本发明公开了一种配合降血压的果冻及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:拉胶2-4份、纯净水95-105份、蔗糖10-20份、食用色素0.00001-0.00003份、山梨酸钾0.0002-0.0004份、柠檬酸钠0.0007-0.0009份和冻干粉2-4份。本发明的配合降血压的果冻,营养全面,同时添加了能调节血压的营养物质,特别适合高血压病人食用,高血压病人长期配合食用本发明的果冻,有降低和稳定血压的功能,同时能提高免疫力,降低血压的功能,可以减少降血压药的服用量,减少长期服药给身体带来的副作用。

技术领域
   本发明涉及一种配合降血压的果冻及其制备方法,属于食品领域。
背景技术
果冻作为一种食品自上世纪八十年代,在天津有一台日本生产线及其配方工艺投放市场继而国内自创生产设备普及生产至今已有四十年之久,市场需求与日俱增,国内上亿元产值的大企业,如喜之郎、旺旺、水晶星等等,不下于数十家。
随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平越来越高,同时越来越多的人患上了高血压,随之,各种专为高血压病人生产的高血压食品不断涌现。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种配合降血压的果冻及其制备方法。
    为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
配合降血压的果冻,其组成原料的重量份为:卡拉胶2-4份、纯净水95-105份、蔗糖10-20份、食用色素0.00001-0.00003份、山梨酸钾0.0002-0.0004份、柠檬酸钠0.0007-0.0009份和冻干粉2-4份。
所述的冻干粉组成原料的重量比例为:马齿苋冻干粉3-5份、山药冻干粉8-12份、山楂冻干粉6-8份、芦笋冻干粉3-5份、葛根冻干粉3-5份、苋菜冻干粉4-8份、绞股蓝冻干粉1-2份、蚕蛹冻干粉3-5份。
配合降血压的果冻,其组成原料的重量份为:卡拉胶3份、纯净水100份、蔗糖15份、食用色素0.00002份、山梨酸钾0.0003份、柠檬酸钠0.0008份和冻干粉3份。
所述的冻干粉组成原料的重量比例为:马齿苋冻干粉4份、山药冻干粉10份、山楂冻干粉7份、芦笋冻干粉4份、葛根冻干粉4份、苋菜冻干粉6份、绞股蓝冻干粉1.5份、蚕蛹冻干粉4份。
配合降血压的果冻的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)冻干粉处理:按组成原料的重量份称取各种冻干粉,混合均匀备用;
(2)按组成原料的重量份将蔗糖、卡拉胶、步骤(1)中的冻干粉的混合物混合搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将纯净水以及步骤(2)混合原料加入反应锅中煮沸,搅拌20-25分钟,温度控制在95-100℃;期间按一定重量份缓慢加入食用色素、柠檬酸钠和山梨酸钾,再过滤后灌入果冻原装封口机,灌装、封口、切割;
(4)在80-90℃温度下经过巴氏灭菌器灭菌15-25分钟,晾干水蒸气后包装入库。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的配合降血压的果冻,营养全面,同时添加了能调节血压的营养物质,特别适合高血压病人食用,高血压病人长期配合食用本发明的果冻,有降低和稳定血压的功能,同时能提高免疫力,降低血压的功能,可以减少降血压药的服用量,减少长期服药给身体带来的副作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:配合降血压的果冻,其组成原料的重量份为:卡拉胶2-4份、纯净水95-105份、蔗糖10-20份、食用色素0.00001-0.00003份、山梨酸钾0.0002-0.0004份、柠檬酸钠0.0007-0.0009份和冻干粉2-4份。
所述的冻干粉组成原料的重量比例为:马齿苋冻干粉3-5份、山药冻干粉8-12份、山楂冻干粉6-8份、芦笋冻干粉3-5份、葛根冻干粉3-5份、苋菜冻干粉4-8份、绞股蓝冻干粉1-2份、蚕蛹冻干粉3-5份。
配合降血压的果冻的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)冻干粉处理:按组成原料的重量份称取各种冻干粉,混合均匀备用;
(2)按组成原料的重量份将蔗糖、卡拉胶、步骤(1)中的冻干粉的混合物混合搅拌均匀备用;

典型病例:
病例1:高血压患者张某,一直身体不适,心跳加速,头胀、头昏,经主治医生介绍中药治疗,效果不明显,降压效果慢,后开始食用本发明的果冻,果然,5-7天下来他的高血压有所缓解,降压效果明显,症状也有所减少。
病例2:高血压患者陈某,73岁,时常心跳加速,头胀、头昏,经主治医生介绍中药治疗,效果不明显,降压效果慢,后开始食用本发明的果冻,一周后他的高血压有所缓解,降压效果明显,症状也有所减少。
病例3:高血压患者王某,68岁,时常心跳加速,头胀、头昏,经主治医生介绍中药治疗,效果不明显,降压效果慢,后开始食用本发明的果冻,果然,3-4天下来他的高血压有所缓解,症状也有所减少,降压效果明显。

1.一种配合降血压的果冻,其特征在于,以重量份计其原料组成为:卡拉胶2-4份、纯净水95-105份、蔗糖10-20份、食用色素0.00001-0.00003份、山梨酸钾0.0002-0.0004份、柠檬酸钠0.0007-0.0009份和冻干粉2-4份;
所述的冻干粉组成原料的重量份数为:马齿苋冻干粉3-5份、山药冻干粉8-12份、山楂冻干粉6-8份、芦笋冻干粉3-5份、葛根冻干粉3-5份、苋菜冻干粉4-8份、绞股蓝冻干粉1-2份、蚕蛹冻干粉3-5份。

3.一种如权利要求1所述的配合降血压的果冻的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)冻干粉处理:按组成原料的重量份称取各种冻干粉,混合均匀备用;
(2)按组成原料的重量份将蔗糖、卡拉胶、步骤(1)中的冻干粉的混合物混合搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将纯净水以及步骤(2)混合原料加入反应锅中煮沸,搅拌20-25分钟,温度控制在95-100℃;期间按一定重量份缓慢加入食用色素、柠檬酸钠和山梨酸钾,再过滤后灌入果冻原装封口机,灌装、封口、切割;
