Abstract
本发明公开了属于食品饮料技术领域的一种改善亚健康状态的凉茶。包括如下重量份数的原料:茅根10‑15份,大豆肽15‑20份,山楂5‑10份,魔芋粉5‑10份,葡萄籽提取物10‑15份,沙棘5‑7份,陈皮2‑6份,石菖蒲3‑5份,白茯苓1‑3份,夏枯草1‑3份,枸杞多糖1‑3份,金银花3‑5份,菊花1‑3份,食品添加剂0.01‑0.1份。本发明制备的改善亚健康状态的凉茶,选材上以中草药为主,现代工艺化产品为辅,充分利用各味草药的成分,相辅相成,充分调节凉茶的口感;制备工艺采用传统的煎煮方法,又加入现代化工艺进行水浴、研磨、均质、脱气和冷杀菌处理方式,使各原料中原生态有效成分不被破坏,补充人体所需,起到补益气血,扶正补虚,解郁祛邪,利尿行水,阻抗衰老、缓解疲劳、调解阴阳的作用。

本发明属于食品饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种改善亚健康状态的凉茶。
背景技术
近年来,由于环境污染,激烈竞争,人们的生活和工作节奏不断加快,来自社会和各方面的压力不断增加,再加上吸烟酗酒、高热量高脂肪饮食、缺乏体力劳动、生活不规律、夜生活过度等不良习惯,亚健康状态人群占我国人群的比例逐渐增多。从临床检测来看,城市里的这类群体比较集中地表现为三高一低倾向,即存在着接近临界水平的高血脂、高血糖、高血粘度和免疫功能偏低。中国亚健康学术成果研讨会数据显示:我国人15%属于健康,15%属于非健康,70%属于亚健康,亚健康人数超过9亿。亚健康已经严重地影响了人们的生活、学习和工作,成为普遍的社会问题,成为社会发展的制约因素,其危害性已被医学界认为是世纪人类健康大敌。
目前,市场上的各种饮料很多,雪碧、可口可乐等碳酸型饮料,由于含有大量糖分,对于亚健康人群是弊大于利的,红牛、乐虎、脉动等运动型饮料,主要以抗疲劳和补充矿物元素为主,起效快但持续时间短,绿茶、红茶等茶饮料,以清凉解渴为主,里面含有羟甲基甘氨酸钠这类防腐剂,不适于长期饮用,而一般凉茶也多是以驱热降火为主,起到养生保健的饮料却很少,尤其专门针对亚健康人群身体乏力、困倦懒怠、情绪低落、焦躁不安、失眠多梦、记忆力减退等症状起缓解保健作用的饮料更少,如果这种亚状态不能得到及时注意并纠正,并且长期处于亚健康状态下,很容易引起其他身心疾病,甚至影响人类的生命。
专利201410232156.2公开的一种亚健康人群养生饮料,由下述重量份的原料制成:海参10-15、雪梨70-80、苹果30-40、葡萄柚40-50、甜菊叶20-30、桂花10-20、二色补血草6-8、覆盆子10-14、罗勒子8-12、芦根1-2、合欢花2-3、罗勒1-2、紫金牛2-3、桂枝1-2、马兰1-2、丹参1-2、红景天2-3。该饮料能够有效增强体质、调节免疫、改善睡眠、滋阴补血、抗疲劳等功效,此外该饮料的制备方法简单,可适用性强,但是原料中含有较大份数的雪梨、苹果、葡萄柚,使养生饮料的糖分含量较高,对于高血糖的亚健康人群不易饮用,此外原料中含有昂贵药材海参,使得该饮料造价较高。因此,研制一款适合亚健康人群的绿色安全,及时补充人体所需,科学调理亚健康状态并起到保健作用的饮料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改善亚健康状态的凉茶和制备方法。
一种改善亚健康状态的凉茶,包括如下重量份数的原料:茅根10-15份,大豆肽15-20份,山楂5-10份,魔芋粉5-10份,葡萄籽提取物10-15份,沙棘5-7份,陈皮2-6份,石菖蒲3-5份,白茯苓1-3份,夏枯草1-3份,枸杞多糖1-3份,金银花3-5份,菊花1-3份,食品添加剂0.01-0.1份。
优选地,所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的原料还包括牛蒡3-5份。
优选地,所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的原料还包括多鳞口蘑3-5份。
优选地,所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶食品添加剂为柠檬酸,柠檬酸钠,D-异抗坏血酸钠,羧甲基纤维素钠,木糖醇一种或一种以上。
上述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)煎煮:按照重量份数,将茅根10-15份,山楂5-10份,沙棘5-7份,陈皮2-6份,石菖蒲3-5份,白茯苓1-3份,夏枯草1-3份,金银花3-5份,菊花1-3份加入等重量份数的纯净水,浸泡10分钟后过滤去除杂质,将原料放入原料罐中再加入8-10倍的纯净水,浸泡4-6小时后,用大火煎煮至沸腾,改小火煎煮3小时,抽出煎煮液,再次在原料罐中加入8-10倍的纯净水,大火煎煮至沸腾,改小火煎煮3小时,抽出煎煮液,合并两次的煎煮液,得煎煮液A;
(2)水浴加热,按照重量份数,将大豆肽15-20份,魔芋粉5-10份,葡萄籽提取物10-15份,枸杞多糖1-3份,加入6-8倍的水,用混合搅拌机搅拌,搅拌速度为1200-1500r/min,待充分溶解后在40-65℃的温度下进行水浴加热8-24h,得混合汁液B;
(3)研磨过滤:将所述煎煮液A和所述混合汁液B混合,用胶体研磨机研磨2-4次,胶体研磨机的转速为2000~8000r/min,用150-280目的过滤网过滤,滤渣排出,在滤液中加入食品添加剂0.01-0.1份,进行调酸处理,调酸pH为4.0-4.5,糖酸比为55-75∶1,得调配液C;
(4)均质脱气:将所述调配液C用高压均质机在均质3-5次,均质压力为20-25MPa,均质温度40-60℃,将脱气后的液体导入脱气装置,在0.05-0.10MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,得半成品凉茶D;
(5)灌装灭菌:将半成品凉茶D导入灭菌装置进行冷杀菌处理,然后采用饮料自动化生产线进行灌装、封口、检验程序处理后,即可得到改善亚健康状态的凉茶;
所述步骤(1)中还加入牛蒡3-5份。
所述步骤(1)中还加入多鳞口蘑3-5份。
所述步骤(5)中冷杀菌处理方式可以是超高压杀菌、超声波杀菌、紫外线杀菌。
本发明组方原料物优点如下:
1)茅根,又名茅草、白茅草、白茅根,为禾本科茅根属多年生草本植物,功能主治:用于吐血,尿血,热淋,水肿,黄疸,小便不利,热病烦渴,胃热呕哕,咳嗽。茅根所含的薏苡素对骨骼肌的收缩及代谢有抑制作用,还有镇静、解热镇痛等作用。茅根用于胃中烦热不适、恶心、肺热咳喘、心中烦躁、口苦、口渴、牙龈出血等,其清热利湿解毒作用较缓和。
2)大豆肽,富含22种氨基酸,其中包含9种人体不能合成的必需氨基酸。大豆肽为小分子的蛋白质,非常容易被人体吸收,适合蛋白质消化吸收不佳的人群食用,如中老年人、手术后恢复期病人、肿瘤及放化疗病人、胃肠功能不佳者等。此外,大豆肽还具有提高免疫力、增强体力、缓解疲劳、降三高等功效,还具有无豆腥味、无蛋白变性、酸性不沉淀、加热不凝固、易溶于水、流动性好等性能。
3)山楂,山里果、山里红,蔷薇科山楂属,山楂含多种有机酸,口服后增强胃液酸度,提高胃蛋白酶活性,促进蛋白质的消化;山楂味酸,刺激胃黏膜促进胃液分泌;山楂中含脂肪酶,能促进脂肪的消化;山楂含有维生素C等成分,口服可增进食欲;山楂黄酮可显著降低实验性高血脂动物的血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和载脂蛋白B的浓度,显著升高高密度脂蛋白一胆固醇和载脂蛋白A。山楂降血脂作用是通过抑制肝脏胆固醇的合成,促进肝脏对血浆胆固醇的摄人而发挥降血脂作用。山楂黄酮还可降低动脉粥样硬化发生的危险性,起到预防动脉粥样硬化发生发展的作用。山楂对心血管系统的作用,抗心肌缺血、强心、降压和抗氧化。
4)魔芋,具有水平降血糖、降血脂、降压、散毒、养颜、通脉、减肥、通便、开胃等多功能。魔芋中含量最大的葡萄甘露聚糖具有强大的膨胀力,有超过任何一种植物胶的粘韧度,即可填充胃肠,消除饥饿感,又因所含热量微乎其微,故可控制体重,达到减肥健美的目的;魔芋中含有一种凝胶样的化学物质,具有防癌抗癌的神奇魔力,这种凝胶被人吃入体内后,能形成半透明膜衣,附着在肠壁上,阻碍各种有害物质,特别是致癌物质的吸收,所以魔芋又被称为“防癌魔衣”;魔芋还含有一种天然的抗菌素,以魔芋精粉为主要原料,配上其它原料制成食品后,魔芋能在食品表面形成抗菌膜,可防治细菌侵袭,延长贮存时间,起到保鲜防菌的作用。
5)葡萄籽提取物,是从葡萄籽中提取分离得到的一类多酚类物质,主要由原花青素、儿茶素、表儿茶素、没食子酸、表儿茶素没食子酸酯等多酚类物质组成,葡萄籽提取物是纯天然物质,是迄今发现的植物来源最高效的抗氧化剂之一,试验表明,其抗氧化效果是维生素C和维生素E的30~50倍,原花青素具有极强的活性,能抑制香烟中的致癌物,能有效清除体内多余的自由基,保护人体细胞组织免受自由基的氧化损伤,防治过敏、癌症、衰老等100多种与自由基有关的疾病,还具有加强和保护人体活性组织、稳定细胞膜以及抗酶活性等生物特性。主治功能:抗自由基、降低血脂、保护皮肤、保护大脑、抗过敏、保护血管、抗辐射、保护眼睛等功能,此外能有效地预防脑疲劳及脑部退化和引起的疾病。同时可保护血管内壁不受损伤,阻止血小板凝结成血块,减少中风的危险,有效防治心血管病、关节炎、白内障、癌症及免疫力低下。对经常上网、熬夜、长期使用电脑、手机的亚健康人群具有很好的调节和改善亚健康状态的作用。
6)沙棘,是一种落叶性灌木,沙棘果实中维生素C含量高,素有维生素C之王的美称,沙棘果实丰富的营养物质和生物活性物质,入药具有止咳化痰、健胃消食、活血散瘀之功效。现代医学研究,沙棘可降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛发作,能治疗胃和十二指肠溃疡以及消化不良等,对慢性浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、结肠炎等病症疗效显著,还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用。
7)陈皮,为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮,用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多,理气健脾,燥湿化痰,对于亚健康人群中大腹便便者有很大益处,帮其消除脘腹胀满,与山楂同用,用于食积气滞,起到协同的作用。
8)石菖蒲,属天南星科、菖蒲属禾草状多年生草本植物,其根茎具气味。功能主治:化湿开胃,开窍豁痰,醒神益智。用于脘痞不饥,噤口下痢,神昏癫痫,健忘耳聋。理气,活血,散风,去湿。治癫痫,痰厥,热病神昏,健忘,气闭耳聋,心胸烦闷,胃痛,腹痛,风寒湿痹,痈疽肿毒,跌打损伤。
9)白茯苓,它功效非常广泛,不分四季,将它与各种药物配伍,不管寒、温、风、湿诸疾,都能发挥其独特功效,其功能主治:白茯苓既能健脾,又能渗湿,用于脾虚泄泻,又可为补肺脾,治气虚之辅佐药,白茯苓又能养心安神,故可用于心神不安、心悸、失眠等症。
10)夏枯草,多年生草本植物,匍匐根茎,节上生须根。夏枯草全草含有抗人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的酸性多粮夏枯草多糖,以齐敦果酸为苷元的三萜皂苷,含有芸香苷、金丝桃苷等苷类物质,含有熊果酸、咖啡酸及游离的齐敦果酸等有机酸,含维生素B1、维生素C、维生素K、胡萝卜素、树脂、苦味质、鞣质、挥发油、生物碱及氯化钾等无机盐。其功能主治:目赤肿痛、头痛眩晕、目珠夜痛、瘰疬、瘿瘤。
11)枸杞多糖,是一种水溶性多糖,是枸杞中最主要的活性成分,是枸杞的精华所在,易吸收。枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。枸杞多糖可降低非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病血糖和血清中的MDA及一氧化氮的含量,并显著提高血清中的SOD含量,减少外围淋巴细胞的DNA损伤。枸杞多糖能降低四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病兔血糖和血脂的水平,降低高脂饲料喂养大鼠的血脂和血糖水平,是良好的降血糖物质。
12)金银花,又名忍冬,其功效主要是清热解毒,主治温病发热、热毒血痢、痈疽疔毒等。现代研究证明,金银花含有绿原酸、木犀草素苷等药理活性成分,对溶血性链球菌、金黄葡萄球菌等多种致病菌及上呼吸道感染致病病毒等有较强的抑制力,另外还可增强免疫力、抗早孕、护肝、抗肿瘤、消炎、解热、止血(凝血)、抑制肠道吸收胆固醇等,其临床用途非常广泛,可与其它药物配伍用于治疗呼吸道感染、菌痢、急性泌尿系统感染、高血压等40余种病症。
13)菊花,能入药治病,其中含有挥发油、菊甙、腺嘌呤、氨基酸、胆碱、水苏碱、小蘖碱、黄酮类、菊色素、维生素,微量元素等物质,可抗病原体,增强毛细血管抵抗力;其中的类黄酮物质已经被证明对自由基有很强的清除作用,而且在抗氧化,防衰老等方面卓有成效。从营养学角度分析,植物的精华在于花果。菊花花瓣中含有17种氨基酸,其中谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、脯氨酸等含量较高。此外,还富含维生素及铁、锌、铜、硒等微量元素。
14)牛蒡,含有人体必需的各种氨基酸,且含量较高,尤其是具有特殊药理作用的氨基酸含量高,天门冬氨酸占总氨基酸的25%-28%,精氨酸占总氨基酸的18%-20%,且含有Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn等人体必需的宏量元素和微量元素,牛蒡具有治疗糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、抗癌等作用。可降血糖、降血压、血脂、治疗失眠,提高人体免疫力等功效。
15)多鳞口蘑,可食用,属外生菌根菌,实体通常中等大。菌盖直径4-8cm,半球形,后期扁半球形,中部钝凸,表面干燥,褐色,密被黑褐色鳞片,中部鳞片黑色,盖边缘有絮状淡色鳞片。主要分布于西藏等地,由于其高寒环境影响,对亚健康人群状态的改善的作用不可估量,可降血糖、降血压、血脂以及提高免疫力的作用。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的改善亚健康状态的凉茶,在选材方面,以茅根、山楂、沙棘、陈皮、陈皮,石菖蒲,白茯苓,夏枯草,金银花和菊花等十余味中草药为原料,充分利用各味草药的成分,相辅相成,符合中医规律,又加入大豆肽、魔芋粉、葡萄籽提取物、枸杞多糖、食品添加剂这些现代工艺化产品,在充分缓解和纠正亚健康状态的基础上,进一步调节凉茶口感,增加营养物质,使亚健康状态的人群能够快速恢复健康,充满精力缓解疲劳;在制备工艺方面,中草药采用传统的煎煮方法,充分萃取出中草药的有效成分,又用了现代化工艺进行水浴、研磨、均质、脱气和冷杀菌处理方式,使各原料中的有机酸、黄酮类、花青素、多糖、氨基酸、维生素、多酚类物质和矿质微量元素等原生态有效成分不被破坏,充分保存活性,补充人体所需,清除体内自由基,用来纠正和治疗亚健康人群身体乏力、困倦懒怠、情绪低落、焦躁不安、失眠多梦、记忆力减退等症状,起到补益气血,扶正补虚,解郁祛邪,利尿行水,阻抗衰老、缓解疲劳、调解阴阳的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种改善亚健康状态的凉茶,包括如下重量份数的原料:茅根12.5份,大豆肽17.5份,山楂7.5份,魔芋粉7.5份,葡萄籽提取物12.5份,沙棘6份,陈皮4份,石菖蒲4份,白茯苓2份,夏枯草2份,枸杞多糖2份,金银花4份,菊花2份,柠檬酸钠0.05份。
上述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)煎煮:按照重量份数,将茅根12.5份,山楂7.5份,沙棘6份,陈皮4份,石菖蒲4份,白茯苓2份,夏枯草2份,金银花4份,菊花2份加入等重量份数的纯净水,浸泡10分钟后过滤去除杂质,将原料放入原料罐中再加入9倍的纯净水,浸泡5小时后,用大火煎煮至沸腾,改小火煎煮3小时,抽出煎煮液,再次在原料罐中加入9倍的纯净水,大火煎煮至沸腾,改小火煎煮3小时,抽出煎煮液,合并两次的煎煮液,得煎煮液A;
(2)水浴加热,按照重量份数,将大豆肽17.5份,魔芋粉7.5份,葡萄籽提取物12.5份,枸杞多糖2份,加入7倍的水,用混合搅拌机搅拌,搅拌速度为1350r/min,待充分溶解后在58℃的温度下进行水浴加热16h,得混合汁液B;
(3)研磨过滤:将所述煎煮液A和所述混合汁液B混合,用胶体研磨机研磨3次,胶体研磨机的转速为5000r/min,用210目的过滤网过滤,滤渣排出,在滤液中加入柠檬酸钠0.05份,进行调酸处理,调酸pH为4.3,糖酸比为65∶1,得调配液C;
(4)均质脱气:将所述调配液C用高压均质机在均质4次,均质压力为23MPa,均质温度50℃,将脱气后的液体导入脱气装置,在0.07MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,得半成品凉茶D;
(5)灌装灭菌:将半成品凉茶D导入灭菌装置进行超高压杀菌的冷杀菌处理,然后采用饮料自动化生产线进行灌装、封口、检验程序处理后,即可得到改善亚健康状态的凉茶。
实施例2
一种改善亚健康状态的凉茶,包括如下重量份数的原料:茅根10份,大豆肽15份,山楂5份,魔芋粉5份,葡萄籽提取物10份,沙棘5份,陈皮2份,石菖蒲3份,白茯苓1份,夏枯草1份,枸杞多糖1份,金银花3份,菊花1-3份,木糖醇0.01份。
上述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)煎煮:按照重量份数,将茅根10份,山楂5份,沙棘5份,陈皮2份,石菖蒲3份,白茯苓1份,夏枯草1份,金银花3份,菊花1份加入等重量份数的纯净水,浸泡10分钟后过滤去除杂质,将原料放入原料罐中再加入8倍的纯净水,浸泡4小时后,用大火煎煮至沸腾,改小火煎煮3小时,抽出煎煮液,再次在原料罐中加入8倍的纯净水,大火煎煮至沸腾,改小火煎煮3小时,抽出煎煮液,合并两次的煎煮液,得煎煮液A;
(2)水浴加热,按照重量份数,将大豆肽15份,魔芋粉5份,葡萄籽提取物10份,枸杞多糖1份,加入6倍的水,用混合搅拌机搅拌,搅拌速度为1200r/min,待充分溶解后在40℃的温度下进行水浴加热8h,得混合汁液B;
(3)研磨过滤:将所述煎煮液A和所述混合汁液B混合,用胶体研磨机研磨2次,胶体研磨机的转速为2000r/min,用150目的过滤网过滤,滤渣排出,在滤液中加入木糖醇0.01份,进行调酸处理,调酸pH为4.0,糖酸比为55∶1,得调配液C;
(4)均质脱气:将所述调配液C用高压均质机在均质3次,均质压力为20MPa,均质温度40℃,将脱气后的液体导入脱气装置,在0.05MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,得半成品凉茶D;

(4)均质脱气:将所述调配液C用高压均质机在均质5次,均质压力为25MPa,均质温度60℃,将脱气后的液体导入脱气装置,在0.10MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,得半成品凉茶D;

实验例1:
按照实施例1-8的制备方法,各取30瓶灌装规格为500ml的样品,分别进行小鼠动物疲劳实验。选择4周龄SPF级雄性昆明小鼠90只,体质量18-22g,实验前全部小鼠适应性喂养7d,室温22-26℃,相对湿度40%-60%,每日明暗交替12h,所有小鼠分笼饲养,5只/笼,自由饮水、采食,适应一周后,100只小鼠随机分成10组(每组10只),将第1组设为正常对照组,第2组设为疲劳模型组,第3-10分别设为实施例组。
给凉茶前实验:实验前1d禁食,称量各小组的小鼠质量,并对小鼠进行负5%体质量力竭游泳,至小鼠鼻尖沉入水面10s为止,为小鼠的力竭游泳时间,记录游泳时间。
给凉茶后实验:1-2组灌喂蒸馏水,3-10组中每一组灌喂一种实施例的上述产品,每天的灌喂量为40ml/kg,每日早晚各1次,连续灌喂30天,除正常对照组不做任何处理外,其余各组采用强迫小鼠每天水中站立8h,连续30d,制备疲劳亚健康小鼠模型。30d后称量各小组的小鼠质量,并对小鼠进行负5%体质量力竭游泳,至小鼠鼻尖沉入水面10s为止,为小鼠的力竭游泳时间,记录游泳时间。
首次力竭游泳时间为开始实验第1d小鼠的力竭游泳时间,即给凉茶和造模前的力竭游泳时间,此时小鼠为正常状态。末次力竭游泳时间为实验第30d小鼠的力竭游泳时间。每组进行游泳时间统计分析,结果见表1。

由表1可以得出,在首次竭游泳时间方面:各个小组的小鼠上无显著差异,说明各小组的小鼠无疲劳状态;在末次力竭游泳时间方面,实施例1-3组、实施例6-7组相当,没有显著差,正常对照组显著高于实施例1组,说明小鼠在没有疲劳的情况下比,末次游泳时间长于经历过疲劳的实施例1组,疲劳模型组显著低于实施例1组,说明小鼠经历同等疲劳程度后,实施例1组的凉茶对于小鼠有明显改善和缓解疲劳的效果,实施例4-5组、实施例8组显著高于实施例1组,说明小鼠经历同等疲劳程度后,实施例4-5组、实施例8组的凉茶相比实施例1组的凉茶,改善和缓解疲劳的效果更佳。
实验例2:
按照实施例1-8的制备方法,各取30瓶灌装规格为500ml的样品,分别进行小鼠动物疲劳实验。选择4周龄SPF级雄性昆明小鼠90只,体质量18-22g,实验前全部小鼠适应性喂养7d,室温22-26℃,相对湿度40%-60%,每日明暗交替12h,所有小鼠分笼饲养,5只/笼,自由饮水、采食,适应一周后,100只小鼠随机分成10组(每组10只),将第1组设为正常对照组,第2组设为疲劳模型组,第3-10分别设为实施例组。1-2组灌喂生理盐水,3-10组中每一组灌喂一种实施例的上述产品,每天的灌喂量为40ml/kg,每日早晚各1次,连续灌喂30天,除正常对照组不做任何处理外,其余各组采用强迫小鼠每天水中站立8h,连续30d,制备疲劳亚健康小鼠模型。
(1)于最后一次灌喂生理盐水或者凉茶后1.5h,将各组小鼠置于游泳箱中不负重游泳30min,游泳结束后立即采血,加入抗凝素,室温静置3h,离心20min,立即检查血浆中的尿素氮和乳酸,结果见表2。

由表2可以得出,实施例1-3组、实施例6-7组的乳酸相当,没有显著差异,正常对照组、疲劳模型组的乳酸显著高于实施例1组,说明正常对照组小鼠和疲劳模型组小鼠在运动完后体内乳酸高于实施例1组,实施例1组的凉茶对降低小鼠体内乳酸有较好的效果,实施例4-5组、实施例8组的乳酸显著低于实施例1组,说明实施例4-5、实施例8制备的凉茶对降低小鼠体内乳酸的效果比实施例1组更佳。实施例1-3组、实施例6-7组的尿素氮相当,没有显著差异,正常对照组、疲劳模型组的乳酸显著高于实施例1组,实施例4-5组、实施例8组的尿素氮显著低于实施例1组。
(2)将各小组的小鼠脱臼处死,取小鼠的比目鱼肌,测定小鼠骨骼肌丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和总抗氧化能力(TAC),结果见表3。

由表3可以得出,实施例1-3组、实施例6-7组的丙二醇相当,无显著性差异,正常对照组、实施例4-5组、实施例8组的丙二醇显著低于实施例1组,实施例4-5组、实施例8组的丙二醇与正常对照组含量相当,但稍微高于正常对照组,疲劳模型组的丙二醇显著高于实施例1组。实施例1-3组、实施例6-7组的超氧化物歧化酶相当,无显著性差异,正常对照组、实施例4-5组、实施例8组的超氧化物歧化酶显著高于实施例1组,实施例4-5组、实施例8组的超氧化物歧化酶与正常对照组含量相当,但稍微低于正常对照组,疲劳模型组的丙二醇显著低于实施例1组。实施例1-3组、实施例6-7组的总抗氧化能力相当,无显著性差异,正常对照组、实施例4-5组、实施例8组的总抗氧化能力显著高于实施例1组,实施例4-5组、实施例8组的总抗氧化能力与正常对照组相当,但稍微低于正常对照组,疲劳模型组的总抗氧化能力显著低于实施例1组。通过测定小鼠骨骼肌丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶和总抗氧化能力,提示本实施例的凉茶能够提高亚健康小鼠的抗氧化能力而减少氧化应激损伤。
(3)凉茶的毒性试验:将脱臼处死的小鼠进行病理组织检查,肉眼所见各组小鼠与正常对照组相比,小鼠的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、肠均正常,显微镜下观察各小组与正常对照组相比,小鼠的心、肝、脾、肺、肾,胃、肠均未见异常病变。对预先采集的小鼠血液进行生化检查,结果见表4。

由表4可以得出,各组小鼠的血液生化检查的总胆固醇、肌酐、谷丙转氨酶含量相当,无显著性差异,说明该凉茶无毒副作用。
实验例3:
按照实施例1-8的制备方法,各取20瓶灌装规格为300ml的样品进行感官评定,受试人数为160人,随机分给23-59岁的办公室白领人群进行品尝,品尝每瓶饮料并进行感官评分,感官评定标准如下:
(1)色泽:鲜亮透明微红色,分值8-10;鲜亮度透明呈深红色,分值4-7;色泽暗淡,分值0-3。
(2)气味:有中草药独特香气,气味清香,分值8-10;有中草药香气较淡,夹杂其它气味,分值4-7;无香气,分值0-3。
(3)滋味:味感协调均和,酸甜可口,分值8-10;味感一般,酸甜一般,分值4-7;味感较差,酸涩或无味道,分值0-3。
(4)组织状态:组织细腻,均匀无杂质,分值8-10;稍许沉淀或浑浊,分值4-7;沉淀较多,浑浊严重,分值0-3。
白领人群感官评定完成后进行统计分析,结果见表5。

由表5可以得出,实施例1-3,实施例6-7的色泽相当,没有显著差异,实施例4-5、实施例8的色泽显著高于实施例1。实施例1-3,实施例5-7的风味相当,没有显著差异,实施例4、实施例8的风味显著高于实施例1。实施例1-4,实施例6-7的滋味相当,没有显著差异,实施例5、实施例8的滋味显著高于实施例1。实施例1-3,实施例6-7的组织状态相当,没有显著差异,实施例4-5、实施例8的组织状态显著高于实施例1。
实验例4:
临床试验:筛选亚健康状态人群450例,随机分为9组,每组50人,各组饮用凉茶前在性别、年龄、病因构成等方面的差异均无显著性(P>0.05),表明组间均衡性较好,具有可比性。
筛选亚健康状态人群符合以下9项临界指标之一,即诊断为亚健康:(1)体重指数(BMI)≥25kg/m2或男性腰围≥102cm、女性腰围≥88c m;(2)收缩压为15.96-18.49kP a(120~139mmHg),舒张压为10.64-11.84kPa(80~89mmHg);(3)甘油三酯(TG)≥1.69mmol/L;(4)总胆固醇(TC)≥5.17mmol/L;(5)血糖为6.1-7.0mmol/L(110~125mg/dL);(6)估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)为60-90mL/(min·1.73m 2)且无蛋白尿;(7)脂肪肝1期但无肝功能异常,或肝功能异常但无脂肪肝;(8)血浆硫代巴比妥酸反应产物(TBARS)≥5.09pmol/L;(9)睡眠质量不佳且问卷不适症状≥1项。
将9组中的1组设为对照组,其余8组设为实施例组,实施例组的每1组饮用按照实施例1-8的制备方法制备的凉茶,每天早晚各1次,每次100ml,对照组饮用等量的市场上流行的杜仲茶,每组均以1个月为期限,到期后进行疗效性观察,并统计饮用凉茶前后的症状改善情况。
疗效性观察指标为:身体乏力、困倦懒怠、情绪低落、焦躁不安、失眠多梦、记忆力减退、食欲不振、多汗、腰膝酸软、头晕目眩、咽燥舌红、手足心热等。疗效评定标准如下:(1)痊愈:主要症状消失,症状改善率在90%以上;②显效:主要症状显著减轻,症状改善率在60%-90%之间:③有效:主要症状和次要症状及体征有所改善,症状改善率在40%-60%之间;④无效:用药前后症状无明显改善,症状改善率不足40%,各项指数均无改善。疗效统计情况见表6。

由表6可以得出,实施例1-3组、实施例6-7组的总有效率相当,无显著差异,在90%以下;对照组的总有效率显著低于实施例1组,实施例4-5组、实施例8组的总有效率显著高于实施例1组,在90%以上,说明由本发明制备的凉茶具有改善亚健康状态的作用。
Claims (8)
1.一种改善亚健康状态的凉茶,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:茅根10-15份,大豆肽15-20份,山楂5-10份,魔芋粉5-10份,葡萄籽提取物10-15份,沙棘5-7份,陈皮2-6份,石菖蒲3-5份,白茯苓1-3份,夏枯草1-3份,枸杞多糖1-3份,金银花3-5份,菊花1-3份,食品添加剂0.01-0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶,其特征在于,所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的原料还包括牛蒡3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶,其特征在于,所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的原料还包括多鳞口蘑3-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶,其特征在于,所述食品添加剂为柠檬酸,柠檬酸钠,D-异抗坏血酸钠,羧甲基纤维素钠,木糖醇一种或者一种以上。
5.权利要求1所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)煎煮:按照重量份数,将茅根10-15份,山楂5-10份,沙棘5-7份,陈皮2-6份,石菖蒲3-5份,白茯苓1-3份,夏枯草1-3份,金银花3-5份,菊花1-3份加入等重量份数的纯净水,浸泡10分钟后过滤去除杂质,将原料放入原料罐中再加入8-10倍的纯净水,浸泡4-6小时后,用大火煎煮至沸腾,改小火煎煮3小时,抽出煎煮液,再次在原料罐中加入8-10倍的纯净水,大火煎煮至沸腾,改小火煎煮3小时,抽出煎煮液,合并两次的煎煮液,得煎煮液A;
(2)水浴加热,按照重量份数,将大豆肽15-20份,魔芋粉5-10份,葡萄籽提取物10-15份,枸杞多糖1-3份,加入6-8倍的水,用混合搅拌机搅拌,搅拌速度为 1200 -1500r /min,待充分溶解后在40-65℃的温度下进行水浴加热8-24h,得混合汁液B;
(3)研磨过滤:将所述煎煮液A和所述混合汁液B混合,用胶体研磨机研磨2-4次,胶体研磨机的转速为2000~8000 r/min,用150-280目的过滤网过滤,滤渣排出,在滤液中加入食品添加剂0.01-0.1份,进行调酸处理,调酸pH 为4.0-4.5,糖酸比为55-75∶1,得调配液C;
(4)均质脱气:将所述调配液C用高压均质机在均质3-5次,均质压力为20-25MPa,均质温度40-60℃,将脱气后的液体导入脱气装置,在0.05-0.10MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,得半成品凉茶D;
(5)灌装灭菌:将半成品凉茶D导入灭菌装置进行冷杀菌处理,然后采用饮料自动化生产线进行灌装、封口、检验程序处理后,即可得到改善亚健康状态的凉茶。
6.根据权利要求5所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中还加入牛蒡3-5份。
7.根据权利要求5所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中还加入多鳞口蘑3-5份。
8.根据权利要求5所述改善亚健康状态的凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中冷杀菌处理方式可以是超高压杀菌、超声波杀菌、紫外线杀菌。
