本发明公开了一种绿豆薏米复合保健杂粮及其制备方法,是由绿豆、薏米、燕麦、淮山药、芝麻、杏仁、核桃仁、百合、苦瓜、黄瓜籽、冬瓜籽、甘草、冰糖等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:绿豆可补益元气,和调五脏,安神,通行十二经脉,除去皮屑,滋润皮肤;薏米能够清热强身、健脾补肺、止泻和胃、消浮肿,可缓和肠、胃轻度炎症。二者结合并添加多种天然食材,可清热解毒,强身健体。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合杂粮及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代人的工作繁忙,饮食无规律,且常吃快捷食品,对自身的身体造成很大伤害,尤其是对消化系统的损伤,工作压力大,强度高,导致机体免疫力下降,易疲惫、抗病能力差。中医理论认为,人们日常使用的五谷杂粮各具药用价值,在人们的日常生活中合理地调配饮食,可以达到祛病延年、保健强身的效果。特别是针对一些疾病,无需用药,通过将一些普通食物按一定的比例搭配,并按一定的方法进行加工,使患者长期服用,即可将这些疾病治愈。杂粮是公认的无公害天然绿色食品,具有特殊的食疗食补作用,在现代安全保健食品中具有重要地位。杂粮中的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质、纤维素等营养成分符合人体摄入的最合理比例,具有丰富的营养价值。然而,由于杂粮口感粗糙,且不易消化,如果采用常规方法制作食用,很难引起人们的食欲。因此,为了提高人们对杂粮食品的利用率,通过深加工提高杂粮的口感和消化吸收率,显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种绿豆薏米复合保健杂粮及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:绿豆薏米复合保健杂粮由以下重量份的原料组成:绿豆200-210、薏米75-76、燕麦100-104、淮山药30-32、芝麻12-14、杏仁20-22、核桃仁20-22、百合40-42、苦瓜20-22、黄瓜籽6-7、冬瓜籽6-7、甘草2-3、冰糖5-6、保健营养添加剂、水适量。其中营养保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:绿茶粉30-34、大麦苗粉1-2、白术1-2、姬松茸1-2、红茶2-3、蒲公英1-2、神曲1-2、蜜桶花1-2、峨参叶1-2、石榴花2-3、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。
本发明的绿豆薏米复合保健杂粮制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)绿豆、薏米、燕麦洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.1cm-0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃-150℃,烤制15min-20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(2)苦瓜去皮去籽切片,淮山药洗净去皮切片,厚度为0.5cm-0.6cm,置于烘干箱中干燥至重量无变化,粉碎处理后过30目筛,得料b;
(3)芝麻、杏仁、核桃仁、黄瓜籽、冬瓜籽置于焙烤箱中,调节温度110℃-120℃,烘烤10min-15min,得料c;
(4)百合、甘草、冰糖用5-10倍量的水煎煮40-50分钟提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
(5)将料a、料b、料c、中药颗粒与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
    另外,营养保健添加剂的制作方法为:将白术、姬松茸、红茶、蒲公英、神曲、蜜桶花、峨参叶、石榴花加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

具体实施方式
绿豆薏米复合保健杂粮,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
绿豆200、薏米75、燕麦100、淮山药32、芝麻14、杏仁22、核桃仁20、百合42、苦瓜20、黄瓜籽6、冬瓜籽6、甘草2、冰糖5、保健营养添加剂、水适量。
其中营养保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:绿茶粉34、大麦苗粉2、白术1、姬松茸2、红茶3、蒲公英1、神曲2、蜜桶花2、峨参叶2、石榴花2、薏仁油2、糙米汤12、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)绿豆、薏米、燕麦洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃,烤制20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(2)苦瓜去皮去籽切片,淮山药洗净去皮切片,厚度为0.6cm,置于烘干箱中干燥至重量无变化,粉碎处理后过30目筛,得料b;
(3)芝麻、杏仁、核桃仁、黄瓜籽、冬瓜籽置于焙烤箱中,调节温度120℃,烘烤15min,得料c;
(4)百合、甘草、冰糖用5倍量的水煎煮40分钟提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
(5)将料a、料b、料c、中药颗粒与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
另外,营养保健添加剂的制作方法为:将白术、姬松茸、红茶、蒲公英、神曲、蜜桶花、峨参叶、石榴花加适量水煎煮2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

1.一种绿豆薏米复合保健杂粮,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:绿豆200-210、薏米75-76、燕麦100-104、淮山药30-32、芝麻12-14、杏仁20-22、核桃仁20-22、百合40-42、苦瓜20-22、黄瓜籽6-7、冬瓜籽6-7、甘草2-3、冰糖5-6、保健营养添加剂、水适量。
2.根据权利要求l所述的绿豆薏米复合保健杂粮的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)绿豆、薏米、燕麦洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.1cm-0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃-150℃,烤制15min-20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(2)苦瓜去皮去籽切片,淮山药洗净去皮切片,厚度为0.5cm-0.6cm,置于烘干箱中干燥至重量无变化,粉碎处理后过30目筛,得料b;
(3)芝麻、杏仁、核桃仁、黄瓜籽、冬瓜籽置于焙烤箱中,调节温度110℃-120℃,烘烤10min-15min,得料c;

3.根据权利要求l所述的提高免疫力保健杂粮,其特征在于,保健营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:绿茶粉30-34、大麦苗粉1-2、白术1-2、姬松茸1-2、红茶2-3、蒲公英1-2、神曲1-2、蜜桶花1-2、峨参叶1-2、石榴花2-3、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量;制备方法为:将白术、姬松茸、红茶、蒲公英、神曲、蜜桶花、峨参叶、石榴花加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
