技术领域
本发明涉及用于将固体从含有固体的钻井流体分离的设备和方法,更特别地,但不排他地,涉及用于将固体从含有固体的钻井泥浆分离的设备和方法。本发明还涉及泥浆振动筛和用于其的筛网组件。
背景技术
在油或气井结构中钻出钻孔过程中,钻头布置在钻柱端部上,所述钻柱旋转来穿过地层钻出钻孔。已知为“钻井泥浆”的钻井流体通过钻柱泵送到钻头,以润滑钻头。钻井泥浆还用于将钻头产生的切屑和其他固体通过形成在钻柱和钻孔之间的环形空间运送到表面。严格控制钻井泥浆的密度来防止钻孔坍塌,并且确保钻井最佳地进行。钻井泥浆的密度影响钻头的穿透速率。通过调节钻井泥浆的密度,在可能造成钻孔坍塌损害时改变穿透速率。钻井泥浆也可运送用于密封钻孔的多孔部分的堵漏材料。钻井泥浆的酸性也可根据正在钻孔穿过的地层岩层的类型来调节。钻井泥浆尤其包含昂贵的合成油基润滑剂,并且因此通常回收和再使用已经使用过的钻井泥浆,但是这尤其需要将固体从钻井泥浆中去除。这通过处理钻井泥浆来实现。处理的第一部分是将固体从含有固体的钻井泥浆分离。这至少部分通过振动分离器实现,例如US 5,265,730,WO 96/33792和WO 98/16328中公开的泥浆振动筛。其他处理设备,例如离心机和旋流器可用于进一步清理固体泥浆。固体包括于污染物和残渣中。在钻孔中的循环中通常有30至100m3的钻井流体。
本文称为“钻屑”的所得固体经处理来从固体去除基本上全部残渣和污染物。然后可将固体扔到垃圾填埋场,或在海中倒入产生固体的环境中。替代地,固体可以作为建筑工业中的材料使用或者具有其它工业用途。
泥浆振动筛通常包括底部敞开的筛篮,所述筛篮具有一个敞开的排出端和实心壁进给端。多个矩形筛网布置在筛篮的敞开底部上方。筛网可基本上为平面状或具有轻微隆起。筛篮在用于接收回收钻井泥浆的容器上方布置于弹簧上。料车或沟槽设置在筛篮的敞开的排出端下方。马达固定到筛篮,具有设置有偏置配重块的驱动转子。使用中,马达使转子和偏置配重块旋转,这使筛篮和固定到其的筛网振动。含有固体的泥浆在筛篮的进给端处引入到筛网上。振动使钻井泥浆与固体分离,钻井泥浆穿过筛网并且固体留在筛网上方。振动还使固体沿着筛网朝向敞开的排出端运动。回收的钻井泥浆接收在容器中,以进一步进行处理,固体通过筛篮的排出端上方进入沟槽或料车中。
矩形筛网可关于水平方向成某个角度布置,例如从泥浆振动筛的自由端到排出端倾斜七度。该角度可以进行调节。筛网通常固定在筛篮中并且筛篮可以进行调节以调节筛网相对于水平方向的角度。含有固体的钻井流体的流动可以在倾斜筛网上形成储池。振动机构的作用使固体爬上倾斜筛网到达振动筛的排出端并进入沟槽或料车。
通常,产生圆形振动的振动机构倾向于将固体从筛网沿随机方向抛到空气中。产生椭圆形振动的振动机构将使固体沿椭圆的长弦的方向移动。具有产生非常窄椭圆的振动机构的泥浆振动筛称为线性泥浆振动筛,并且使固体沿筛网快速运动,但是筛网往往由于固体在其与筛网接触时突然减速而遭受快速损坏。
筛网通常为两种类型之一:钩带型;和预张紧型。
钩带型筛网包括夹层形式的若干个矩形栅网层,通常包括一或两层细栅网和具有较大筛孔和较重规格线材的支撑栅网。栅网层在每个侧边由形式为细长钩的带相连。在使用中,细长钩钩到沿着泥浆振动筛的每个侧部布置的张紧装置上。泥浆振动筛还包括一组冠状支撑构件,其沿着振动筛的筛篮长度延伸,栅网层在其上方张紧。GB-A-1,526,663中公开了这类筛网的实例。支撑栅网可以设置有内部具有孔的嵌板或由其替代。

与泥浆振动筛相关的一个问题在于所用筛网会趋于堵塞,尤其是在固体为粘性例如粘土或者尺寸接近筛网筛孔尺寸时。后一种类型的堵塞称作接近筛孔尺寸的颗粒堵塞。已经提出了许多方案解决该问题,例如GB-A-1,526,663中公开了筛网组件使用夹层形式的两层筛网材料并且允许筛网材料层独立移动以去除卡在筛网之一中的所有接近筛孔尺寸的颗粒。
有利地,使用细孔过滤器过滤极小颗粒,例如尺寸为50-200μm或以上,其中过滤装置不会被小颗粒堵塞。然而,尤其是细孔过滤器容易发生这种不希望的堵塞。
同样有利的是具有简单可靠的分离器以避免用于维修保养的停机时间。
在某些情况下优选的是利用过滤器挡住例如颗粒尺寸为50-60μm或更大的颗粒。
在油气井的钻井中,井壁中可能存在裂缝。这种裂缝会发展,这可能导致井壁结构问题和/或允许钻井流体通过其泄漏到地层中。此外,如果丧失大量钻井流体,井眼中钻井流体的压力会下降,这会导致井眼坍塌。因此,可以给循环钻井流体中加入井眼加固材料。井眼加固材料包括筛选的颗粒。当钻井流体在内部具有裂缝的井壁周围循环时,筛选的颗粒将其自身楔紧在裂缝中,这减少了裂缝发展的可能性。回收这些筛选的颗粒并在循环钻井泥浆中再次使用它们是有益处的。因此,泥浆振动筛已经改进以筛选含有固体的钻井流体中的固体。USSN12/490,492中公开了这样的泥浆振动筛。一定尺寸范围的固体能够利用这种泥浆振动筛提取并且作为新钻井流体中的井眼加固材料再次循环。期望保留一些小颗粒,例如重晶石,其通常存在于钻井泥浆中,因而优选细筛网不要太细以致将重晶石从钻井泥浆筛出。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种用于将固体从含有固体的钻井流体分离的泥浆振动筛,所述泥浆振动筛包括筛篮,所述筛篮具有在上筛板中的第一筛网组件和在下筛板中的第二筛网组件,所述筛篮还包括用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到第一管道和第二管道的流动盘,所述第一管道用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述第一筛网组件,所述第二管道用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述第二筛网组件,其特征在于,所述第二管道包括用于将含有固体的钻井流体进料分开的多个第二管道开口和用于将含有固体的钻井流体散布到所述第二筛网组件上的至少一个排出开口。
VSM MultiSizer和PCT公开号WO 2010/150020显示了溢流堰作为用于产生通过振动筛的并联流的方法。英国公开号GB2055597显示了一种提高生产量、将流分配到不同高度的两个筛板上方以使得能够同时处理的方法。
泥浆振动筛的一个功能是从其处理的流体去除固体,并且试验已经表明,由于这些固体,上述分流方法可能导致由任一高度处理的流体的性能不同。这于是导致不同的处理效率,以及因而导致不同的生产量。

在现有技术中,使用堰来开始关于固体的分流功能。大体上,较大和较重的固体立即沉在上筛板上,仅较小和较轻的固体由流携带越过堰到达下筛板上。根据这些筛选固体的量,可出现不均匀的流动模态。如果大部分固体又大又重,则上筛网高度将处理大部分固体,并且经受不充分的筛分,降低生产量和增大磨损。替代地,如果较小较轻的固体量较大,则可能大大增加在下筛板上的加载量,再次导致不充分筛选,降低生产量和增大磨损。

再次提出使用分流器闸来促进并联和串联操作之间的模式切换。通过缩回粗筛板下方的流动盘中的闸,粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体从粗筛盘流动到上主筛板,因此仅引起串联操作。通过插入分流器闸,将粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体引导到泥浆振动筛的后部管道系统中,所述管道系统分为多个等距离间隔开的腔。所述腔在将流体引导到主上筛板和将流体引导到辅下筛板之间交替。显示了八个腔,但是腔的数量可改变,减少腔的数量将使分流功能效率更低,而提高数量将有助于对体积进行更精确的分流。分流器闸构造成使流体和携带的固体能够横跨泥浆振动筛的整个宽度流动,由此导致进入主进给腔或辅进给腔的机会为50:50。
发明人注意到,一个泥浆振动筛功能是将固体从其处理的流体去除,现有技术的分流方法中的试验可能导致由任一高度处理的流体的性能不同。这于是导致不同的处理效率以及因而不同的生产量。
根据本发明,后部管道系统中的堰高度将设置成使得消除来自上筛板的溢流,并且使得全部过多的流将被引导到下筛板,以使操作者仅需要专注于根据从下筛板零流体排出来控制流速。溢流堰高度设置用于确保过多的流被引导到下面的筛网,而不是整个地淹没筛网并且流体从筛网排出端流失,通常堰设置在对应于约300mm的滩长度的高度。

优选地,所述第一管道具有第一管道开口,所述第二管道具有第二管道开口,所述第一和第二管道开口基本上与所述流动盘在同一平面中。替代地,所述第一和第二管道开口位于所述流动盘的平面下方。优选地,堰高度设置成使所述上筛网排出端上的滩的长度在100mm和500mm之间,最优选地为300mm。有利地,所述堰高度可调节,优选地,以使滩长度在0mm和1m之间,最优选地,在200mm和500mm之间。

具体实施方式
图1显示了用于将固体从含有固体的钻井泥浆分离的设备,通常称作泥浆振动筛并且在此由标记H表示。泥浆振动筛H包括具有敞开底部R的基座D,所述敞开底部布置在用于接收筛过的钻井泥浆的收集容器(未显示)上方。筛篮B布置在位于基座D上的弹簧C上。振动设备E布置在筛篮B之上。振动设备E包括使隐藏在壳体S中的偏心配重块旋转的电动或液压马达M,所述偏心配重块引起筛篮D的运动。上、上中、下中和下筛网组件A1、A2、A3、A4布置在筛篮D中并且在轨道(未显示)中固定至筛篮,以使得筛篮中引起的运动传递给筛网组件A1、A2、A3、A4。含有固体的钻井流体从位于设备进给端的进给腔F供应给筛网组件A1-A4。筛网组件A1-A4中引起的运动促进固体从钻井泥浆分离。筛过的钻井泥浆通过筛网组件流入收集容器(未显示)中并且固体沿着筛网组件A1-A4爬升到泥浆振动筛的排出端P并且流入料车、沟槽或其它切屑传送设备(未显示)中。
图2A和2B显示了泥浆振动筛10,其具有基座20和通过弹簧(未显示)布置于其上的筛篮30。筛篮30包括粗筛板11、上主筛板12和下主筛板13。上主筛板12具有左手侧12a和右手侧12b。下主筛板具有左手侧13a和右手侧13b。含有固体的钻井流体从进给装置(未显示)引到泥浆振动筛14的进给端,进而供到布置在粗筛板11的C形通道16中的粗筛网15上。可膨胀气囊17布置在C形通道16的顶部中以将粗筛网15夹在其中。替代地,可以使用楔将粗筛网15固定在C形通道16中。粗筛网15包括具有较大开口的筛网18,用于防止大颗粒穿过落到主筛板上,但是允许一部分固体和钻井泥浆通过。粗筛板11和位于其上的筛网15布置成从水平方向上斜大约1度,但粗筛网15和粗筛板11可以水平布置、略微下斜布置或者上斜略微更大一些的角度布置。固定在筛篮30上的振动设备16a引起筛篮的运动。该运动促进大固体从含有固体的钻井泥浆分离并且引起大固体沿着粗筛网15从泥浆振动筛的进给端14向排出端19的运动。大固体可以收集在沟槽中或输送工具上以便在其它操作中进行进一步处理或使用。穿过粗筛网15的含有固体的钻井流体落到流动盘21上,其将含有固体的钻井流体引导至位于上主筛板12中的筛网组件22a和22b的进给端14。堰23布置在主筛板12的进给端以阻挡含有固体的钻井流体。如果含有固体的钻井流体的高度水平上升超过堰23的高度,则含有固体的钻井流体越过其流入管道24中并流到下主筛板13中的筛网组件25a和25b上。筛网组件22a、22b、25a和25b优选地为相同类型并且其上具有相同的筛眼。
可滑动盘形式的闸阀26处于闭合位置,以使得泥浆振动筛以并联方式运行。筛过的钻井泥浆通过上主筛板中的筛网组件22a和22b落到流动盘27上并且越过闭合的闸阀26,流入与管道24平行延伸的管道28中。然而,管道28通向筛篮的底部并且直接引入位于其下的收集容器(未显示)中。固体从上筛板12的排出端31和下筛板13的排出端32落下并进入用于输送固体进行进一步处理或再使用的料车或其它输送装置中。
闸阀26可以缩回以允许由上筛板12中的筛网组件22a和22b筛过的钻井泥浆通过下筛板13上的筛网组件25a和25b进一步筛滤。这样,泥浆振动筛以串联方式运行。在这种情况下,优选地在筛网组件25a和25b中使用比筛网组件22a和22b中所用筛眼更细的筛眼。由上筛板12中的筛网组件22a和22b筛过的钻井泥浆流到流动盘27上并且流入管道29中,其引导筛过的钻井泥浆到下筛板13中的筛网组件25a和25b的进给端上。筛选出的固体从上筛板12的排出端31落入传送装置(未显示)中以输送并混合到新的一批钻井泥浆中以用于再循环。使用这些筛选出的固体堵住地层中的裂缝,如前所述。从下筛板13的排出端32排出的固体输送到单独的传送装置上,或者添加到料车中用于进一步处理,或者用于其他目的。
参照图3、3A、3C、4和5,其中显示了泥浆振动筛的筛篮100。筛篮100包括粗筛板111、上主筛板112和下主筛板113。上主筛板112具有左手侧112a和右手侧112b。下主筛板113具有左手侧113a和右手侧113b。含有固体的流体从进给装置(未示出)引入到泥浆振动筛114的进给端,供到布置在粗筛板111的C形通道116中的粗筛网115。可膨胀气囊117布置在C形通道116的顶部中,用于在其中夹紧粗筛网115。替代地,可使用楔将粗筛网115固定到C形通道116中。粗筛网115包括至少一层筛网材料118,例如具有较大开口的线材栅网,以防止大颗粒经过而到达上和下主筛板112和113上,但是允许一些固体和钻井泥浆从其通过。粗筛板111和其上的粗筛网115从水平方向上斜约1度布置,但是粗筛网115和粗筛板111可水平地、略微下斜或以略微更大的上斜角度布置。固定到筛篮100的振动设备116a引起其运动。所述运动促进大固体从含有固体的钻井泥浆分离,并且在大固体中引起沿粗筛网15从泥浆振动筛的进给端114到排出端119的运动。大固体可收集在料车、沟槽中或输送装置(未示出)上,并且在其他操作中进一步处理或使用。通过粗筛网115的含有固体的钻井流体落在流动盘121上,所述流动盘121引导含有固体的钻井流体越过为可滑动盘分配闸盘101形式的闭合分配闸阀,并且如图4和5中所示,通过布置在筛篮100的侧壁105和106之间的管汇104的八个管道开口102a、102b、102c、102d和103a、130b、103c和103d。优选地,八个管道开口102a、102b、102c、102d和103a、103b、103c和103d设置成与流动盘121和分配闸盘101平齐或略微向下。开口102a、102b、102c、102d和103a、103b、103c和103d可竖直地布置在管汇104中,其中开口102a、102b、102c、102d和103a、103b、103c和103d每一个均具有基本上与分配闸盘101平齐或略微向下的下部唇缘。含有固体的钻井流体以基本上相等的量流动经过管道开口102a至102d进入管道107a至107d,并且经过开口103a至103d进入管道108a至108d中。约八分之一的含有固体的钻井流体流传送到每一个开口102a至102d和103a至103d中。管道107a到107b通到相应的排出出口109a和109b,将含有固体的钻井流体排出到上主筛板112的筛网122a的进给端上。管道107c和107d通到相应的排出出口109c和109d,将含有固体的钻井流体排出到上主筛板112的筛网122b的进给端上。管道108a和108b汇入管道110a中,管道108c和108d汇入管道110c中,将含有固体的钻井流体通过排出开口110d分别送到下主筛板113的筛网125a和125b的进给端。
由筛网122a和122b筛过的钻井泥浆通过筛网122a和122b落在流动盘127上,并且分别沿着越过选择闸盘126a和126b向下流动,进入流体排出开口124a、124b和124c。筛过的钻井流体经过开口124a和124b进入流体排出管道124d,并且被引导到贮槽157(参见图8)中,筛过的钻井流体还经过开口124c并进入流体排出管道124e中,所述流体排出管道124e也将筛过的钻井流体引导到布置在筛篮100下方的所述贮槽157(参见图8)中。
由筛网125a和125b筛过的含有固体的钻井流体通过筛网125a和125b落在流动盘128上,所述流动盘128将筛过的钻井流体通过开口129排放到贮槽(未示出)或收集容器(未示出)中。
由筛网122a和122b以及筛网125a和125b筛出的固体分别被越过固体排出端130和131排出,并且进入沟槽、料车或其他固体收集或传送设备。
在该“并联”操作模式中,上和下筛板都用于筛分相同的含有固体的钻井流体,其简单地通过粗筛网115将大固体去除。因而,在该并联模式中,筛网组件122a、122b以及125a和125b优选为相同类型,并且在其上具有相同的筛眼。
参照图3B,显示了“串联”操作模式。分配闸盘101和选择闸盘126a及126b缩回。分配闸盘101布置在轨道132中。分配闸盘101通过致动器(未示出)的致动而沿轨道132缩回,所述致动器可以是气动、液压、电动或机械的,并且可通过泥浆振动筛上的开关(未示出)致动或从控制室通过远程控制装置致动。选择闸盘126a和126b布置在相应组的轨道133a和133b。选择闸盘126a和126b通过致动器(未示出)的致动而同时沿所述组的轨道133a和133b缩回,所述致动器可以是气动、液压、电动或机械的,并且可通过泥浆振动筛上的开关(未示出)致动或从控制室通过远程控制装置致动。
在该“串联”模式中,分配闸盘101以及选择闸盘126a和126b缩回以露出开口134。含有固体的钻井流体越过上分流器盘135而流动通过开口134,流到上筛板112上的筛网122a和122b的进给端。流动通过筛网122a和122b的筛过的钻井流体流到流动盘127上,并且越过下分流器盘137流动通过由缩回的选择闸盘126a和126b露出的开口136,流到下筛板113上的筛网125a和125b的进给端。
在该“串联”操作模式中,上筛板112上的筛网122a和122b用于“初筛”,以将较大固体去除,而下筛板113上的筛网125a和125b用于进行较细的筛分。因而在串联模式中,筛网125a和125b将比筛网122a和122b具有更细的网眼尺寸。由筛网122a和122b去除的固体因而为筛选出的固体,其可在筛过的钻井泥浆中再使用。筛选的固体尤其可用作用来在钻井泥浆循环时填塞或堵塞井壁中的裂缝的井眼增强材料。
使用中,粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体的池可形成在上主筛板112的筛网122a和122b上。应注意的是,粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体头部将沿基本上与上主筛网112上的池的头部相一致的管道107A-D运动。过多的粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体将从管道107A-D越过堰200A到200G进入管道108A-D中,并且因而过多的粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体将从那里流到下主筛板113的进给端。
图6A以穿过侧部112a截取的剖视图显示了筛篮100的固体排出端。通过由振动设备116在筛网122a和122b中引起的振动运动而沿筛网122a和122b的顶表面向上输送固体。固体从筛网122a和122b落到安装在输送槽151和输送槽151a上方的相应的并联分流器板150(仅显示了侧部112a)上。并联的分流器板150从水平方向成约二十五度的角度倾斜,以促进引导固体从筛篮出来并进入到料车、沟槽或用于输送固体的装置中。并联的分流器板150优选在泥浆振动筛处于并联操作模式时装配在输送槽151上方。
图6B显示了分流器板150已拆除并且使用安装在筛篮100端部处的串联的分流器板152和152a代替。串联的分流器板152和152a安装在筛篮100的排出端处,用于将固体从筛网122a和122b引导到输送槽151和151a中。固体流动通过输送槽151和15a,所述输送槽具有朝向侧部105和106中的相应开口154和154a倾斜的底板153,153a。柔性管道接头155和155a分别从开口154和154a通到基座158中的贮槽通道156和156a。筛篮100在四个弹簧159和159a(仅示出两个)上与基座158隔开。贮槽通道156和156a通到筛篮100下方的贮槽157中。从下筛板113的排出端131排出的通常较小的固体落入料车、沟槽或其他固体输送设备中,以扔掉或进一步处理来用于建筑或工业用途。因而,在粗筛板和上主筛网之间筛选出的固体返回到贮槽157中的筛过的钻井泥浆中,以在井眼中再循环。分别由喷射喷嘴160和160a喷射的充分筛过的钻井流体促进固体流通过输送槽151和151a。喷射喷嘴连接到钻井泥浆供给软管(未示出)和泵(未示出)。在柔性管道联接器11156之后,喷射喷嘴1162也设置在贮槽通道1156中,以促进固体流入贮槽1157中。
Claims (48)
1.一种用于将固体从含有固体的钻井流体分离的泥浆振动筛,所述泥浆振动筛包括筛篮(100),所述筛篮具有在上筛板(112)中的第一筛网组件(122a,122b)和在下筛板(113)中的第二筛网组件(125a,125b),所述筛篮(100)还包括流动盘(121),所述流动盘用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到第一管道(107A-D)和第二管道(108A-D),所述第一管道(107A-D)用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述第一筛网组件(122a,122b),所述第二管道(108A-D)用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述第二筛网组件(125a,125b),其特征在于,所述第二管道(108A-D)包括用于将含有固体的钻井流体的进料分开的多个第二管道开口(103A-D)和用于将所述含有固体的钻井流体散布到所述第二筛网组件(122a,122b;125a,125b)上的至少一个排出开口(110B,110D)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述第一管道(107A-D)具有第一管道开口(102A-D),所述第一管道开口布置在所述第二管道(108A-D)的所述多个第二管道开口(103A-D)之间。

11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的泥浆振动筛,还包括粗筛板(111),所述粗筛板用于接纳粗筛网(115),所述粗筛网用于将大固体从所述含有固体的钻井流体去除,以在使用中使所述含有固体的钻井流体从其流动到所述流动盘(121)上,并且使所述大固体在所述粗筛网(115)上方越过。
12.根据权利要求11所述的泥浆振动筛,其具有料车或沟槽,其中,在使用中,所述大固体在所述粗筛网(115)上方越过而进入所述料车或沟槽中的一个内。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述上筛板(12)在其下方具有筛过的流体流动盘(127),用于收集和引导所述筛过的钻井流体。

18.根据权利要求17所述的泥浆振动筛,还包括布置在所述筛篮下方的贮槽,所述输送槽(151)布置用于将固体进给到所述贮槽中。
19.根据权利要求17或18所述的泥浆振动筛,所述筛篮(114)还包括喷射喷嘴(160,160a),所述喷射喷嘴布置用于将筛过的钻井流体喷射到所述输送槽(151)中,以促进固体从其通过流动。
20.根据权利要求18所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述筛篮(114)还包括柔性管道(155,155A),固体流动通过所述输送槽进入所述柔性管道(155,155A)中并且进入所述贮槽中。
21.根据权利要求1到16中任一项所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述筛篮(114)还包括输送槽(151)和分流器板(152),其中,所述上筛板(112)具有固体排出端(130),所述输送槽(151)布置在其下方,所述分流器板(152)用于将固体引导到所述输送槽(151)中。
22.根据权利要求1到16中任一项所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述筛篮(114)还包括输送槽(151)和分流器盖(150),其中,所述上筛板(12)具有固体排出端(130),所述输送槽(151)布置在其下方,所述分流器盖(150)用于防止固体流入所述输送槽(151)中。
23.根据权利要求22所述的泥浆振动筛,还包括料车和沟槽中的一个,其中,所述分流器盖(150)将固体引导到所述料车和所述沟槽中的所述一个内。
24.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述上筛板(112)包括左手第一筛板(112a)和右手上筛板(112b)。
25.根据权利要求24所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述下筛板(113)包括左手和右手筛板(113a,113b)。
26.根据权利要求1所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述筛篮(114)具有进给端和固体排出端(130),所述上筛板(12)从所述筛篮(114)的所述进给端向所述固体排出端以从水平方向上斜的角度布置。
27.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的泥浆振动筛,还包括所述上筛板(112)中的至少一个第一筛网组件(122a,122b)和所述下筛板中的至少一个第二筛网组件(125a,125b)。
28.根据权利要求27所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述第一筛网组件(122a,122b)包括筛网材料,所述第二筛网组件(125a,125b)包括筛网材料,其中,所述第一筛网组件的筛网材料与所述第二筛网组件的筛网材料相同,以提供相同的筛分点。
29.根据权利要求27所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述第一筛网组件(122a,122b)包括筛网材料,并且所述第二筛网组件(125a,125b)包括筛网材料,其中,所述第二筛网组件的筛网材料比所述第一筛网组件的筛网材料更细,以提供不同的筛分点。
30.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的泥浆振动筛,还包括固定基座(D),所述筛篮(114)在至少一个弹簧(C)上从所述基座(D)悬挂,所述筛篮(114)还包括用于使所述筛篮(114)和布置于其中的上和下筛板(12,13)振动的振动设备(H)。
31.一种用于使用泥浆振动筛将固体从含有固体的钻井流体分离的方法,所述泥浆振动筛包括筛篮(100),所述筛篮具有在上筛板(112)中的第一筛网组件(122a,122b)和在下筛板中的第二筛网组件(25a,25b),所述筛篮还包括流动盘(121),所述流动盘用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到第一管道(107A-D)和第二管道(108A-D),所述第一管道(107A-D)用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述第一筛网组件(122a,122b),所述第二管道(108A-D)用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述第二筛网组件(125a,125b),其特征在于,所述第二管道(108A-D)包括用于将含有固体的钻井流体的进料分开的多个第二管道开口(103A-D)和用于将所述含有固体的钻井流体散布到所述第二筛网组件(122a,122b;125a,125b)上的至少一个排出开口(110B,110D),所述方法包括以下步骤:使含有固体的钻井流体在所述流动盘(121)上方流动,通过所述至少第一和第二管道开口(102A-D,103A-D)进入所述至少第一和第二管道(107A-D,108A-D)中,所述至少一个第一管道将含有固体的钻井流体引导到所述上筛板(112),所述至少一个第二管道(108A-D)将含有固体的钻井流体引导到所述下筛板(113)。
32.一种用于控制泥浆振动筛的方法,所述泥浆振动筛包括基座(D)、与所述基座(D)隔开的筛篮(100),所述筛篮(100)包括具有粗筛网(115)的粗筛板(111)、具有筛网组件(122a,122b)的上筛板(112)和具有细筛网组件(125a,125b)的下筛板(113),从进给盘(121)将粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述上筛板(112),所述上筛板(112)具有进给端和固体排出端,其特征在于,所述上筛板(112)包括用于将粗筛过的含有固体的钻井泥浆进给到所述上筛板(112)的第一管道(107A-D)和用于将粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述下筛板(113)的第二管道(108A-D)以及设置在所述进给端处的堰(200A-G),所述方法包括以下步骤:粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体的池形成在所述上筛板(112)的筛网组件(122a,122b)上,并且过多的粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体越过所述堰(200A-G)进入所述第二管道(108A-D),并且到达所述下筛板(113)的所述细筛网组件(125a,125b)的进给端。
33.根据权利要求32所述的方法,其中,所述堰(200A-G)形成在所述第一和第二管道(107A-D,108A-D)之间。
34.根据权利要求33的方法,其中,多个管道由用于将粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述上筛板(112)的至少一个第一管道(107A-D)和用于将粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述下筛板(113)的至少一个第二管道(108A-D)形成,所述方法包括以下步骤:过多的粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体从所述至少一个第一管道(107A-D)越过到达所述第二管道(108A-D)。
35.根据权利要求32或33所述的方法,其中,所述过多的粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体经过所述流动盘(121)下方。
36.一种泥浆振动筛,包括基座(D)、与所述基座(D)隔开的筛篮(100),所述筛篮(100)包括具有粗筛网(115)的粗筛板(111)、具有细筛网组件(122a,122b)的上筛板(112)和具有更细筛网组件(125a,125b)的下筛板(113),所述上筛板(112)具有进给端和固体排出端,用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到第一管道(107A-D)和第二管道(108A-D)的流动盘(121),所述第一管道(107A-D)用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述细筛网组件(122a,122b),所述第二管道(108A-D)用于将含有固体的钻井流体进给到所述更细的筛网组件(125a,125b),其特征在于,堰(200)设置在所述第一管道(107A-D)和第二管道(108A-D)之间,以在使用中,在粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体的池在所述上筛板(112)的细筛网组件(122a,122b)上形成时,过多的粗筛过的含有固体的钻井流体从所述第一管道(107A-D)越过所述堰(200)进入所述第二管道(108A-D)中,并且到达所述下筛板(113)的更细的筛网组件(125a,125b)的进给端。
37.根据权利要求36所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述第一管道(107A-D)具有开口(102A-D),所述第二管道(108A-D)具有第二管道开口(103A-D),所述第一和第二管道开口基本上与所述流动盘(121)在同一平面中。
38.根据权利要求37所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述堰(200)也基本上与所述流动盘(121)在同一平面中。
39.根据权利要求37所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述堰(200)位于所述流动盘(121)的高度下方。
40.一种用于将固体从含有固体的钻井流体分离的泥浆振动筛,所述泥浆振动筛包括基座(D)、与所述基座(D)隔开的筛篮(100),所述筛篮(100)包括粗筛板(111)、上筛板(112)和下筛板(113),所述上筛板(112)具有进给端和固体排出端,在所述上筛板(112)的所述排出端处布置在所述筛篮(100)中的输送槽(151)和用于促进从所述上筛板的排出端排出的固体流入所述输送槽(151)中的分流器板(152)。
41.根据权利要求40所述的泥浆振动筛,还包括柔性管道(155,155a),所述柔性管道从所述输送槽(151)通到布置在所述筛篮(100)下方的用于收集筛过的钻井流体的贮槽中。
42.根据权利要求40或41所述的泥浆振动筛,还包括可动盖板(150),用于防止从所述上筛板(112)的排出端排出的固体进入所述输送槽(151)中。
43.根据权利要求42所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述盖板(150)能从所述筛篮(100)拆卸。
44.根据权利要求42所述的泥浆振动筛,其中,所述分流器板(150)能从所述筛篮(100)拆卸。
45.一种用于使用泥浆振动筛分离含有固体的钻井流体的方法,所述泥浆振动筛包括基座(D)、与所述基座(D)隔开的筛篮(100),所述筛篮(100)包括具有粗筛网(115)的粗筛板(111)、具有筛网组件(122a,122b)的上筛板(112)和具有细筛网组件(125a,125b)的下筛板(113),所述上筛板(112)具有进给端和固体排出端,在所述上筛板(112)的所述排出端处布置在所述筛篮(100)中的输送槽(151)和分流器板(151),所述方法包括以下步骤:使含有固体的钻井泥浆流动到所述粗筛网(115)上,大固体越过所述粗筛网(115),含有固体的钻井流体通过所述粗筛板(111)到达所述上筛板(112)的筛网组件(122a,122b),筛选出的固体越过所述筛网组件(122a,122b)进入所述输送槽(151)中,其由所述分流器板(151)引导。
46.根据权利要求45所述的方法,还包括以下步骤:使用盖板(152)代替所述分流器板(150),以防止固体传送到所述输送槽(151)中。
47.根据权利要求45的方法,还包括以下步骤:使所述筛选出的固体从所述输送槽(151)流入所述筛篮(100)下方的贮槽中,所述贮槽还收集由所述下筛板(113)的所述细筛网(125a,125b)筛过的钻井流体。
48.根据权利要求47所述的方法,其中,通过喷射钻井流体来促进筛选出的固体流动通过所述输送槽(151)进入所述贮槽中。
