杂粮保健饮料的制备方法,该方法包括下述的步骤:
(1)准备原料:红豆、薏米、绿豆、枸杞、红枣、玉米、芡实、山药;

上述的甜味剂用量为15份。
红豆俗名赤豆、红饭豆、米赤豆,性平,味甘酸。具有健脾止泻,利水消肿功效。适宜各类型水肿之人,包括肾脏性水肿、心脏性水肿、肝硬化腹水、营养不良性水肿等,如能配合乌鱼、鲤鱼或黄母鸡同食,消肿力更好;适宜产后缺奶和产后浮肿,可单用赤小豆煎汤喝或煮粥食;适宜肥胖症之人食用。
薏米又名薏苡仁、苡米、苡仁,土玉米,薏米、起实、薏珠子、草珠珠、回回米、米仁、六谷子。是常用的中药,又是普遍、常吃的食物,性味甘淡微寒,有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓等功效,为常用的利水渗湿药。薏仁又是一种美容食品,常食可以保持人体皮肤光泽细腻,消除粉刺、雀斑、老年斑、妊娠斑、蝴蝶斑,对脱屑、痤疮、皲裂、皮肤粗糙等都有良好疗效。
绿豆绿豆最常见的谷物类当中的一种,是我国人民的传统豆类食物。绿豆中的多种维生素、钙、磷、铁等矿物质都比粳米多。因此,它不但具有良好的食用价值,还具有非常好的药用价值,有“济世之良谷”的说法。经典中医认为:可消肿通气,清热解毒。将生绿豆研碎绞成汁水吞服,可医治丹毒,烦热风疹,药石发动,热气奔腾。补肠胃。可作枕头,使眼睛清亮。可治伤风头痛,消除呕吐。经常吃,补益元气,和调五脏,安神,通行十二经脉,除去皮屑,滋润皮肤,煮汁汤可解渴,解一切药草、牛马、金石之毒。
枸杞全身是宝,明李时珍《本草纲目》记载:“春采枸杞叶,名天精草;夏采花,名长生草;秋采子,名枸杞子;冬采根,名地骨皮”。枸杞有降低血糖、抗脂肪肝作用,并能抗动脉粥样硬化。此外,枸杞还可用园林作绿篱栽植、树桩盆栽以及用作水土保持的灌木等。
红枣又名大枣、干枣、枣子,起源于中国,在中国已有四千多年的种植历史,自古以来就被列为“五果”(桃、李、梅、杏、枣)之一,含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质。经常食用鲜枣的人很少患胆结石,这是因为鲜枣中丰富的维生素C,使体内多余的胆固醇转变为胆汁酸。
玉米素有长寿食品的美称,含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素、纤维素及多糖等,具有开发高营养、高生物学功能食品的巨大潜力。玉米不仅是人类粮食的主要来源,已成为一种热门的保健食品,经常出现于餐桌上,并风靡曾经以食物精细著称的欧美世界。
芡实属中药中的收涩药,为睡莲科植物芡的干燥成熟种仁,产于湖南、江西、安徽等地,又名水流黄、鸡头果、苏黄等。功能补中益气,益肾固精,除湿止带。用于梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下。同时具有很高的食疗价值,在我国自古作为永葆青春活力、防止未老先衰之良物。
山药味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。具有补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精等功效。主要用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。
本发明的有益效果在于,采用本发明的各种原料组合的配方所制备得到的杂粮保健饮料,富含多种氨基酸、蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸和金属元素,且利于消化吸收,有效补充身体所需的各种营养,清热去火,润肠通便。

实施例1
杂粮保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括下述的步骤:
(1)准备原料:红豆、薏米、绿豆、枸杞、红枣、玉米、芡实、山药;
上述的各原料的重量份数分别如下:
红枣为去核的红枣;
(2)将山药切块,打浆;将玉米打浆,将两种浆相混合;
(3)将红豆、绿豆、薏米、枸杞、红枣、芡实浸泡在水中,浸泡4小时,上述的原料与水的比例为1:9;
(4)将步骤(3)中的原料与水打浆,过40目的滤布;收集滤液;
(5)将步骤(2)和步骤(4)中得到的物料相混合,加胶,混合均匀,加入甜味剂,均质,巴氏灭菌,灌装。
实施例2
杂粮保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括下述的步骤:
(1)准备原料:红豆、薏米、绿豆、枸杞、红枣、玉米、芡实、山药;

(2)将山药切块,打浆;将玉米打浆,将两种浆相混合;
(3)将红豆、绿豆、薏米、枸杞、红枣、芡实浸泡在水中,浸泡2小时,上述的原料与水的比例为1:6;
(4)将步骤(3)中的原料与水打浆,过40目的滤布;收集滤液;
(5)将步骤(2)和步骤(4)中得到的物料相混合,加胶,混合均匀,加入甜味剂,均质,巴氏灭菌,灌装。
实施例3
杂粮保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括下述的步骤:
(1)准备原料:红豆、薏米、绿豆、枸杞、红枣、玉米、芡实、山药;
上述的各原料的重量份数分别如下:
红枣为去核的红枣;
(2)将山药切块,打浆;将玉米打浆,将两种浆相混合;
(3)将红豆、绿豆、薏米、枸杞、红枣、芡实浸泡在水中,浸泡6小时,上述的原料与水的比例为1:12;
(4)将步骤(3)中的原料与水打浆,过40目的滤布;收集滤液;
(5)将步骤(2)和步骤(4)中得到的物料相混合,加胶,混合均匀,加入甜味剂,均质,巴氏灭菌,灌装。
实施例4
杂粮保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括下述的步骤:
(1)准备原料:红豆、薏米、绿豆、枸杞、红枣、玉米、芡实、山药;
上述的各原料的重量份数分别如下:
所述的红枣为去核的红枣;
(2)将山药切块,打浆;将玉米打浆,将两种浆相混合;
(3)将红豆、绿豆、薏米、枸杞、红枣、芡实浸泡在水中,浸泡3小时,上述的原料与水的比例为1:8;
(4)将步骤(3)中的原料与水打浆,过40目的滤布;收集滤液;
(5)将步骤(2)和步骤(4)中得到的物料相混合,加胶,混合均匀,加入甜味剂,均质,巴氏灭菌,灌装。

7.如权利要求1所述的杂粮保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的甜味剂为冰糖或蜂蜜。
8.如权利要求1所述的杂粮保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的甜味剂用量为15份。
