目前上班族在工作中会遇到各种健康问题,为了工作,饮食不规律,忍饥挨饿,吃饭将就,胃得不到正常的运转,会慢慢出现不同程度的胃病;由于长期坐着、工作紧张,肠胃运动功能紊乱,导致便秘,因为大便秘结而使血液长期阻滞与瘀积还会引起痔疮;由于长期看电脑,眼睛干涩,角膜泛红,容易出现角膜炎或沙眼等问题,即上班族容易出现用脑过度、记忆减退、神经衰弱、头晕目眩、失眠多梦、心烦易倦、免疫力差等问题,即身体出现亚健康状态。如何能在日常饮食上来调理身体,这是广大人们的迫切希望,吃的不仅要好,更要健康。
对中国传统补药来说,汤剂是中医的传统剂型,具有方便随症加减等优点,但汤剂煎煮、携带、使用不方便,且成分煎出不完全,口感差,不适合现代人群用药习惯。由于亚健康状态属于机体无器质性病变,病程较长,需长期调养才能达到良好的效果,故选择服用、携带、使用方便日常饮用的饮料更适合。保健品具有掩盖不良气味,美观、易于吞服等特点,而且工艺简单,起效迅速,适合长期服用,不会对身体造成伤害。

本发明的目的是提供一种便于携带、易于食用、营养丰富的保健咀嚼片,该咀嚼片富含多种维生素和矿物质元素,人体吸收率高,能健脑补脑,增强记忆力,清肝明目,促进肠蠕动,彻底排毒,调节体内有益微生物群落,又能充分发挥和提高机体本身免疫力,缓解亚健康状态。

进一步的,所述的中药添加剂的制备方法如下:将鸡内金、酸枣核进行超微粉碎,过325目筛,得超微粉;将益智仁、决明子、党参、杜仲装入球磨机研磨2h,过80目筛,得研磨粉;将所得的研磨粉放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液,将萃取液喷雾干燥,所得粉末与超微粉混合,即得所述的中药添加剂。
一种保健咀嚼片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的、无腐烂的蓝莓、黑果枸杞、胡萝卜、菠萝、玉米粒、裙带菜、南瓜、山药、柚子、刺槐花洗净,然后将南瓜、柚子去皮去核,菠萝、山药去皮,将胡萝卜、南瓜、山药、柚子切成小块,备用
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的蓝莓、黑果枸杞、胡萝卜、菠萝、玉米粒、裙带菜、南瓜、山药、柚子、刺槐花一起送入研磨机进行研磨,将所得汁液进行喷雾干燥并粉碎过325目筛,得到果蔬粉;
(3)将椴树蜜烘干,与小麦胚芽、核桃、玉米黑粉菌、糙米共同进行超微粉碎,得到混合超微粉;
(4)将大豆蛋白粉、中药添加剂与步骤(2)、(3)分别制得的果蔬粉、混合超微粉混合均匀,加入无水乙醇制软材,过20目筛制湿粒,70℃干燥至水分≤1.5%,过30目筛整粒;
(5)将步骤(4)制备的整粒用压片机进行压片,1g±0.05g/片,包装,即得所述的保健咀嚼片。

中药添加剂包括以下组份:益智仁、鸡内金、酸枣核、决明子、党参、杜仲。其中,益智仁:为姜科植物益智的干燥成熟果实。味辛,性温。入心,脾,肾经。温补固摄,暖脾止泻,固唌摄唾,温肾固精缩尿,主治脾肾虚寒,腹痛腹泻;或肾气虚寒小便频数,遗尿,遗精,白浊;或脾胃虚寒所致的慢性泄泻及口中唾液外流而不能控制者;鸡内金:入药部位为雉科动物家鸡的干燥沙囊内壁,甘、平,归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经。具有健胃消食,涩精止遗,通淋化石的作用。用于食积不消,呕吐泻痢,小儿疳积,遗尿,遗精,石淋涩痛,胆胀胁痛;酸枣核:酸枣核即酸枣的种子,经炮制后可作药用,它含有生物碱、多种氨基酸和金属元素等成分,能起到宁心安神、补中养肝、敛汗等作用,对虚烦不眠、惊悸怔忡、体虚自汗等病症有较好的治疗效果。《神农本草经》中记载:“补中益肝,坚筋骨,助阴气,皆酸枣仁之功也。”明代李时珍《本草纲目》中记载,枣仁“熟用疗胆虚不得眠,烦渴虚汗之症;生用疗胆热好眠,皆足厥阴少阳药也。”决明子:入药部位是豆科植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子,味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经,清肝明目,利水通便,有缓泻作用,用于目赤涩痛,羞明多泪,头痛眩晕,目暗不明,大便秘结;党参:草药来源为桔梗科植物党参、素花党参、或川党参等的干燥根。味甘,性平。有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺,养血生津,用于脾肺气虚,食少倦怠,咳嗽虚喘,气血不足,面色萎黄,心悸气短,津伤口渴,内热消渴;杜仲:《本经》:“味辛,平。”《雷公炮制药性解》:“入肾经。”具有补肝肾,治腰脊酸疼,足膝痿弱,小便余沥,阴下湿痒,高血压、安胎的功效。杜仲对免疫系统、内分泌系统、中枢神经系统、循环系统和泌尿系统都有不同程度的调节作用,杜仲能兴奋垂体-肾上腺皮质系统,增强肾上腺皮质功能。上述几味药配合能清心安神、清肝明目、提高机体本身免疫力。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明配方中的原料均为纯天然的植物材料,富含多种维生素和矿物质元素,不添加任何防腐剂和矫味剂,通过简单的工艺进行复配,能健脑补脑,增强记忆力,清肝明目,促进肠蠕动,彻底排毒,调节体内有益微生物群落,又能充分发挥和提高机体本身免疫力,缓解亚健康状态。
2)本发明配方中添加了大豆蛋白粉,大豆蛋白粉具有较强的抗氧化性、脱氧抗坏血酸还原酶活性和单脱氧抗坏血酸还原酶活性,具有抗衰老作用。此外,还具有增强免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、减少高血压发病率和抗癌、防止糖尿病、白血病等多种疾病的作用。蛋白中所含的大量黏液蛋白对人体有特殊保护作用,它能保持人体心血管壁的弹性,防止动脉粥样硬化,减少皮下脂肪,还能防止肝脏和肾脏中结缔组织萎缩,润滑消化道、呼吸道、关节腔和浆膜腔,防止疲劳,提高人体免疫力。
3)本发明的配方中添加的玉米黑粉菌含有谷氨酸、赖氨酸、丙氨酸、精氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、组氨酸等16种氨基酸,经常食用可预防和治疗肝脏系统和胃肠道溃疡,并能助消化和通便,添加的柚子能帮助身体更容易吸收入钙及铁质。
4)本发明的制备方法中,将小麦胚芽、核桃、玉米黑粉菌、糙米共同进行超微粉碎,得到混合超微粉,得到的混合超微粉既作为咀嚼片的活性成分,又作为咀嚼片的填充剂,无需另外添加填充剂;将蓝莓、黑果枸杞、胡萝卜、菠萝、玉米粒、裙带菜、南瓜、山药、柚子、刺槐花经研磨机直接研磨后喷雾干燥,以果蔬粉的形式添加进咀嚼片中,使本发明的咀嚼片闻着具有水果香气,口服咀嚼时带有水果的味道,口感香甜。
5)本发明配方中的玉米粒和糙米中含有丰富的可溶性和不溶性膳食纤维,可溶性膳食纤维具有防胆结石、排除体内有害金属离子、防糖尿病、降低血脂及胆固醇、防高血压和心脏病等作用,而不溶性膳食纤维则具有抗肥胖、治便秘、防肠癌等功效,营养粉中添加了可溶性与不溶性膳食纤维,增大了本营养粉的生理活性,有很强的吸水能力,能有效促进肠道蠕动,减少胀气,改善便秘。
6)本发明的咀嚼片食用方法简单,易于携带和操作,富含多种维生素和矿物质元素,配方中添加一定量的具有清心安神、清肝明目、提高机体本身免疫力的中药添加剂,赋予了咀嚼片一定的保健作用,可长期食用,配方中各种物质相互配合,能健脑补脑,增强记忆力,清肝明目,促进肠蠕动,彻底排毒,调节体内有益微生物群落,促进身体对各种维生素、钙及铁质的吸收,又能充分发挥和提高机体本身免疫力,缓解亚健康状态。
下面通过动物试验和营养成分检测进一步说明本发明的有益效果。
一、本发明中的中药添加剂药效学研究:
1、正常小鼠应用本发明的中药添加剂后,采用水迷宫法测得记忆力增加,使小鼠的睡眠时间明显延长;对免疫功能明显的提高,使单核吞噬细胞吞噬指数和吞噬活性明显增加。
2、急性毒性实验:
健康成年大鼠20只,雌雄各半,体重180-220g,将本发明的中药添加剂给大鼠口服,最大给药量为248g生药/kg,按公斤体重计算,相当于成人日用量10g的1240倍,然后3-5天后,试验大鼠全身状况、饮食、饮水、体重增长均正常,未出现明显中毒现象和死亡现象,处死后解剖无明显异常,判断本发明对大鼠急性经口毒性属实际无毒级,说明本发明中药添加剂临床应用安全。
3、长期毒性实验:
健康成年大鼠20只,雌雄各半,体重180-220g,将本发明中药添加剂对大鼠按25g生药/kg连续用药10周,停药3周后,对大鼠的毛发、行为、大小便、体重、脏器重量、血象、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂进行检测,结果表明:本发明中药添加剂对大鼠的毛发、行为、大小便、体重、脏器重量、血象、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂等指标均无明显影响,脏器肉眼没有发现异样变化和组织学检查结果表明,用药10周及停药3周后,大鼠各脏器均无明显改变。说明本发明中药添加剂对大鼠长期用药后毒性小,停药后也没有异样反应,应用安全。
二、保健咀嚼片的营养成分检测指标:
可见异物检查方法:按照《中国药典》2010年版(二部)附录ⅨH可见异物检查法测定。不得检出明显可见异物。
维生素A、E的测定按照食GB5413.9-2010进行。
维生素C的测定按照GB5413.18-2010进行。
钙的测定按照GB/T5009.92-2003进行。
钾的测定按照GB/T12397-1990进行。
100片保健咀嚼片中可见异物、维生素A、C、D、E、钙、钾的检测结果如表1所示。

一种保健咀嚼片,包括以下重量份数的原料:蓝莓8份、黑果枸杞4份、大豆蛋白粉0.5份、小麦胚芽4份、核桃6份、胡萝卜10份、菠萝6份、玉米粒8份、裙带菜4份、南瓜6份、山药8份、柚子8份、椴树蜜10份、玉米黑粉菌2份、刺槐花8份、糙米20份、中药添加剂5份;其中:
所述的中药添加剂包括以下重量份数的组份:益智仁4份、鸡内金6份、酸枣核4份、决明子4份、党参6份、杜仲4份。
所述的中药添加剂的制备方法如下:将鸡内金、酸枣核进行超微粉碎,过325目筛,得超微粉;将益智仁、决明子、党参、杜仲装入球磨机研磨2h,过80目筛,得研磨粉;将所得的研磨粉放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液,将萃取液喷雾干燥,所得粉末与超微粉混合,即得所述的中药添加剂。
一种保健咀嚼片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的、无腐烂的蓝莓、黑果枸杞、胡萝卜、菠萝、玉米粒、裙带菜、南瓜、山药、柚子、刺槐花洗净,然后将南瓜、柚子去皮去核,菠萝、山药去皮,将胡萝卜、南瓜、山药、柚子切成小块,备用
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的蓝莓、黑果枸杞、胡萝卜、菠萝、玉米粒、裙带菜、南瓜、山药、柚子、刺槐花一起送入研磨机进行研磨,将所得汁液进行喷雾干燥并粉碎过325目筛,得到果蔬粉;
(3)将椴树蜜烘干,与小麦胚芽、核桃、玉米黑粉菌、糙米共同进行超微粉碎,过325目网筛,得到混合超微粉;
(4)将大豆蛋白粉、中药添加剂与步骤(2)、(3)分别制得的果蔬粉、混合超微粉混合均匀,加入无水乙醇制软材,过20目筛制湿粒,70℃干燥至水分≤1.5%,过30目筛整粒;
(5)将步骤(4)制备的整粒用压片机进行压片,1g±0.05g/片,包装,即得所述的保健咀嚼片。

本实施例的保健咀嚼片中中药添加剂的制备方法同实施例1的制备方法相同。
本实施例的保健咀嚼片的食用方法同实施例1的食用方法相同。

1.一种保健咀嚼片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:蓝莓8-16份、黑果枸杞4-10份、大豆蛋白粉0.5-2.5份、小麦胚芽4-12份、核桃6-10份、胡萝卜10-20份、菠萝6-14份、玉米粒8-16份、裙带菜4-9份、南瓜6-14份、山药8-16份、柚子8-16份、椴树蜜10-20份、玉米黑粉菌2-6份、刺槐花8-16份、糙米20-30份、中药添加剂5-15份;其中:
所述的中药添加剂包括以下重量份数的组份:益智仁4-12份、鸡内金6-14份、酸枣核4-8份、决明子4-12份、党参6-12份、杜仲4-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种保健咀嚼片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:蓝莓10-14份、黑果枸杞6-8份、大豆蛋白粉1-2份、小麦胚芽6-10份、核桃7-9份、胡萝卜12-18份、菠萝8-12份、玉米粒10-14份、裙带菜5-8份、南瓜8-12份、山药10-14份、柚子10-14份、椴树蜜13-17份、玉米黑粉菌3-5份、刺槐花10-14份、糙米22-28份、中药添加剂8-12份;其中:
所述的中药添加剂包括以下重量份数的组份:益智仁6-10份、鸡内金8-12份、酸枣核5-7份、决明子6-10份、党参7-11份、杜仲6-8份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种保健咀嚼片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:蓝莓12份、黑果枸杞7份、大豆蛋白粉1.5份、小麦胚芽8份、核桃8份、胡萝卜15份、菠萝10份、玉米粒12份、裙带菜7份、南瓜10份、山药12份、柚子12份、椴树蜜15份、玉米黑粉菌4份、刺槐花12份、糙米25份、中药添加剂10份;其中:
所述的中药添加剂包括以下重量份数的组份:益智仁8份、鸡内金10份、酸枣核6份、决明子8份、党参9份、杜仲7份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种保健咀嚼片,其特征在于,所述的中药添加剂的制备方法如下:将鸡内金、酸枣核进行超微粉碎,过325目筛,得超微粉;将益智仁、决明子、党参、杜仲装入球磨机研磨2h,过80目筛,得研磨粉;将所得的研磨粉放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液,将萃取液喷雾干燥,所得粉末与超微粉混合,即得所述的中药添加剂。
5.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种保健咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的、无腐烂的蓝莓、黑果枸杞、胡萝卜、菠萝、玉米粒、裙带菜、南瓜、山药、柚子、刺槐花洗净,然后将南瓜、柚子去皮去核,菠萝、山药去皮,将胡萝卜、南瓜、山药、柚子切成小块,备用
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的蓝莓、黑果枸杞、胡萝卜、菠萝、玉米粒、裙带菜、南瓜、山药、柚子、刺槐花一起送入研磨机进行研磨,将所得汁液进行喷雾干燥并粉碎过325目筛,得到果蔬粉;
(3)将椴树蜜烘干,与小麦胚芽、核桃、玉米黑粉菌、糙米共同进行超微粉碎,得到混合超微粉;
(4)将大豆蛋白粉、中药添加剂与步骤(2)、(3)分别制得的果蔬粉、混合超微粉混合均匀,加入无水乙醇制软材,过20目筛制湿粒,70℃干燥至水分≤1.5%,过30目筛整粒;
(5)将步骤(4)制备的整粒用压片机进行压片,1g±0.05g/片,包装,即得所述的保健咀嚼片。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种保健咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的超微粉碎粉过325目网筛。
