Abstract
本发明公开了一种补血养气的龙眼饮料及其制备方法,属于饮料加工领域,所述的饮料包含以下原料:龙眼、当归、何首乌、薏苡仁、低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水,所述饮料是通过提取、浸提、调配、灭菌、灌装、封口、冷却等步骤制得的。本发明所述饮料组成原料来源易得,制备方法简明,是一种兼具补血养气功效和桂圆风味及营养成分的新型饮料产品。

本发明属于饮料加工领域,具体涉及一种饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
龙眼是我国南方一种常见的水果,其营养成分十分丰富,明李时珍曾有“资益以龙眼为良”的评价。据分析,龙眼果肉含全糖12.38~~22.55%,还原糖3.85~~10.16%,全酸0.096~~0.109%,维生素C 43.12~163.7毫克/100克果肉,VK196.5毫克/100克果肉。等。龙眼肉味甘性温,归心、脾经,适用于心脾两虚证及气血两虚证患者。中医认为心主血脉与神志,与精神、意识思维活动有关。脾为后天气血生化之源,提供全身的营养。如果人们思虑过度,劳伤心脾,可导致心悸怔忡,失眠健忘,神疲乏力等症状。龙眼肉甘温滋补,入心脾两经,功善补益心脾,而且甜镁可口,不滋腻,不壅气,实为补心健脾之佳品。久病体虚或老年体衰者,常有气血不足之证,而表现为面色苍白或萎黄,倦怠乏力,心悸气短等症,龙眼肉既补心脾,又益气血,甘甜平和,有较好疗效。龙眼除鲜食外,还可加工制干、制罐、煎膏等。利用龙眼的营养功效与具有一定功效的中药材相结合生产出龙眼特色风味的保健饮料,具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种补血养气的龙眼饮料,该饮料具备龙眼的风味、养分与补血养气功效。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种补血养气的龙眼饮料,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:龙眼29~78份、当归6~16份、何首乌9~21份、薏苡仁5~15份、低聚果糖22~45份、柠檬酸钠2~6份、纯净水200~600份。
本发明还提供一种补血养气的龙眼饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将龙眼去核及壳后,龙眼肉置于100份水中,在80℃下浸提2h,将所得浸提液升温浓缩3h后,得到浓缩液;
S2:将当归、何首乌、薏苡仁粉碎后,置于水中进行浸提,滤去渣后,得到浸提液;
S3:将低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水加入步骤S1制得的浓缩液以及步骤S2制得的浸提液中,充分搅拌均匀,得到均匀混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的均匀混合液进行超高温瞬时灭菌处理;
S5:将步骤S4得到的均匀混合液进行灌装、封口、冷却至室温后即可制成补血养气的龙眼饮料。
优选地,步骤S2中将当归、何首乌、薏苡仁粉碎后过100~200目筛子。
优选地,步骤S2中所述的浸提所使用的水为300份,浸提的时间为0.5~1h。
优选地,步骤S3中搅拌转速为200-500r/min,搅拌时间为20~40min。
本发明的饮料由常见中药材提取液与龙眼浓缩液组成,来源易得,食用后既可获得龙眼中的养分,又可达到补血养气的功效。本发明的饮料制备方法简明,易于实现产业化、规范化、标准化生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1 一种补血养气的龙眼饮料,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:龙眼29~78份、当归6份、何首乌9份、薏苡仁5份、低聚果糖22份、柠檬酸钠2份、纯净水200份。制备方法如下:
S1:将龙眼去核及壳后,龙眼肉置于100份水中,在80℃下浸提2h,将所得浸提液升温浓缩3h后,得到浓缩液;
S2:将当归、何首乌、薏苡仁粉碎后过100目筛子,置于300份水中浸提0.5h,滤去渣后,得到浸提液;
S3:将低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水加入步骤S1制得的浓缩液以及步骤S2制得的浸提液中,在搅拌转速为200r/min、搅拌时间为20min下充分搅拌均匀,得到均匀混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的均匀混合液进行超高温瞬时灭菌处理;
S5:将步骤S4得到的均匀混合液进行灌装、封口、冷却至室温后即可制成补血养气饮料。
实施例2 一种补血养气的龙眼饮料,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:龙眼78份、当归16份、何首乌21份、薏苡仁15份、低聚果糖45份、柠檬酸钠6份、纯净水600份;制备方法如下:
S1:将龙眼去核及壳后,龙眼肉置于100份水中,在80℃下浸提2h,将所得浸提液升温浓缩3h后,得到浓缩液;
S2:将当归、何首乌、薏苡仁粉碎后过200目筛子,置于300份水中浸提1h,滤去渣后,得到浸提液;
S3:将低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水加入步骤S1制得的浓缩液以及步骤S2制得的浸提液中,在搅拌转速为500r/min、搅拌时间为40min下充分搅拌均匀,得到均匀混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的均匀混合液进行超高温瞬时灭菌处理;
S5:将步骤S4得到的均匀混合液进行灌装、封口、冷却至室温后即可制成补血养气的龙眼饮料。
实施例3 一种补血养气的龙眼饮料,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:龙眼54份、当归12份、何首乌15份、薏苡仁9份、低聚果糖36份、柠檬酸钠4份、纯净水400份。制备方法如下:
S1:将龙眼去核及壳后,龙眼肉置于100份水中,在80℃下浸提2h,将所得浸提液升温浓缩3h后,得到浓缩液;
S2:将当归、何首乌、薏苡仁粉碎后过150目筛子,置于300份水中浸提0.75h,滤去渣后,得到浸提液;
S3:将低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水加入步骤S1制得的浓缩液以及步骤S2制得的浸提液中,在搅拌转速为300r/min、搅拌时间为30min下充分搅拌均匀,得到均匀混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的均匀混合液进行超高温瞬时灭菌处理;
S5:将步骤S4得到的均匀混合液进行灌装、封口、冷却至室温后即可制成补血养气的龙眼饮料。

1.一种补血养气的龙眼饮料,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:龙眼29~78份、当归6~16份、何首乌9~21份、薏苡仁5~15份、低聚果糖22~45份、柠檬酸钠2~6份、纯净水200~600份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补血养气的龙眼饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将龙眼去核及壳后,龙眼肉置于100份水中,在80℃下浸提2h,将所得浸提液升温浓缩3h后,得到浓缩液;
S2:将当归、何首乌、薏苡仁粉碎后,置于水中进行浸提,滤去渣后,得到浸提液;
S3:将低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水加入步骤S1制得的浓缩液以及步骤S2制得的浸提液中,充分搅拌均匀,得到均匀混合液;
