包装容器的制造方法、倒出口塞及包装容器
技术领域
本发明涉及填充饮料等的包装容器的制造方法、倒出口塞及包装容器。
背景技术
在填充果汁或牛奶等液体食品等的若干容器中,将预先标注有折线的板状包装层叠材料成形为管状,沿管的纵线方向进行纵向封印,向管状包装材料内填充食品,每隔预定间隔利用横断方向的横向封印进行密封,在横向封印带区域中间切断以得到枕头状预备成形体,通过沿着折线进行折叠,得到最终形状的容器。
包装容器具有各种倒出口塞。倒出口塞及其液体用包装容器由:可断裂地进行封住的设在包装容器的倒出孔中的吸嘴;覆盖吸嘴的帽;内置在吸嘴中的开封单元、例如开封刃及拉环等构成。(参照专利文献1和2)
在图4所示的包装容器的例子中,安装有覆盖吸嘴(未图示)的帽11(图4(B)),该吸嘴(未图示)熔接在容器14的顶壁3的倒出孔42(图4(A))中。

发明内容
本发明要解决的问题
对于以往的包装容器的再封性倒出口塞,需要在开始使用时取下帽,将封止部开封并去除封止部,打开倒出孔,在倒出后用帽进行再封。尽管取下了帽但还必须再次重复开封动作,因此消费者会觉得麻烦。
本发明回应了上述必要性、要求,其目的在于提供一种开封时的开封操作简易的倒出口塞、包装容器及包装容器的制造方法。
用于解决问题的方法
制造解决该问题的本发明的包装容器的方法中,准备具有预定的折线的板状层叠包装材料,每隔预定间隔将板状层叠包装材料穿孔而形成倒出孔,配设具有预定的腔室的第一金属模,以覆盖与容器内侧对应的倒出孔内侧,配设具有预定的腔室的第二金属模,以覆盖与容器外侧对应的倒出孔外侧,从腔室、浇口向腔室射出熔融树脂并对倒出口塞的倒出筒、吸嘴及封止壁进行成形,将板状层叠包装材料成形为管状,将包装材料的两个缘部重叠以形成交叠,在交叠沿纵线方向进行纵向封印而形成纵向封印带区域,向管状包装材料内填充内容物,每隔预定间隔将包装材料沿横断方向按压,利用横向封印来密封并形成横向封印带区域,在横向封印带区域切断以得到枕头状预备成形体,沿着折线折叠而得到包装容器,配设并熔接帽以覆盖吸嘴,其特征在于,
倒出口塞具有吸嘴和可断裂的封止壁,所述吸嘴具有设在包装容器的倒出孔的倒出筒、和与倒出筒一体化并与倒出孔外周边的容器壁接合的底部,所述封止壁设在倒出筒底部,以将吸嘴封住,
覆盖吸嘴的帽自由装拆地嵌入倒出筒,所述帽包括下表面与封止壁的上表面相接且使封止壁断裂地熔接的底壁、以及将嵌入的帽上拉的拉环。
在本发明优选的形态中,帽的底壁具有将壁上下贯穿的通气孔,在帽的熔接工序中,在将帽嵌入倒出筒后,经由通气孔将底壁与封止壁之间排气、密接并进行热封。
在本发明优选的形态中,在底壁和/或封止壁的熔接面具有导电性层,在帽的熔接工序中,在将帽嵌入倒出筒后,将底壁与封止壁之间密接,利用感应加热来热封。
在本发明优选的形态中,在第一金属模的腔室的内壁配置阻挡膜,至少在封止壁的内表面形成阻挡层。

发明的效果
根据以上的本发明,能够取得以下的有利的作用,得到显著的效果。
在制造本发明的包装容器的方法中,准备具有预定的折线的板状层叠包装材料,将板状层叠包装材料每隔预定间隔穿孔,连续形成倒出孔。
由于是板状,因此能够简易有效地连续形成倒出孔。
配设具有预定的腔室的第一金属模,以覆盖与容器内侧对应的倒出孔内侧,配设具有预定的腔室的第二金属模,以覆盖与容器外侧对应的倒出孔外侧,从腔室、浇口向腔室射出熔融树脂并对倒出口塞的倒出筒、吸嘴及封止壁进行成形。
用第一金属模和第二金属模来夹住板状层叠包装材料的倒出孔,形成相当于倒出筒、吸嘴及封止壁的腔室。由于向该腔室射出熔融树脂,对倒出口塞进行嵌入成形,因此能够在包装材料中高速地一下成形倒出口塞并熔接。
将板状层叠包装材料成形为管状,将包装材料的两个缘部重叠以形成交叠,在交叠沿纵线方向进行纵向封印并形成纵向封印带区域,形成管状包装材料。
接下来,填充果汁、牛奶等液体食品(内容物),每隔预定间隔将包装材料沿横断方向按压,利用横向封印来密封并形成横向封印带区域,在横向封印带区域切断以得到枕头状预备成形体,沿着折线折叠并得到包装容器。
在得到的包装填充容器中配设并熔接帽,以覆盖其吸嘴。
由于在向容器成形、液体食品的包装填充之后装在吸嘴上,因此帽的形状、材质、构造具有自由度较高的优点。
倒出口塞具有吸嘴、和可断裂的封止壁,所述吸嘴具有设在包装容器的倒出孔的倒出筒、和与倒出筒一体化并与倒出孔外周边的容器壁接合的底部,可断裂的封止壁设在倒出筒底部以将吸嘴封住。
利用能够与倒出孔连通的倒出筒,能够经由倒出孔将果汁或牛奶等液体食品(内容物)顺畅倒出。
由于底部利用注射成形与倒出孔外周边的容器壁一体接合,因此能够保持气密,将整个倒出口塞安全固定在容器中。
封止壁位于倒出筒底部,在未使用时将吸嘴封住,在开封时能够利用减弱线、脆化线等而断裂。
覆盖吸嘴的帽自由装拆地嵌入倒出筒,帽包括下表面与封止壁的上表面相接且使封止壁断裂地熔接的底壁、以及将嵌入的帽上拉的拉环。
由于帽覆盖吸嘴,并且帽自由装拆地嵌入倒出筒,因此在流通过程或店面都能卫生地保护吸嘴。另外,由于是自由装拆,因此保证再封性。而且,由于嵌入倒出筒内部,因此能够节省空间,使容器紧凑,减小整个出口栓从容器的伸出,使其变小。
帽的底壁是封止壁的上表面与底壁的下表面相接,在其接触面用于断裂地熔接的。该底壁与拉环协动,若在开封时用拉环上拉嵌入的帽,则熔接的封止壁与帽的底壁一起被上拉。
在本发明优选的形态中,帽的底壁具有将壁上下贯穿的通气孔,在帽的熔接工序中,在将帽嵌入倒出筒后,经由通气孔将底壁与封止壁之间排气、密接并进行热封。
在帽的熔接工序中,通过将帽嵌入倒出筒,将帽暴露在减压下,经由通气孔将底壁与封止壁之间的空气进行排气,底壁与封止壁密接。能够在该密接状态下容易地将两者热封。
在本发明优选的形态中,在底壁和/或封止壁的熔接面具有导电性层,在帽的熔接工序中,在将帽嵌入倒出筒后,将底壁与封止壁之间密接,利用感应加热来热封。
在帽的熔接工序中,加热需要从帽侧赋予加热能量。由于帽的材质是热塑性材料,因此通过在熔接面形成导电性层,能够恰当利用感应加热来热封。
导电性层的形成是使用包含磁性体的热塑性树脂(聚乙烯等)2次成形,另外,能够在熔接面将聚乙烯(PE)/铝层(Al)/PE的环状的导电性膜进行嵌入成形来形成。
在本发明优选的形态中,在第一金属模的腔室的内壁配置阻挡膜,至少在封止壁的内表面形成阻挡层。
能够给容器赋予保护容器内容物不受外部影响的阻氧性。
本发明的倒出口塞由吸嘴、可断裂的封止壁、以及覆盖吸嘴的帽构成,所述吸嘴具有设在包装容器的倒出孔的倒出筒、和与倒出筒一体化并与倒出孔外周边的容器壁接合的底部,可断裂的封止壁设在倒出筒底部以将吸嘴封住。
利用能够与倒出孔连通的倒出筒,能够经由倒出孔将果汁或牛奶等液体食品(内容物)顺畅倒出。

由于覆盖倒出筒的外表面的外壁设在用拉环将帽上拉的一侧的相反侧,因此在用拉环将帽上拉时,相反侧外壁成为上拉转动运动的支点,能够确保受控制的运动。
在本发明优选的形态中,外壁覆盖倒出筒的整个外表面,在用拉环将帽上拉的一侧,设为在上拉开封时容易断裂。
如上所述,相反侧外壁成为上拉转动运动的支点,确保受控制的运动。另一方面,由于该形态中用拉环将帽上拉的一侧外壁设为在上拉的开封时容易断裂,因此不会妨碍用拉环将帽上拉的操作,能够作为窃启指示(tamper evidence)起作用。
本发明的包装容器由板状包装材料得到并被填充,

帽自由装拆地嵌入倒出筒,帽包括下表面与封止壁的上表面相接且使封止壁断裂地熔接的底壁、以及将嵌入的帽上拉的拉环。
利用倒出筒,能经由倒出孔顺畅倒出液体食品。
由于底部与容器壁一体接合,因此能够保持气密,将倒出口塞固定在容器中。
封止壁在未使用时将吸嘴封住,在开封时能够断裂。
帽在流通过程或店面都能卫生地保护吸嘴。另外,由于是自由装拆,因此保证再封性。由于嵌入倒出筒内部,因此能够节省空间,使容器紧凑,减小伸出,使其变小。
关于帽的底壁,与封止壁熔接的底壁与拉环协动,若在开封时用拉环上拉,则熔接的封止壁也能够与帽的底壁一起上拉。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图,详细说明本发明的实施方式。
利用图3所示的包装填充装置,制造包装容器的一个例子。在该装置例中,板状(带状)的包装层叠材料1在卷筒的状态下容纳在包装填充装置中。包装层叠材料1由纸基体材料、以及在该纸基体材料的两面层叠有聚乙烯树脂的柔性的层叠体构成,在纸基体材料与膜之间形成铝箔等阻挡层,在相当于包装容器14的表面的部分预先实施外包装用的印刷。
送出的包装层叠材料1被作为运送单元的传送装置连续地运送,经过弯曲辊、减震辊等,板状包装层叠材料1每隔预定间隔被打孔装置40穿孔,形成倒出孔。
接着,利用倒出口塞的吸嘴部分形成用注射成形装置41,形成倒出孔的倒出口塞的吸嘴部分。图1(A)示出形成于包装层叠材料1的倒出孔42的剖视图。
参照示出利用注射成形装置41的倒出口塞的例子的射出成形的剖视图的图1(B),说明本发明的实施例的倒出口塞的吸嘴的射出成形的工序。
在这个例子的吸嘴部分形成用注射成形装置例41中,形成有倒出口塞的吸嘴部分。
在该装置中,配设具有预定的腔室的第一金属模15,优选的是在内壁载放有阻气膜,以覆盖与容器内侧对应的倒出孔内侧;并配设具有预定的腔室的第二金属模16,以覆盖与容器外侧对应的倒出孔外侧。从腔室、浇口17向腔室射出熔融树脂(聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烃等),对倒出口塞的倒出筒5及吸嘴10进行成形,优选的是与阻气膜一体化。
图1(C)示出吸嘴10和可断裂的封止壁9的剖视图,吸嘴10具有设在包装材料1的倒出孔42的倒出筒5、和与倒出筒5一体化并与倒出孔外周边的器壁接合的底部6,封止壁9封住吸嘴10地设在倒出筒底部。
在封止壁9的外周形成脆化线8,变得能够断裂。
接下来,如图3所示,传送至封印带粘贴装置3,利用封印带粘贴装置沿着包装层叠材料1的一个缘部来粘贴封印带。
在带状包装层叠材料1的缘部接合封印带时,将带状包装层叠材料与封印带夹住,在一侧配设压辊进行加压,在另一侧配设反作用辊,以经受压辊所引起的压力,与其对置地按压并支撑。
随着包装层叠材料被运送,在压辊及反作用辊夹住包装层叠材料与封印带的状态下,使其被按压并旋转,纵向封印部的配合面被封印并粘接。
包装层叠材料1传送至杀菌槽4,在杀菌槽4中利用过氧化氢等杀菌液进行杀菌。包装层叠材料1在传送至气刀,利用气刀干燥后,传送至无菌室(未图示)。然后,包装层叠材料1利用成形环7缓缓变形,成为管状(筒状)的形状。包装层叠材料1被纵向封印装置20沿纵向封印,经由填充管(未图示)供给的流动性食品被填充在包装层叠材料1内。
在将成形为管状的包装层叠材料的两个缘部彼此之间,利用纵向封印装置20与封印带一起触碰并进行纵向封印时,夹住带状包装层叠材料的一个缘部与另一个缘部,在一侧配设自由旋转的压辊进行加压,在另一侧配设自由旋转的反作用辊,经受压辊所引起的压力,与其对置地按压并支撑,纵向封印部的配合面被封印并粘接。
管状包装层叠材料被辊引导,传送至横向封印装置(未图示),被夹住并沿横向进行封印,被横向封印的包装层叠材料被刀等切断,形成枕头状预备成形体21。
枕头状预备成形体21被最终成形装置(未图示)成形为最终的形状,完成容纳流动性食品的包装容器14。
图4(A)示出在倒出孔42没有倒出口塞的包装容器例的外观立体图。图4(B)示出以往的包装容器例的立体图。在这个例子中,在包装容器14的顶壁3形成倒出口塞(未图示),被帽11覆盖。
图1(D)示出倒出口塞的吸嘴10的截面。在该形态中,在容器14的内部填充液体食品12。
在图1所示的例子中,在最终成形装置的生产线下游侧包括帽安装装置(未图示)。
图1(E)及(F)示出在得到的包装填充容器中配设并熔接帽以覆盖其吸嘴的样子。在该形态中,利用帽安装装置,从上方(容器外侧)向包装容器14的顶壁的吸嘴10的倒出筒5内嵌入并安装帽11。
在这个例子中,在帽11的底壁的熔接面具有导电性层13,在帽的熔接工序中,在将帽11嵌入吸嘴10的倒出筒5后,使底壁与封止壁之间密接,利用感应加热来热封,形成熔接面13。
在这个例子中,帽11的底壁25具有将壁上下贯穿的通气孔26,在帽的熔接工序中,在将帽11嵌入倒出筒5后,经由通气孔26将底壁25与封止壁9之间排气、密接并进行热封。
在帽的熔接工序中,通过将帽11暴露在减压下,经由通气孔26将底壁与封止壁之间的空气进行排气,底壁25与封止壁9密接。在该密接状态下进行热封。
在优选的形态下,在第一金属模15的腔室的内壁配置阻挡膜,至少能够在封止壁的内表面形成阻挡层。
能够给容器赋予保护容器内容物不受外部影响的阻氧性。
该实施例的膜使用具有阻气性的材料,也可以是其层叠的材料。具有阻气性的材料是对于氧等气体、芳香等具有遮断性的阻挡性包装材料,有铝等金属箔、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)、尼龙等聚酰胺(PA)、蒸镀了硅氧化物(SiOx)等的塑料膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等。
这个例子的倒出口塞如图1(F)所示,由吸嘴10、可断裂的封止壁9、以及覆盖吸嘴10的帽11构成,吸嘴10具有设在包装容器14的倒出孔42的倒出筒5、和与倒出筒5一体化并与倒出孔外周边的容器壁接合的底部6,可断裂的封止壁9设在倒出筒底部以封住吸嘴。
利用能够与倒出孔42连通的倒出筒5,能够经由倒出孔42将果汁或牛奶等液体食品顺畅倒出。
底部6利用注射成形与倒出孔42外周边的容器壁一体接合,保持气密,将整个倒出口塞安全固定在容器14。
封止壁9位于倒出筒底部,在未使用时将吸嘴10封住,在开封时能利用脆化线8而断裂。
帽11覆盖吸嘴10,并且,由于帽11利用突条24和槽23所进行的嵌合而自由装拆地嵌入倒出筒5,因此在流通过程和店面都能卫生地保护吸嘴。另外,由于是自由装拆,因此能够再封。
帽的底壁25在底壁25的下表面与封止壁9的上表面相接,在该接触面可断裂地熔接。该底壁25与拉环27协动,若在开封时用拉环27上拉嵌入的帽11,则熔接的封止壁9也与帽11的底壁25一起被上拉。
在该形态下,帽由底壁、与倒出筒的内表面嵌合的侧壁28、覆盖倒出筒的上端的顶面29、以及覆盖倒出筒的外表面的外壁30构成,外壁30设在用拉环27将帽11上拉的一侧的相反侧。
侧壁28自由装拆地与倒出筒5的内表面嵌合,确保帽的再封性。顶面29与外壁30覆盖倒出筒,确保卫生性。
由于覆盖倒出筒的外表面的外壁30设在用拉环27将帽11上拉的一侧的相反侧,因此在用拉环将帽上拉时,相反侧外壁成为上拉转动运动的支点,确保受控制的运动。
在该优选的形态下,外壁30覆盖倒出筒5的整个外表面,在用拉环27将帽11上拉的一侧,设为在上拉的开封时容易断裂。
在这种情况下,相反侧外壁30成为上拉转动运动的支点,确保受控制的运动。另一方面,由于用拉环将帽上拉的一侧外壁30a设为在上拉的开封时容易断裂,因此不会妨碍用拉环27将帽11上拉的操作,作为窃启指示起作用。
此外,本发明不限于上述实施方式,能够基于本发明的内容使其进行各种变形,不将这些变形从本发明的范围排除。
本发明能够适用于包装填充果汁、牛奶等饮料的带有倒出口塞的液体用包装容器的制造。

Claims (8)

1.一种制造包装容器的方法,
准备具有预定的折线的板状层叠包装材料,
每隔预定间隔将板状层叠包装材料穿孔并形成倒出孔,
配设具有预定的腔室的第一金属模,以覆盖与容器内侧对应的倒出孔内侧,配设具有预定的腔室的第二金属模,以覆盖与容器外侧对应的倒出孔外侧,
从腔室、浇口向该腔室射出熔融树脂而对倒出口塞的倒出筒、吸嘴及封止壁进行成形,
将板状层叠包装材料成形为管状,将该包装材料的两个缘部重叠以形成交叠,
在该交叠沿纵线方向进行纵向封印并形成纵向封印带区域,
向该管状包装材料内填充内容物,
每隔预定间隔将该包装材料沿横断方向按压,利用横向封印来密封并形成横向封印带区域,
在横向封印带区域切断以得到枕头状预备成形体,
沿着该折线折叠并得到包装容器,
配设并熔接帽以覆盖该吸嘴,
其特征在于,
该倒出口塞具有吸嘴和可断裂的封止壁,所述吸嘴具有设在包装容器的倒出孔的该倒出筒、和与该倒出筒一体化并与该倒出孔外周边的容器壁接合的底部,所述封止壁设在该倒出筒底部,以将该吸嘴封住,
覆盖该吸嘴的该帽自由装拆地嵌入该倒出筒,所述帽包括下表面与该封止壁的上表面相接且使该封止壁断裂地熔接的底壁、以及将嵌入的该帽上拉的拉环。
2.如权利要求1所述的包装容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
该帽的该底壁具有将壁上下贯穿的通气孔,在该帽的熔接工序中,在将该帽嵌入该倒出筒后,经由该通气孔将该底壁与该封止壁之间排气、密接并进行热封。
3.如权利要求1所述的包装容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
在该底壁和/或该封止壁的熔接面具有导电性层,在该帽的熔接工序中,在将该帽嵌入该倒出筒后,将该底壁与该封止壁之间密接,利用感应加热来热封。
4.如权利要求1所述的包装容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
在该第一金属模的腔室的内壁上配置阻挡膜,至少在该封止壁的内表面上形成阻挡层。
5.一种倒出口塞,由吸嘴、可断裂的封止壁、以及覆盖该吸嘴的帽构成,所述吸嘴具有设在包装容器的倒出孔的倒出筒、和与该倒出筒一体化并与该倒出孔外周边的容器壁接合的底部,该可断裂的封止壁设在倒出筒底部以将该吸嘴封住,其特征在于,
该帽自由装拆地嵌入该倒出筒中,包括该帽的下表面与该封止壁的上表面相接且使该封止壁断裂地熔接的底壁、以及将嵌入的该帽上拉的拉环。
6.如权利要求5所述的倒出口塞,其特征在于,
该帽由该底壁、与该倒出筒的内表面嵌合的侧壁、覆盖该倒出筒的上端的顶面、以及覆盖该倒出筒的外表面的外壁构成,该外壁至少设在用该拉环将该帽上拉的一侧的相反侧。
7.如权利要求5所述的倒出口塞,其特征在于,
该外壁覆盖该倒出筒的整个外表面,在用该拉环将该帽上拉的一侧设为在上拉开封时容易断裂。
8.一种包装容器,具有折线的板状层叠包装材料成形为管状,该包装材料的两个缘部重叠以形成交叠,在该交叠沿纵线方向进行纵向封印并形成纵向封印带区域,向该管状包装材料内填充内容物,该包装材料每隔预定间隔沿横断方向被按压,利用横向封印来密封并形成横向封印带区域,在横向封印带区域中间切断以得到枕头状预备成形体,沿着该折线进行折叠,从而形成该包装容器,其特征在于,
倒出口塞由吸嘴、可断裂的封止壁、以及覆盖该吸嘴的帽构成,所述吸嘴具有设在包装容器的倒出孔的倒出筒、和与该倒出筒一体化并与该倒出孔外周边的容器壁接合的底部,该可断裂的封止壁设在倒出筒底部以将该吸嘴封住,
该帽自由装拆地嵌入该倒出筒,所述帽包括下表面与该封止壁的上表面相接且使该封止壁断裂地熔接的底壁、以及将嵌入的该帽上拉的拉环。
