Claims (11)
- 装置稼動時にそれぞれが波動運動可能であり且つ傾斜して当該傾斜の方向に並び、篩目を有する第1篩シート及び第2篩シートを含む、一連のシートを有する篩部と、
前記篩部の篩目を通過した建材原料を受容するための、前記一連のシートの下で移動可能な受具と、
を備える建材製造装置であって、
前記第1篩シートは、前記一連のシートにおけるシート幅方向に同サイズの複数の篩目が等ピッチで並ぶシートであり、
前記第2篩シートは、前記傾斜の方向において、前記第1篩シートよりも下位に位置し、且つ、
2以上の異なるサイズの複数の篩目が前記シート幅方向に並ぶか、
或いは、
前記シート幅方向に並ぶ複数の前記篩目を有する篩目領域および前記篩目を有しない無篩目領域を有するシートであり、
前記シート幅方向に対応する前記受具の幅方向に
前記第2篩シートに応じて変化付けされた前記建材原料の層を形成可能な
建材製造装置。 - 前記第2篩シートの篩目は、前記第1篩シートの篩目以上のサイズを有する、請求項1に記載の建材製造装置。
- 前記第2篩シートは、前記シート幅方向における両端部に前記篩目領域を有し、且つ当該篩目領域間に前記無篩目領域を少なくとも一つ有する、請求項1または2に記載の建材製造装置。
- 前記一連のシートは、前記第1篩シートの篩目より大きい複数の同サイズの篩目が前記シート幅方向に等ピッチで並ぶ第3篩シートを、前記第2篩シートよりも下位の位置に含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の建材製造装置。
- 前記一連のシートは、前記第1篩シートの篩目より大きい複数の同サイズの篩目が前記シート幅方向に等ピッチで並ぶ第3篩シートを、前記第1篩シートと前記第2篩シートの間の位置に含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の建材製造装置。
- 傾斜して当該傾斜の方向に並び、篩目を有する第1篩シート及び第2篩シートを含む、一連のシートを有する篩部と、
前記篩部の篩目を通過した建材原料を受容するための、前記一連のシートの下で移動可能な受具と、を用い、
前記第1篩シートは、前記一連のシートにおけるシート幅方向に同サイズの複数の篩目が等ピッチで並ぶシートであり、
前記第2篩シートは、前記傾斜の方向において、前記第1篩シートよりも下位に位置し、且つ、
2以上の異なるサイズの複数の篩目が前記シート幅方向に並ぶか、
或いは、
前記シート幅方向に並ぶ複数の前記篩目を有する篩目領域および前記篩目を有しない無篩目領域を有するシートであり、
前記一連のシートのそれぞれが波動運動している状態において、
前記一連のシートによって建材原料の篩分け処理を行い、
前記受具上において、
前記第1篩シートの篩目を通過した建材原料による第1層と、
前記第1層より上位に位置し、
前記第2篩シートの篩目を通過した建材原料よる、
前記シート幅方向に対応する前記受具の幅方向に
前記第2篩シートに応じて変化付けされた第2層と、
を有するマットを形成する、
建材製造方法。 - 前記第2篩シートの篩目は、前記第1篩シートの篩目以上のサイズを有する、請求項6に記載の建材製造方法。
- 前記第2篩シートは、前記シート幅方向における両端部に前記篩目領域を有し、且つ当該篩目領域間に前記無篩目領域を少なくとも一つ有する、請求項6または7に記載の建材製造方法。
- 前記一連のシートは、前記第1篩シートの篩目より大きい複数の同サイズの篩目が前記シート幅方向に等ピッチで並ぶ第3篩シートを、前記第2篩シートよりも下位の位置に含み、
前記受具上において、前記第1篩シートの篩目を通過した建材原料による第1層と、前記第2篩シートの篩目を通過した建材原料による、前記第1層より上位の第2層と、前記第3篩シートの篩目を通過した建材原料による、前記第2層より上位の第3層と、を有するマットを形成する、請求項6から8のいずれか一つに記載の建材製造方法。 - 前記一連のシートは、前記第1篩シートの篩目より大きい複数の同サイズの篩目が前記シート幅方向に等ピッチで並ぶ第3篩シートを、前記第1篩シートと前記第2篩シートの間の位置に含み、
前記受具上において、前記第1篩シートの篩目を通過した建材原料による第1層と、前記第3篩シートの篩目を通過した建材原料による、前記第1層より上位の第3層と、前記第2篩シートの篩目を通過した建材原料による、前記第3層より上位の第2層と、を有するマットを形成する、請求項6から8のいずれか一つに記載の建材製造方法。 - 装置稼動時にそれぞれが波動運動可能であり且つ傾斜して当該傾斜の方向に並び、篩目を有する複数の篩シートを含む、
一連のシートを有する篩部と、
前記篩部の篩目を通過した建材原料を受容するための、前記一連のシートの下で移動可能な受具と、

少なくとも1つの篩シートは、2以上の異なるサイズの複数の篩目が前記シート幅方向に並ぶか、或いは、
前記一連のシートにおけるシート幅方向に並ぶ複数の前記篩目を有する篩目領域および前記篩目を有しない無篩目領域を有するシートであり、
前記シート幅方向に対応する前記受具の幅方向に前記少なくとも1つの篩シートに応じて変化付けされた前記建材原料の層を形成可能な建材製造装置。
