本发明公开了一种清新口气的水果含片及其制备方法,属于食品加工领域,所述的水果含片采用以下原料制备:龙眼、田七、甘草、薄荷、低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、罗汉果、纯净水。本发明的水果含片,采用天然原料制备,是一种兼具清新口气功效和桂圆风味及营养成分的新型食品,适合作为上班、旅游等休闲场合,方便携带和食用。

本发明属于饮料加工领域,具体涉及一种及其制备方法。
背景技术
龙眼是我国南方一种常见的水果,其营养成分十分丰富,明李时珍曾有“资益以龙眼为良”的评价。据分析,龙眼果肉含全糖12.38~~22.55%,还原糖3.85~~10.16%,全酸0.096~~0.109%,维生素C 43.12~163.7毫克/100克果肉,VK196.5毫克/100克果肉。等。龙眼肉味甘性温,归心、脾经,适用于心脾两虚证及气血两虚证患者。中医认为心主血脉与神志,与精神、意识思维活动有关。脾为后天气血生化之源,提供全身的营养。如果人们思虑过度,劳伤心脾,可导致心悸怔忡,失眠健忘,神疲乏力等症状。龙眼肉甘温滋补,入心脾两经,功善补益心脾,而且甜镁可口,不滋腻,不壅气,实为补心健脾之佳品。久病体虚或老年体衰者,常有气血不足之证,而表现为面色苍白或萎黄,倦怠乏力,心悸气短等症,龙眼肉既补心脾,又益气血,甘甜平和,有较好疗效。龙眼除鲜食外,还可加工制干、制罐、煎膏等。利用龙眼的营养功效与具有一定功效的中药材相结合生产出龙眼特色风味的保健饮料,具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种清新口气的水果含片。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种清新口气的水果含片,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:龙眼50~125份、田七12~30份、甘草7~18份、薄荷4~12份、低聚果糖18~36份、柠檬酸钠1~8份、罗汉果1~4份、纯净水200~600份。
本发明还提供一种清新口气的水果含片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将龙眼去核及壳后,将龙眼肉、罗汉果置于100份水中,在80℃下浸提2h,得到浓缩液A;
(2)将田七、甘草、薄荷粉碎后,置于水中进行浸提,滤去渣后,得到浸提液B;
(3)将低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水与浸提液A、浸提液B混合,得混合液;将混合液经灭菌、浓缩,制粒、压片、干燥,制得含片。
优选地,步骤(2)中将田七、甘草、薄荷粉碎后过100~200目筛子。优选地,步骤(2)中所述的浸提所使用的水为300份,浸提的时间为0.5~1h。

实施例1 一种清新口气的水果含片,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:龙眼50份、田七12份、甘草7份、薄荷4份、低聚果糖18份、柠檬酸钠1份、罗汉果2份、纯净水200份;采用如下步骤制备:
(1)将龙眼去核及壳后,将龙眼肉、罗汉果置于100份水中,在80℃下浸提2h,得浸提液A;
(2)将田七、甘草、薄荷粉碎后过100目筛子,置于300份水中浸提0.5h,滤去渣后,得浸提液B;
(3)将低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水与浸提液A、浸提液B混合,得混合液;将混合液经灭菌、浓缩,制粒、压片、干燥,制得含片。
实施例2 一种清新口气的水果含片,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:龙眼125份、田七30份、甘草18份、薄荷12份、低聚果糖36份、柠檬酸钠8份、罗汉果1份、纯净水600份;采用如下步骤制备:
(1)将龙眼去核及壳后,将龙眼肉、罗汉果置于100份水中,在80℃下浸提2h,得浸提液A;
(2)将田七、甘草、薄荷粉碎后过200目筛子,置于300份水中浸提1h,滤去渣,得到浸提液B;
(3)将低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水与浸提液A、浸提液B混合,得混合液;将混合液经灭菌、浓缩,制粒、压片、干燥,制得含片。
实施例3 一种清新口气的水果含片,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:龙眼75份、田七20份、甘草11份、薄荷6份、低聚果糖26份、柠檬酸钠5份、罗汉果4份、纯净水400份;采用如下步骤制备:
(1)将龙眼去核及壳后,将龙眼肉、罗汉果置于100份水中,在80℃下浸提2h,得浸提液A;
(2)将田七、甘草、薄荷粉碎后过150目筛子,置于300份水中浸提0.75h,滤去渣后,得到浸提液B;
(3)将低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水与浸提液A、浸提液B混合,得混合液;将混合液经灭菌、浓缩,制粒、压片、干燥,制得含片。
Claims (4)
1.一种清新口气的水果含片,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包含以下原料:龙眼50~125份、田七12~30份、甘草7~18份、薄荷4~12份、低聚果糖18~36份、柠檬酸钠1~8份、罗汉果1~4份、纯净水200~600份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清新口气的水果含片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将龙眼去核及壳后,将龙眼肉、罗汉果置于100份水中,在80℃下浸提2h,得浸提液A;
(2)将田七、甘草、薄荷粉碎后,置于水中进行浸提,滤去渣后,得到浸提液B;
(3)将低聚果糖、柠檬酸钠、纯净水与浸提液A、浸提液B混合,得混合液;将混合液经灭菌、浓缩,制粒、压片、干燥,制得含片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的清新口气的水果含片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中将田七、甘草、薄荷粉碎后过100~200目筛子。
4.根据权利要求2所述的清新口气的水果含片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的浸提所使用的水为300份,浸提的时间为0.5~1h。
