本发明主要涉及食品及其工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种益气冬瓜糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
坚果是一种很有丰富营养的食品,含有丰富的矿物质、维生素等,是人们日常经常使用的一种零食,坚果通常是经过简单加工后,直接食用,市场上很少用坚果做成饮料、食品等成品食品,但是随着人们生活水品的提高,各种坚果、食品也越来越被消费者需要。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种益气冬瓜糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种益气冬瓜糕,由以下重量份原料组成:面粉100-120、米粉80-100、荞麦粉60-80、冬瓜95-105、猪皮20-30、芸豆40-50、黑豆35-45、夏威夷果55-60、榛子45-50、酸枣26-35、黄芪5-6、手掌参6-7、芍药5-6、桑白皮5-6、山慈菇5-6、珍珠6-7、蚕豆叶3-4、花生叶2-3、蜂蜜60-70、米酒60-70、水适量。
一种益气冬瓜糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬瓜洗净、去皮切块与洗净切碎的猪皮一起置于高压锅中,加入蜂蜜、适量的水,加热熬煮,至猪皮完全融化,停止加热;
(2)将芸豆、黑豆、夏威夷果、榛子洗净,与洗净去核的酸枣一起置于锅中,加入所述米酒,加热焖煮1-2小时,再将锅中所有物料取出打成枣汁;
(3)将黄芪、手掌参、芍药、桑白皮、山慈菇、珍珠、蚕豆叶、花生叶用6-9倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将面粉、米粉、荞麦粉、中药粉均匀混合,加入枣汁、步骤1中所有物料、以及适量的水,充分搅拌,混匀,得到面团后,做成糕,蒸熟即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种益气冬瓜糕,采用冬瓜作为主材料,冬瓜具有很好的消除皮下脂肪的的作用,特别适合单纯性肥胖者食用;本发明的一种益气冬瓜糕在制作过程中,还特别添加黄芪、芍药等中药材的提取物,具有一定的滋阴养血的功效,特别适合女性食用。

一种益气冬瓜糕,由以下重量份原料组成:面粉100 Kg、米粉80 Kg、荞麦粉60 Kg、冬瓜95 Kg、猪皮20 Kg、芸豆40 Kg、黑豆35 Kg、夏威夷果55 Kg、榛子45 Kg、酸枣26 Kg、黄芪5 Kg、手掌参6 Kg、芍药5 Kg、桑白皮5 Kg、山慈菇5 Kg、珍珠6 Kg、蚕豆叶3 Kg、花生叶2 Kg、蜂蜜60 Kg、米酒60 Kg、水适量。
一种益气冬瓜糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬瓜洗净、去皮切块与洗净切碎的猪皮一起置于高压锅中,加入蜂蜜、适量的水,加热熬煮,至猪皮完全融化,停止加热;

1.一种益气冬瓜糕,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:面粉100-120、米粉80-100、荞麦粉60-80、冬瓜95-105、猪皮20-30、芸豆40-50、黑豆35-45、夏威夷果55-60、榛子45-50、酸枣26-35、黄芪5-6、手掌参6-7、芍药5-6、桑白皮5-6、山慈菇5-6、珍珠6-7、蚕豆叶3-4、花生叶2-3、蜂蜜60-70、米酒60-70、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种益气冬瓜糕的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬瓜洗净、去皮切块与洗净切碎的猪皮一起置于高压锅中,加入蜂蜜、适量的水,加热熬煮,至猪皮完全融化,停止加热;
(2)将芸豆、黑豆、夏威夷果、榛子洗净,与洗净去核的酸枣一起置于锅中,加入所述米酒,加热焖煮1-2小时,再将锅中所有物料取出打成枣汁;
(3)将黄芪、手掌参、芍药、桑白皮、山慈菇、珍珠、蚕豆叶、花生叶用6-9倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
