腾并保持沸腾状态35分钟,再加入粉碎后的薏米和芡实,继续保持沸腾状态15分钟,冷却后即得所述保健粥。
实施例6
原料按以下重量份称取:红豆25份,薏米12份,芡实10份,红糖4.5份,水200份;
原料处理:将红豆置于0℃的温度下冷冻12小时,将薏米和芡实粉碎至300目。
保健粥的制备:将速冻红豆与红糖加水混合,加热至沸腾并保持沸腾状态35分钟,再加入粉碎后的薏米和芡实,继续保持沸腾状态15分钟,冷却后即得所述保健粥。

1.一种保健粥,其特征是,该保健粥由下述重量份的原料制得:红豆20-25份,薏米10-12份,芡实5-10份,红糖3.5-4.5份,水150-200份。

3.一种保健粥的制备方法,其特征是:将红豆置于0~-5℃的温度下冷冻8~12小时,然后与红糖加水混合,加热至沸腾并保持沸腾状态20~35分钟,再加入粉碎后的薏米和芡实,继续保持沸腾状态15~20分钟,冷却后即得所述保健粥。
