Abstract

本发明提供一种用于混合动力车辆的整体式封装模块的箱式结构。该整体式封装模块的前箱由第一前箱和第二前箱形成,上述第一前箱在其上部具有接收槽。箱式结构可以安全、成本有效的方式在车辆主体上稳固地安装并支撑整体式封装模块。

相关申请的交叉引用 
本申请基于2008年5月27日提交的韩国专利申请第10-2008-0049181号,并要求其优先权,其全文出于全部目的结合于此以供参考。 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的整体式封装模块(integratedpackage module)的箱式结构(case structure)。 
背景技术
在混合动力车辆中,电池模块和诸如变换器和转换器的电气和电子组件均结合在模块中,该模块结合在箱(case)中。结合在箱中的模块被安装并支撑在车辆主体的后部。 
图1显示了安装在车辆主体上的整体式封装模块的前视图。即,在车辆主体1的后部中形成大体上为矩形的容纳空间。将结合在箱中的大体上为矩形的整体式封装模块插入并且安装在容纳空间中。箱设置有大体上为矩形的板形(plate-shaped)前箱2。 
图2是图1的整体式封装模块的后视图。电池模块3收容在整体式封装模块的箱中。安装部件5用于安装并支撑车辆主体上的后箱(rearcase)4的上部。安装部件5具有如下结构:其中板形支架5b与在后箱4的宽度方向上延伸的杆(bar)5a的两端连接。两个支架5b通过多个螺栓紧固在车辆主体上,同时杆5a通过多个螺栓紧固在后箱4上。 
箱式结构具有包括以下内容的缺点。由于前箱2形成为大尺寸主体,需要将多个紧固螺栓拧在前箱2的多个部分上,以将箱密封,以用于模块的冷却性能。结果,安装需要大量工作,从而降低整体生产力。另外,安装在前箱2上的用于操作功率继电器组装开关的安全盖2a,在组装或修理安全盖2a时可以由于操作员的错误而在没有打开开 关的情况下组装,这会使车辆操作停止。而且,用作支撑车辆主体上的后箱4的上部的安装部件很重,这增加了车辆的重量和制造成本。 
图3是另一种整体式封装模块的透视图。整体式封装模块的箱11具有大体上呈矩形的盒形,其通过多个紧固螺栓紧固在车辆主体的后部。箱11的上部通过安装部件12紧固并支撑在车辆主体的一部分上。 
该箱式结构还具有如下缺点。例如,由于前箱11a形成为大尺寸主体,需要将多个紧固螺栓拧在前箱11a的多个部分上。因此,安装需要大量工作,从而降低整体生产力。 
在此背景技术部分中公开的上述信息仅用于增强对本发明背景技术的理解,因此其可以包含不构成该国家本领域普通技术人员已经知晓的现有技术的信息。 
发明内容
本发明的实施方式提供了用于混合动力车辆的整体式封装模块的箱式结构,其能够以节约成本的方式将整体式封装模块稳定地安装并支撑在车辆主体上,并防止涉及安全盖(safety cover)的组装错误。 
在根据一个实施方式的整体式封装模块的箱式结构中,整体式封装模块的前箱(front case)由第一前箱和第二前箱形成,上述第一前箱在其上部具有接收槽(receiving groove),上述第一前箱和第二前箱均被分成两部分。 
优选地,安全盖(safety cover)安装在第一前箱和第二前箱重叠的位置上或靠近该位置,并且安全盖包括板形安全盖主体和朝向该安全盖主体的内部突出的安全盖销。 
设置有优选呈矩形的板形安装部件(mounting member),其一端插入到接收槽中并紧固于其上,其另一端可以紧固在车辆主体上。 
本文所用的术语“车辆(vehicle)”、“车用”或其它类似术语理解成包括通常的机动车辆,例如载客车辆,包括运动型多功能车(SUV)、公共汽车、卡车、各种商用车辆,包括各种船只和船舶的水运工具,航空器和类似物,并包括混合动力车辆、电动车辆、插入式(plug-in)混合电动车辆、氢动力车辆和其它代用燃料车辆(例如,源自石油以 外的资源的燃料)。如本文所述,混合动力车辆是具有两种或更多种动力源的车辆,例如汽油动力和电动动力。 
以下论述本发明的上述和其它特征。

图1和2分别是安装在相关技术的车辆主体上的整体式封装模块的透视图和后视图;

图4-7是显示出根据本发明实施方式的具有箱的整体式封装模块的视图;以及 
图8是沿着图6所示的线A-A的横截面视图。 
具体实施方式
图4是根据本发明实施方式的安装在车辆主体后部的具有箱式结构的整体式封装模块的透视图。包括电池模块、变换器和转换器的整体式封装模块20被固定并安装在车辆主体22上,同时被具有矩形盒形的箱21包围。 
箱21的前箱具有第一前箱21a和第二前箱21b。第一前箱21a为矩形的板形,并在其上部具有向内凹进的矩形接收槽21aa。 
首先,第一前箱21a在组装时被供应给车辆的组装线。供应给车辆组装线的第二前箱21b通过多个紧固螺栓紧固,如图5所示。因此,可以减少组装前箱所需的工作量,从而提高车辆组装生产力。 
随后,如图6所示,将安全盖23组装并紧固在第一前箱21a和第二前箱21b通过紧固螺栓彼此重叠的位置上。安全盖23包括矩形的板形安全盖主体23a和朝向安全盖主体23a的内部突出的安全盖销23b。 
在组装安全盖23与第一前箱21a时,当功率继电器24的开关操作旋钮处于关闭(OFF)位置(而不是打开(ON)位置24a) 时,如图8所示,安全盖销23b悬挂(suspend)成与开关操作旋钮接触,从 而使安全盖23不能被组装在前箱21上。 
因此,可以防止由于操作员的疏忽错误而在功率继电器开关关闭时将安全盖23组装到前箱21上。 
随后,如图7所示,通过将矩形的板形安装部件25的一端插入到第一前箱21a的接收槽21aa中,并使用紧固螺栓组装安装部件25的这一端,然后使用紧固螺栓将组装部件25的另一端紧固并组装在车辆主体22的一部分上,从而完成将整体式封装模块安装在车辆主体22的一部分上。组装部件25的尺寸与相关技术相比可以得以减小,这可以减少车辆的重量和制造成本。 

Claims (2)

1.一种整体式封装模块的箱式结构,其中所述整体式封装模块的前箱由第一前箱和第二前箱形成,所述第一前箱在其上部具有接收槽,所述第一前箱和第二前箱均被分成两部分,
其中安全盖安装在所述第一前箱和所述第二前箱重叠的位置上或靠近该位置,并且所述安全盖包括板形安全盖主体和朝向所述安全盖主体的内部突出的安全盖销,并且
当功率继电器开关被关闭时,所述安全盖销朝向所述安全盖主体的内部突出,使得所述安全盖销悬挂成与所述功率继电器开关的操作旋钮接触,从而使所述安全盖不能组装。
2.如权利要求1所述的箱式结构,其中矩形的板形安装部件的一端插入到所述接收槽中并紧固于其上,并且所述安装部件的另一端紧固在车辆主体上。
