Claims (2)
- 강편(HB)을 균열처리하기 위한 균열로(10) ; 냉강편(CB)이 균열로(10)로 도입되기전에 이 냉강편(CB)을 예열하기 위한 것으로서 예열처리를 위한 폐열을 균열로(10)로부터 받기 위하여 균열로(10)에 연결되어 있고, 냉강편(CB)을 반출하기 위한 출구부를 구비하고 있는 예열로(22) ; 강편(CB 또는 HB)을 균열로(10)로 도입하고 균열로(10)를 통해 강편(CB 또는 HB)을 이송시키기 위한 반송기구로 구성되어 있는 냉강편(CB)과 열강편(HB)이 포함되는 강편의 균열처리장치에 있어서, 상기 균열로(10)는 강편(CB 또는 HB)의 주행로에 대하여 예열로(22)에 수직으로 배설되어 있고, (a) 강편(CB 또는 HB)을 가열하기 위한 가열역(13) ; (b) 가열역(13)과 연설되어 있고, 가열역(13)내에서 가열된 강편(HB)을 균열처리를 위해 가열역에서의 온도보다 높은 온도로 가열하기 위한 열원(12)을 구비하고 가열역의 천장보다 높은 천장을 구비하고 있는 균열역(11) ; (c) 가열역(13)으로부터 예열로(22)로 폐열을 공급하기 위하여 가열역(13)을 예열로에 연결시키기 위한 것으로서, 연도(24,34,36)이거나 또는 개폐를 위하여 내부에 댐퍼(158)를 구비하고 있는 덕트(156)인 연결수단 ; 으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강편의 균열처리장치.
