本发明涉及饮料技术领域,具体公开了一种饮料原液、添加该饮料原液的菊花苗复合植物饮料及其制备方法。菊花苗复合植物饮料由以下重量份数的原料制成:饮料原液10-30份、甜味剂1-12份、酸味剂0.01-0.5份,纯净水补足至100份。本发明提供的菊花苗复合植物饮料采用闪式提取工艺,再经低温冷藏和离心分离方法制得,制得的饮料成品清澈、无沉淀、口感清爽。各有效组分均为药食两用植物或新资源食品植物,无任何毒副作用,可长期饮用,各组分功效产生协同作用,从而能够实现有效的保健功能。本发明提供的菊花苗复合植物饮料中富含氨基酸、维生素、挥发油等多种生物活性物质和人体必需的微量元素,可提高机体免疫机能,老少皆宜。

背景技术
现在,电视、电脑和手机等视频显示器已经成为人们每天生活和工作中使用、依赖的必需品,对于大多数工作的人来说,一天中有将近三分之二的时间是在视频显示器前度过的。长时间的面对这些视频显示器,一方面会造成用眼过度,目前产生眼睛疲劳人数在呈几何级增长,如果不及时进行调理保养,可能会导致其他眼病的发生;另一方面,人们在这些视频显示器前浪费了很多时间,用于锻炼运动的时间极少,导致了身体的亚健康状态,如经常会出现腰背酸疼、体虚乏力等问题。

一种菊花苗复合植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下重量份数称取各组分:干燥菊花苗5-60份、白芷5-50份、桑叶5-20份、玳玳花5-60份、玫瑰花5-50份、仙草5-40份、干姜5-20份、玫瑰茄5-40份,之后清洗、混合,得混合原料;
(2)将混合原料送入闪式提取器中,然后再加入纯净水,对混合原料进行闪式提取,制得提取液,将所得提取液过滤,在0-4℃下低温冷藏10-15小时,之后离心分离得到饮料原液;
(3)取饮料原液10-30重量份、甜味剂1-12重量份、酸味剂0.01-0.5重量份,先将甜味剂与饮料原液混合均匀,然后再加入酸味剂进行混合调配,纯净水补足至100重量份,制成饮料半成品;
(4)所述饮料半成品过滤,之后高温瞬时灭菌,再经灌装、密封、后杀菌、冷却、质量检测,制得菊花苗复合植物饮料成品。
优选的,步骤(1)中,各组分的重量份数为:干燥菊花苗30-60份、白芷10-40份、桑叶6-12份、玳玳花20-50份、玫瑰花10-40份、仙草8-35份、干姜6-15份、玫瑰茄8-30份。
步骤(2)中纯净水的用量为:混合原料重量︰纯净水重量=1︰(10-20)。
所述甜味剂的重量份数为2-10份,所述甜味剂为白砂糖、蜂蜜、木糖醇中的一种或任意两种组合。
所述酸味剂的重量份数为0.01-0.3份,所述酸味剂为柠檬酸。
本发明提供的菊花苗复合植物饮料中各主要原料介绍如下。
菊花苗,又名玉英,为菊的幼嫩茎叶。《本草求原》记载:其性味甘,微苦,凉。入肺、肝、胆三经。有清肝胆热,益肝气,明目去翳的功效。可用于治疗头风眩晕,目翳。菊花苗茎含赤霉素,细胞激肽,从幼株中分离得到氯代菊花内酯。赤霉素是植物内源性生长激素,在任何植物的生长顶端都会自己少量生产。曾有报导服用适量赤霉素可以治疗胃溃疡、胃粘膜受损等疾病。
白芷,为伞型科植物白芷的干燥根。《中国药典》记载:其性味辛,温。归胃、大肠、肺经。有散风除湿,通窍止痛,消肿排脓的功效。用于感冒头痛,眉棱骨痛,鼻塞,鼻渊,牙痛,疮疡肿痛、皮肤瘙痒。白芷含挥发油、香豆素及其衍生物、维生素及多种微量元素。药理作用有抗炎、解痉、抗菌、抗辐射、解热镇痛等。
桑叶,为桑科植物桑的干燥叶。性味甘、苦,寒。归肺、肝经。有疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目的功效。可用于治疗风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花。桑叶含甾体及三萜类化合物如蜕皮甾酮、β-谷甾醇及其乙酰衍生物、黄酮及其甙类如芸香甙、槲皮素、桑黄酮、香豆精及其甙类如伞形花内酯、东莨菪甙等;含挥发油如愈创木酚、缬草酸等,还含有多种氨基酸及小肽、生物碱等。药理表明,桑叶具有抗菌、降血糖、促进细胞生长作用,能促进人体蛋白质合成,排除体内胆固醇,降低血脂。
玳玳花,为芸香科植物玳玳花的花蕾。其性味辛、甘、微苦、性平。归肝、胃二经。有理气宽胸,和胃止呕的功效。主胸中痞闷、脘腹胀痛、不思饮食、恶心呕吐。玳玳花含挥发油,油中主要含柠檬烯、芳樟醇、牻牛儿醇、香茅醇、缬草酸等。药理作用表明,其对胃肠有温和的刺激作用,能促进消化腺分泌,排除肠内积气。
玫瑰花,为蔷薇科植物玫瑰的干燥花蕾。《中国药典》记载:其性味甘、微苦,温。归肝、脾经。有行气解郁,和血,止痛的功效。用于肝胃气痛,食少呕恶,月经不调,跌扑伤痛。花含挥发油,主要成分为香茅醇、牻牛儿醇、橙花醇、丁香油酚等。此外,还含黄酮类化合物、萜烯类化合物、苦味质、β-胡萝卜素等。药理作用表明,玫瑰花提取物对人免疫缺陷病病毒(艾滋病病毒)、白血病病毒和T细胞白血病病毒均有抗病毒作用。玫瑰花具有营养心肌、增加心肌血流量、降低血黏度和血小板聚集率等作用;玫瑰花黄酮有清除自由基提高抗氧化作用的能力。
仙草,又称凉粉草,属一年生草本宿根植物。其性味甘、淡,凉。入心、肝、胃三经。有清热利湿,凉血解暑的功效。可用于治疗急性风湿性关节炎、高血压、中暑、感冒、黄疸、急性肾炎、糖尿病。全草所含仙草多糖,具有增强和提高机体免疫机能作用,所含黄酮类物质具有抑制癌症细胞生长、降低血压的作用。
干姜,为姜科植物姜的干燥根茎。其性味辛、热。归脾、胃、肾、心、肺经。有温中散寒,回阳通脉,燥湿消痰的功效。用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐泄泻,肢冷脉微,痰饮喘咳。干姜油含挥发性成分α-姜烯、牻牛儿醇、β-水芹烯、芳樟醇等,药理作用表明,干姜的水提物和醚提物都具有显著镇痛抗炎作用;干姜提取物具有抗肿瘤启动子活性;干姜提取物对机体免疫功能具有双相调节作用。干姜的水提物和挥发油能抑制血小板聚集、预防血栓形成。
玫瑰茄,为锦葵科植物玫瑰茄的共萼。《中华本草》记载:其性味酸,凉。归肾经。有敛肺止咳,降血压,解酒的功效。主肺虚咳嗽、高血压、醉酒。玫瑰茄含丰富的有机酸,包括氨基酸、维生素C、柠檬酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、原儿茶酸等;黄酮苷有玫瑰茄苷、木槿苷、接骨木二糖苷、矢车菊素等多种花青苷。具有抗炎、抗高血压、调血脂、抗肥胖、抗焦虑和镇静、保肝等多种药理作用。
菊花苗在本发明提供的菊花苗复合植物饮料中为君药,具有清肝明目功效,桑叶、玳玳花、玫瑰花与菊花苗共用,可行气散结、清肺润燥,增强菊花苗功效;加入白芷、仙草和干姜,散寒除湿,消肿止痛,通筋活络;玫瑰茄、桑叶共用,止咳、敛肺、润燥。以上组分合用,共奏清肝明目、滋肾润肺、补脾益气之功效。
本发明提供的菊花苗复合植物饮料中各组分均为药食两用植物或新资源食品植物,无任何毒副作用,可长期饮用。将这些药食同源植物组合使用,各组分的功效产生协同作用,从而能够实现有效的保健功能。本发明提供的菊花苗复合植物饮料中还富含氨基酸、维生素、挥发油等多种生物活性物质和人体必需的微量元素,可提高机体免疫机能,是一种天然养生保健饮料,老少皆宜,尤其适合用眼较多和活动量不足的人群饮用。本发明提供的菊花苗复合植物饮料采用闪式提取工艺,再经低温冷藏和离心分离方法制得,制得的饮料成品清澈、无沉淀、口感清爽。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种菊花苗复合植物饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
饮料原液 10份
木糖醇 1份
柠檬酸 0.01份,
纯净水补足至 100份;
饮料原液由以下重量份数的原料制成:
干燥菊花苗 5份
白芷 5份
桑叶 5份
玳玳花 5份
玫瑰花 5份
仙草 5份
干姜 5份
玫瑰茄 5份。
本实施例菊花苗复合植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下重量份数称取各组分:干燥菊花苗5份、白芷5份、桑叶5份、玳玳花5份、玫瑰花5份、仙草5份、干姜5份、玫瑰茄5份,之后清洗、混合,得混合原料;
(2)将混合原料送入闪式提取器中,然后再加入纯净水,纯净水的用量为:混合原料重量︰纯净水重量=1︰10,对混合原料进行闪式提取,制得提取液,将所得提取液过滤,在4℃下低温冷藏15小时,之后离心分离得到饮料原液;
(3)取饮料原液10重量份,木糖醇1重量份、柠檬酸0.01重量份,先将木糖醇与饮料原液混合均匀,然后再加入柠檬酸进行混合调配,然后加入纯净水补足至100重量份,制成饮料半成品;
(4)饮料半成品过滤,之后高温瞬时灭菌,再经灌装、密封、后杀菌、冷却、质量检测,制得菊花苗复合植物饮料成品。
实施例2
一种菊花苗复合植物饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
饮料原液 30份
白砂糖 8份
蜂蜜 4份
柠檬酸 0.5份
纯净水补足至 100份;
饮料原液由以下重量份数的原料制成:
干燥菊花苗 60份
白芷 50份
桑叶 20份
玳玳花 60份
玫瑰花 50份
仙草 40份
干姜 20份
玫瑰茄 40份。
本实施例菊花苗复合植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下重量份数称取各组分:干燥菊花苗60份、白芷50份、桑叶20份、玳玳花60份、玫瑰花50份、仙草40份、干姜20份、玫瑰茄40份,之后清洗、混合,得混合原料;
(2)将混合原料送入闪式提取器中,然后再加入纯净水,纯净水的用量为:混合原料重量︰纯净水重量=1︰20,对混合原料药进行闪式提取,制得提取液,所得提取液过滤,在0℃下低温冷藏10小时,之后离心分离得到饮料原液;
(3)取饮料原液30重量份、白砂糖8重量份、蜂蜜4重量份、柠檬酸0.5重量份,先将白砂糖、蜂蜜与饮料原液混合均匀,然后再加入柠檬酸进行混合调配,纯净水补足至100重量份,制成饮料半成品;
(4)饮料半成品过滤,之后高温瞬时灭菌,再经灌装、密封、后杀菌、冷却、质量检测,制得菊花苗复合植物饮料成品。
实施例3
一种菊花苗复合植物饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
饮料原液 25份
蜂蜜 2份
白砂糖 8份
柠檬酸 0.1份
纯净水补足至 100份;
饮料原液由以下重量份数的原料制成:
干燥菊花苗 50份
白芷 40份
桑叶 6份
玳玳花 30份
玫瑰花 40份
仙草 8份
干姜 15份
玫瑰茄 30份。
本实施例菊花苗复合植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下重量份数称取各组分:干燥菊花苗50份、白芷40份、桑叶6份、玳玳花30份、玫瑰花40份、仙草8份、干姜15份、玫瑰茄30份,之后清洗、混合,得混合原料;
(2)将混合原料送入闪式提取器中,然后再加入纯净水,纯净水的用量为:混合原料重量︰纯净水重量=1︰18,对混合原料药进行闪式提取,制得提取液,所得提取液过滤,在2℃下低温冷藏13小时,之后离心分离得到饮料原液;
(3)取饮料原液25重量份、蜂蜜2重量份、白砂糖8重量份、柠檬酸0.1重量份,先将蜂蜜、白砂糖与饮料原液混合均匀,然后再加入柠檬酸进行混合调配,纯净水补足至100重量份,制成饮料半成品;
(4)饮料半成品过滤,之后高温瞬时灭菌,再经灌装、密封、后杀菌、冷却、质量检测,制得菊花苗复合植物饮料成品。
实施例4
一种菊花苗复合植物饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
饮料原液 20份
白砂糖 8份
柠檬酸 0.3份
纯净水补足至 100份;
饮料原液由以下重量份数的原料制成:
干燥菊花苗 40份
白芷 10份
桑叶 12份
玳玳花 30份
玫瑰花 10份
仙草 35份
干姜 12份
玫瑰茄 8份。
本实施例菊花苗复合植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下重量份数称取各组分:干燥菊花苗40份、白芷10份、桑叶12份、玳玳花30份、玫瑰花10份、仙草35份、干姜12份、玫瑰茄8份,之后清洗、混合,得混合原料;
(2)将混合原料送入闪式提取器中,然后再加入纯净水,纯净水的用量为:混合原料重量︰纯净水重量=1︰15,对混合原料药进行闪式提取,制得提取液,所得提取液过滤,在0℃下低温冷藏10小时,之后离心分离得到饮料原液;
(3)取饮料原液20重量份、白砂糖8重量份、柠檬酸0.3重量份,先将白砂糖与饮料原液混合均匀,然后再加入柠檬酸进行混合调配,纯净水补足至100重量份,制成饮料半成品;
(4)饮料半成品过滤,之后高温瞬时灭菌,再经灌装、密封、后杀菌、冷却、质量检测,制得菊花苗复合植物饮料成品。
实施例5
一种菊花苗复合植物饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
饮料原液 30份
木糖醇 2份

柠檬酸 0.03份
纯净水补足至 100份;
饮料原液由以下重量份数的原料制成:
干燥菊花苗 30份
白芷 20份
桑叶 10份
玳玳花 20份
玫瑰花 15份
仙草 20份
干姜 8份
玫瑰茄 20份。
本实施例菊花苗复合植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下重量份数称取各组分:干燥菊花苗30份、白芷20份、桑叶10份、玳玳花20份、玫瑰花15份、仙草20份、干姜8份、玫瑰茄20份,之后清洗、混合,得混合原料;
(2)将混合原料送入闪式提取器中,然后再加入纯净水,纯净水的用量为:混合原料重量︰纯净水重量=1︰20,对混合原料药进行闪式提取,制得提取液,所得提取液过滤,在1℃下低温冷藏12小时,之后离心分离得到饮料原液;
(3)取饮料原液30重量份、木糖醇2重量份、白砂糖6重量份、柠檬酸0.03重量份,先将木糖醇、白砂糖与饮料原液混合均匀,然后再加入柠檬酸进行混合调配,纯净水补足至100重量份,制成饮料半成品;
(4)饮料半成品过滤,之后高温瞬时灭菌,再经灌装、密封、后杀菌、冷却、质量检测,制得菊花苗复合植物饮料成品。

9.一种菊花苗复合植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下重量份数称取各组分:干燥菊花苗5-60份、白芷5-50份、桑叶5-20份、玳玳花5-60份、玫瑰花5-50份、仙草5-40份、干姜5-20份、玫瑰茄5-40份,之后清洗、混合,得混合原料;
(2)将混合原料送入闪式提取器中,然后再加入纯净水,对混合原料进行闪式提取,制得提取液,将所得提取液过滤,在0-4℃下低温冷藏10-15小时,之后离心分离得到饮料原液;
(3)取饮料原液10-30重量份、甜味剂1-12重量份、酸味剂0.01-0.5重量份,先将甜味剂与饮料原液混合均匀,然后再加入酸味剂进行混合调配,纯净水补足至100重量份,制成饮料半成品;
(4)所述饮料半成品过滤,之后高温瞬时灭菌,再经灌装、密封、后杀菌、冷却、质量检测,制得菊花苗复合植物饮料成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的菊花苗复合植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中纯净水的用量为:混合原料重量︰纯净水重量=1︰(10-20)。
