本发明公开了一种复合辣椒粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:青辣椒60-70、干辣椒25-30、白胡椒17-20、牡丹皮2-3、山楂3-4、当归1-2、厚朴2-3、龙眼肉3-4、党参1-2、肉豆蔻1-2、炙甘草1-2、高良姜2-3、香辛料1-2、香草粉2-3、茯苓多糖3-4、食盐1-2、花生油7-8;本发明以青辣椒、干辣椒、白胡椒为主料,配以辅料加工成一种食用方便、营养保健的复合辣椒粉,其质地细腻,香辣可口,保质期长,适于厨房烹调和烧烤,运输方便、使用快捷,具有健胃消食、健脾益肺、散寒止痛、滋阴补肾、提高机体免疫的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种调味粉,尤其涉及一种复合辣椒粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
辣椒香味浓郁,是厨房中一种必不可少的调味品,但人们大多数用的还是辣椒原材料,需要预处理,已经跟不上人们越来越快的生活节奏;本发明以青辣椒、干辣椒、白胡椒为主料,配以辅料加工成一种食用方便、营养保健的辣椒粉。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种复合辣椒粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种复合辣椒粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
青辣椒60-70、干辣椒25-30、白胡椒17-20、牡丹皮2-3、山楂3-4、当归1-2、厚朴2-3、龙眼肉3-4、党参1-2、肉豆蔻1-2、炙甘草1-2、高良姜2-3、香辛料1-2、香草粉2-3、茯苓多糖3-4、食盐1-2、花生油7-8。
一种复合辣椒粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将青辣椒去蒂洗净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制15-20分钟,再冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,过80-100目筛,得到青辣椒粉;
(2)将高良姜、香辛料切碎,用花生油爆炒至出香,加入干辣椒、白胡椒,中火炒制8-10分钟,冷却后磨粉,过100-120目筛,得到辣椒粉;
(3)将牡丹皮、山楂、当归、厚朴等中药原料混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水,文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述青辣椒粉、辣椒粉、中药粉与香草粉等剩余原料混合均匀,灭菌包装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明以青辣椒、干辣椒、白胡椒为主料,配以辅料加工成一种食用方便、营养保健的复合辣椒粉,其质地细腻,香辣可口,保质期长,适于厨房烹调和烧烤,运输方便、使用快捷,具有健胃消食、健脾益肺、散寒止痛、滋阴补肾、提高机体免疫的功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种复合辣椒粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
青辣椒70、干辣椒30、白胡椒20、牡丹皮3、山楂4、当归2、厚朴3、龙眼肉4、党参2、肉豆蔻2、炙甘草2、高良姜3、香辛料2、香草粉3、茯苓多糖4、食盐2、花生油8。
一种复合辣椒粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将青辣椒去蒂洗净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制20分钟,再冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,过100目筛,得到青辣椒粉;
(2)将高良姜、香辛料切碎,用花生油爆炒至出香,加入干辣椒、白胡椒,中火炒制10分钟,冷却后磨粉,过120目筛,得到辣椒粉;
(3)将牡丹皮、山楂、当归、厚朴等中药原料混合粉碎,加入7倍清水,文火煎煮50分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述青辣椒粉、辣椒粉、中药粉与香草粉等剩余原料混合均匀,灭菌包装,得到成品。

Claims (2)

1.一种复合辣椒粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
青辣椒60-70、干辣椒25-30、白胡椒17-20、牡丹皮2-3、山楂3-4、当归1-2、厚朴2-3、龙眼肉3-4、党参1-2、肉豆蔻1-2、炙甘草1-2、高良姜2-3、香辛料1-2、香草粉2-3、茯苓多糖3-4、食盐1-2、花生油7-8。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的复合辣椒粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将青辣椒去蒂洗净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制15-20分钟,再冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,过80-100目筛,得到青辣椒粉;
(2)将高良姜、香辛料切碎,用花生油爆炒至出香,加入干辣椒、白胡椒,中火炒制8-10分钟,冷却后磨粉,过100-120目筛,得到辣椒粉;
(3)将牡丹皮、山楂、当归、厚朴等中药原料混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水,文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述青辣椒粉、辣椒粉、中药粉与香草粉等剩余原料混合均匀,灭菌包装,得到成品。
