Abstract

对于一种塑料成型机,特别是吹塑机,为减少机器停机时间和生产损失时间,这里提出了一种从第一种产品(即220升容器)模具到第二种产品(即60升塑料桶)模具的快速更换方法及相应的结构措施。

Description

塑料成型机及其模具的快速更换方法
本发明涉及一种塑料成型机以及将塑料成型机从第一种产品的模具换为第二种产品的模具的快速更换方法。
这种类型的塑料成型机可以是注塑机或吹塑机。这类塑料成型机是众所周知的。
这类机器有下列一些问题:例如,中空塑料体产品的制造者仅有一台吹塑机,用这台机器大批量生产容积为220升的容器。现在他接到一张有限量的定单,例如60升塑料桶,想同时完成这批订货。为此,他必须停用该吹塑机,而且必须将220升容器的吹塑模具从模具合模板上卸下来,并将较小的60升塑料桶的二半模具装到模具合模板上,再接上相应的工作介质,如液压油或冷却水。当完成塑料桶生产订货后,再重新生产220升容器,并须以相反过程安装模具。其结果是导致该吹塑机停产较长时间,并增加了成本。对注射塑料成型机来说,更换模具的结果是一样的,但由于注塑机一般都用于大批量生产,与中断吹塑机的情况相比,即使停产的时间较短,也导致较大的产量减少。
本发明的目的是提供一种塑料成型机及模具快速更换方法,以简单而成本低的方法,很快地更换塑料成型机的模具,将一种产品的模具更换成另一种产品的模具,并使机器的停机时间尽可能地短。
为实现本发明的目的,提供一种在塑料成型机中由第一种产品模具换为第二种产品模具的快速更换方法,所述第一种产品模具具有用来成型第一种产品轮廓的第一型面,第二种产品模具有与所述第一型面分开一定距离的第二型面,用于独立于该第一型面而成型第二种产品的轮廓,每个产品模具具有两个半模,第一产品模具的两个半模分别固定在两块模具合模板上,它们可以相互运动至一个闭合位置,以成型第一产品轮廓,为取出制品,两块合模板可以移开而留出一空间,其特征在于包括下列步骤:将第一种产品模具的两半模具在制造第一产品轮廓时保持在模具合模板上,在用第二种产品模具制造一个第二种产品之前,将第二种产品模具的二半模具于第一种产品模具的两半模具之间的空间,装夹在第一种产品模具的二半模具上。
本发明还供给用以加工的熔融塑料原料和包括液压油和冷却水的加工介质,藉助于至少一种可更换的管线或柔性管被排走。
为此,作为一种结构上的安排,对于固定于模具合模板上的第一种产品的模具,在其向内一边的侧面设有用以紧固第二种产品模具的附加紧固装置。
采用这些措施的结果是:机器停机时间和生产损失的时间大大缩短。对于程控式塑料成型机,不必重新调整程序而继续运行是可以做到的。在这种情况下,将一种调整到固定位置的间隔棒,置于水平移动的二半模具的闭合通道中。这样,机器的部件或模具合模板(它们可相对移开)可以移动到一起,并达到预先选择好的间隔。
尤其是常常须在短时间内完成这种机器更变时,为供应或排走熔融塑料和/或工作介质,如液压油或冷却水,提供适当具有快速接合机构(即卡口锁合)或各种插入式接头的可变管线或柔性管线或电缆是有利的。
若为吹塑机,藉助于在吹塑芯棒顶部装一加长部分可使吹塑芯棒很快配合到另一制品的吹塑模上。
由以上所述可以看到,通过一种简单的办法,在一台投资较大、生产负荷较高的塑料成型机上可获得低成本加工的方法。
下面以图示具体例子对本发明作一描述。
图中从侧视方向表示出吹塑机10。
吹塑机10由下列部件组成:机座34和一个垂直支柱36,其上装有供模具合模板16和18在水平方向移动的液压装置。上水平支杆38和下水平支杆40用以对模具合模板进行导向。在两块模具合模板16和18之间的基座34的底部有一带有吹塑芯棒32的吹塑芯棒块42,棒32用于吹胀管型塑料型坯。该型坯是从直接装于其上面及在模具合模板上面的储料器头28中压出或从管形模子中直接压出的。塑料空腔体或被吹塑产品的两半模具通常固定在模具合模板16和18上。对于带有凹槽的复杂产品的模具,即容器体上的法兰或塑料桶上的模塑式提手,两半模具可带有能分别移动的模具滑块。
这种型式吹塑机的功用已为众人所知,因此这里不作进一步说明了。
装夹于模具合模板16和18上的两半模具12和14是专为220升带盖容器设计的。在第一种产品的两半模具12和14中用点线示出其产品(轮廓)。两半模具12和14的顶部和底部具有模具滑块以便通过镦粗形成各种周向承载和输送的环。
本发明的第一种产品模具的两半模12和14具有紧固装置20例如带有螺丝孔的角铁,用来夹紧第二种产品模具的两半模22,24。第二种产品模具的两半模用来制造60升塑料桶。每块模具的下端有一模具滑块,用以通过镦粗形成塑料桶壁上的把手。模具滑块移动量在图中用两个垂直箭头表示。二半模或模具合模板的移动量用水平箭头表示。
为成型较小的塑料桶,在模压大容器时用的吹塑芯棒32上装有模压塑料桶的二半模22和24所需的吹塑芯棒加长块30。该二半模具同样带有紧固装置。为调整模具合模板的水平移动量或作为一停止点,在下部的水平支杆40上装有一间隔棒26。可将间隔棒调整至一固定位置。据此,可实现机器的运动部件和附加模具间的协调一致。
通常,吹塑机的两半模具都备有液压油管线(用以使模具滑块产生动作)及冷却液管线。
这些管线或柔性管线有快速接合机构或插入式接头,以实现快速安装。为了清晰起见,图中没有详细表示。

Claims (7)

1.一种在塑料成型机中由第一种产品模具换为第二种产品模具的快速更换方法,所述第一种产品模具具有用来成型第一种产品轮廓的第一型面,第二种产品模具有与所述第一型面分开一定距离的第二型面,用于独立于该第一型面而成型第二种产品的轮廓,每个产品模具具有两个半模,第一产品模具的两个半模分别固定在两块模具合模板上,它们可以相互运动至一个闭合位置,以成型第一产品轮廓,为取出制品,两块合模板可以移开而留出一空间,其特征在于包括下列步骤:将第一种产品模具的两半模具(12,14)在制造第一产品轮廓时保持在模具合模板(16,18)上,在用第二种产品模具制造一个第二种产品之前,将第二种产品模具的二半模具(22,24)于第一种产品模具的两半模具之间的空间,装夹在第一种产品模具的二半模具(12,14)上。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征是:供给用以加工的熔融塑料原料和包括液压油和冷却水的加工用介质,藉助于至少一种可更换的管线或柔性管线被排走。
3.具有二半模的塑料成型机,两半模具(12,14)分别固定于模具合模板(16,18)上,板可以相对移开以便取出制成品,其特征在于:为实现从第一种产品的模具向第二种产品的模具的快速转换,被夹持在模具合模板(16,18)上的第一种产品的二半模具(12,14)具有夹紧装置(20),以夹持住第二种产品模具的二半模具(22,24)。
4.根据权利要求3的塑料成型机,其特征在于:配有一个间隔棒(26),这样可使机器部件或可移动的模具合模板(16,18)移动到一起并获得预定的间隔。
5.根据权利要求3或4的塑料成型机,其特征在于:备有可更换的并具有快速接合机构或插入型接头的管线或柔性管线,以供给或排出熔融塑料和/或如液压油及冷却水之类的工作介质。
6.根据权利要求3或4的塑料成型机,其特征在于:作为吹塑机(10)的一种结构,具有吹塑芯棒(32),该芯棒有一用以使塑料管吹胀的加长部分(30)。
7.根据权利要求5的塑料成型机,其特征在于:作为吹塑机(10)的一种结构,具有一吹塑芯棒(32),该芯棒有一用以使塑料管吹胀的加长部分(30)。
