Abstract

図4に示すよ包装容器の例では、容器14の頂壁3の注出孔42(図4(A))に溶着されたスパウト(図示せず)を覆うキャップ11(図4(B))が装着されている。
注出口栓が、包装容器の注出孔に設けられる注出筒及び、注出筒と一体化して注出孔外周辺の容器壁と接合する基部を有するスパウトと、スパウトを封止するように注出筒底部の設けられた破断可能な封止壁とを有し、
スパウトを覆うキャップが、キャップが着脱自在に注出筒に嵌入され、キャップが封止壁の上面と下面で接し且つ封止壁を破断するように溶着した底壁と、嵌入されたキャップを引き上げるプルリングとを備えることを特徴とするものである。

本発明の包装容器を製造する方法では、所定の折り目線を有するウェブ状積層包装材料が準備し、ウェブ状積層包装材料を所定間隔ごとに穿孔して連続的に注出孔を形成する。
ウェブ状であるので、簡易に効率的に、注出孔を連続的に形成することができる。
ウェブ状積層包装材料の注出孔を第1金型と第2金型とで挟み、注出筒、スパウト及び封止壁に相当するキャビティを形成する。このキャビティに溶融樹脂を射出して、注出口栓をインサート成形するので、高速に包装材料に注出口栓を一気に成形し溶着することができる。
次いで、ジュースや牛乳などの液体食品(内容物)を充填し、所定間隔毎に包装材料を横断方向に押圧し、横シールにより密封されて横シール帯域を形成し、横シール帯域で切断して枕状予備成形体を得、折り目線に沿って折り畳んで包装容器を得る。
容器への成形、液体食品の包装充填の後に、スパウトに取り付けるので、キャップの形状、材質、構造に自由度が高い利点がある。
注出孔と連通することができる注出筒によって、注出孔を介して、ジュースや牛乳などの液体食品(内容物)をスムーズに注ぎ出すことができる。
基部は、インジェクション成形により、注出孔外周辺の容器壁と一体的に接合するので、気密を保ち、注出口栓全体を安全に容器に固定することができる。
封止壁は、注出筒底部にあってスパウトを未使用時に封止し、弱め線、脆化ラインなどによって開封時に破断可能である。
キャップがスパウトを覆うと共に、キャップが着脱自在に注出筒に嵌入されるので、流通過程や店頭でも衛生的にスパウトを保護する。また、着脱自在であることから、再封性を保証する。しかも、注出筒内部に嵌入されることから、スペースを省略することができ、容器をコンパクトに、容器からの出口栓全体の出っ張りを小さくしてスリムに、することができる。
キャップの底壁が、封止壁の上面と底壁の下面で接し、その接触面で破断用に溶着する。この底壁とプルリングとが協動して、嵌入されたキャップを開封時にプルリングで引き上げると、キャップの底壁と共に、溶着した封止壁も引き上げられる。
キャップの溶着工程において、キャップを注出筒に嵌入し、キャップを減圧下に曝すことによって、通気孔を介して底壁と封止壁との間の空気が排気され、底壁と封止壁とが密着する。この密着状態で容易に両者をヒートシールすることができる。
キャップの溶着工程において、加熱は、キャップ側から加熱エネルギーを付与する必要がある。キャップの材質が熱可塑性材料であることから、溶着面に導電性層を形成することで、的確に誘導加熱よってヒートシールすることができる。
導電性層の形成は、磁性体を含む熱可塑性樹脂(ポリエチレンなど)を使って2段成型して、また、溶着面にポリエチレン(PE)/アルミ層(Al)/PEのリング状の導電性フイルムをインサート成型して、形成することができる。
容器内容物を外部から保護す酸素バリア性を、容器に付与することができる。
注出孔と連通することができる注出筒によって、注出孔を介して、ジュースや牛乳などの液体食品(内容物)をスムーズに注ぎ出すことができる。

注出筒の外面を覆う外壁が、プルリングでキャップを引き上げる側と反対側で設けられるので、プルリングでキャップを引き上げる際に、反対側外壁が引き上げ回転運動の支点となり、コントロールされた運動を確保することができる。
上述のように、反対側外壁が引き上げ回転運動の支点となり、コントロールされた運動を確保する。他方、この態様における、プルリングでキャップを引き上げる側外壁は、引き上げの開封時に破断容易に設けられるので、プルリングでキャップを引き上げる操作の妨害とならず、タンパーエビデンスとして機能することができる。
注出口栓は、包装容器の注出孔に設けられた注出筒及び、注出筒と一体化して注出孔外周辺の容器壁と接合する基部を有するスパウトと、スパウトを封止するように注出筒底部の設けられた破断可能な封止壁と、スパウトを覆うキャップとからなる。
キャップが着脱自在に注出筒に嵌入され、キャップが封止壁の上面と下面で接し且つ封止壁を破断するように溶着した底壁と、嵌入されたキャップを引き上げるプルリングとを備える。

図3に示される包装充填装置によって、包装容器の一例を製造する。この装置例では、ウェブ状(帯状)の包装積層材料1は、リールの状態で包装充填装置に収容される。包装積層材料1は、紙基材、及び該紙基材の両面にポリエチレン樹脂が積層された可撓性の積層体から成り、紙基材とフィルムとの間にアルミニウム箔などのバリア層が形成され、包装容器14の表面に相当する部分にあらかじめ外装用の印刷が施される。
引き続き、注出口栓のスパウト部分形成用インジェクション成形装置41によって注出孔の注出口栓のスパウト部分が形成されてる。図1(A)に、包装積層材料1に形成された注出孔42の断面図を示す。
この装置では、容器内側に対応する注出孔内側を覆うように、所定のキャビティを有し、好ましくは、内壁にガスバリアフィルムを載置した第1金型15を配設し、容器外側に対応する注出孔外側を覆うように、所定のキャビティを有する第2金型16を配設する。キャビティ・ゲート17から溶融樹脂(ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなどのポリオレフィンなど)をキャビティに射出して注出口栓の注出筒5及びスパウト10を成形し、好ましくは、ガスバリアフィルムと一体化する。
図1(C)に、包装材料1の注出孔42に設けられた注出筒5及び、注出筒5と一体化して注出孔外周辺の器壁と接合する基部6を有するスパウト10と、スパウト10を封止するように注出筒底部の設けられた破断可能な封止壁9との断面図を示す。
封止壁9の外周に脆化線8が形成され、破断可能となる。
帯状包装積層材料1の縁部にシーリングテープを接合する際、帯状包装積層材料とシーリングテープとを挟んで、一方側に、プレッシャローラを配設して圧し、他方に、プレッシャローラによる圧力を受け、それに対向し、押さえ支持するようにカウンタローラを配設する。
包装積層材料が搬送されるに伴って、プレッシャローラ及びカウンタローラが包装積層材料及びシーリングテープを挟んだ状態で押圧されて回転させ、縦シール部の合せ面がシールされ接着される。
枕状予備成形体21は、最終成形装置(図示せず)によって最終の形状に成形され、流動性食品を収容する包装容器14が完成する。
図4(A)に、注出孔42に注出口栓がない包装容器例の外観斜視図を示す。図4(B)に、従来の包装容器例の斜視図を示す。この例において、包装容器14の頂壁3に注出口栓(図示せず)が形成され、キャップ11で覆われている
図1(D)に注出口栓のスパウト10の断面を示す。この態様では、容器14の内部に液体食品12が充填されている。
得られた包装充填容器に、そのスパウトを覆うようにキャップを配設して溶着する様子を、図1(E)及び(F)に示す。この態様では、包装容器14の頂壁のスパウト10の注出筒5内に上方(容器外側)から、キャップ装着装置によってキャップ11が嵌入されて装着される。
キャップの溶着工程において、キャップ11を減圧下に曝すことによって、通気孔26を介して底壁と封止壁との間の空気が排気され、底壁25と封止壁9とが密着する。この密着状態でヒートシールする。
容器内容物を外部から保護す酸素バリア性を、容器に付与することができる。
この実施例によるフィルムには、ガスバリア性を有する材料が用いられ、それらが積層された材料であってもよい。ガスバリア性を有する材料には、酸素などのガス、芳香などに関して遮断性を有するバリア性包装材料であって、アルミニウムなどの金属箔、エチレンービニルアルコール共重合体(EVOH)、ナイロンなどのポリアミド(PA)、ケイ素酸化物(SiOx)などを蒸着したプラスチックフィルム、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)などがある。
注出孔42と連通することができる注出筒5によって、注出孔42を介して、ジュースや牛乳などの液体食品をスムーズに注ぎ出すことができる。
基部6は、インジェクション成形により、注出孔42外周辺の容器壁と一体的に接合し、気密を保ち、注出口栓全体を安全に容器14に固定する。
封止壁9は、注出筒底部にあってスパウト10を未使用時に封止し、脆化ライン8によって開封時に破断可能にする。
キャップ11がスパウト10を覆うと共に、キャップ11が着脱自在に、突条24と溝23とによる嵌合によって、注出筒5に嵌入されるので、流通過程や店頭でも衛生的にスパウトを保護する。また、着脱自在であることから、再封することができる。
キャップの底壁25が、封止壁9の上面と底壁25の下面で接し、その接触面で破断可能に溶着する。この底壁25とプルリング27とが協動して、嵌入されたキャップ11を開封時にプルリング27で引き上げると、キャップ11の底壁25と共に、溶着した封止壁9も引き上げられる。
側壁28は、注出筒5の内面と着脱自在に嵌合してキャップの再封性を確保する。天面29と外壁30とは、注出筒を覆い衛生性を確保する。
注出筒の外面を覆う外壁30が、プルリング27でキャップ11を引き上げる側と反対側で設けられるので、プルリングでキャップを引き上げる際に、反対側外壁が引き上げ回転運動の支点となり、コントロールされた運動を確保する。
この場合、反対側外壁30が引き上げ回転運動の支点となり、コントロールされた運動を確保する。他方、プルリングでキャップを引き上げる側外壁30aは、引き上げの開封時に破断容易に設けられるので、プルリング27でキャップ11を引き上げる操作の妨害とならず、タンパーエビデンスとして機能する。

Claims (8)
- 所定の折り目線を有するウェブ状積層包装材料が準備し、
ウェブ状積層包装材料を所定間隔ごとに穿孔して注出孔を形成し、
容器内側に対応する注出孔内側を覆うように所定のキャビティを有する第1金型を配設し、容器外側に対応する注出孔外側を覆うように、所定のキャビティを有する第2金型を配設し、
キャビティ・ゲートから溶融樹脂を該キャビティに射出して注出口栓の注出筒、スパウト及び封止壁を成形し、
ウェブ状積層包装材料をチューブ状に成形し、該包装材料の両縁部を重ねてオーバーラップを形成し、
該オーバーラップで縦線方向に縦シールして縦シール帯域を形成し、
該チューブ状包装材料内に内容物を充填し、
所定間隔毎に該包装材料を横断方向に押圧し、横シールにより密封されて横シール帯域を形成し、
横シール帯域で切断して枕状予備成形体を得、
該折り目線に沿って折り畳んで包装容器を得、
該スパウトを覆うようにキャップを配設して溶着し、包装容器を製造する方法であって、
該注出口栓が、包装容器の注出孔に設けられる該注出筒及び、該注出筒と一体化して該注出孔外周辺の容器壁と接合する基部を有する該スパウトと、該スパウトを封止するように該注出筒底部の設けられた破断可能な該封止壁とを有し、
該スパウトを覆うキャップが、該キャップが着脱自在に該注出筒に嵌入され、該キャップが該封止壁の上面と下面で接し且つ該封止壁を破断するように溶着した底壁と、嵌入された該キャップを引き上げるプルリングとを備える
ことを特徴とする包装容器の製造法。 - 該キャップの該底壁が壁上下を貫通する通気孔を有し、該キャップの溶着工程において、該キャップを該注出筒に嵌入した後、該通気孔を介して該底壁と該封止壁との間を排気して密着しヒートシールする、請求項1記載の包装容器の製造法。
- 該底壁及び/又は該封止壁の溶着面に導電性層を有し、該キャップの溶着工程において、該キャップを該注出筒に嵌入した後、該底壁と該封止壁との間を密着して誘導加熱よってヒートシールする、請求項1記載の包装容器の製造法。
- 該第1金型のキャビティの内壁にバリアフィルムを配置し、少なくとも該封止壁の内面にバリア層を形成する、請求項1記載の包装容器の製造法。
- 包装容器の注出孔に設けられた注出筒及び、該注出筒と一体化して該注出孔外周辺の容器壁と接合する基部を有するスパウトと、該スパウトを封止するように該注出筒底部の設けられた破断可能な封止壁と、該スパウトを覆うキャップとからなる注出口栓であって、
該キャップが着脱自在に該注出筒に嵌入され、該キャップの下面が該封止壁の上面と接し且つ該封止壁を破断するように溶着した底壁と、嵌入された該キャップを引き上げるプルリングとを備える
ことを特徴とする注出口栓。 - 該キャップが、該底壁と、該注出筒の内面と嵌合する側壁と、該注出筒の上端を覆う天面と、該注出筒の外面を覆う外壁とからなり、該外壁が、該プルリングで該キャップを引き上げる側と反対側で少なくとも設けられる、請求項5記載の注出口栓。
- 該外壁が、該注出筒の外面の全体を覆い、該プルリングで該キャップを引き上げる側では、引き上げの開封時に破断容易に設けられる、請求項5記載の注出口栓。
- 折り目線を有するウェブ状積層包装材料がチューブ状に成形され、該包装材料の両縁部が重ねられてオーバーラップが形成され、該オーバーラップで縦線方向に縦シールされて縦シール帯域が形成され、該チューブ状包装材料内に内容物が充填され、所定間隔毎に該包装材料が横断方向に押圧され、横シールにより密封されて横シール帯域が形成され、横シール帯域中間で切断されて枕状予備成形体が得られ、該折り目線に沿って折り畳むことにより形成される包装容器であって、
包装容器の注出孔に設けられた注出筒及び、該注出筒と一体化して該注出孔外周辺の容器壁と接合する基部を有するスパウトと、該スパウトを封止するように該注出筒底部の設けられた破断可能な封止壁と、該スパウトを覆うキャップとからなる注出口栓であって、
該キャップが着脱自在に該注出筒に嵌入され、該キャップが該封止壁の上面と下面で接し且つ該封止壁を破断するように溶着した底壁と、嵌入された該キャップを引き上げるプルリングとを備える
ことを特徴とする包装容器。
