注出口の使用時は、流路パネルの上部、又は上端の部分を把持して持ち上げ、開口上の覆い(流路パネル)を取り、引き上げる。それと同時に、折畳まれて平坦な側壁パネルそれぞれが広がって立ち上がっていく。流路パネルを引き上げると、側壁パネルが流路の側壁を形成すると共に、流路も形成される。
下端シールパネルが、流路パネルの下端をシールし、側方シールパネルが、側壁パネル下部と頂壁とをシールして、必要なシールを得る。
流路補助パネル、注出時に流路パネルの傾斜角より大きい傾斜角を持つので、内容溶液が、注出時に流路パネルから流路補助パネルを経て乱れることなく、注ぐことができる。
流路補助パネルが再封止時に折畳まれたフィンに係止されるので、流路パネルで確実に開口を覆うことができる。
2本の折目線を折って、注出時に流路パネルを断面V字状に形成して、内容液が跳ねることなく整流で注ぐことができる。
開口内で流路パネル下面とインナーテープとが溶着しているので、開封時に流路パネルを引き上げるだけの、ワンアクションで開封が可能となる。
プルタブのシールの上を流路パネルが覆うので、確実に比較的機械的に弱い注出口付近を保護することができ、信頼性の高い容器とすることができる。
上述のように、紙などのパネルと用いるので、プラスチックキャップ/注出口栓に比べて、環境負荷も小さく、簡単で安価な構造で容器の開封・再栓を可能にし、注ぎ易い包装容器を提供することができる。
図15に示される包装充填装置例によって、この形態を説明する。この装置例では、ウェブ状の包装積層材料1は、リール状で包装充填装置に収容される。包装積層材料1は、紙基材、及び該紙基材の両面にポリエチレン樹脂が積層された可撓性の積層体から成り、紙基材とフィルムとの間にアルミニウム箔などのバリア層が形成され、包装容器の表面に相当する部分にあらかじめ外装用の印刷が施される。
注出口パネルは、紙/プラスチック基材、熱可塑性樹脂内外層、及び、必要に応じてバリア層からなる。
包装積層材料1は、ストリップ貼着装置3に送られ、ストリップ貼着装置によって包装積層材料1の一方の縁部に沿ってストリップ2が貼着される。
包装積層材料1は、殺菌槽4に送られ、殺菌槽4において過酸化水素等の殺菌液によって殺菌される。包装積層材料1は、エアナイフに送られ、エアナイフによって乾燥させられた後、無菌室16に送られる。包装積層材料1は、成形リング6によって徐々に変形させられてチューブ状の形状にされる。
チューブ状包装積層材料は、ローラによって案内され、横方向に横シール装置10によって横シールされ、横シールされた包装積層材料は、ナイフなどで切断されて枕状包装体13が形成される。
枕状包装体13は、最終形状成形装置15で最終の形状に成形され、流動性食品を収容する包装容器14が得られる。
例えば、図12(A)に示すように、頂壁の開口用のパンチ穿孔及びインナーテープ32の貼着を上記装置内で行い、折畳まれた注出口パネルによる注出口30を、開口31にヒートシールすることにより、設けることができる。
他の方法として、図13(A)頂壁の開口用のパンチ穿孔、インナーテープ32の貼着及びプルタブフィルム33の貼着シールを上記装置内で行い、折畳まれた注出口パネルによる注出口30を、プルタブ33でシールされた開口31を覆いその近傍にシールすることにより、設けることができる。
更に別の方法として、包装充填装置の上流の包装材料製造工程で、開口用のパンチ穿孔、プラスチック層の積層を行い、折畳まれた注出口パネルによる注出口30を、図12(A)に示すように、開口31にヒートシールすることにより、又は、シールされた開口を覆いその近傍にシールすることにより、設けることができる。
図2に示すように、注出口パネル30が、下端シールパネル36が開口31の縁で容器器壁25に接合させ、側方シールパネル37、37が開口31を側方で頂壁26に接合させ、側壁パネル35を中央で折畳んで流路パネル34を開口31の上に覆って形成される。
注出口の使用時は、図1に示すように、流路パネル34の上部、又は上端の部分を把持して持ち上げ、開口31上の覆い(流路パネル)を取り、引き上げる。それと同時に、折畳まれて平坦な側壁パネル35、35それぞれが広がって立ち上がっていく。流路パネル34を引き上げると、側壁パネル35、35が流路の側壁を形成すると共に、流路も形成される。
下端シールパネル36が、流路パネル34の下端をシールし、側方シールパネル37が、側壁パネル35下部と頂壁26とをシールして、必要なシールを得る。
流路補助パネル39、注出時に流路パネルの傾斜角より大きい傾斜角を持つので、内容溶液が、注出時に流路パネルから流路補助パネルを経て乱れることなく、注ぐことができる。
流路補助パネルが再封止時に折畳まれたフィンに係止されるので、流路パネルで確実に開口を覆うことができる。
注出口の使用時は、図4に示すように、流路パネル34の上部、又は上端の部分を把持して持ち上げ、開口31上の覆い(流路パネル)を取り、引き上げる。それと同時に、折畳まれて平坦な側壁パネル35、35それぞれが広がって立ち上がっていく。流路パネル34を引き上げると、側壁パネル35、35が流路の側壁を形成すると共に、流路も形成される。

図8に示すように、注出口パネル30が、下端シールパネル36が開口31の縁で容器器壁25に接合させ、側方シールパネル37、37が開口31を側方で頂壁26に接合させ、側壁パネル35を中央で折畳んで流路パネル34を開口31の上に覆って形成される。
注出口の使用時は、図9に示すように、流路パネル34の上部、流路補助パネル39の部分を把持して持ち上げ、開口31上の覆い(流路パネル)を取り、引き上げる。それと同時に、折畳まれて平坦な側壁パネル35、35それぞれが広がって立ち上がっていく。流路パネル34を引き上げると、側壁パネル35、35が流路の側壁を形成すると共に、流路も形成される。
下端シールパネル36が、流路パネル34の下端をシールし、側方シールパネル37が、側壁パネル35下部と頂壁26とをシールして、必要なシールを得る。
開口内で流路パネル34下面とインナーテープ32とが溶着しているので、開封時に流路パネルを引き上げるだけの、ワンアクションで開封が可能となる。
注出口の使用時の開封は、流路パネル34の上部、又は上端の部分を把持して持ち上げ、開口31上の覆い(流路パネル)を取り、図12(B)に示すように、それに伴って、インナーテープも引張られ、薄くて弱いインナーテープが破断する。
プルタブ33のシールの上を流路パネル34が覆うので、確実に比較的機械的に弱い注出口30付近を保護することができ、信頼性の高い容器とすることができる。
注出口の使用時の開封は、流路パネル34の上部、又は上端の部分を把持して持ち上げ、プルタブフイルム33の上から覆いを取り、更に、プルタブフイルム33を引き上げ、開口31上のシールを取り、図13(B)に示すように、それに伴って、インナーテープ32も引張られ、薄くて弱いインナーテープ32が破断する。

Claims (6)
- ウェブ状包装材料の縦線シールによるチューブ状成形、該チューブ状包装材料内への充填、該チューブ状包装材料の横断方向への横線シール、枕状包装体の成形、該枕状包装体の個々の切断、折目線に沿って折畳んで頂壁、側壁及び底壁を持ち、形成されたフィン及びフラップを上記壁へ付けて最終形状への成形により得られ、該頂壁に開口及び該開口に設けられた注出口を有する包装容器であって、
該注出口が、折畳まれた注出口パネルから形成され、
該注出口パネルが、該開口を覆い、注出流路を形成する流路パネルと、該流路パネルの両側に隣接し、該流路の側壁を形成する2枚の側壁パネルと、該流路パネルの下端に隣接し、該注出口を下端で容器器壁に接合させる下端シールパネルと、該側壁パネルそれぞれの下側端に隣接し、該注出口を側方で該頂壁に接合させる2枚の側方シールパネルとからなり、
該注出口パネルが、該下端シールパネルが該開口の下方で該容器器壁に接合させ、該側方シールパネルが該開口を側方で該頂壁に接合させ、該側壁パネルを中央で折畳んで該流路パネルを該開口の上に覆って形成されることを特徴とする包装容器。 - 該流路パネルが、上端に、注出時に流路パネルの傾斜角より大きい傾斜角を持つ流路補助パネルを備え、流路補助パネルが再封止時に折畳まれたフィンに係止される、請求項1記載の包装容器。
- 該流路パネルが、両方の下端から中央の上端に向けて、少なくとも2本の折目線を備え、注出時に該流路パネルが断面V字状に形成される、請求項1記載の包装容器。
- 該流路パネルが該開口を上方からシールし、インナーテープが開口を下からシールし、該開口内で該流路パネル下面と該インナーテープとが溶着して、該容器開口を封止する、請求項1記載の包装容器。
- 該流路パネルがプルタブフイルムを上方から覆い、該プルタブフイルムが該開口を上からシールし、該インナーテープが該開口を下からシールし、開口内で該プルタブフイルムと該インナーテープとが溶着して、容器開口を封止する、請求項1記載の包装容器。
- 該ウェブ状包装材料が紙基材を含む積層体であり、該注出口パネルは、紙基材を含む積層体である、請求項1記載の包装容器。
