Abstract
有关把毛坯送到金属加工设备和(或)再加工设
备之前的进行加热工作方法,这些毛坯是由连铸机浇
铸出来的或在金属加工设备中加工的。此时热量是
由浇铸时,或是变形时或加热时一批或几批成批毛坯
产生的,成批毛坯在中间运输过程中或在储存过程中
通过热传递接触传递给其它成批毛坯。热传递接触
可在成批毛坯的单个毛坯之间通过辐射、对流(或)直
接接触进行。
Description
本发明涉及到为了将由连铸机浇铸的或在金属加工设备中加工的毛坯送入金属加工设备和(或)再加工设备而对其预热的工作方法。
在许多不同的工作方法和设备中,毛坯首先沿着纵轴方向或垂直于纵轴方向被输送到储料场,为满足以后的再加工设备的需要,再从储料场送入加热炉中并加热到加工温度,然后再输送到相应的再加工设备中。为了再加工,可利用从连铸机来的毛坯中连续浇铸的热量。在众所周知的设置中,毛坯通过与再加工设备衔接的金属加工设备(毛坯轧机机列),不是冷却到储存温度,而是输送到轧钢厂的加热炉或设置在加热炉前的一个预热设备中。连铸机以一定的速度间断连续地生产毛坯,而此速度无例外地与其后面的加工设备或再加工设备的加工速度或加工时间不相适应,在连铸机和加热炉之间设置缓冲储存设备,而此设备用来均衡由于生产速度与再加工速度之间的差别而出现的生产能力的差异(DE-OS2723626)。众所周知在上述方法中要充分利用浇铸毛坯时的热量,这样把已经降温但还是热的毛坯送入同一个加热炉中。总的来说,由此缩短了加热到预定的加工温度的时间或者使送进去的热的毛坯在加热炉中的停留时间少于已经冷却的毛坯的停留时间。
在连铸机和再加工设备之间的整体设备的衔接部分,如变形加工设备,预热设备,缓冲储存器,互相依赖的结合,增加了它们彼此之间配合的困难。在实际运转过程中经常从储料场运来冷料。这样送到金属加工设备(轧钢机)中的这种毛坯,由于所需的料坯尺寸的改变或者由于故障而不能按预定的数量进行加工。此外也不可能在这种料坯中对不同尺寸或品质进行选择,按尺寸或不同品质的料坯进行加工需要投资很大的程序计划、以及对钢厂本身、连铸机和其后的再加工设备的控制,虽然支付了投资,而在大批量生产不同尺寸和(或)品质的产品时,整个设备还不是很灵活。另外还有缺点,即整体设备各个部分相互之间在时间上不是独立地工作,而必须一起运转,因此就不可避免产生大量空载时间,而且仓库管理本身也要求巨大的组织管理投资。
研究表明,例如在具有一般轧制程序的小型钢材轧机中,采用众所周知的利用这种设备的工作方法,只能使占轧机总产量20%到30%左右的带有浇铸余热的毛坯投入生产。
除了应用现有工作方法带来的困难和缺点以外,还使在加工过程中对毛坯的检查和必要的修整不能在进出储料厂过程中的冷状态下而必须在热状态下进行。
本发明的任务是改善上述的工作方法和所属的设备及装置,以克服这些缺点并排除这些困难。一批或几批毛坯在浇铸加工或加热时,所产生的热量,在这些成批的毛坯的中间运输过程中和(或)在储存过程中,通过热传导传递给其它成批的毛坯。这时热传递可通过辐射,对流和(或)直接接触来进行,从一批或几批毛坯到其它成批毛坯的热传递接触,在输运的过程中将成批冷的毛坯放在热的毛坯上面至少可对其中一批毛坯起作用。两批毛坯进行输运,热传递接触可在成批毛坯的相对输运中进行。此外,在热传递接触过程中毛坯有可能同向运动。两批毛坯的热传递接触可通过相互交叉的输运来进行。在一些特殊情况下,热传递接触至少对放在其他成批上面的一批毛坯起作用。此外,本发明还规定,在热传递过程中,在成批的毛坯中至少有一批与其他成批的毛坯的距离保持不变。散热与吸热的各批毛坯的对应表面之间的距离只有数毫米。这些毛坯,至少是一批毛坯,在输运的前后或过程中(或)在热传递接触过程中可绕其纵轴旋转。正如本发明规定,成批的毛坯的热传递接触可在不同的输运速度下进行。此外还可能有某些不运动的成批毛坯。根据本发明成批的毛坯在几个并排的输运行列和(或)在重叠的输运面上输运以及吸热或散热的成批毛坯在吸热或散热成批毛坯的两侧输运是有利的。此外,本发明还规定,不需要输运的成批的毛坯存放在连铸机和变形加工设备之间的或二个金属加工设备之间的中间储料场中。成批的毛坯之间的热传递接触在一个密闭的绝热室中进行是适宜的。从连铸机和(或)从一个或多个金属加工设备或中间储料场运来的这些成批的散热的毛坯送到这种绝热室中。绝热室适当地用空气输导设备和必要时用附加的加热设备装备起来。假如生产状况需要,几个绝热室可连续和(或)相互平行排列起来。在热传递接触过程中,成批的毛坯可放置在二个或多个相叠的运输面上,并且至少各面中的一个面上的毛坯相对于相邻面上成批的毛坯进行一种旋转运动。本发明还可以把送到金属加工设备中的毛坯,通过在此设备中生产的加工产品来加热。
实施这种工作方法的设备由二个或多个并行排列和(或)相叠排列的支承炉篦和(或)推、拉、旋转或支承输运部件组成,以上这些都是各自互相独立地运转或部分能共同地运转。
根据本发明的工作方法,可以完全断开各种不同浇铸设备,金属加工设备,加热设备,储存设备和其它再加工设备之间的成批毛坯的流程,并且可以操纵和控制与这一流程有关的当时的各自的条件和要求,除了流程的连续性外还可以更好的利用已有的热量以及在金属加工和(或)热循环中新产生的热量。例如,从连铸机到金属加工设备(轧钢机)的成批毛坯的输运,通过这些毛坯向在输运过程中或静止状态中的中间存储的,变冷或尚有余热的其他毛坯的热传导而实现其连续性。必要时可以使用金属加工设备前的预热炉。例如,在有关的设备配置和构成中,可把从连铸机来的成批毛坯中间不停留,而加热到预定的加工温度直接送到金属加工设备中去。
根据整个设备的配置和构成,在这种热传导过程中为了热传导也可以投入在后置的或独立的其他金属加工设备之间输运的成批毛坯或最终产品。这些毛坯有能力散热,或者也需要加热,例如,本发明应用相互交叉的运输轨道,必要时应用在不同的相叠面上运行的运输轨道。
在正确理解本发明的工作方法时,如果任何一个加工程序发生变化如速度变化或再加工设备中发生各种故障,对物料流程的影响是很小的。与料批尺寸无关的损耗值可以选择并且可进一步实现,这样用相对比较简单的程序计划达到整个设备的灵活性。
根据本发明实现的工作过程,如果需要的话,毛坯也可以缓慢地冷却或缓慢地加热,这样对特殊钢的处理特别有好处。检查和修整工作也可以在物料流程之外,在冷却的毛坯上进行。按本发明的工作方法,毛坯的热投产量有可能大大地超过目前所能达到的30%。

从图1中可以看到,从连铸机St来的成批毛坯借助辊道R1沿着运输方向被连续地送入到绝热室WK1,在此室中,通过横向运输,它同由储料场L2通过辊道R3来的成批毛坯发生热传递接触,接着通过辊道R2送到储料场L1,而通过该过程加热的,上面已经提及的,从储料场L2来的成批毛坯通过辊道R4输送到再加热设备NW1中,在此设备中加热到加工温度,然后送入到后面的金属加工设备HW(毛坯轧机)中。经加工(轧制)的毛坯通过辊道R5到达绝热室WK2或通过辊道R9到达绝热室WK3。到达绝热室WK2的成批毛坯通过横向运动与由储料场L4经辊道R8来的成批毛坯发生热传递接触,接着通过辊道R7送入到储料场L3,而通过此过程加热的,由储料场L4来的成批毛坯,经辊道R6进入精轧机FW1前的再加热设备NW2。在绝热室WK2中进行上面已叙述过的,在绝热室WK1和WK2中发生的过程。通过辊道R9进入绝热室WK3的成批毛坯对由储料场L6来的和通过辊道R12进入到绝热室的各种长度的半成品进行加热,这些半成品接着通过辊道R11进入到附属于精轧机FW2的再加热设窷W3。
在图2给出的配置中,冷却下来的成批毛坯的余热用于预热装在加热炉中的成批毛坯。冷却下来的毛坯通过辊道R14送入到绝热室WK4中,通过横向输运与由储料场L7通过辊道R13来的成批毛坯产生热传递接触,然后通过辊道R16送入到储料场L8,而被加热的从储料场L7来的成批毛坯通过辊道R15送入到加热炉WO中。
从图3中可看到,二个以一定距离相叠的炉篦放置毛坯。为接受从连铸机(未标出)来的成批的热毛坯HW的下层支承炉篦具有钢樑炉篦1,它们以一定的间距DK排列,而接受从储料场来的成批毛坯的HK,其上层炉篦只有二根钢樑炉篦2,这两根钢樑炉篦放置在与基础3连接的支架钢樑4上。辊道R1与带有钢樑炉篦1的下层支架炉篦相配合。辊道R1把由连铸机ST来的成批毛坯HW,沿着其纵轴方向运走(见图1),而后借助顶杆6按箭头P1的方向推到钢樑炉篦1上,并且向第二辊道R2方向上输送,辊道R2再将成批毛坯HK运送到储料场去。同时从储料场取出冷却的或通过辊道R3输送来的成批毛坯HK。辊道与上支承炉篦的支承钢樑2配合,并把毛坯用顶杆7推到支承炉篦上,再沿着辊道R4的方向继续运走,辊道R4将成批毛坯HK在送入加工设备或加热炉以前,用放在具有钢樑炉篦1的下支承炉篦上成批毛坯HW对沿着箭头P2方向以相反方向运输的放在上支承炉篦的钢樑炉篦2上的成批毛坯HK进行加热。这二层支承炉篦均封闭在绝热室9中。上层支承炉篦的钢樑炉篦偶2之间有很大的间距DG,它允许成批毛坯悬放在上面,而又能保证成批毛坯HK在它们的长度上均匀的加热。
根据图5和图6的结构,配置情况是,从连铸机来的,由辊道的辊轴R支撑并通过绝热室9按箭头P1(图5)的方向输运。而从储料场来的成批毛坯HK,由一个独立驱动的辊道(未标出)支撑并按箭头P2方向的以相反的方向在二个成批HW之间进行横向输运,同时从两边被成批热毛坯HW通过热传递接触加热。待处理的成批毛坯HW和HK具有矩形断面,它们直立运输是适当的,从图7中见到,它们被带有辊轴R的位于辊道上方的导引辊FR所夹持。这里还有未标出的二个或多个相叠的辊道排列的可能性,此时成批毛坯的输运,或是以图5至图7表示的方式,或是在一个辊道上的成批热毛坯HW与在其上面辊道上的成批毛坯HK相向输送也是合适的。
前述二设备在运输方向上也可按前后排列,成批毛坯在离开第一台设备后能被翻转,以达到均匀的加热。多台设备也可平行排列,以获得更短的输运距离。
对质量要求不高的材料,如普通钢,它们不需要检查,由连铸机来的成批热毛坯必要时可直接送入再加工设备,这里是指精轧机。前述的设备是循环工作的,这是为了使连铸机的生产能力和再加工设备的接收能力之间的差别得到均衡。
Claims (24)
1、为了将毛坯送入金属加工设备和(或)再加工设备,对由连铸机浇铸的或在金属加工设备中加工的毛坯进行加热的工作方法,其特征为,在浇铸、金属加工或者在加热一批或几批成批毛坯时所产生的热量,在成批毛坯的中间运输过程中和(或)储存时,通过热传递接触传递给其他的成批毛坯。
2、按照权利要求1的工作方法,其特征为,热传递是通过辐射、对流和(或)直接接触进行的。
3、按照权利要求1和2的工作方法,其特征为,一批或几批成批毛坯,在输运过程中,至少对成批毛坯中的一批进行热传递接触。
4、按照权利要求1至3的一个或多个要求的工作方法的特征为,成批冷毛坯处于成批热毛坯的上方。
5、按照权利要求1至4中的一个或多个要求,具有两类成批毛坯输运的工作方法,其特征为,在成批毛坯相对输运中进行热传递接触。
6、根据权利要求1至4的一个或多个要求的工作方法,其特征为,成批毛坯可以在同向输运中进行热传递接触。
7、按照权利要求1至4的一个或多个要求的工作方法,其特征为,成批毛坯的输运可相互交叉地进行。
8、按照权利要求1至7的一个或多个要求的工作方法,其特征为,至少有一批成批毛坯在放到其它成批毛坯上面时可进行热传递接触。
9、按照权利要求1至7的一个或多个要求的工作方法,其特征为,至少有一批成批毛坯在热传递接触过程中与其它成批毛坯保持一定距离。
10、按照权利要求9的工作方法,其特征为,散热的和吸热的成批毛坯的相邻表面之间的距离只有数毫米。
11、按照权利要求1至10的一个或多个要求的工作方法,其特征为,至少有一批成批毛坯,在输运前、后或过程中和(或)热传递接触前、后或过程中,围绕它们的纵轴旋转。
12、根据权利要求1至11的一个或多个要求的工作方法,其特征为,成批毛坯在以不同的输运速度运动时进行热传递接触。
13、按照权利要求12的工作方法,其特征为在热传递接触过程中,成批毛坯是不运动的。
14、按照权利要求1至13的一个或多个要求的工作方法,其特征为,成批毛坯的输运在几个并行运行的运输行列中和(或)在相叠的运输面上进行。
15、按照权利要求14的工作方法,其特征为吸热的或散热的成批毛坯沿着放热的或吸热的成批毛坯的两边进行。
16、按照权利要求13的工作方法,其特征为,不运动的成批毛坯,储存在连铸机和金属加工设备之间或两个金属加工设备之间的中间储料场中。
17、按照权利要求1至16的一个或多个要求的工作方法,其特征为,成批毛坯之间的热传递接触发生在一个密闭的绝热室(9)中。
18、按照权利要求17的工作方法,其特征为,散热的成批毛坯可以送入到绝热室(9)中,这些毛坯是从连铸机和(或)从一个或几个金属加工设备或从中间储料场运来。
19、按照权利要求1至18的一个或多个要求的工作方法,其特征为,在金属加工设备中的毛坯加热在这种设备中生产的加工产品。
20、按照权利要求1至19的一个或多个要求的工作方法,其特征为,成批毛坯在热传递接触过程中位于二个或多个相叠的平面中,至少在其中的一个平面上半成品相对于毗邻平面中的毛坯产生旋转运动。
21、实施按照权利要求1至19的一个或多个要求的工作方法的绝热室,其特征为,在绝热室(9)中安置了空气输导设备。
22、按照权利要求20的绝热室,其特征为它涉及到附加加热设备。
23、实施按照权利要求1至19的工作方法的设备的特征为,二个或多个并行排列和(或)相叠排列的支承炉篦和(或)用于毛坯的推、拉、旋转或支撑输运的部件均可独立驱动或部分地共同运转。
24、按照权利要求23的设备,其特征为,上层或所有在上面层的支承炉篦的支撑部件(钢樑炉篦)的间距DG大于下层支承炉篦的支承构件的间距(DK)。
