Abstract
La presente se refiere a aglomerados esféricos a base de zeolita(s) y de arcilla(s), de dimension y de morfología dominadas, especialmente dimension inferior o igual a 600 um, muy buena esfericidad, alto contenido de material zeolítico, así como su procedimiento de obtencion. Estos aglomerados se adaptan particularmente para utilizaciones en procedimientos de adsorcion en fase gaseosa y/o líquida. Reivindicacion 7: Procedimiento de obtencion de aglomerados segun una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: 1/ mezcla y puesta en suspension en agua de cristalitas de una o más zeolitas naturales o sintéticas en polvo, al menos un aglomerante a base de una arcilla o de una mezcla de arcillas, eventualmente hasta el 5%, preferiblemente entre el 0,1% y el 1%, de la masa total de solidos en equivalentes calcinados de uno o más aditivo(s), preferiblemente orgánicos, que facilitan la dispersion, el mantenimiento en suspension, y eventualmente hasta el 5% de la masa total de solidos en equivalentes calcinados de una fuente de sílice líquida y/o solida, que representa preferiblemente entre el 1% y el 5% de la masa total de dichos solidos; 2/ conformacion por atomizacion de la suspension obtenida en 1/ para producir aglomerados esféricos en un gas caliente a una temperatura de entrada de entre 110°C y 300°C, preferiblemente entre 130°C y 250°C, eventualmente seguida de una etapa de tamizado y/o de centrifugado; 3/ calcinacion de los aglomerados obtenidos en 2/ a una temperatura de entre 500°C y 600°C, eventualmente precedida de una fase de secado post-atomizacion; 4/ eventualmente puesta en contacto del producto resultante de 3/ con una solucion acuosa básica alcalina seguida de un lavado; 5/ eventualmente cambio ionico parcial o total de los aglomerados zeolíticos obtenidos en 3/ o en 4/, seguido de un lavado; 6/ secado y activacion a una temperatura de entre 200°C y 600°C del producto procedente de la etapa 4/ o 5/.
