Abstract
本发明提供了一种肿瘤病人食品组合物,它由茯苓、阿胶、乌梅、高良姜、白芷、桃仁、甘草、枸杞子、女贞子、百合、黄精、玉竹、山药、阿胶、龙眼肉、苦杏仁、大枣、山楂、丁香、蒲公英、海参、豆粕、营养强化剂硒元素组成,每一组分均含有功能不同的多种抗癌因子,其中一些组分还具有降血压、降血糖、降血脂等功效。除了提供蛋白质、脂肪酸、多糖、膳食纤维、矿物质、维生素等常规营养素和多种抗癌因子外,还含有能补气益血、健胃护脾、温中散寒、利水渗湿、止咳化痰、降逆止呕、清热解毒等多种药理功效的成分。本发明通过合理组方,能最大限度发挥各组分中抗癌因子的协同效果,帮助肿瘤患者防癌抗癌,可以综合满足肿瘤患者的食疗需要及康复调理。所选各组分都是可食用材料,对人体没有毒副作用,可以长期食用。

本发明涉及食品组合物领域,特别涉及一种肿瘤病人食品组合物。
背景技术
随着工业经济的发展,各种大气及水资源污染日益严重,加上现代人不健康的生活方式和不合理的膳食习惯,导致肿瘤高发。据《2012年中国肿瘤登记年报》数据显示,在中国每10万人中有286人被确诊为肿瘤患者,即每分种便有6人被确诊为肿瘤患者;发病率排在前面的分别是肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、食管癌和乳腺癌,每10万人中这六大病种合计有191人被确诊为肿瘤患者,占了全部肿瘤发病率的67%;肺癌和胃癌的发病率最高,二者的发病率占了六大病种总发病率的47%。男性中发病率排前三的是肺癌、胃癌和肝癌,女性中发病率排前三的是乳腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌。目前肿瘤发病率仍在以每年高达5%的速率递增。
目前治疗肿瘤主要以西医的手术放化疗为主,其中外科手术会引发机体发生一系列代谢变化,同时会因一系列相关因素造成各种营养素的消化吸收障碍;虽然抗癌新药及联合化疗方案不断涌出,但化疗药物本身引起的全身性细胞毒反应尚未得到很好的解决,尤其是化疗药物对胃肠道的毒副作用大,常引起恶心、呕吐、黏膜炎、腹泻、便秘等消化系统毒性往往导致患者营养不良,最终影响到化疗结果和导致术后并发症及死亡率的增加;虽然每年有60~80%的患者接受放射治疗,但高放射剂量的治疗在破坏或消灭肿瘤细胞的同时也损伤了周围正常的组织细胞,导致癌症患者在接受腹盆腔放疗时经常出现食欲减退、腹痛、腹泻等胃肠道不良反应和营养吸收障碍(资料来源:《肿瘤营养学》人民卫生出版社,2012年出版)。
肿瘤患者营养相关性症状与体征包括:疼痛、食欲下降、吞咽困难、消化不良、恶心呕吐、腹胀、肠梗阻、胸腹水与水肿、腹泻、便秘、黄疸及疲劳等。大多肿瘤患者通常存在营养不良、消瘦、恶病质、肌肉减少症、贫血、白细胞减少、凝血功能异常、肿瘤相关性肠病、肿瘤相关性胃病、黏膜炎等。临床常见的代谢疾病中,糖尿病、肥胖、高脂血症、代谢综合症、痛风、骨质疏松、慢性炎症等与大部分肿瘤都高度相关。(资料来源:《肿瘤营养学》人民卫生出版社,2012年出版)。
中医理论认为,肿瘤发生的病机大致可以分为:气滞血瘀、痰凝湿聚、热毒内蘊、经络瘀阻和脏腑功能失调。在临床实践中,几种病机常常是互相关联和复合在一起的。此外,《黄帝内经·素问·五常政大论》经文写道:“大毒去病,十去其六;常毒治病,十去其七;小毒治病,十去其八;无毒治病,十去其九。”充分说明在类似肿瘤这类大病治疗中,不能完全依赖药物。而在《黄帝内经·素问·生气通天论》经文写道:“阴之所生,本在五味,阴之五宫,伤在五味······是故谨和五味,骨正筋柔,气血以流,腠理以密,如是则骨气以精。谨道如法,长有天命。”这些中医理论用于肿瘤患者在指导治疗、选药、饮食、营养安排等方面都有着现实意义,充分表明调和五味谨养气血筋骨对于健康的重要性。
科学研究表明,很多植物既是食品又具有一定的抗癌效果。2012年原国家卫生部曾公告(卫法监发[2002]51号):茯苓、薏苡仁、乌梅、高良姜、白芷、桃仁、甘草、枸杞子、女贞子、百合、黄精、玉竹、阿胶、龙眼肉、苦杏仁、大枣、山楂、丁香、蒲公英等既是食品又是药品,充分表明对人体没有毒副作用。而大豆、海参又都是传统食材。根据相关资料表明,这些品种的有效成份中都含有抗肿瘤成份,同时还含有降血脂、降血糖、降血压、抗菌、抗真菌、抗溃疡、镇痛等成份。
然而对于肿瘤患者而言,目前市面上除了具有一定毒副作用的抗肿瘤药品外,大多是功能单一的普通食品,虽然很多食材中含有抗肿瘤因子,但偏食一种其效果作用都很有限;个别保健食品虽然也有提高免疫力等各种特定功能,但均很难满足肿瘤患者的全面康复需求,符合肿瘤病人全面康复及食疗配合的保健食品也很少。
真正专门针对肿瘤患者身体需要能配合肿瘤饮食治疗及康复调理且又无毒副作用的食品组合物,目前尚没见公开报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种肿瘤病人食品组合物。该组合物含有多种抗癌因子,适合肿瘤患者康复食疗,对人体没有毒副作用,可以长期食用。

特别需要指出的是,本发明中所述组分除阿胶、海参、豆粕、营养强化剂硒元素外,其余各组分中的全部组分或部分组分可以使用其比例提取物代替相应的组分本身,比例提取物的用量则应按其提取倍数进行相应折算。
本发明中所指的营养强化剂硒元素的硒源是指国家相关食品法规中允许添加的所有硒源,包括亚硒酸钠、硒酸钠、硒蛋白等。作为优选方案,所述营养强化剂硒元素其硒源是选用硒蛋白;最优选方案是选用具有抗肿瘤活性的硒蛋白。
本发明中所指的营养强化剂硒元素在组合物中的总硒含量控制值是280ug/kg,这是因为目前国家对普通食品中的硒元素允许添加量中最大限量范围是140~280ug/kg,所以本发明中通过加入营养强化剂硒元素控制的总硒含量控制值是最高限量值。若国家法规对食品中硒含量的限量范围作了修改,那么所述营养强化剂硒元素在本食品组合物中的总硒含量控制值应根据国家法规对食品中硒含量的限量范围的修改进行相应修改,最佳的总硒含量值应改为法规修改后所允许的最高限量。
以上所述各组分均从市场购得。其中营养强化剂硒元素若使用具有抗肿瘤活性的硒蛋白,除了可市场购得,也可来源于上海仙普生物科技有限公司。
为了使所述食品组合物具有更全面丰富的营养元素和改善口感,本发明中未明示的食品添加剂及营养强化剂等成分完全可按照本领域技术员熟知的含量进行控制即可,对此本发明并无特别限制。
本发明对所述食品组合物的制备方法没有特殊限制,优选为本领域技术员熟知的方法生产,将上述组份通过优选除杂、除泥洗净、烘干、粉碎、混合、检测、包装灭菌即得成品。
本发明所述的组分中,茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的菌核。甘、淡、平,归心、肺、脾、肾经。具有利水渗湿、健脾安神功能。本品含β-茯苓聚糖约占干重93%和三萜类化合物乙酰茯苓酸、茯苓酸、3β-羟基羊毛甾三烯酸。此外,尚含树胶、甲壳质、蛋白质、脂肪、甾醇、卵磷脂、葡萄糖、腺嘌呤、组氨酸、胆碱、β-茯苓聚糖分解酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶等。茯苓多糖、茯苓多糖复合物(U-P)、经甲基茯苓多糖和茯苓次聚糖等对实验动物的多种癌瘤有抑制和杀伤活性。对S180、EAC腹水型瘤株的抑制作用与口服5-FU类似,且抑制作用与剂量相关,但毒性较低。此外,本品还有利尿、镇静、保肝、抑菌和强心等作用。
薏苡仁为禾本科植物薏苡的成熟种仁。甘、淡、凉,归脾、胃、肺经。具有健脾渗湿、利水排脓功能。本品含蛋白质16.2%,脂肪4.65%,碳水化物79.17%,少量维生素B1(330微克/100克),另含氨基酸(为亮氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、酪氨酸等)、薏苡素、薏苡酯、三萜化合物。薏苡仁的一些提取物对实验动物的艾氏腹水癌、肉瘤180等多种肿瘤均有直接抑制作用。一些成分可使肿瘤细胞浆变性,或使核分裂停止于中期。此外,本品尚有镇静、镇痛、降温、解热、抑制骨骼肌收缩、诱发排卵、降血糖、抗炎、增强肾上腺皮质功能、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能等作用。
乌梅为蔷薇科植物梅的未成熟果实(青梅)的加工熏制品。酸、涩、平,归肝、脾、肺、大肠经。具有敛肺涩肠、生津安胃功能。本品含枸椽酸、苹果酸、草酸、琥珀酸和延胡索酸,总酸量约4%-5.5%,以前两种有机酸的含量较多。还含5-羟甲基-2-糠醛,为无色油状物。所含挥发性成分,主要有苯甲醛62.40%,4-松油烯醇3.97%,苯甲醇3.97%和十六烷酸4.55%。乌梅仁含苦杏仁甙约0.5%。另有报道乌梅中还含苦味酸和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。乌梅能增强白细胞或网织细胞吞噬功能,提高机体对癌的免疫作用;乌梅的丙酮提取液对致癌物质黄曲霉素B1的致突变作用有显著的抑制效果。乌梅干果内所含苦杏仁甙经胃内分解,有杀灭癌细胞效果;此外,本品还有抗菌、抗真菌、抗过敏、袪痰、镇咳、缓解平滑肌痉挛、解毒、驱虫等作用。
高良姜为姜科植物高良姜的干燥根茎。辛、热,归脾、胃经。具有温胃散寒、消食止痛功能。本品含挥发油0.5~1.5%,其中主要成分是1,8-桉叶素和桂皮酸甲酯,尚有丁香油酚、蒎烯、毕澄茄烯等。根茎尚含黄酮类高良姜素、山奈素、山奈酚、槲皮素、异鼠李素等和一种辛辣成分,称高良姜酚。高良姜热水提取物对小鼠肉瘤S180有明显的抗癌活性;高良姜能抑制黄曲霉素的生长,此外,高良姜还有抗菌等作用。
白芷为伞形科植物兴安白芷或川白芷和杭白芷的根。辛、温,归胃、大肠、肺经。具有解表、祛风燥湿、消肿止痛功能。含异欧前胡素、欧前胡素、佛手柑内酯、珊瑚菜素、氧化前胡素等。白芷所含的异欧前胡素对Hela细胞有细胞毒作用。此外,本品尚有抑菌、抗真菌、扩张冠状血管、抗过敏、促进分泌型IgA产生等作用。
桃仁为乔木科落叶小乔木桃或山桃的种仁。亦称桃核。苦、甘、平,归心、肝、大肠经。具有活血祛瘀、润肠通便功能。桃仁含苦杏仁甙约3.6%,挥发油0.4%,脂肪油45%,油中主含油酸甘油酯和少量亚油酸甘油酯;另含苦杏仁酶等。桃仁有抗致癌霉菌及其毒素的作用。对黄曲霉菌、杂色曲霉菌、黄曲霉菌素B1和小梗囊胞菌素抑制率均为100%。此外,可以增加脑血流量、降低脑血管阻力、并有抗凝血、抗血栓、抗炎、抗过敏、润肠、镇咳、收缩子宫等作用。
甘草为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根。甘、平,归心、肺、脾、胃经。具有补脾益气、清热解毒、袪痰止咳、缓急止痛、调和诸药的功能。本品含有甘草甜素(即甘草酸)6~14%,为甘草的甜味成分,是一种三萜皂甙。甘草酸水解产生一分子甘草次酸及二分子葡萄糖醛酸;本品并含少量甘草黄甙(即甘草甙,为一种黄烷醇的甙,其甙元名甘草素和甘草苦甙)、异甘草黄甙、二羟基甘草次酸、甘草西定(即3’,6-二异戊烯-2’,4’,5-三羟基异黄烷)、甘草醇、5-0-甲基甘草醇、异甘草醇,此外,尚含有甘露醇、葡萄糖3.8%、蔗糖2.4~6.5%、苹果酸、桦木酸、天冬酰胺、菸酸、生活素296微克/克、微量挥发油及淀粉等。甘草次酸对于大白鼠实验性骨髓瘤及腹水肝瘤均有抑制作用,对小白鼠艾氏腹水癌均有抑制作用。此外本品还有抗溃疡、增加体重、抗炎、抗血小板减少、降脂及抗动脉粥样硬化等作用。
枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞和枸杞的成熟果实。甘、平,归肝、肾经。具有补肾润肺,养肝明目功能。枸杞子中含胡萝卜素3.39毫克%,硫胺素0.23毫克%,核黄素0.33毫克%,烟酸1.7毫克%,抗坏血酸3毫克%,尚分离出β-谷甾醇、亚油酸等。枸杞子可抑制癌细胞DNA合成,干扰细胞分裂,使癌细胞增殖能力下降;还可改变癌细胞线粒体结构,导致细胞氧化产生能量减少,影响癌细胞DNA复制与蛋白质的合成。枸杞子水提物能显著提高网状内皮系统的吞噬作用,增强巨噬细胞的酸性磷酸酶和酸性酯酸酶活性;使休止期的巨噬细胞转变为抗肿瘤的巨噬细胞。此外,本品还有降血脂、降血糖、降血压、促进肝细胞再生、兴奋子宫等作用。
女贞子为木犀科植物女贞的成熟果实。甘、苦、凉,归肝、肾经。具有补益肝肾、明目乌发功能。本品含女贞子甙、洋橄榄苦甙、齐墩果酸、4-羟基-B-苯乙基-B-D-葡萄糖甙、桦木醇等。女贞子水提物可明显提高机体对肿瘤的免疫功能。女贞子对环磷酰胺、乌拉坦诱发的突变和细胞染色体损伤均有抑制作用,提示有防癌活性。对因化疗及放疗所致白细胞下降有升高作用。此外,本品还有抗菌、消炎、强心、利尿、升高血小板、降SGPT、保肝及降低家兔血清胆固醇、消除冠脉斑块、降血糖、增加组织耗氧量、抑制光溶血、清除自由基、抗衰老、促进小鼠肠推进功能、促进排便等作用。
百合为百合科植物百合和细叶百合的肉质鳞茎。甘、寒,归心、肺经。具有润肺止咳、清心安神功能。本品含秋水仙碱等多种生物碱及淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪等。百合所含秋水仙碱等多种生物碱,对癌细胞有丝分裂有抑制作用。百合能增强激素调节功能,促进免疫系统,促进淋巴细胞转化,并可防止环磷酰胺所致的白细胞减少症。此外,本品还有镇咳平喘作用。
黄精为百合科植物黄精或囊丝黄精金氏黄精以及同属若干种植物的根。甘、平,归脾、肺、肾经。具有润肺滋阴、补脾益气功能。黄精的根茎含粘液质、淀粉及糖分;囊丝黄精的根茎含吖丁啶羧酸、天门冬氨酸、高丝氨酸、二氨基丁酸、毛地黄糖甙以及多种慧醌类化合物。黄精可刺激体内淋巴细胞转化为杀瘤细胞,增强机体抗恶性肿瘤的免疫力。此外,本品还具有一定的抗菌、抗真菌、抗病毒、降压、降血糖、降血脂、增加冠脉流量等作用。
玉竹为百合科植物玉竹的干燥根茎。甘、微寒,归肺、胃经。具有养阴润燥、生津止渴功能。本品含玉竹粘多糖及4种玉竹果聚糖,还含吖丁啶-2-羧酸等。玉竹能提高机体免疫功能,抑制癌瘤生长;其水提取物体外实验对人子宫颈癌JTC26细胞有抑制活性。此外本品还有强心、调节血压、增加冠脉流量、降血脂、抗动物粥样硬化以及抗菌等作用。
山药为薯蓣科植物薯蓣的块根。甘、平,归脾、肺、肾经。具有补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精功能。山药块茎含山药多糖、薯蓣皂甙元、多巴胺、盐酸山药碱、多酚氧化酶、尿囊素、止杈素、糖蛋白、以及微量元素钡、铍、铈、钴、铬、铜、镓、镧、锂、锰、铌、镍、磷、锶、钍、钛、钒、钇、镱、锌、锆以及氧化钠、氧化钾、氧化铝、氧化铁、氧化钙、氧化镁等。此外还含有甾醇、植酸、植物生长调节剂山药素Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ等。山药中含有微量元素锗,有机锗Ge-132可抑制癌细胞的转移,并具有抗癌增效活性;山药的水浸液具有促进干扰素生成和增加T细胞数量的作用,可升高肿瘤细胞cAMP水平,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖;抑制唾液酸酶,对突变细胞有产生抑制的倾向。此外,本品尚有袪痰、滋补和助消化、降血糖、抗衰老、恢复肾功能等作用。
阿胶为马科动物驴的皮,经漂洗去毛后熬制而成的胶块,亦称驴皮胶。甘、平,归肺、肝、肾经。具有补血止血、滋阴润肺功能。阿胶多由胶原及其部分水解产物所成,含氮16.43~16.54%,基本上是蛋白质;水解产生多种氨基酸,其中有赖氨酸10%、精氨酸7%、组氨酸2%等。从产生的氨基酸看,阿胶与明胶相似,但前者之赖氨酸较多,且含胱氨酸,而缺乏色氨酸。含灰分0.75~1.09%,钙0.079~0.118%。阿胶能促进健康人淋巴细胞转化,对失血动物,能加快血红蛋白及红细胞的增长速度,对癌性贫血,有明显升高红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞的作用。此外,本品还有改善动物体内钙平衡、止血等作用。
龙眼肉为无患子科植物龙眼树的成熟果肉,亦称桂圆肉。甘、温,归心、脾经。具有补益气血、滋养心脾功能。本品含葡萄糖、酒石酸、蔗糖、维生素B1、B2、P、C等。龙眼肉水浸液对人子宫颈癌JTC26癌细胞有抑制活性;龙眼肉粗制浸膏可抑制癌细胞的增殖。此外,本品对奥杜盎小芽癣菌的生长有明显抑制作用。
苦杏仁为蔷薇科植物山杏、西伯利亚杏、东北杏或杏的干燥成熟种仁,亦称苦杏仁、北杏仁等。苦、微温,归肺、大肠经。具有降气止咳平喘、润肠通便功能。本品含苦杏仁甙、脂肪油、苦杏仁酶、苦杏仁甙酶、樱叶酶、雌酮、α-雌二醇、链甾醇等。本品对人体子宫颈癌细胞培养株系JTC26、艾氏腹水癌、动物W256有抑制作用。此外,尚有舒张支气管平滑肌、缓解其痉挛而具镇咳平喘、抑制胃蛋白酶的活性而抗溃疡、抗炎、镇痛、抗突变、驱虫子等作用。
大枣为鼠李科植物枣树的成熟果实,亦称红枣。甘、温,归脾、胃经。具有补中益气、养血安神功能。本品含大枣皂甙Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、酸枣仁皂甙B、光千金藤碱、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、环磷腺苷(cAMP)、环磷乌苷(cGMP)等。大枣的热水提取物,体外试验对JTC26癌细胞生长的抑制率达90%以上,其抑制作用与剂量大小有关。此外,大枣尚有抗超敏反应、抗炎、抗消化性溃疡、保护肝脏、增强肌力和增加体重、促进巨噬细胞吞噬功能等作用。
山楂为蔷薇科植物野山楂或山楂的果实。酸、甘、微温,归脾、胃、肝经。具有消食健胃、行气散瘀功能。本品含表儿茶精、槲皮素、金丝桃甙、绿原酸、 山楂酸、柠檬酸、苦杏仁甙)等。山楂的丙酮提取液对黄曲霉素B致突变作用有明显的抑制作用;山楂提取液对小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞亦有明显抑制效果;山楂种仁水煎液对JTC26体外实验抑制率达50~70%。此外,还有降血压、扩张冠脉、降血脂、强心、抗菌、抗炎、止咳、增加胃液消化酶等作用。
丁香为桃娘科植物丁香的花蕾,又称公丁香。辛、温,归脾、胃、肺、肾经。丁香花蕾(公丁香)含挥发油(即丁香油)14~20%,油中含丁香酚78~95%、乙酰丁香酚约3%及少量的丁香烯、甲基正戊酮、甲基正庚酮、香荚兰醛;此外,尚含齐墩果酸、鞣质、脂肪油等。具有温中降逆、温肾助阳功能。丁香油中的很多成分都具有转向的诱导谷胱甘肽S转移酶的活性,表现了较强的抗癌活性,具有对异体生物质(如致癌物)解毒作用。此外本品还有抗菌、驱虫、健胃、止痛、抗真菌、抗病毒等作用。
蒲公英为菊科植物蒲公英的带根全草。苦、甘、寒,归肝、胃经。具有清热解毒、消痈散结、利尿通淋功能。蒲公英全草含蒲公英甾醇、胆碱、菊糖和果胶等。同属植物药用蒲公英的根中含蒲公英醇、蒲公英赛醇、ψ-葡公英甾醇、蒲公英甾醇、β-香树脂醇、豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇、胆碱、有机酸、果糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、葡萄糖甙以及树脂、橡胶等。叶含叶黄素、蝴蝶梅黄素、叶绿醌、维生素C_50~70毫克/100克和维生素D_5~9毫克/100克。花中含山金车二醇、叶黄素和毛莨黄素。花粉中含β-谷甾醇、5z-豆甾-7-烯-3β-醇、叶酸和维生素C。绿色花萼中含叶绿醌。花茎中含β-谷甾醇和β-香树脂醇。又本品含考迈斯托醇、核黄素1.43微克/克和胡萝卜素7.7~8.8毫克%。蒲公英多糖对小鼠肿瘤细胞有抑制活性,并有显著激活小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的活性;本品的热水浸出物,对小鼠肉瘤-180有抑瘤作用;对艾氏腹水癌有明显治疗效果;对移植性人体肺癌有明显抑制作用。此外,本品尚有抗炎、促进吞噬细胞吞噬功能、增强细胞免疫和体液免疫、抗胃粘膜损伤及实验性胃溃疡、抗内毒素、抗菌、利胆及促进乳汁分泌等作用。
海参为刺参科动物刺参或其他种海参去内脏后的干燥全体,是有着传统食用习惯的深受人民大众喜爱的滋补食品,且《中国药典》也没有收录,可以作为普通食品原料。其中有刺者名刺参,无刺者名光参,光参为瓜参科动物,品质较次。据中华本草记载,海参味咸、甘、性平,归肾、肺经。具有补肾益精、养血润燥、止血功能。本品含甾醇、三萜醇,绿刺参干皮肤含23ξ乙酰氧基-17脱氧-7,8-二氢海参甙元、绿刺参甙A1、B1、C1、D1及A2、B2、C2。刺参甙A、B、D、E,羊毛甾烷型皂甙等,刺参含酸性粘多糖。其中有海参毒素,产率8.7毫克%,是一种抗霉剂,在6.25~25微克/毫升的浓度能抑制多种霉菌。又含粘蛋白、糖蛋白、钙、磷、铁、碘等。刺参提取液在终浓度为 0.75-1.49mg/ml时,对体外培养人胃癌 MGC、人肝癌7402、18肺腺癌、小鼠乳腺肉瘤EMT6及L-929细胞生长均有抑制作用,但对正常细胞无明显影响。形态学观察结果,刺参提取液对瘤细胞有明显的杀伤作用,具体表现在肿瘤细胞圆缩、崩解。本品醇提取物体外对鼻咽癌(NPC)患者T调节细胞亚群的T4和T8细胞均有明显的诱导和激活作用。此外,还有抗凝血、镇痛、抗真菌、改善记忆、增加体重、升高白细胞等作用。
豆粕是大豆种子榨油后的副产物,按其加工工艺分为高温豆粕和低温豆粕,是加工植物蛋白的主要原料之一。豆粕中含有大量的蛋白质以及大豆纤维,其蛋白中含有人体必须的18种氨基酸;此外还含有大豆磷脂、大豆低聚糖、大豆异黄酮、大豆皂甙等。研究表明,大豆中的乳清蛋白对人肝癌细胞HepG2能诱导该细胞发生凋亡,对S180瘤株肿瘤抑瘤率可达80%;大豆中的胰蛋白酶抑制剂BBI,具有降低多种癌症发病率的作用;大豆低聚糖能使肠道的双歧杆菌明显增加,从而减少腐败细菌而抑制肠内生成与致癌物质有关的β-葡萄糖苷酸酶和偶氮还原酶;大豆异黄酮有抗氧化、抗血管增生的作用,可防止动脉粥样硬化,降低多种乳腺癌、前列腺癌和结肠癌的发病率;大豆中的植酸具有抗增殖能力,对结肠癌、前列腺癌、胃癌SGC-7901、黑色素瘤HTB68、乳腺癌等的细胞生长均具有抑制作用。此外大豆中还含有钙、磷、铁、锌、硒、锗、铜等微量元素以及胡萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸等有益成份。大豆蛋白经蛋白酶水解后所得的大豆多肽可由肠道直接吸收并具有抗氧化、抗血栓、调节免疫功能、促进矿物质吸收等多种重要的生物活性。
众所周知,硒是抗癌之王。大量科学研究表明,人体内的硒元素对多种肿瘤具有明确的抗癌功效,大部分肿瘤患者以及慢性疾病患者都缺硒。根据相关法规,作为营养强化剂的硒源,还包括亚硒酸钠、硒酸钠、硒蛋白、富硒食用菌粉、L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸、硒化卡拉胶、富硒酵母。其中亚硒酸钠吸和硒酸钠吸收利用度高,但此二者作为无机硒盐,相对别的有机硒源,其毒性相对较高。同时也有研究表明,只有硒蛋白具有多种生物活性,其它硒源都须人体吸收后在体内转化为硒蛋白才具有生物活性。

本发明各组分选料精良,配伍合理,功能协调,组合物的最终营养成分中,既有蛋白质、脂肪酸、多糖、膳食纤维、矿物质、维生素等普通人都必需的营养物质,又含有各种各样的抗癌因子以及补气益血、健胃护脾、温中散寒、利水渗湿、止咳化痰、降气止逆等多种药理功效。由于本发明所选用的各组分都是可食用材料,在对人体没有毒副作用的同时,通过合理配方组合,更有利于发挥各组分有效成份中抗癌因子的协同效果,能综合满足肿瘤患者的食疗和康复调理需要,同时帮助肿瘤患者增强防癌抗癌能力。

下面以实施例2为例说明本发明所述的一种肿瘤病人食品组合物实施例1~3的制备方法,它的制备方法如下。

一种肿瘤病人食品组合物的实施例4。
本实施例4是为说明本发明中除组分阿胶、海参、豆粕、营养强化剂硒元素外,其余各组分中全部组分均用其比例提取物代替。假若用比例提取物替代之前,所有组分的初始重量配比如下。
茯苓9kg,薏苡仁9 kg,乌梅6 kg,高良姜2 kg,白芷3 kg,桃仁6 kg,甘草3 kg,枸杞子9 kg份,女贞子9 kg,百合6 kg,黄精9 kg,玉竹6 kg,山药9 kg,阿胶3 kg,龙眼肉9 kg,苦杏仁6 kg,大枣9 kg,山楂9 kg,丁香2 kg,蒲公英9 kg,海参6 kg,豆粕200 kg,营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)280ug/kg。
若按照上述配比,除组分阿胶、海参、豆粕、营养强化剂硒元素外,其余各组分中全部组分均用其10倍比例提取物代替,则对比例提取物折算后,所有组分的重量配比如下。
茯苓10倍比例提取物0.9kg,薏苡仁10倍比例提取物0.9 kg,乌梅10倍比例提取物0.6 kg,高良姜10倍比例提取物0.2 kg,白芷10倍比例提取物0.3 kg,桃仁10倍比例提取物0.6 kg,甘草10倍比例提取物0.3 kg,枸杞子10倍比例提取物0.9 kg份,女贞子10倍比例提取物0.9 kg,百合10倍比例提取物0.6 kg,黄精10倍比例提取物0.9 kg,玉竹10倍比例提取物0.6 kg,山药10倍比例提取物0.9 kg,阿胶3 kg,龙眼肉10倍比例提取物0.9 kg,苦杏仁10倍比例提取物0.6 kg,大枣10倍比例提取物0.9 kg,山楂10倍比例提取物0.9 kg,丁香10倍比例提取物0.2 kg,蒲公英10倍比例提取物0.9 kg,海参6 kg,豆粕200 kg,营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)280ug/kg。
实施例4的制备方法如下。
将海参清选除杂洗净去泥,然后将海参、豆粕、阿胶全部低温烘干,并分别粉碎成粉末后过筛备用;然后按照上述对10倍比例提取物折算后所有组分的重量配比,将全部10倍比例提取物加入干混机中,并加入前面已粉碎过筛好的海参6kg,豆粕200kg,阿胶3kg三种粉末和营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)62160ug,于干混机中一起混合均匀得到粉末混合物,之后将粉末混合物进行质量检测、检测合格后包装得到成品。
一种肿瘤病人食品组合物的实施例5。
本实施例5是为说明本发明中除组分阿胶、海参、豆粕、营养强化剂硒元素外,其余各组分中的部分组分用其比例提取物代替。假若用比例提取物替代之前,所有组分的初始重量配比如下。
茯苓15kg,薏苡仁21 kg,乌梅12 kg,高良姜6 kg,白芷9 kg,桃仁12 kg,甘草9 kg,枸杞子21 kg,女贞子15 kg,百合12 kg,黄精15 kg,玉竹12 kg,山药21kg,阿胶9 kg,龙眼肉15 kg,苦杏仁12 kg,大枣15 kg,山楂15 kg,丁香6 kg,蒲公英15 kg,海参15 kg,豆粕400 kg,营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)280ug/kg。
若按照上述配比,除组分阿胶、海参、豆粕、营养强化剂硒元素外,其余各组分中的茯苓、薏苡仁、乌梅(当然还可以增加别的组分)这三种组分用其10倍比例提取物代替,则对比例提取物折算后,所有组分的重量配比如下。
茯苓10倍比例提取物1.5kg,薏苡仁10倍比例提取物2.1kg,乌梅10倍比例提取物1.2 kg,高良姜6 kg,白芷9 kg,桃仁12 kg,甘草9 kg,枸杞子21 kg,女贞子15 kg,百合12 kg,黄精15 kg,玉竹12 kg,山药21kg,阿胶9 kg,龙眼肉15 kg,苦杏仁12 kg,大枣15 kg,山楂15 kg,丁香6 kg,蒲公英15 kg,海参15 kg,豆粕400 kg,营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)280ug/kg。
实施例5的制备方法如下。
将所有原料清选除杂,含泥原料洗净去泥,并将白芷、山药去皮,大枣、乌梅去核,之后全部烘干,并分别将高良姜、白芷、桃仁、甘草、枸杞子、女贞子、百合、黄精、玉竹、山药、阿胶、龙眼肉、苦杏仁、大枣、山楂、丁香、蒲公英、海参、豆粕粉碎成粉末后过筛备用;然后按折算后的组分和重量配比,将前述过筛好的各种粉末以及茯苓10倍比例提取物1.5kg,薏苡仁10倍比例提取物2.1 kg,乌梅10倍比例提取物1.2 kg及营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)178836ug,于干混机中一起混合均匀得到粉末混合物,之后将粉末混合物进行质量检测、检测合格后包装得到成品。
需要说明的是,上述各实施例中,还可同时根据需要在法规允许的范围内,再加入其它食品添加剂及营养元素等成分,于干混机中一起混合均匀得到粉末混合物,这是本领域技术员所公知的,不再具体描述。
此外,实施例4、5中的10比例提取物若改用其它比例提取物,比如5倍或20倍,则只需进行相应折算即可。比如实例5中茯苓全部改用20倍比例提取物,则实际加入的茯苓20倍比例提取物的量则为15kg / 20 = 0.75kg。
此外,前述各实施例中的所有原料均来源于市场。其中实施例1、2、3、5中的营养强化剂硒元素的硒源是普通硒蛋白,由市场购买;实施例4中的营养强化剂硒元素的硒源是选用的具有抗肿瘤活性的硒蛋白,由上海仙普生物科技有限公司制备提供。
在前面各实施例中,营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)的用量控制均是选用的280ug/kg,若国家法规对食品中硒含量的限量范围进行了修改,则实施例中营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)的添加控制量应相应修改为法规允许的最高限量。比如国家法规修改后的硒元素添加限量最高为500ug/kg,则在制订实施例中各组分的重量份数时,营养强化剂硒元素按总硒计的控制用量应相应修改为500ug/kg。这是因为肿瘤患者大部分缺硒,选用最高限量值的硒元素用量,对肿瘤病人来说是安全有益的。此外,所述营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)的用量是指包括全部物料的总硒在内的控制值,实际添加时须扣减其它原料中可能含有的硒元素数量,总之目的就是要保证总硒的含量应符合国家法规要求。
同时还需要说明的是,前面各实施例的制备步骤中,还可以将粉末混合物进一步配制成片剂、丸剂或胶囊形式,或用作饮料或汤剂的材料。
如本文前面所述的,根据本发明,提供了一种肿瘤病人食品组合物,该食品由19种食用草本植物和阿胶、海参、豆粕、营养强化剂硒元素等制成,对肿瘤病人是安全的。
根据上述实施例可获得对本发明的更好理解,列出这些实施例是为了说明,而不是为了限制本发明。
已用说明性方式描述了本发明,应理解所用的术语是描述性的而不是限制性的。根据上面的精神,本发明可以有许多修改和变动。因此,应理解本发明可在权利要求的范围内用除了上面特别描述的方式以外的方式实施。
Claims (6)
1.一种肿瘤病人食品组合物,其特征是,它是由下述组分及重量份的原料制备而成:茯苓3~30份,薏苡仁3~30份,乌梅3~30份,高良姜1~15份,白芷1~15份,桃仁1~15份,甘草1~15份,枸杞子3~30份,女贞子3~30份,百合3~30份,黄精3~30份,玉竹3~30份,山药3~30份,阿胶1~15份,龙眼肉3~30份,苦杏仁1~15份,大枣3~30份,山楂3~30份,丁香1~10份,蒲公英3~30份,海参3~30份,豆粕100~500份,营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)280ug/kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤病人食品组合物,其特征是,它是由下述组分及重量份的原料制备而成:茯苓9~15份,薏苡仁9~21份,乌梅6~12份,高良姜2~6份,白芷3~9份,桃仁6~12份,甘草3~9份,枸杞子9~21份,女贞子9~15份,百合6~12份,黄精9~15份,玉竹6~12份,山药9~21份,阿胶3~9份,龙眼肉9~15份,苦杏仁6~12份,大枣9~15份,山楂9~15份,丁香2~6份,蒲公英9~15份,海参6~15份,豆粕200~400份,营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)280ug/kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤病人食品组合物,其特征是,它是由下述组分及重量份的原料制备而成:茯苓12份,薏苡仁15份,乌梅9份,高良姜4份,白芷6份,桃仁9份,甘草6份,枸杞子15份,女贞子12份,百合9份,黄精12份,玉竹9份,山药15份,阿胶6份,龙眼肉12份,苦杏仁9份,大枣12份,山楂12份,丁香4份,蒲公英12份,海参9份,豆粕300份,营养强化剂硒元素(以总硒计)280ug/kg。
4.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种肿瘤病人食品组合物,其特征是,所述营养强化剂硒元素其硒源的优选方案是采用硒蛋白,最优选方案是采用具有抗肿瘤活性的硒蛋白。
5.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种肿瘤病人食品组合物,其特征是,所述总硒的含量280ug/kg,其值应根据未来国家相关法规的修改进行相应修改。
6.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种肿瘤病人食品组合物,其特征是,所述组分除阿胶、海参、豆粕、营养强化剂硒元素外,其余各组分中的全部组分或部分组分可以使用其比例提取物代替相应的组分本身,比例提取物的用量则应按其提取倍数进行相应折算。
