所述食品添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、香菇冻干粉5-7、黑木耳冻干粉7-9、干玫瑰花10-20、蒲公英3-4、丰花草1-2、红茶8-20、槐花5-6、桑叶3-4、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入香菇冻干粉、黑木耳冻干粉小火翻炒至炒熟;将干玫瑰花、蒲公英、丰花草、红茶、槐花、桑叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、炒熟粉末及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

本发明的黑色保健粉,采用黑豆、黑米、黑芝麻等黑色粗粮作为主原料,平衡了人们的膳食结构,黑米富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素E、钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌等营养元素,黑米具有清除自由基、改善缺铁性贫血、抗应激反应以及免疫调节等多种生理功能;能维持血管正常渗透压、减轻血管脆性、防止血管破裂和止血,还有抗菌,降低血压、抑制癌细胞生长的功效。黑豆具有降胆固醇、补肾益脾、祛痰止咳、美容抗衰老等功效。黑芝麻含有多种人体必需氨基酸,能加速人体的代谢功能;黑芝麻含有的铁和维生素E是预防贫血、活化脑细胞、消除血管胆固醇的重要成分;黑芝麻含有的脂肪大多为不饱和脂肪酸,有延年益寿的作用黑芝麻用于养发,防脱发之功效。
具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:黑豆135、黑米120、黑芝麻45、木耳13、银耳12、黄牛茶1、山茱萸2、八股绳2、肉苁蓉1、菊花2、鱼腥草1、枸杞2、雪梨14、冰糖3、食品添加剂1、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:大麦苗粉35、香菇冻干粉6、黑木耳冻干粉8、干玫瑰花15、蒲公英3、丰花草1、红茶16、槐花5、桑叶3、蜜桶花6、薏仁油1、糙米汤11、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入香菇冻干粉、黑木耳冻干粉小火翻炒至炒熟;将干玫瑰花、蒲公英、丰花草、红茶、槐花、桑叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮1.5小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、炒熟粉末及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将黄牛茶、山茱萸、八股绳、肉苁蓉、菊花、鱼腥草、枸杞加入适量水中,文火煎煮1.5小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液,备用;
(2)将黑豆、黑米洗净、除杂质加入上述煎煮液,加热煮至熟烂,捣成泥状,烘干,研磨成杂粮粉;
(3)将黑芝麻、木耳、银耳放入烤箱中,烘焙至干,研磨成粉,备用;
(4)将雪梨洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机中,榨成果汁,加入冰糖与步骤3的粉末,加热熬制50分钟,喷雾干燥,得粉料;
(5)将步骤2的杂粮粉与步骤4的粉料混合后,再将其他剩余成分加入其中,混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种黑色粗粮保健粉,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:黑豆130-140、黑米110-120、黑芝麻40-50、木耳12-14、银耳11-13、黄牛茶1-2、山茱萸2-3、八股绳1-3、肉苁蓉1-2、菊花2-3、鱼腥草1-2、枸杞1-2、雪梨14-16、冰糖2-3、食品添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、香菇冻干粉5-7、黑木耳冻干粉7-9、干玫瑰花10-20、蒲公英3-4、丰花草1-2、红茶8-20、槐花5-6、桑叶3-4、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量;制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入香菇冻干粉、黑木耳冻干粉小火翻炒至炒熟;将干玫瑰花、蒲公英、丰花草、红茶、槐花、桑叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、炒熟粉末及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的黑色粗粮保健粉,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将黄牛茶、山茱萸、八股绳、肉苁蓉、菊花、鱼腥草、枸杞加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液,备用;
(2)将黑豆、黑米洗净、除杂质加入上述煎煮液,加热煮至熟烂,捣成泥状,烘干,研磨成杂粮粉;
(3)将黑芝麻、木耳、银耳放入烤箱中,烘焙至干,研磨成粉,备用;
(4)将雪梨洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机中,榨成果汁,加入冰糖与步骤3的粉末,加热熬制40-50分钟,喷雾干燥,得粉料;
(5)将步骤2的杂粮粉与步骤4的粉料混合后,再将其他剩余成分加入其中,混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
