一、本发明中的中药添加剂药效学研究:
1、正常小鼠应用本发明的中药添加剂后,采用水迷宫法测得记忆力增加,使小鼠的睡眠时间明显延长;对免疫功能明显的提高,使单核吞噬细胞吞噬指数和吞噬活性明显增加;
2、急性毒性实验:
健康成年小鼠10只,雌雄各半,体重18-22g,将本发明的中药添加剂给小鼠口服,最大给药量为230g生药/kg,按公斤体重计算,相当于成人日用量10g的1150倍,然后3-4天后,试验小鼠全身状况、饮食、饮水、体重增长均正常,未出现明显中毒现象和死亡现象,处死后解剖无明显异常,判断本发明对小鼠急性经口毒性属实际无毒级,说明本发明中药添加剂临床应用安全。
3、长期毒性实验:
健康成年大鼠20只,雌雄各半,体重180-220g,将本发明中药添加剂对大鼠按20g生药/kg连续用药10周,停药3周后,对大鼠的毛发、行为、大小便、体重、脏器重量、血象、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂进行检测,结果表明:本发明中药添加剂对大鼠的毛发、行为、大小便、体重、脏器重量、血象、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂等指标均无明显影响,脏器肉眼没有发现异样变化和组织学检查结果表明,用药10周及停药3周后,大鼠各脏器均无明显改变。说明本发明中药添加剂对大鼠长期用药后毒性小,停药后也没有异样反应,应用安全。

通过检测结果可以看出本发明的基于甘薯的营养粉营养成分维生素A、C、E、钙、钾、锌的含量比较高,可见异物符合规定,可以放心食用。

Claims (7)
1.一种营养奶昔粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:大豆蛋白粉0.5-2.5份、小麦胚芽6-14份、核桃6-10份、葡萄籽粉4-10份、胡萝卜15-25份、菠萝6-14份、玉米粒10-18份、南瓜8-16份、山药8-16份、椴树蜜10-20份、玉米黑粉菌2-6份、刺槐花8-16份、中药添加剂5-15份;其中:
所述的中药添加剂包括以下重量份数的组份:鸡内金10-20份、枸杞10-20份、决明子6-14份、玉竹5-15份、银耳4-12份、百合5-13份、党参5-15份、杜仲4-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种营养奶昔粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:大豆蛋白粉1-2份、小麦胚芽8-12份、核桃7-9份、葡萄籽粉6-8份、胡萝卜18-22份、菠萝8-12份、玉米粒12-16份、南瓜10-14份、山药10-14份、椴树蜜13-17份、玉米黑粉菌3-5份、刺槐花10-14份、中药添加剂8-12份;其中:
所述的中药添加剂包括以下重量份数的组份:鸡内金12-18份、枸杞13-17份、决明子8-12份、玉竹8-12份、银耳6-10份、百合7-11份、党参8-12份、杜仲6-8份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种营养奶昔粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:大豆蛋白粉1.5份、小麦胚芽10份、核桃8份、葡萄籽粉7份、胡萝卜20份、菠萝10份、玉米粒14份、南瓜12份、山药12份、椴树蜜15份、玉米黑粉菌4份、刺槐花12份、中药添加剂10份;其中:
所述的中药添加剂包括以下重量份数的组份:鸡内金15份、枸杞15份、决明子10份、玉竹10份、银耳8份、百合9份、党参10份、杜仲7份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种营养奶昔粉,其特征在于,所述的中药添加剂的制备方法如下:将鸡内金、银耳进行超微粉碎,过325目筛,得超微粉;将枸杞、决明子、玉竹、百合、党参、杜仲装入球磨机研磨2h,过80目筛,得研磨粉;将所得的研磨粉放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液,将萃取液喷雾干燥,所得粉末与超微粉混合,即得所述的中药添加剂。
5.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种营养奶昔粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备好新鲜的、无破损的胡萝卜、菠萝、南瓜、山药,将南瓜、山药去皮后,将胡萝卜、菠萝、南瓜、山药切成小块后,一起送入研磨机进行研磨,将所得汁液进行喷雾干燥并粉碎过325目筛,得到果蔬粉;
(2)将新鲜的玉米粒、刺槐花进行微波干燥,得到干燥的玉米粒和刺槐花;
(3)将椴树蜜烘干,与小麦胚芽、核桃、玉米黑粉菌共同进行超微粉碎,得到混合超微粉;
(4)将大豆蛋白粉、葡萄籽粉、中药添加剂与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)分别制得的果蔬粉、干燥的玉米粒和刺槐花、混合超微粉混合均匀,包装,10g/袋,即得所述营养奶昔粉。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种营养奶昔粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的微波干燥频率为900MHz,微波干燥时间为15-20min。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种营养奶昔粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的超微粉碎粉过325目网筛。
