本发明主要涉及食谱及其工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种奶味鱿鱼片及其制备方法。
背景技术
市场上的即食肉食品的种类很少,基上是以生鲜肉为主,然而随着人们生活水平的提高,市场上单一的肉食品并不能满足人们的生活需求,且市售的即食肉食品的营养也是单一的,并没有体现其辅助的功效。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种奶味鱿鱼片及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种奶味鱿鱼片,由以下重量份原料组成:鱿鱼180-210、奶粉80-100、藕粉70-80、面粉160-180、番茄30-40、花生酱30-40、辣椒酱30-40、阿胶5-6、珍珠粉4-5、麦冬5-6、草苁蓉4-5、薄荷叶4-5、芦荟5-6、梨树根3-4、红豆叶3-4、葡萄酒150-160、味精10-30、食盐适量、花生油200-230、水适量。
一种奶味鱿鱼片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)鱿鱼洗净、切成块,置于容器中,加入所述葡萄酒,加热焖煮2-3小时,将鱿鱼捞出,晒干后,粉碎,得到鱿鱼粉;
(2)将发番茄洗净,去皮后,置于锅中,加入奶粉、适量的水,煮40-50分钟,然后取锅中所有物料,打成番茄汁备用;
(3)将阿胶、珍珠粉、麦冬、草苁蓉、薄荷叶、芦荟、梨树根用5-8倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉末;
(4)将藕粉、面粉、鱿鱼粉、中药粉末均匀混合,加入花生酱、辣椒酱、番茄汁、味精、适量食盐、适量的水,充分搅拌均匀,形成面团后,做成薄饼状,用花生油炸熟即可。

1.一种奶味鱿鱼片,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:鱿鱼180-210、奶粉80-100、藕粉70-80、面粉160-180、番茄30-40、花生酱30-40、辣椒酱30-40、阿胶5-6、珍珠粉4-5、麦冬5-6、草苁蓉4-5、薄荷叶4-5、芦荟5-6、梨树根3-4、红豆叶3-4、葡萄酒150-160、味精10-30、食盐适量、花生油200-230、水适量;所述的一种奶味鱿鱼片的制备方法包括以下步骤:
