本发明涉及一种粉状方便食品,尤其涉及一种降血糖并助消化的糜子南瓜粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
南瓜营养丰富、食用价值高、食疗效果好,越来越受到消费者的青睐,但由于季节性原因,人们不能一年四季都吃到;近年来随着生活节奏的加快,越来越多的人们开始追求方便食品,本发明将南瓜制成一种粉状方便食品,并增加多种保健功效,来满足消费者的需要。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种降血糖并助消化的糜子南瓜粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种降血糖并助消化的糜子南瓜粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
南瓜60-80、糜子30-40、玉米粒20-25、耳水苋1-2、牛蒡子2-3、山药2-3、决明子2-3、鸡内金1-2、陈皮3-4、高良姜1-2、桔梗1-2、麦芽3-4、黄皮2-3、青鱼胆草1-2、云木香2-3、核桃粉6-7、食盐1-2、椰子汁适量。
一种降血糖并助消化的糜子南瓜粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将南瓜洗净后去皮去籽,切成丁,送入蒸锅蒸熟,取出干燥后磨成粉,过80-100目筛,得到南瓜粉;
(2)将糜子、玉米粒拣杂洗净,送入锅中,文火炒制20-30分钟,再经挤压膨化后磨成粉,过100-120目筛,得到膨化粉;
(3)将山药去皮切片,高良姜切末,与牛蒡子、决明子、鸡内金、麦芽混合,文火炒至微焦,加入剩余中药原料,用5-6倍椰子汁浸泡,在50-60℃下浸泡3-4小时,再煮沸25-30分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
(4)将上述南瓜粉、膨化粉、中药颗粒与核桃粉、食盐混合均匀,再磨至细度为80-100目,得到成品。

一种降血糖并助消化的糜子南瓜粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
南瓜80、糜子40、玉米粒25、耳水苋2、牛蒡子3、山药3、决明子3、鸡内金1、陈皮4、高良姜2、桔梗2、麦芽4、黄皮3、青鱼胆草1、云木香3、核桃粉7、食盐2、椰子汁适量。
一种降血糖并助消化的糜子南瓜粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将南瓜洗净后去皮去籽,切成丁,送入蒸锅蒸熟,取出干燥后磨成粉,过100目筛,得到南瓜粉;
(2)将糜子、玉米粒拣杂洗净,送入锅中,文火炒制30分钟,再经挤压膨化后磨成粉,过120目筛,得到膨化粉;
(3)将山药去皮切片,高良姜切末,与牛蒡子、决明子、鸡内金、麦芽混合,文火炒至微焦,加入剩余中药原料,用6倍椰子汁浸泡,在50℃下浸泡4小时,再煮沸30分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
(4)将上述南瓜粉、膨化粉、中药颗粒与核桃粉、食盐混合均匀,再磨至细度为100目,得到成品。

1.一种降血糖并助消化的糜子南瓜粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
南瓜60-80、糜子30-40、玉米粒20-25、耳水苋1-2、牛蒡子2-3、山药2-3、决明子2-3、鸡内金1-2、陈皮3-4、高良姜1-2、桔梗1-2、麦芽3-4、黄皮2-3、青鱼胆草1-2、云木香2-3、核桃粉6-7、食盐1-2、椰子汁适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的降血糖并助消化的糜子南瓜粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将南瓜洗净后去皮去籽,切成丁,送入蒸锅蒸熟,取出干燥后磨成粉,过80-100目筛,得到南瓜粉;
(2)将糜子、玉米粒拣杂洗净,送入锅中,文火炒制20-30分钟,再经挤压膨化后磨成粉,过100-120目筛,得到膨化粉;
(3)将山药去皮切片,高良姜切末,与牛蒡子、决明子、鸡内金、麦芽混合,文火炒至微焦,加入剩余中药原料,用5-6倍椰子汁浸泡,在50-60℃下浸泡3-4小时,再煮沸25-30分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
