本发明涉及饮品技术领域,尤其涉及一种能快速醒酒的植物配方的解酒饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
草本饮料以健康为理念,我国草本饮料市场前景广阔,以广东凉茶为代表的植物饮料,符合现代人对健康饮食习惯的追求,凉茶及草本概念已深入人心。饮料正逐渐成为现代人生活中不可缺少的一部分,随着对健康的日益关注,人们对饮料的要求已不再局限于解渴,人们开始更加注重饮料的原料及对人体的影响。
目前市场上有不少纯天然饮品,以传统中药材为主要成分的植物饮料也日渐受到市场的关注,尤其对其中药材的成分和配比。但除了果汁饮料、茶饮料外,单纯的以中药材为主要成分的植物饮料相对有限。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种口感独特的能快速醒酒的植物配方的解酒饮料,还提供了一种工艺简单的植物配方的解酒饮料的制备方法。
本发明提供一种能快速醒酒的植物配方的解酒饮料,由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子5~10份、葛花5~10份、葛根5~10份、珍珠草5~10份、五味子5~10份、灵芝1~5份、丹参5~10份、山楂1~5份、夏枯草5~10份、决明子5~10份、人参1~5份、木糖醇10~20份、柠檬酸0.01~0.05份、蜂蜜1~5份、生姜汁1~5份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子8份、葛花8份、葛根8份、珍珠草6份、五味子5份、灵芝1份、丹参5份、山楂2份、夏枯草6份、决明子6份、人参1份、木糖醇12份、柠檬酸0.03份、蜂蜜3份、生姜汁3份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子5.5份、葛花5.5份、葛根6份、珍珠草5.5份、五味子5.5份、灵芝1.5份、丹参6份、山楂2.5份、夏枯草6.5份、决明子6.5份、人参2.5份、木糖醇16份、柠檬酸0.02份、蜂蜜1.5份、生姜汁2份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子9份、葛花9.5份、葛根8.5份、珍珠草9份、五味子8.5份、灵芝4.5份、丹参9.5份、山楂4份、夏枯草9份、决明子9.5份、人参4.5份、木糖醇18份、柠檬酸0.04份、蜂蜜4份、生姜汁4.5份。
本发明还提供一种上述解酒饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,筛选枳椇子、葛花、葛根、珍珠草、五味子、灵芝、丹参、山楂、夏枯草、决明子、人参,利用蒸馏水清洗干净,采用有机溶剂进行回流提取,得到提取液和滤渣,采用有机溶剂对滤渣进行再次回流提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后浓缩,获得浓缩液,静置一段时间,去除沉淀,即得到植物提取液;
S2,将木糖醇、柠檬酸、蜂蜜分别溶解于水中稀释,得到木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液;
S3,向步骤S1制得的植物提取液中依次加入木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和生姜汁,然后加入一定量的水,利用均质设备混合均匀,即得到植物配方的解酒饮料。
进一步地,步骤S1中,所述有机溶剂为乙醇,采用乙醇进行回流提取时的温度条件为40~80℃,压力条件为-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa,浓缩时的温度条件为30~60℃,压力条件为-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa,浓缩至浓缩比重为1.1~1.5,所述浓缩液静置20h~40h。
进一步地,步骤S2中,木糖醇、柠檬酸和蜂蜜与用于溶解稀释的水的质量比为1:2~1:4。
进一步地,所述生姜汁通过以下方法制备:将生姜去皮,洗净切片,放入榨汁机中,加入水,启动榨汁机搅拌,然后利用过滤网过滤去除姜渣,保留姜液,将姜液煮沸5~10分钟,冷却,即得到生姜汁。
进一步地,步骤S3中,植物提取液、木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和生姜汁的体积总和与加入的水的体积比为1:10~1:50。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:本发明提供的解酒饮料很好地保留了中药植物成分的功效,口感独特、味道清爽,能够提高乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性,有效促进酒精的分解,且见效快,可缓解过量饮酒后的不适、宿醉后头晕、头痛等症状;本发明提供的解酒饮料通过将各种植物合理复配,有效提高了药物活性;本发明提供的解酒饮料采用乙醇提取植物成分,充分保留了中草药的活性成分,极大提高了中草药的利用率;本发明提供的解酒饮料通过加入蜂蜜,有效缩短了醒酒时间;本发明提供的解酒饮料的制备方法工艺简单、流程可控,能够实现大规模工业生产,具有较好的市场应用价值。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地描述。
请参考图1,本发明的实施例提供了一种植物配方的解酒饮料,由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子5~10份、葛花5~10份、葛根5~10份、珍珠草5~10份、五味子5~10份、灵芝1~5份、丹参5~10份、山楂1~5份、夏枯草5~10份、决明子5~10份、人参1~5份、木糖醇10~20份、柠檬酸0.01~0.05份、蜂蜜1~5份、生姜汁1~5份。
生姜汁的制备方法为:将生姜去皮,洗净切片,放入榨汁机中,加入水(水量刚没过姜片即可),启动榨汁机搅拌,然后利用过滤网过滤去除姜渣,保留姜液,利用加热器将姜液煮沸5~10分钟,冷却,即得到生姜汁。
枳椇子具有生津止渴、醒酒、利尿、保肝的功效,用于醉酒、化学性肝损伤、消渴等症,具有广泛的临床治疗和保健应用价值。
葛花具有解酒醒脾,止血之功效,用于伤酒烦热口渴,头痛头晕,脘腹胀满,呕逆吐酸,不思饮食,吐血,肠风下血。
葛根为豆科植物,是中国南方一些省区的一种常食蔬菜,其味甘凉可口,常作煲汤之用,其主要成分是淀粉,此外含有约12%的黄酮类化合物,包括大豆(黄豆)甙、大豆甙元、葛根素等10余种;并含有胡萝卜甙、氨基酸、香豆素类等,葛根所含有的黄酮类物质,具有抗菌、活血化瘀、扩张冠状动脉血管和脑血管、降低心肌耗氧量、改善心肌收缩功能、促进血液循环、增强机体免疫力等多种药理与保健作用。
珍珠草性凉、微苦,具有平肝清热、利水解毒之功效,主要用于治疗传染性肝炎、肠炎、痢疾、肾炎水肿、小儿疳积等,研究表明,珍珠草含有黄酮、木脂素、萜类、鞣质、生物碱等多种化合物,具有较强的抗乙肝病毒和保肝活性。
五味子的果实具有甘、酸、辛、苦、咸五味,具有敛肺生津、益胃养心、收敛固涩和滋补强壮等功效,五味子中含有木脂素、多糖和挥发油等主要活性成分,总木脂素的含量为2%~8%。
灵芝,为多孔菌科真菌灵芝的子实体,味甘性平,扶正固本,其主要活性成分为灵芝三萜和灵芝多糖,灵芝三萜具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗衰老和护肝等药理功效,灵芝多糖具有抗肿瘤,免疫调节,抗氧化,降血糖等药理作用。
丹参为唇形科鼠尾草属植物,其根及根茎入药,具有祛癖止痛、活血通经、清心除烦、保肝、改善肝微循环的功效。
山楂具有降血脂、降血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。
夏枯草既是食品又是中药材,性寒,味辛、苦,归肝、胆经,具有清肝泻火、明目、散结消肿的功效,主要用于目赤肿痛、目珠夜痛、头痛眩晕、瘰疬、瘿瘤、乳痈、乳癖、乳房胀痛等病症的治疗。
决明子是药食两用的中药,具有降压、利胆、保肝功效,及降低血清胆固醇和强心作用。
人参含有多种人参皂苷、挥发油、氨基酸、微量元素、糖类、维生素类等对人体有益的物质,人参除了能滋补强身外,在防肿瘤、抗衰老、抗心律失常、抑制细胞凋亡、降糖降脂、改善学习记忆、增强性功能和免疫功能及解酒等方面均有疗效。
木糖醇不仅能够作为甜味剂调节口味,而且具有解酒、改善肝功能的作用。
蜂蜜中含有一种特殊的果糖,可以促进酒精的分解吸收,减轻头痛症状,尤其是红酒引起的头痛;另外蜂蜜具有催眠作用,能使人快速入睡,并且饮酒第二天起床后也不头痛;蜂蜜还具有保护肝脏的作用,为肝脏的代谢活动提供能量准备,刺激肝组织再生,修复肝损伤。
生姜性温味辛,具有健胃消脾、温肺止咳、杀菌解毒、缓解或消除酒醉的功效,生姜中含有的挥发性姜油酮和姜油酚具有活血、驱寒、除湿和发汗的功效。
参考图1,本发明的实施例还提供了上述解酒饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,按重量份计,筛选枳椇子5~10份、葛花5~10份、葛根5~10份、珍珠草5~10份、五味子5~10份、灵芝1~5份、丹参5~10份、山楂1~5份、夏枯草5~10份、决明子5~10份、人参1~5份,利用蒸馏水清洗干净,采用有机溶剂进行回流提取,得到提取液和滤渣,采用有机溶剂对滤渣进行再次回流提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后浓缩至浓缩比重为1.1~1.5,获得浓缩液,静置20h~40h,去除沉淀,保留上清液,即得到植物提取液。
步骤S2,按重量份计,称取木糖醇10~20份、柠檬酸0.01~0.05份、蜂蜜1~5份分别溶解于水中稀释,得到木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液;其中,木糖醇、柠檬酸和蜂蜜与用于溶解稀释的水的质量比为1:2~1:4。
步骤S3,按重量份计,向步骤S1制得的植物提取液中依次加入木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和1~5份生姜汁,然后加入一定量的水,利用均质设备混合均匀,即得到植物配方的解酒饮料;其中,植物提取液、木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和生姜汁的体积总和与加入的水的体积比为1:10~1:50。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的解酒饮料及其制备方法进行详细说明。
实施例1:
按重量份计,筛选枳椇子8份、葛花8份、葛根8份、珍珠草6份、五味子5份、灵芝1份、丹参5份、山楂2份、夏枯草6份、决明子6份和人参1份,利用蒸馏水清洗干净,装入密封滤纸包中,将密封滤纸包放入提取罐,向提取罐内加入乙醇,加入的乙醇的体积是密封滤纸包内的原料的总体积的5~20倍,然后在温度为40~80℃、压力为-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa下加热1~10h,得到提取液和滤渣,提取过程中,乙醇经冷凝装置回流到提取罐,收集第一次提取后得到的提取液,然后加入乙醇对滤渣再次加热提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后在温度30~60℃、压力-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa下浓缩1~10h,浓缩至浓缩比重为1.1~1.5,得到浓缩液,浓缩过程中,乙醇经冷凝装置被收集到回收罐回收利用,然后将浓缩液静置20h~40h,去除沉淀,保留上清液,得到植物提取液;按重量份计,称取木糖醇12份、柠檬酸0.03份、蜂蜜3份分别溶解于水中稀释,得到木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液,木糖醇、柠檬酸和蜂蜜与用于溶解稀释的水的质量比为1:3;按重量份计,向植物提取液中依次加入木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和3份生姜汁,然后加入水,植物提取液、木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和生姜汁的体积总和与加入的水的体积比为1:20,利用均质设备混合均匀,得到植物配方的解酒饮料。
将得到的解酒饮料装入饮料瓶中,灌装,封口,每瓶含500mL解酒饮料。
性能实验1:
选取48只健康小鼠(雌雄各半,体重20~30g),随机分为两组:对照组1和实验组1,对照组1按体重灌胃1mL/10g剂量的生理盐水,实验组1按体重灌胃1mL/10g剂量的实施例1制得的解酒饮料,15分钟后所有小鼠灌胃0.2mL43度的白酒,等待60分钟后,采集所有小鼠的血液,测量酒精浓度,对照组1的小鼠体内的酒精浓度为15~20mg/mL,实验组1的小鼠体内的酒精浓度为2~6mg/mL,实验结果表明实施例1制得的解酒饮料具有较好的解酒效果。
实施例2:
实施例2与实施例1的区别仅在于制备解酒饮料的过程中不添加蜂蜜,余则与实施例1基本相同。
性能实验2:
选取48只健康小鼠(雌雄各半,体重20~30g),随机分为两组:对照组2和实验组2,对照组2按体重灌胃1mL/10g剂量的实施例1制得的解酒饮料,实验组2按体重灌胃1mL/10g剂量的实施例2制得的解酒饮料,15分钟后所有小鼠灌胃0.2mL43度的白酒,每隔10分钟采集一次所有小鼠的血液,测量酒精浓度,对照组2的小鼠体内的酒精浓度均小于实验组2的小鼠体内的酒精浓度,实验结果表明添加了蜂蜜的解酒饮料的醒酒时间更短。
实施例3:
按重量份计,筛选枳椇子5.5份、葛花5.5份、葛根6份、珍珠草5.5份、五味子5.5份、灵芝1.5份、丹参6份、山楂2.5份、夏枯草6.5份、决明子6.5份和人参2.5份,利用蒸馏水清洗干净,装入密封滤纸包中,采用乙醇在温度为55℃、压力为-0.12MPa下进行回流提取,得到提取液和滤渣,采用乙醇对滤渣再次回流提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后在温度30℃、压力-0.8MPa下浓缩分离乙醇,浓缩至浓缩比重为1.2,得到浓缩液,然后静置28h,去除沉淀,保留上清液,得植物提取液;按重量份计,称取木糖醇16份、柠檬酸0.02份、蜂蜜1.5份分别溶解于水中稀释,得到木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液,木糖醇、柠檬酸和蜂蜜与用于溶解稀释的水的质量比为1:2;按重量份计,向植物提取液中依次加入木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和2份生姜汁,然后加入水,植物提取液、木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和生姜汁的体积总和与加入的水的体积比为1:25,利用均质设备混合均匀,得到植物配方的解酒饮料。
将得到的解酒饮料装入饮料瓶中,灌装,封口,每瓶含500mL解酒饮料。
实施例4:
按重量份计,筛选枳椇子9份、葛花9.5份、葛根8.5份、珍珠草9份、五味子8.5份、灵芝4.5份、丹参9.5份、山楂4份、夏枯草9份、决明子9.5份和人参4.5份,利用蒸馏水清洗干净,装入密封滤纸包中,采用乙醇在温度为65℃、压力为-0.3MPa下进行回流提取,得到提取液和滤渣,采用乙醇对滤渣再次回流提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后在温度45℃、压力-0.5MPa下浓缩分离乙醇,浓缩至浓缩比重为1.4,得到浓缩液,然后静置30h,去除沉淀,保留上清液,得植物提取液;按重量份计,称取木糖醇18份、柠檬酸0.04份、蜂蜜4份分别溶解于水中稀释,得到木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液,木糖醇、柠檬酸和蜂蜜与用于溶解稀释的水的质量比为1:4;按重量份计,向植物提取液中依次加入木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和4.5份生姜汁,然后加入水,植物提取液、木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和生姜汁的体积总和与加入的水的体积比为1:40,利用均质设备混合均匀,得到植物配方的解酒饮料。
将得到的解酒饮料装入饮料瓶中,灌装,封口,每瓶含500mL解酒饮料。

1.一种能快速醒酒的植物配方的解酒饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子5~10份、葛花5~10份、葛根5~10份、珍珠草5~10份、五味子5~10份、灵芝1~5份、丹参5~10份、山楂1~5份、夏枯草5~10份、决明子5~10份、人参1~5份、木糖醇10~20份、柠檬酸0.01~0.05份、蜂蜜1~5份、生姜汁1~5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的解酒饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子8份、葛花8份、葛根8份、珍珠草6份、五味子5份、灵芝1份、丹参5份、山楂2份、夏枯草6份、决明子6份、人参1份、木糖醇12份、柠檬酸0.03份、蜂蜜3份、生姜汁3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的解酒饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子5.5份、葛花5.5份、葛根6份、珍珠草5.5份、五味子5.5份、灵芝1.5份、丹参6份、山楂2.5份、夏枯草6.5份、决明子6.5份、人参2.5份、木糖醇16份、柠檬酸0.02份、蜂蜜1.5份、生姜汁2份。
4.如权利要求1所述的解酒饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制得:枳椇子9份、葛花9.5份、葛根8.5份、珍珠草9份、五味子8.5份、灵芝4.5份、丹参9.5份、山楂4份、夏枯草9份、决明子9.5份、人参4.5份、木糖醇18份、柠檬酸0.04份、蜂蜜4份、生姜汁4.5份。
5.一种权利要求1~4任一项所述的解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,筛选枳椇子、葛花、葛根、珍珠草、五味子、灵芝、丹参、山楂、夏枯草、决明子、人参,利用蒸馏水清洗干净,采用有机溶剂进行回流提取,得到提取液和滤渣,采用有机溶剂对滤渣进行再次回流提取,合并两次得到的提取液,然后浓缩,获得浓缩液,静置一段时间,去除沉淀,即得到植物提取液;
S2,将木糖醇、柠檬酸、蜂蜜分别溶解于水中稀释,得到木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液;
S3,向步骤S1制得的植物提取液中依次加入木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和生姜汁,然后加入一定量的水,利用均质设备混合均匀,即得到植物配方的解酒饮料。
6.如权利要求5所述的解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述有机溶剂为乙醇,采用乙醇进行回流提取时的温度条件为40~80℃,压力条件为-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa,浓缩时的温度条件为30~60℃,压力条件为-0.1MPa~-1.0MPa,浓缩至浓缩比重为1.1~1.5,所述浓缩液静置20h~40h。
7.如权利要求5所述的解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,木糖醇、柠檬酸和蜂蜜与用于溶解稀释的水的质量比为1:2~1:4。
8.如权利要求5所述的解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述生姜汁通过以下方法制备:将生姜去皮,洗净切片,放入榨汁机中,加入水,启动榨汁机搅拌,然后利用过滤网过滤去除姜渣,保留姜液,将姜液煮沸5~10分钟,冷却,即得到生姜汁。
9.如权利要求5所述的解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,植物提取液、木糖醇水溶液、蜂蜜水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液和生姜汁的体积总和与加入的水的体积比为1:10~1:50。
