Description
●严格大于或等于70质量%、优选大于或等于80质量%、且有利地大于或等于90质量%的沸石含量,并且含有至多30%或优选至多20%、且更优选至多10%的惰性粘合剂,所述含量根据经煅烧的对应物进行测量,所述惰性粘合剂包括粘土或各粘土混合物,优选地,所述惰性粘合剂由粘土或各粘土混合物组成;
●小于或等于600μm、优选为50μm~500μm、进一步优选为50μm~400μm、更优选为50μm~250μm的体均直径(D50);
●0.5g/cm3~0.8g/cm3的表观密度;
●85%~100%、优选90%~100%的平均圆度;
变形率A(以百分数表示并且有时在文献中称为“椭圆形系数”)是根据公式A=100(1-a/b)由颗粒的惯量椭圆的长轴a和短轴b之间的比率计算的。
1/将一种或多种粉末状的天然或合成沸石晶粒、至少一种基于粘土或者各粘土混合物的粘合剂、任选的一种或多种促进分散促进保持悬浮的添加剂、以及任选的液体和/或固体二氧化硅源混合并悬浮在水中,其中:所述添加剂以经煅烧的对应物计最高达固体总质量的5%、优选为0.1%~1%,所述添加剂优选为有机添加剂;所述液体和/或固体二氧化硅源以经煅烧的对应物计最高达固体总质量的5%、优选为所述固体总质量的1%~5%;
2/在热空气中、在110℃~300℃、优选130℃~250℃的入口温度下,通过对1/中所获得的悬浮液进行喷雾干燥成型以产生球形团聚体,任选地,随后进行筛分和/或旋风分离步骤;
3/将2/中所获得的团聚体在500℃~600℃的温度下煅烧,任选地,在所述喷雾干燥之后且在所述煅烧之前有干燥阶段;
4/任选地,使由3/得到的产物与碱性的碱水溶液接触,之后进行洗涤;
5/任选地,将在3/或者4/中所获得的沸石团聚体部分或完全离子交换,之后进行洗涤;
如Lowell等在“Characterization of Porous Solids and Powders:SurfaceArea,Pore Size and Density”(Chapter 9,“Micropore Analysis”,第143-145页)中所描述的那样,Dubinin体积根据Dubinin-Radushkevich方程计算:
题为“The descriptive and quantitative representation of particle shape andmorphology”的文献可由参考文献ISO/DIS 9276-6得到。
将8700g(以经煅烧的对应物表示)尺寸为5μm~10μm并且具有1±0.03的Si/Al摩尔比的沸石LSX(Low SilicaX的首字母缩写词)粉末与1300g多水高岭土(以经煅烧的对应物表示)混合。
