Abstract
本发明涉及收纳在双重结构的气溶胶罐中的内装袋,所述气溶胶罐可同时喷出由第一剂和第二剂组成的氧化染发剂的第一剂和氧化染发剂的第二剂,其中第一剂包含强碱性组分,第二剂包含酸性组分,并且内装袋包括其中用于容纳第一剂的第一内装袋和其中用于容纳第二剂的第二内装袋。内装袋中,第一内装袋具有至少依次由聚烯烃内层、内层侧粘合树脂层、铝箔、外层侧粘合树脂层和耐冲击性热塑性树脂外层组成的层状结构,第二内装袋具有至少依次由聚烯烃内层、内层侧粘合树脂层、聚酯树脂层、外层侧粘合树脂层和耐冲击性热塑性树脂外层组成的层状结构,并且用于第一内装袋的内层侧粘合树脂层的粘合树脂包含聚醚系聚氨酯树脂。内装袋中,即使当内装袋进行落下冲击等时,也可有效防止层间剥离。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及收纳在能够同时喷出组成氧化染发剂的第一剂和第二剂的双重结构的气溶胶罐中的内装袋。更具体地,本发明涉及具有优良阻隔性、层间粘合性和耐冲击性的内装袋。
背景技术
迄今已知双重结构的气溶胶罐在单个气溶胶容器内包含组成氧化染发剂的包含强碱性组分的第一剂和包含酸性组分的第二剂以试图同时喷出这些剂。
关于包含在双重结构的气溶胶罐内的氧化染发剂,第一剂包含染料和主要为氨组分的强碱性组分。如果在贮存期间第一剂的组分与空气中的氧接触,第一剂化学变质并且其染色功能降低。如果其继续与氧接触,则毛发不能再被染色。因此,容纳第一剂的内装袋必须具有高度的氧气遮蔽性(阻隔性)并且还必须起到防止内容物挥发出内装袋并且消失的作用。即,内装袋必须具有高的气体遮蔽功能。还要求防止层材料被强碱性组分腐蚀或剥离。
第二剂为主要包含过氧化氢的氧化性酸性组分。因此,内装袋必须具有对由于通过作为氧化剂的过氧化氢的分解生成的氧气引起的内部膨胀压的抵抗性并且必须进一步起到防止内容物挥发出内装袋并消失的作用。此外,同样如用于第一剂的内装袋该袋还必须能够防止层材料腐蚀或剥离。
因为内装袋适用于包含在双重结构的气溶胶罐中的氧化染发剂的第一剂和第二剂,因此,本发明人提出收纳在双重结构的染发剂气溶胶罐中的内装袋,在双重结构的染发剂气溶胶罐中各个内装袋由金属箔和热塑性树脂或热塑性树脂层的层压层而构成,并且内装袋的至少之一由金属箔和热塑性树脂的层压层构成(专利文献1)。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
收纳在上述双重结构的气溶胶罐中的内装袋具有如下优良的性质:能够贮存不使其性质变化的组成氧化染发剂的具有不同性质的第一剂和第二剂,不使层彼此剥离或起泡(溶胀)。然而,了解到如果其受到如当其落下时等过大的冲击,层可能彼此剥离。
此外,一般建议气溶胶罐不贮存在温度不小于40℃的环境中。在通常环境下上述内装袋能够保持优良的性能。然而,期望即使在温度高达约40℃的环境下内装袋仍能够维持优良的性能以提供安全性。
因此,本发明的目的是提供容纳组成氧化染毛剂的第一剂和第二剂的收纳在双重结构的气溶胶罐中的内装袋,该内装袋即使在受到如当其落下时等冲击的情况下仍有效防止层间剥离。
本发明的另一目的是提供即使在相对较高的温度下仍能够维持优良性能的内装袋。
用于解决问题的方案
根据本发明,提供收纳在双重结构的气溶胶罐中的内装袋,其由用于容纳第一剂的第一内装袋和用于容纳第二剂的第二内装袋组成,第一剂含有强碱性组分和第二剂含有酸性组分,所述第一剂和第二剂组成氧化染发剂,并且气溶胶罐能够同时喷出第一剂和第二剂;其中
第一内装袋具有至少包括聚烯烃内层、内层侧粘合树脂层、铝箔、外层侧粘合树脂层和热塑性树脂外层的层构造;
第二内装袋具有至少包括聚烯烃内层、内层侧粘合树脂层、铝箔、外层侧粘合树脂层和热塑性树脂外层的层构造;和
形成第一内装袋内层侧粘合树脂层的粘合树脂包含聚醚系聚氨酯树脂。
本发明的收纳在双重结构的气溶胶罐中的内装袋中,期望:
1.第一内装袋和/或第二内装袋的聚烯烃内层包含线性低密度聚乙烯;
2.形成第二内装袋的内层侧粘合树脂层的粘合树脂包含聚酯系聚氨酯树脂;
3.在第一内装袋和/或第二内装袋的聚烯烃内层与内层侧粘合树脂层之间进一步形成粘合树脂层和热塑性树脂层;
4.第一内装袋的热塑性树脂层包含聚酰胺树脂;和
5.第二内装袋的热塑性树脂层包含聚酯树脂。
发明的效果
本发明的内装袋用作用于容纳两剂式的氧化染发剂的容器,不使包含在其中的染发剂失去其染发功能或不使包含在其中的组分挥发出内装袋并且进一步防止内装袋腐蚀,防止层间剥离,有效防止层起泡并且进一步有效防止即使在内装袋受到如当其落下时等冲击的情况下的层间剥离。
在单独的气溶胶罐中,本发明的第一内装袋和第二内装袋分别填充有组成氧化染发剂的第一剂和第二剂。当通过由压缩气体加压而喷出时,第一剂和第二剂可以预定比例混合在一起。
从后述实施例的结果本发明的上述效果也将变得显而易见。

具体实施方式
(第一内装袋)
容纳在本发明的收纳在双重结构的气溶胶罐中的第一内装袋内的第一剂包含如上所述的染料和主要是氨的强碱性化合物。
以前,期望通过从耐湿性和热封性(heat-sealing property)的观点,使用聚烯烃树脂作为内层,通过使用如铝箔等金属箔作为用于防止包含的第一剂和第二剂透过挥发的中间层,和此外使用形成基材的热塑性树脂作为外层来构成收纳在双重结构的气溶胶罐中的内装袋。本发明中,第一内装袋也采用包括聚烯烃内层、内层侧粘合树脂层、铝箔、外层侧粘合树脂层和热塑性树脂外层的基本构造。
氧化染发剂的第一剂容纳在具有上述基本构造的内装袋内。构成内层的聚烯烃树脂具有高透气性并且构成中间层的铝箔具有高气体遮蔽性。因此,强碱性组分渗透通过聚烯烃内层但是通过铝箔遮蔽并且停留在位于聚烯烃内层和铝箔层之间的粘合树脂层内。结果,推测由于强碱性组分导致粘合树脂变质,粘接强度降低,层间剥离,并且由于强碱性组分与铝的反应导致氢产生引起起泡发生。
此外,传统内装袋中,各层通过由使用酸改性的热塑性粘合树脂的粉末涂布层压来层压。因此,在粘结时,必须加热熔融附着在聚烯烃内层的粉末还导致聚烯烃的内表面暂时熔融。因此,认为聚烯烃层在冷却步骤中结晶,并且变得脆化在内装袋落下的情况下降低耐冲击性。
从以上观点,根据本发明的重要特征在于使用聚醚系聚氨酯树脂作为第一内装袋的聚烯烃内层与铝箔层之间的内层侧的粘合树脂,聚醚系聚氨酯树脂具有特别优良的耐碱性并且能够通过干式层压粘接。其实现优良的层间粘合性和改进的耐冲击性。
聚醚系聚氨酯树脂为包含异氰酸酯组分和为多元醇组分的聚醚多元醇的聚氨酯树脂。本发明使用以前使用的粘合树脂。然而,从耐碱性的观点,特别地期望使用具有高交联密度的粘合树脂,由此使用与大量异氰酸酯化合物混合的粘合树脂。
期望内层侧的粘合树脂的涂布量在2.0-6.0g/m2的范围内。
作为具有此类高交联密度的聚醚系聚氨酯树脂,以下描述包含异氰酸酯组分和聚醚多元醇组分的具体实例。
作为异氰酸酯组分,可以例举脂肪族聚异氰酸酯如1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、2,2,4-三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和赖氨酸甲基酯二异氰酸酯;脂环族聚异氰酸酯如氢化二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和氢化甲苯二异氰酸酯;以及芳香族聚异氰酸酯如甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、萘二异氰酸酯、二甲苯二异氰酸酯(XDI)、三苯甲烷三异氰酸酯和三(4-苯基异氰酸酯)硫代磷酸酯,其可单独使用或两种以上一起混合使用,或者可改性使用。
当尝试增加作为聚醚系聚氨酯树脂的异氰酸酯组分的添加比以赋予优良的耐碱性时,特别期望使用如TDI和MDI等芳香族聚异氰酸酯。
作为聚醚多元醇组分,可以例举通过由使用如水、乙二醇、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷或甘油等低分子量多元醇作为引发剂聚合如环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧丁烷或四氢呋喃等环氧烷化合物(oxirane compound)获得的聚醚多元醇。
本发明的第一内装袋中,通过使用如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、线性超低密度聚乙烯(LVLDPE)、全同立构或间同立构聚丙烯(PP)、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、聚丁烯-1、乙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、丙烯-丁烯-1共聚物或乙烯-丙烯-丁烯-1共聚物等烯烃树脂而构成聚烯烃内层。然而,其中,特别是从耐冲击性的观点有利地使用线性低密度聚乙烯。
作为线性低密度聚乙烯,可以有利地使用具有0.91-0.94g/cm3范围内的密度的线性低密度聚乙烯。
从热封性的观点,期望不拉伸聚烯烃内层。
作为热塑性树脂外层,可使用以前用作用于包装容器的层压层的基材的热塑性树脂,如聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂或烯烃树脂。然而,为了改善对落下的冲击的耐性,期望使用具有优良的机械强度的热塑性树脂,并且具体地,使用如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯等聚酯树脂,或者如尼龙6或尼龙6,6等聚酰胺树脂。其中,可有利地使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、尼龙6和尼龙6,6。热塑性树脂外层可以或不可以拉伸。
作为铝箔,可使用以前已用于包装材料的铝箔,如其表面上设置有热塑性树脂的保护层的铝箔。
用于将热塑性树脂外层和铝箔粘接到一起的外层侧的粘合树脂,与内层侧的粘合树脂不同不受强碱性组分的影响,由此,只要能够将上述热塑性树脂和铝箔粘接到一起,则可通过使用已知的粘合树脂而形成。然而,从层压的观点,期望其为与内层侧的粘合树脂相同的聚氨酯系粘合剂。
如果为聚氨酯系粘合剂则对粘合剂没有特别的限制。不仅可使用上述聚醚系聚氨酯树脂而且可使用包含通过使用作为多元醇组分的聚酯多元醇获得的聚酯系聚氨酯树脂的粘合树脂。从生产性的观点,期望使用与用于粘接内装袋的层的粘合树脂相同的粘合树脂。
外层侧的粘合树脂期望以2.0-6.0g/m2范围内的量涂布。
作为聚酯系聚氨酯树脂,可以具体地例举通过使以下物质反应获得的聚酯多元醇:
用于上述聚醚系聚氨酯树脂的异氰酸酯组分;
如对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、己二酸、壬二酸或癸二酸等二元酸,或者其二烷基酯,或者其混合物;和
如乙二醇、丙二醇、二甘醇、丁二醇、新戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、3,3'-二羟甲基庚烷、聚氧乙烯二醇(polyoxyethylene glycol)、聚氧丙二醇或聚四亚甲基醚二醇或者其混合物等二醇;或
可以例举通过开环聚合如聚己内酯、聚戊内酯或聚(β-甲基-γ-戊内酯)等内酯获得的聚酯多元醇。
当添加聚酯多元醇组分和异氰酸酯组分时,期望增加聚酯多元醇组分的量。期望异氰酸酯组分为脂肪族异氰酸酯组分或脂环族异氰酸酯组分。
根据使用的粘合剂可适当地选择任意一种的粘接方法。然而,当使用上述聚氨酯系粘合树脂时,期望使用不导致聚烯烃内层变脆的能够使层间有效并且坚固地粘接到一起的干式层压法。
第一内装袋中,基本结构的各层具有聚烯烃内层为在20-200μm并且特别是50-120μm的范围内,铝箔为在5-15μm特别是7-12μm的范围内,并且热塑性树脂外层为在10-25μm的范围内的厚度。
下述为第一内装袋的优选层构造的实例,尽管其不仅限于此。
(内层)聚乙烯/聚醚系聚氨酯粘合树脂/铝箔/聚醚系聚氨酯粘合树脂/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(外层)。
(内层)聚乙烯/聚醚系聚氨酯粘合树脂/铝箔/聚酯系聚氨酯粘合树脂/尼龙(外层)。
此外,第一内装袋可采用与其它层组合的上述基本构造。在这种情况下,期望如下所述形成聚酰胺层。
(内层)聚乙烯/聚醚系聚氨酯粘合树脂/尼龙/聚醚系聚氨酯粘合树脂/铝箔/聚酯系聚氨酯粘合树脂/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(外层)。
由于聚酯经受水解,因此不期望在铝箔内侧形成聚酯层。
(第二内装袋)
第二剂容纳在本发明的收纳在双重结构的气溶胶罐中的第二内装袋内,并且包含主要为过氧化氢的酸性组分。第二内装袋中,也如上述第一内装袋,认为通过过氧化氢分解生成的氧与铝箔接触以生成导致起泡的氢。
从以上观点,第二内装袋也采用与第一内装袋相同的聚烯烃内层/内层侧粘合树脂层/铝箔/外层侧粘合树脂层/热塑性树脂外层的基本构造,并且期望使用包含具有优良的耐酸性的聚酯系聚氨酯树脂的粘合树脂作为内层侧的粘合树脂。此外,聚烯烃内层和热塑性树脂外层可与第一内装袋的那些相同,并且期望通过与第一内装袋的那些相同的干式层压来层压。
作为聚酯系聚氨酯树脂的耐酸性的改进方式,期望聚酯多元醇组分与多元酸共混,或者在末端反应。
作为多元酸,可以例举邻苯二甲酸、偏苯三酸、1,2,4,5-苯四酸、丁二酸和马来酸以及它们的氢化物,其期望以相对于聚酯多元醇组分为约0.1-20重量%的量添加。
此外,作为粘合促进剂,可以与多元酸一起添加已知的硅烷偶联剂和磷的含氧酸。
内层侧的粘合树脂的涂布量优选在2.0-6.0g/m2范围内。
第二内装袋中,基本结构内的各层具有如下的厚度:聚烯烃内层为在20-200μm,并且特别是50-120μm的范围内,铝箔为在5-15μm,特别是7-12μm范围内,并且热塑性树脂外层为在10-25μm范围内。
此外,第二内装袋也可采用与其它层进一步组合的上述基本构造。特别地,期望在聚烯烃内层与铝箔之间设置上述耐冲击性热塑性树脂层。通过在聚烯烃内层与铝箔之间形成作为耐冲击性热塑性树脂的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,使得不仅改进耐冲击性而且改进耐酸性。为了改进耐冲击性,可在铝箔的内侧上形成尼龙层。然而,在这种情况下,尼龙可氧化和劣化以成为起泡的原因。
对可有利地用于将聚烯烃内层与耐冲击性热塑性树脂层粘接到一起的树脂没有特别地限定。然而,从生产效率的观点,期望使用与用于粘接其它层的树脂相同的粘合树脂。
下述为第二内装袋的层构造的实例,尽管其不仅限于此。
(内层)聚乙烯/聚酯系聚氨酯粘合树脂/铝箔/聚酯系聚氨酯粘合树脂/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(外层)。
(内层)聚乙烯/聚酯系聚氨酯粘合树脂/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/聚酯系聚氨酯粘合树脂/铝箔/聚酯系聚氨酯粘合树脂/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(外层)。
(内层)聚丙烯/聚酯系聚氨酯粘合树脂/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/聚酯系聚氨酯粘合树脂/铝箔/聚酯系聚氨酯粘合树脂/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(外层)。
(气溶胶罐)
本发明的双重结构的气溶胶罐1将上述内装袋收纳于其中。参考图1,尽管不仅限于此,但双重结构的气溶胶罐具有通过嵌缝而附着其上的盖4,盖4具有设置在金属罐2的开口部的其中央开口处的内容物喷出机构3。金属罐2在其中收纳填充有染发剂的第一剂的第一内装袋5和填充有染发剂的第二剂的第二内装袋6。这两种填充物可通过如氮气等压缩气体同时喷出。
如图所示,这两种内装袋为第一内装袋5与设置在内容物喷出机构3内的第一通路7连接,并且第二内装袋6与设置在内容物喷出机构3内的第二通路8连接,用于第一剂的第一通路7和用于第二剂的第二通路8形成为不会彼此接触。在第二剂通过第二通路8的同时第一剂通过第一通路7。第一剂和第二剂在没有混合在一起而是彼此分离的情况下喷出达到第一杆9和第二杆10的末端。
由于第一和第二内装袋收纳在一个气溶胶罐内,两剂可通过使用消费者的指尖通过一触式操作同时喷出,并且可以预定比例混合在一起。作为压缩气体,气溶胶罐容纳普通的氮气、二氧化碳气体、一氧化二氮气体或氩气的一种或多种。
还可使梳子或刷齿安装至气溶胶罐的喷出口作为整体结构,使得将喷出混合在一起的染发剂施涂至其,并且随着染发剂排出使毛发染色。
下述为在第一和第二内装袋内容纳的包含染料和主要是氨的强碱性组分的第一剂和包含主要是过氧化氢的氧化性酸性组分的第二剂的实例,尽管其不仅限于此。
此外,包含强碱性组分的第一剂包含氨和如苯二胺或氨基苯酚等氧化染料的中间体以及如4-硝基-邻苯二胺或1,4-二氨基蒽醌等直接染料。如果贮存期间与空气中的氧接触,第一剂中的组分化学变质并且其染发功能降低,以及如果其继续与氧接触,则变得不再能够染发。
此外,包含氧化性酸性组分的第二剂包含为氧化剂的过氧化氢、如非那西丁(phenancetin)或EDTA等稳定剂和pH-调节剂。
实施例
(内装袋的制备)
表1和2中示出的层构造的层压膜通过干式层压法而制备。表中,第一层在外侧。具有第七层的那些包括在铝箔与聚烯烃内层之间的层压在铝箔内侧的热塑性树脂层以改进耐冲击性和耐内容物性。
表1和2中,“12PET”表示12μm厚的双轴拉伸的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,“15NY”表示15μm厚的双轴拉伸的尼龙膜,“9AL”表示9μm厚的铝箔,“60PP”表示60μm厚的未拉伸的聚丙烯膜,“60PE”表示60μm厚的聚乙烯膜未拉伸的线性低密度聚乙烯膜,和“100PE”表示100μm厚的未拉伸的线性低密度聚乙烯膜。
对于各层中的粘合剂,醚系粘合剂为聚醚系聚氨酯树脂粘合剂并且涂布量为3.0g/m2,酯系粘合剂为聚酯系聚氨酯树脂粘合剂并且涂布量为4.0g/m2,并且耐酸性酯系粘合剂为已赋予耐酸性的聚酯系聚氨酯树脂粘合剂并且涂布量为4.0g/m2。
通过使用由此形成的层压膜,可制备60g容量的第一内装袋和第二内装袋。

(气溶胶罐的制备)
将表3中示出的组合的第一内装袋和第二内装袋与图1中示出的内容物喷出机构3的第一通路7和第二通路8连接,并且在各袋的内部抽真空后插入金属罐2。
在填充作为压缩气体的氮气至预定压力(0.48MPa)的同时,通过嵌塞金属罐2的圈部(bead portion)而固定已安装内容物喷出机构3的盖4。
此后,通过杆9和10填充市场可得的并且用于组成染发剂的第一剂和第二剂。在第二剂具有pH约为3的同时第一剂具有pH约为10。
(贮存试验)
将由此制备的气溶胶罐在45℃气氛的促进条件下贮存,如下所述在每经过一个月时间、两个月时间和三个月时间的时间后评价,并且如果其有缺陷则在表3的列中与贮存温度和经过的时间一起记载。
(通过切开评价罐)
在预定条件下经时后,温度返回至室温,并且测量制品的性能,如重量变化、压力、喷出条件和各剂的pH值。关于这些项目,所有的样品证明落在适当的范围内。
此后,将罐切开以确认内装袋的层间剥离和起泡的发生。
(落下试验)
在预定条件下经时后,将气溶胶罐在5℃下贮存一天,并且使其从一米的高度以竖直的姿势落下三次,并且再以横向姿势落下三次。此后,将罐切开以确认内装袋的状况。
(评价)
单独评价各内装袋并且如果在落下试验中破袋或者如果层间剥离则用×标记。此外,各袋如果其在一个月时间内起泡则用×标记,如果其在两个月时间内起泡,然而没有关于其它项目的任意缺陷,则用△标记,并且如果其在三个月时间内起泡,然而没有关于其它项目的任意缺陷,则用○标记。内装袋如果在所有评价的项目中都没有缺陷则用◎表示。
气溶胶罐的总评价基于差评价的内装袋。

(结果的考察)
关于第一内装袋,1-1与1-2的比较表明,具有优良的耐碱性的聚醚系聚氨酯树脂粘合剂适于作为第一内装袋内层侧的粘合树脂。
1-2与1-5的比较表明,如果在铝箔内侧添加双轴拉伸尼龙(聚酰胺树脂)则显示改进的耐内容物性。然而,在1-4的情况下,如果在铝箔内侧添加作为热塑性树脂的双轴拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(聚酯树脂)则耐内容物性相当劣化。这推测是由于聚酯树脂被已渗透通过的强碱性组分水解。
此外,1-2与1-6的比较表明如果为最内层的聚烯烃内层变厚则显示改进的耐内容物性。
关于第二内装袋,2-1与2-2的比较表明聚酯系聚氨酯树脂粘合剂适于作为第二内装袋内层侧的粘合树脂。此外,2-2与2-4的比较表明赋予耐酸性的聚酯系聚氨酯树脂粘合剂更优良。
2-4与2-6的比较表明如果在铝箔内侧添加双轴拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(聚酯树脂)则显示改进的耐内容物性。然而,在2-5的情况下,如果在铝箔内侧添加作为热塑性树脂的双轴拉伸尼龙(聚酰胺树脂)则耐内容物性相当劣化。这推测是由于聚酰胺树脂氧化并且被渗透通过的酸性组分劣化。
1-2与1-3的比较和2-2与2-3的比较表明线性低密度聚乙烯适于作为最内层的聚烯烃内层,并且关于落下强度聚丙烯低劣。然而,在2-7的情况下,据了解如果在铝箔的内侧添加适合的热塑性树脂则改善耐冲击性并且聚丙烯可用作聚烯烃内层。
关于气溶胶罐的总评价,表3中将编号9(第一内装袋1-5,第二内装袋2-6)评价为◎和将编号10(第一内装袋1-6,第二内装袋2-7)评价为○。然而,从各内装袋的单独评价结果,认为如果选择第一内装袋1-5和第二内装袋2-7则可获得◎的总评价。此外,还认为即使使用包括第一内装袋1-6和第二内装袋2-4的组合也可获得○的评价。
此外,表3中总评价为○或◎的气溶胶罐编号9和10在40℃-6个月时间后进行同样地评价,发现无缺陷发生。
产业上的可利用性
本发明收纳在双重结构的气溶胶罐中的第一内装袋和第二内装袋能够贮存具有不同性质并且组成氧化染发剂而不使其性质变化的第一剂和第二剂,没有可由内容物导致的发展的腐蚀或起泡,并且尽管受到过度的落下等的冲击仍不发生层间剥离,由此,该罐有利地用于容纳两剂式的氧化染发剂。
此外,第一内装袋和第二内装袋具有优良的耐碱性和耐酸性,因此,除了可用于容纳氧化染发剂外,还可被有利地用于,容纳强碱性内容物和酸性内容物。

Claims (1)
1.一种收纳在双重结构的气溶胶罐中的内装袋,其由用于容纳第一剂的第一内装袋和用于容纳第二剂的第二内装袋组成,所述第一剂包含强碱性组分和所述第二剂包含酸性组分,所述第一剂和所述第二剂组成氧化染发剂,并且所述气溶胶罐能够同时喷出所述第一剂和所述第二剂;其中
所述第一内装袋具有至少包括由内层起依次的线性低密度聚乙烯内层/粘合树脂层/聚酰胺树脂层/内层侧聚醚系聚氨酯树脂粘合树脂层/铝箔/外层侧粘合树脂层/热塑性树脂外层的层构造;
所述第二内装袋具有至少包括由内层起依次的线性低密度聚乙烯内层或全同立构或间同立构聚丙烯内层/粘合树脂层/聚酯树脂层/内层侧聚酯系聚氨酯树脂粘合树脂层/铝箔/外层侧粘合树脂层/热塑性树脂外层的层构造。
