无机粉体常被用作填充材料、着色剂等。近年来,通过颗粒控制技术还开发了赋予紫外线屏蔽、热放射线屏蔽、催化功能之类的新功能的材料。
然而,在塑料、油墨和化妆料等中混配无机粉体时,有时会产生下述问题:无机粉体自身与其他混配物发生反应、或者因无机粉体的催化活性而破坏了其他成分的化学键合;等等。已知,特别是二氧化钛、氧化锌等,因表面的催化活性会促进树脂劣化。另外,还已知氧化锌、碳酸钡等中存在水时,各自的金属离子会发生溶出。
为了解决这类问题,提出了如专利文献1和专利文献2那样的利用二氧化硅实施过表面处理的氧化锌。然而可知,在该方法中,水与氧化锌的接触仅被亲水性的二氧化硅层所抑制,因而可以抑制短期的离子溶出,但若从长期的观点出发进行评价,Zn溶出并没有被完全抑制。另外,为了提高惰性化需要增加二氧化硅的处理量,其结果会导致具有功能的无机粉体的含量减少,因此例如在微粒氧化锌的情况下存在紫外线屏蔽性能下降的问题。另外,如专利文献3那样还提出了通过对二氧化钛进行二氧化硅处理来抑制表面活性。这样的方法在本质上与对氧化锌进行二氧化硅处理没有区别,为了进行惰性化需要增加二氧化硅量。
在专利文献4中还提出了一种技术,其中,通过利用二氧化硅和特定的聚合物来被覆金属氧化物,由此来提高水分散时的分散性和储藏稳定性,抑制金属离子的溶出和表面活性。然而,该特定的聚合物为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯之类的丙烯酸系树脂,在共存有例如芳香族烃、酯、酮之类的可溶解该聚合物的有机溶剂时,有可能将聚合物层溶解。另外,需要进行3阶段的湿式表面处理,因而可以预料成本会增大、树脂的热稳定性差。
专利文献5中记载了利用硅氧化物实施了表面被覆的氧化锌颗粒,还记载了进一步进行有机聚硅氧烷处理。然而,利用硅氧化物进行表面被覆仅能够抑制短期的离子溶出,而从长期的观点来看无法完全抑制Zn的溶出。进一步,实施了使最外表面呈疏水性的处理的情况下,难以在水系中进行分散,存在难以在水体系中使用的问题。
专利文献6中记载了在颗粒内分散有二氧化钛或氧化锌的球状二氧化硅。然而,紫外线屏蔽性的二氧化钛和氧化锌存在于二氧化硅内,因而对于混配有它们的防晒霜来说,存在二氧化硅颗粒与二氧化硅颗粒之间容易产生间隙从而难以针对皮肤进行均匀的紫外线屏蔽的问题。另外,还存在因二氧化硅量增加而导致紫外线屏蔽效率变差的缺点。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明的目的在于提供一种即使长期存在于水中也稳定的复合粉体。利用硅化合物和/或铝化合物对最外层进行处理,由此赋予亲水性,并且利用内层的疏水性有机化合物来阻隔水从而使无机粉体与水无法直接接触,由此来防止离子溶出,使水中的pH长期不发生变化。另外,对于粉体的惰性化也是有效的。
用于解决问题的手段
本发明涉及一种复合粉体,其特征在于,在无机粉体表面形成有由疏水性有机化合物构成的第一被覆层以及在上述第一被覆层上形成的第二被覆层,该第二被覆层由选自由硅氧化物、硅氧化物的水合物、铝的氧化物和铝的氢氧化物组成的组中的至少1种化合物构成。
对于上述复合粉体来说,优选的是,使其分散于水中并在60℃静置2个星期时的pH为6~8。
上述疏水性有机化合物优选为选自由硅油、烷基硅烷、烷基钛酸酯、烷基铝酸酯、金属皂、氨基酸和氨基酸盐组成的组中的至少一种。
上述无机粉体优选为具有紫外线屏蔽效果的无机粉体。
上述无机粉体优选为选自由氧化锌、二氧化钛、氧化铁和氧化铈组成的组中的至少1种。
本发明还涉及上述复合粉体的制造方法,其特征在于,该制造方法包括:工序(1),其中,将利用疏水性有机化合物实施过表面处理的无机粉体分散在分散介质中;和工序(2),其中,利用硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物实施表面处理。
本发明进一步涉及上述复合粉体的制造方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:工序(1),其中,将利用疏水性有机化合物实施过表面处理的无机粉体分散在水中;和工序(2),其中,利用硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物实施表面处理。
本发明还涉及一种化妆料,其特征在于,该化妆料含有上述复合粉体。
发明效果
本发明人鉴于上述课题,通过深入的开发研究,发现通过在无机粉体上形成由疏水性有机化合物构成的第一被覆层以及由选自由硅氧化物、硅氧化物的水合物、铝的氧化物和铝的氢氧化物组成的组中的至少1种化合物构成的第二被覆层,可以大幅抑制无机粉体的表面活性和离子溶出,从而完成了本发明。
对于本发明中所得到的复合粉体而言,其无机粉体的表面活性得到大幅度地抑制,并且可以分散在水系中。因此,可以稳定地分散在水系的树脂组合物、涂料组合物和化妆料等中,并且离子溶出受到抑制,因而可以制造储藏稳定性优异的混配物。另外,若进一步利用有机硅等对最外层施加表面处理,则可以得到表面活性被大幅抑制的疏水性粉体。

具体实施方式
对于本发明中使用的作为原料的无机粉体没有特别限定,例如可以使用无机盐类、无机氧化物、无机氢氧化物等,例如可以举出锌、钛、铁、铈、钡、钙、硅、铝、镁、锶、硼、锆等的盐类、氧化物、氢氧化物、复合氧化物。另外,对于上述盐类没有特别限定,例如可以举出硫酸盐、碳酸盐、盐酸盐、乙酸盐、硝酸盐等。作为这样的无机粉体,更具体来说,可以举出氧化锌、二氧化钛、氧化铈、氧化铁、硫酸钡、硫酸锶、硫酸镁、碳酸钙、二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化镁、硅酸锌、钛酸锌、钛酸钡等。
上述无机粉体为二氧化钛、氧化锌或氧化铈之类的紫外线屏蔽颗粒时,平均粒径优选为10nm~200nm。具有这种粒径的紫外线屏蔽性颗粒的可见光透明性高,并且紫外线屏蔽区域适当,从这一点出发特别优选为具有这种粒径的紫外线屏蔽性颗粒。另外,若粒径超过200nm,则可见光透明性变差,而且紫外线屏蔽性能也有可能降低。进一步,若粒径小于10nm,则紫外线屏蔽性能有可能降低,从这方面考虑是不优选的。另外,上述无机粉体不是紫外线屏蔽颗粒时或者不需要紫外线屏蔽性时,粒径可以具有对于利用该颗粒而言最佳的尺寸即可。需要说明的是,上述无机粉体的粒径是通过如下方法测定得到的:利用电子显微镜对随机选择的200个颗粒的粒径进行测定,计算出其一次粒径的平均值。
对于上述无机粉体的形状没有特别限定,可以使用球状、棒状、针状、纺锤状、板状等任意形状的无机粉体。需要说明的是,棒状、针状、纺锤状颗粒的情况下,上述平均粒径为短轴侧的长度的平均值,板状的情况下为面的对角线长度的平均值。
对于上述无机粉体来说,也可以使用例如利用二氧化硅进行过表面处理的二氧化钛之类的已知复合材料作为原料体来实施本发明的表面处理。另外,还可以使用例如掺杂有Ca的氧化铈之类的掺杂有锰、钙、氮等其他元素的氧化物作为原料体。
对于上述无机粉体来说,使用表面活性高的物质或存在离子溶出的问题的物质来实施本发明的被覆是特别有意义的。特别是应用于具有紫外线屏蔽效果的氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化铈等时,相比于只利用二氧化硅处理进行惰性化,可以减少表面处理量,因此复合粉体中的无机粉体的比例增加,可以有效地屏蔽紫外线。其中,优选为上述氧化锌和二氧化钛。
本发明的无机粉体在表面上具有由疏水性有机化合物得到的表面处理层。需要说明的是,这里的表面处理是指用于降低无机粉体表面与水的亲和性的疏水性处理,基于实施了处理后易溶于水的材料、或者会在水中分散的材料的表面处理不属于本发明的“疏水性处理”。对于上述疏水性有机化合物没有特别限定,优选疏水性强。上述疏水性有机化合物优选为可与无机粉体形成某种化学键合的化合物,但是即使是物理吸附的化合物也可以得到一定程度的效果。作为疏水性有机化合物的具体例,可以举出硅油、烷基硅烷、烷基钛酸酯、烷基铝酸酯、聚烯烃、聚酯、金属皂、氨基酸、氨基酸盐等。其中,从化学稳定性出发,优选硅油。作为该硅油的具体例,可以举出二甲基聚硅氧烷(例如信越化学工业制造的KF-96A-100cs、AsahikaseiWackerSilicone公司制造的DM10)、聚甲基氢硅氧烷(例如信越化学工业制造的KF-99P、TorayDowCorning公司制造的SH1107C)、(二甲基硅氧烷/甲基硅氧烷)共聚物(例如信越化学工业制造的KF-9901)、甲基苯基有机硅(例如信越化学工业制造的KF-50-100cs)、氨基改性有机硅(例如信越化学工业制造的KF-8015、TorayDowCorning公司制造的JP-8500ConditioningAgent、AsahikaseiWackerSilicone公司制造的ADM6060)、三乙氧基甲硅烷基乙基聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(例如信越化学工业制造的KF-9908)、三乙氧基甲硅烷基乙基聚二甲基硅氧乙基己基聚二甲基硅氧烷(例如信越化学工业制造的KF-9909)等。其中,特别是从结构简单因此价格便宜且稳定性又高、并具有强疏水性的观点出发,特别优选为二甲基聚硅氧烷、聚甲基氢硅氧烷和作为它们两者的单体的共聚物的(二甲基硅氧烷/甲基硅氧烷)共聚物。另外,也可以使用硅烷偶联剂、钛偶联剂等偶联剂。可以利用选自这些疏水性有机化合物中的至少1种化合物进行表面处理。
疏水性有机化合物的处理量优选为无机粉体的2重量%~15重量%。若低于2重量%,则疏水性不充分,无机粉体与水的接触增多,有时会导致离子溶出量增多。另外,若超过15重量%,则不仅成本上升,效果也有可能达到极限。
本发明的复合粉体在由上述疏水性有机化合物构成的第一被覆层的表面进一步具有由选自由硅氧化物、硅氧化物的水合物、铝的氧化物和铝的氢氧化物组成的组中的至少1种化合物构成的第二被覆层。由此可以向粉体赋予亲水性,从而可以使其在水中良好地分散。
硅氧化物、硅氧化物的水合物的情况下,按照SiO2换算,第二被覆层优选为复合粉体的5重量%~20重量%。若小于5重量%,则有可能无法赋予充分的亲水性。另外,若超过20重量%,则有可能导致亲水性达到极限。另外,按照Al2O3换算,铝的氧化物、铝的氢氧化物的情况下的处理量优选为复合粉体的5重量%~20重量%。对于由选自由硅氧化物、硅氧化物的水合物、铝的氧化物和铝的氢氧化物组成的组中的至少1种化合物构成的第二被覆层来说,其中,优选比铝的氧化物及其氢氧化物更缺乏反应性的硅的氧化物及其氢氧化物。
上述第二被覆层的状态优选为均匀覆盖粉体整体,但即使没有完全覆盖,只要所得到的复合粉体为具有充分亲水性的状态即可。另外,如果维持了亲水性,则也能够通过适当的粉碎处理使上述复合粉体微粉化。
本发明的复合粉体也能够进一步通过利用有机硅等油性成分进行处理来赋予亲油性,从而将本复合粉体分散在油性介质中进行使用。对于这样的利用油性成分的处理没有特别限定,例如可以举出上述的利用疏水性有机化合物的处理等。
对于被覆后的复合粉体的粒径来说,优选的是,D90为15μm以下、D50为5μm以下。这是由于,比该粒径更大的情况下,颗粒聚集严重,为了使其成为适于使用的分散状态需要强化分散条件,因而会过于耗费成本。另外,出于同样的理由,进一步优选的是,D90为5μm以下、D50为3μm以下。需要说明的是,上述D90、D50是通过实施例中记载的方法测定得到的值。
本发明的复合粉体具有上述二层被覆层,因而水中的pH长期会不发生变化。具体来说,使其分散在水中并在60℃静置2个星期时的pH优选为6~8。上述在60℃静置2个星期时的pH为在密闭容器中将复合粉体1g充分混入纯水50ml中并在60℃的恒温机中静置2个星期后所得到的pH值。上述pH为利用通常的pH计在20℃测得到定的pH值。
对于本发明的复合粉体的制造方法没有特别限定,例如可以举出下述方法等,该方法包括:将利用疏水性有机化合物实施过表面处理的无机粉体分散在分散介质中的工序(1)、以及利用硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物实施表面处理的工序(2)。另外,这样的复合粉体的制造方法也是本发明之一。
上述工序(1)为将利用疏水性有机化合物实施过表面处理的无机粉体分散在分散介质中的工序。对于上述疏水性有机化合物和无机粉体没有特别限定,可以举出前文中的物质。对于上述表面处理的方法没有特别限制,可以通过公知的方法进行表面处理。另外,也可以使用经疏水性处理的市售粉体。作为经疏水性处理的市售粉体,可以举出FINEX-50S-5、FINEX-50S-LP2、FINEX-50-LPT、FINEX-50-LP2、FINEX-50W-LP2(以上为堺化学工业株式会社制造的经疏水性处理的氧化锌)、STR-100C-LP(堺化学工业株式会社制造的经疏水性处理的氢氧化铝被覆二氧化钛)等。
对于上述工序(1)中的分散介质没有特别限定,可以使用具有能够分散利用疏水性有机化合物进行过表面处理的无机粉体、且能够溶解硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物的性质的有机溶剂,例如异丙醇等醇、甲苯等。然而,在本发明中,优选使用水作为分散介质并合用分散剂。通过使用分散剂,可以将实施过疏水性处理的无机颗粒稳定地分散在水中,而不使用有机溶剂。另外,由于不使用有机溶剂,从成本和反应的容易性、安全性的观点出发具有优势。进一步,可以降低所得到的复合粉体表面的粗糙程度,从而可以使粒度分布更窄、聚集颗粒更小。然而,对于水溶性无机粉体来说不适合使用水。
在上述工序(1)中,出于将无机粉体在分散介质中均匀分散的目的,可以使用分散剂。对于分散剂的种类没有特别限定,例如可以举出多元羧酸或其盐、烷基磺酸或其盐、烷基苯磺酸或其盐、萘磺酸或其盐、聚醚烷基磺酸或其盐、烷基甜菜碱、聚醚或其衍生物、聚醚烷基醚、聚氧化烯链烯基苯基醚、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚醚山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚醚脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、聚醚氢化蓖麻油、聚醚烷基胺、聚醚改性有机硅、聚甘油改性有机硅、醇等。也可以使用阴离子系、阳离子系、非离子系的任一种,但为了预防其与无机粉体发生化学反应,优选为非离子系分散剂。另外,也可以合用2种以上分散剂。另外,在工序(2)中,在使用碱性的硅酸钠作为硅源化合物情况和/或需要加热的情况下,优选使用聚醚改性有机硅。
另外,以水作为分散介质时,分散剂的HLB值优选为10~17。若在该范围外,则会导致粉体分散不良,有时会对紫外线屏蔽性等各种物性产生影响。在本发明中,按照由W.C.Grifinn定义的下式求出HLB。

分散剂的量优选为由工序(1)得到的分散体总量的2重量%~15重量%。这是由于,特别是使用水作为溶剂时,若少于该量,则粉体有可能难以被水润湿;若多于该量,则有可能在成本上不利或产生大量的气泡。
需要说明的是,上述分散剂只要不会对本发明的复合粉体的惰性化和使用产生不良影响,也可以残留在复合粉体中。
对于工序(1)中的分散方法来说,其可以为任何公知的方法。优选为使用珠磨机的方法、使用高压均质器的方法等。
工序(2)为利用硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物实施表面处理的工序。对于上述表面处理的方法没有特别限定,可以举出湿式法,其中,使四烷氧基硅烷、硅酸钠等硅源化合物存在于工序(1)中得到的分散体中,通过水解、加热分解等使SiO2在粉体表面析出。相比于干式法,上述湿式法可以容易地使SiO2在无机粉体表面析出,且SiO2的析出均匀,因此可以在处理后抑制粉体的聚集。作为上述硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物,优选为四烷氧基硅烷及其水解缩合物、硅酸钠、硅酸钾、铝醇盐及其水解缩合物、铝酸钠等容易转化为SiO2、Al(OH)3、Al2O3的化合物。另外,也可以合用2种以上化合物。
对于上述水解没有特别限定,可以举出使用硫酸、盐酸、乙酸、硝酸等酸的方法。使用了该水分散体的二氧化硅的处理方法中的中和方法可以为下述方法中的任一种:向分散体加入酸后添加硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物的方法;向分散体加入硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物后添加酸的方法;同时向分散体添加硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物、和酸的方法。
对于本发明的复合粉体来说,利用硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物对复合粉体表面赋予亲水性来提高水分散性,并且通过疏水性有机化合物阻隔水从而使作为复合粉体的核的无机粉体不直接接触水。因此,本发明的复合粉体稳定地分散在水体系中,并且随着时间推移的离子溶出极少。另外,利用亲水性的第二被覆层和疏水性的第一被覆层覆盖了作为核的无机粉体,因此亲水性物质和亲油性物质两者都不会接触到作为核的无机粉体,从而可以抑制表面活性。特别是对于氧化锌等会溶出微量金属离子的无机粉体来说,本发明的复合粉体在使混配物中的pH稳定的方面也具有意义。
如上所述得到的复合粉体也可以根据需要进行过滤、水洗、干燥等后处理。另外,也可以根据需要利用筛进行分级。作为利用筛的分级方法,可以举出湿式分级、干式分级。
本发明的复合粉体也可以混配在化妆料、防晒油墨、涂料、树脂组合物等中。特别是由于具有上述特性,可以得到稳定性和紫外线屏蔽效果优异的水系化妆料。另外,也可以将本发明的复合粉体分散在水或油中,从而用作原材料。本发明还涉及一种含有上述复合粉体的化妆料。
对于上述化妆料没有特别限定,根据需求将化妆品原料混入如上所述的分散体中,由此可以制造防晒剂等紫外线防御用化妆料;粉底等底妆化妆料;口红等局部妆化妆料;等等。
上述化妆料可以为油性化妆料、水性化妆料、O/W型化妆料、W/O型化妆料中任意的形态。其中,可以特别适合地用于防晒剂。
上述化妆料也可以合用可以在化妆品领域中使用的任意水性成分和油性成分。对于上述水性成分和油性成分没有特别限定,例如可以含有油剂、表面活性剂、保湿剂、高级醇、金属离子封锁剂、天然及合成高分子、水溶性及油溶性高分子、紫外线屏蔽剂、各种提取液、有机染料等着色剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、色素、增稠剂、pH调节剂、香料、冷感剂、止汗剂、杀菌剂、皮肤活化剂、各种粉体等成分。
对于上述油剂没有特别限定,例如可以示例出天然动植物油脂(例如橄榄油、貂油、蓖麻油、棕榈油、牛脂、月见草油、椰子油、蓖麻油、可可油、澳洲坚果油等);蜡(例如荷荷巴油(jojobaoil)、蜂蜡、羊毛脂、巴西棕榈蜡、小烛树蜡等);高级醇(例如月桂醇、硬脂醇、十六烷醇、油醇等);高级脂肪酸(例如月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、山嵛酸、羊毛脂脂肪酸等);高级脂肪族烃(例如液体石蜡、固体石蜡、角鲨烷、凡士林、纯白地蜡、微晶蜡等);合成酯油(例如硬脂酸丁酯、月桂酸己酯、己二酸二异丙酯、癸二酸二异丙酯、十四酸辛基十二烷基酯、十四酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、十四酸异丙酯、异辛酸十六烷基酯、新戊二醇二辛酸酯);硅酮衍生物(例如甲基硅酮、甲基苯基硅酮等硅油);等等。此外,还可以混配油溶性维生素、防腐剂、美白剂等。
作为上述表面活性剂,可以举出亲油性非离子表面活性剂、亲水性非离子表面活性剂等。对于上述亲油性非离子表面活性剂没有特别限定,可以举出例如山梨醇酐单油酸酯、山梨醇酐单异硬脂酸酯、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯、山梨醇酐单棕榈酸酯、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、山梨醇酐倍半油酸酯、山梨醇酐三油酸酯、双甘油山梨醇酐五-2-乙基己酸酯(ペンタ-2-エチルヘキシル酸ジグリセロールソルビタン)、双甘油山梨醇酐四-2-乙基己基酸酯(テトラ-2-エチルヘキシル酸ジグリセロールソルビタン)等山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯类;单棉籽油脂肪酸甘油酯、单芥酸甘油酯、倍半油酸甘油酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、α,α’-油酸焦谷氨酸甘油酯、单硬脂酸甘油苹果酸酯等甘油聚甘油脂肪酸酯类;单硬脂酸丙二醇酯等丙二醇脂肪酸酯类;氢化蓖麻油衍生物;烷基甘油醚;等等。

作为上述各种粉体,可以举出氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、云母钛、氧化铁被覆云母钛、二氧化钛被覆玻璃片等发光性着色颜料;云母、滑石、高岭土、绢云母、二氧化钛、二氧化硅等无机粉末;和聚乙烯粉、尼龙粉、交联聚苯乙烯、纤维素粉末、硅酮粉等有机粉末;等等。为了提高官能特性、化妆持续性,优选利用有机硅类、氟化物、金属皂、油剂、酰基谷氨酸盐等物质按照公知的方法对粉末成分的一部分或全部进行疏水化处理来进行使用。另外,也可以混合使用不属于本发明的其他复合粉体。
使用本发明的复合颗粒作为向防晒油墨中的添加成分时,可以举出二氧化钛、氧化铁红、锑红、镉黄、钴蓝、普鲁士蓝、佛青、炭黑、石墨等有色颜料和碳酸钙、高岭土、粘土、硫酸钡、氢氧化铝、滑石等底质颜料。进一步,作为有机颜料,可以与可溶性偶氮颜料、不溶性偶氮颜料、偶氮色淀颜料、缩合偶氮颜料、酞菁铜颜料、缩合多环颜料等颜料成分;虫胶树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、苯乙烯-丙烯酸类树脂、苯乙烯-马来酸树脂、苯乙烯-丙烯酸-马来酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂等粘结剂树脂;亲水性有机溶剂等合用来进行使用。
在涂料中混配本发明的复合颗粒时,涂料中的树脂即可以具有固化性,也可以不具有固化性。涂料既可以为含有有机溶剂的溶剂系涂料,也可以为在水中溶解或分散有树脂的水系涂料。
将本发明的复合颗粒用作涂料组合物中的添加成分时,可以与丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯树脂、环氧树脂等涂膜形成树脂;着色颜料、底质颜料、发光性颜料等各种颜料;固化催化剂、表面调整剂、消泡剂、颜料分散剂、增塑剂、成膜助剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂等合用来进行使用。
也可以将本发明的复合粉体混入树脂,以树脂组合物的形式来使用。此时,所使用的树脂既可以为热塑性树脂也可以为热固性树脂,可以举出环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、聚苯硫醚(PPS)树脂、聚酯系树脂、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、氟树脂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(EEA)树脂、聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯、聚缩醛、聚苯醚、聚醚酰亚胺、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂、液晶树脂(LCP)、有机硅树脂、丙烯酸系树脂等树脂。
实施例
以下,通过实施例进一步详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,本发明并不限于以下的实施例。
(实施例1)
在500mL纯水中加入20g聚醚改性有机硅(KF-6011:信越化学工业制造:HLB为14.5),进一步加入由4%氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷进行过处理的氧化锌(FINEX-50S-LP2)100g,进行混合使其分散。向该分散液添加27.5ml(以SiO2量计为11.1g,其是处理后的粉体整体的10重量%)的硅酸钠水溶液(SiO2:403.9g/L、Na2O:130.7g/L),搅拌20分钟以上。其后,使液温为70℃。滴加一定量的稀硫酸进行中和。进行该中和时,调整硫酸滴加量使pH8.5以上的状态为90分钟以上,并且进行中和直至pH6.5±0.5。中和结束后,在液温70℃下熟化1小时。其后,进行过滤、水洗。对所得到的水洗滤饼进行干燥,得到了复合粉体1。
(实施例2)
将由4%氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷进行过处理的氧化锌(FINEX-50S-LP2)变更为由7%氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷进行过处理的氧化锌(FINEX-50-LPT:堺化学工业制造),除此以外,与实施例1同样地得到了复合粉体2。
(实施例3)
在500mL纯水中加入20g聚醚改性有机硅(KF-6011:信越化学工业制造:HLB为14.5),进一步加入由7%氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷进行过处理的氧化锌(FINEX-50-LPT)100g,进行搅拌使其分散。将该分散液升温至70℃后,在其他容器中分别准备硅酸钠水溶液27.5ml(溶液中的SiO2量为11.1g,是处理后的粉体整体的10重量%)和稀硫酸,将它们分别滴入上述分散液。在进行该滴加时,调整滴加量使pH在5.5~7.5的范围保持稳定,并且进行调整使滴加结束时刻在2小时后。滴加结束后,维持液温为70℃,进行了1小时的熟化。其后,进行过滤、水洗,对所得到的水洗滤饼进行干燥,得到了复合粉体3。
(实施例4)
使硅酸钠水溶液的量为13.1ml(溶液中的SiO2量为5.3g,其是处理后的粉体整体的5重量%),除此以外与实施例3同样地得到了复合粉体4。
(实施例5)
将由7%氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷进行过处理的氧化锌(FINEX-50-LPT)变更为由12%氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷进行过处理的氧化锌(一次粒径为20nm),除此以外与实施例3同样地得到了复合粉体5。
(实施例6)
将由8%氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷进行过处理的氧化锌(FINEX-50-LPT)变更为由4%钛偶联剂(PLENACTKRTTS:AjinomotoFine-Techno公司制造)进行过处理的氧化锌(一次粒径为20nm),除此以外与实施例3同样地得到了复合粉体6。
(实施例7)
将由8%氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷进行过处理的氧化锌(FINEX-50-LPT)变更为由4%辛酰基硅烷(AES-3083:信越化学工业制造)进行过处理的氧化锌(一次粒径为20nm),除此以外与实施例3同样地得到了复合粉体7。
(实施例8)
在由4%氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷进行过处理的氧化锌(FINEX-50S-LP2)30g中添加四乙基硅烷5.5g(以SiO2量计为1.6g,其是处理后的粉体整体的5重量%)和异丙醇30ml并,进行充分混合。向其中添加几滴氨水,进一步进行混合。在120℃对混合物进行干燥,然后得到了复合粉体8。
(实施例9)
将四乙基硅烷的量设为7.8g(以SiO2量计为2.3g,其是处理后的粉体整体的7重量%),除此以外与实施例8同样地得到了复合粉体9。
(实施例10)
在500mL纯水中加入20g聚醚改性有机硅(KF-6011:信越化学工业制造:HLB为14.5),进一步加入由7%氢氧化铝、4%氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷进行过处理的二氧化钛(STR-100C-LP:堺化学工业制造)100g,进行混合使其分散。向该分散液添加27.5ml(以SiO2量计为11.1g,其是处理后的粉体整体的10重量%)的硅酸钠(SiO2:403.9g/L、Na2O:130.7g/L),搅拌20分钟以上。其后,使液温为70℃。滴加一定量的稀硫酸进行中和。进行该中和时,调整硫酸滴加量使pH8.5以上的状态为90分钟以上,并且进行中和直至pH6.5±0.5。中和结束后,在液温70℃下熟化1小时。其后,进行了过滤、水洗。对所得到的水洗滤饼进行干燥,得到了复合粉体10。
(比较例1)
将硅酸钠水溶液的量设为5.0ml(溶液中的SiO2量为2.0g,其是处理后的粉体整体的2重量%),除此以外与实施例1同样地得到了复合粉体11。
(比较例2)
向纯水500mL加入未利用疏水性有机化合物进行被覆的氧化锌(FINEX-50:一次粒径为20nm)100g并进行分散。向该分散液投入27.5ml(以SiO2量计为11.1g)的硅酸钠水溶液(SiO2:403.9g/L、Na2O:130.7g/L),搅拌20分钟以上。其后,使液温为70℃,滴加一定量的稀硫酸进行中和。进行该中和时,调整硫酸滴加量使pH8.5以上的状态为90分钟以上,并且进行中和直至pH6.5±0.5,在中和结束后在液温70℃熟化1小时。其后,进行过滤、水洗,对所得到的水洗滤饼进行干燥,得到了复合粉体12。
(比较例3)
将硅酸钠水溶液的量设为61.9ml(以SiO2量计为25g,其是处理后的粉体整体的20重量%),除此以外与比较例2同样地得到了复合粉体13。
(比较例4)
将一次粒径为20nm的微粒氧化锌(FINEX-50)作为粉体14。
对于所得到的复合粉体,考察了疏水性和用手触摸时的粗糙感,其结果在表1中示出。对于疏水性来说,在水100ml中添加粉体0.5g并混合30分钟,然后进行观察,由此考察其有无疏水性。复合粉体位于水上的情况视为具有疏水性。粗糙感的评价基准为:将利用两根手指揉搓复合粉体时残留有坚硬而未被弄碎的颗粒的情况视为具有粗糙感。复合粉体8和9的情况下确认到粗糙感,这表明最外层的二氧化硅层不均匀,颗粒发生了聚集。需要说明的是,虽然具有粗糙感但也具有亲水性,因而尽管分散处理耗费时间,但使用上是没有问题的。

另外,对所得到的复合粉体的粒度分布进行测定,结果在表2中示出。测定方法如下:将试样0.5g添加到0.025重量%的六偏磷酸钠水溶液100g中,利用超声波均质器进行3分钟的分散,然后利用激光衍射型粒度分布测定装置(LA-750:堀场制作所制造)进行测定。

由表2可知,在通过本发明的制造方法得到的复合粉体之中,按照用水作为分散介质并使用了分散剂的方法制作得到的复合粉体的粒度分布窄并且聚集颗粒小。由此可知,在向涂料、化妆料和防晒霜中混配的情况下常常进行的分散处理时,该复合粉体具有优势。
对在水中长期保存时的pH变化进行了测定,其结果在表3中示出。测定方法如下:在美乃滋瓶(マヨネーズ瓶)中加入纯水50ml和试样1g并密封,充分进行混合,然后开封并测定了pH(初始pH)。再次密封,然后在60℃的恒温机中静置2个星期,然后测定了pH。

由表3可知,含有本发明的复合粉体的水分散体随着时间推移的pH变化小,因而是稳定的。
利用透射型电子显微镜拍摄复合粉体1、复合粉体8和复合粉体10的颗粒图像,进一步利用显微镜附属的能量弥散型X射线光谱分析装置进行Zn、Ti和Si的元素分布分析。图1、图4和图7为利用透射型电子显微镜得到的图像。另外,图2和图5为Zn的分布照片,图8为Ti的分布照片,在检测出Zn原子或Ti原子的位置显示有白点。同样地,图3、图6和图9为Si的分布照片,在检测出Si原子的位置显示有白点。结果确认到,由本发明的制造方法得到的复合粉体的粉体表面被二氧化硅所覆盖。另外,在通过本发明的制造方法得到的复合粉体之中,对于按照用水作为分散介质并使用了分散剂的方法制作得到的复合粉体1和复合粉体10来说,氧化锌或二氧化钛与二氧化硅的分布位置(图2和图3、图8和图9)非常一致,可知被处理得特别均匀。
工业实用性
本发明的复合粉体可以用作塑料、油墨或化妆料等中的混配成分。
Claims (5)
1.一种复合粉体,其特征在于,在无机粉体表面形成有由疏水性有机化合物构成的第一被覆层、以及在所述第一被覆层上形成的第二被覆层,该第二被覆层由选自由硅氧化物、硅氧化物的水合物、铝的氧化物和铝的氢氧化物组成的组中的至少1种化合物构成,所述无机粉体的平均粒径为10nm~200nm,且为选自由氧化锌、二氧化钛、氧化铁和氧化铈组成的组中的至少一种,
其中,在硅氧化物、硅氧化物的水合物的情况下,按照SiO2换算,第二被覆层为复合粉体的5重量%~20重量%;按照Al2O3换算,在铝的氧化物和铝的氢氧化物的情况下的处理量为复合粉体的5重量%~20重量%,
所述疏水性有机化合物为选自由硅油、烷基硅烷、烷基钛酸酯、烷基铝酸酯、金属皂、氨基酸和氨基酸盐组成的组中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合粉体,其中,该复合粉体分散在水中并在60℃静置2个星期时的pH为6~8。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的复合粉体的制造方法,其特征在于,该制造方法包括:
工序(1),其中,将利用疏水性有机化合物实施过表面处理的无机粉体分散在分散介质中;和
工序(2),其中,利用硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物实施表面处理。
4.一种权利要求1或2所述的复合粉体的制造方法,其特征在于,该制造方法包括:
工序(1),其中,将利用疏水性有机化合物实施过表面处理的无机粉体分散在水中;和
工序(2),其中,利用硅源化合物和/或铝源化合物实施表面处理。
5.一种化妆料,其特征在于,该化妆料含有权利要求1或2所述的复合粉体。
